There was no signal on setup box in evening[protected] despite having a clear sky. It is a pain to get in touch with customer care centre in the night 11:30 PM as most of the team hardly picks call and even if they do they disconnect or put on hold. After trying several times I finally launched the complaint vide WO I51ET2V. Next day[protected], the signal went normal in morning while the representative came and he did a sanity check in afternoon doing master data reset. The problem came again in evening & it was a nightmare calling Tatasky at 11 PM. This time customer care team acknowledged the problem as many customers are facing this due to congestion at Tatasky for which they told that they are reimbursing the customers with extension of validity by 15-20 days. It went well until I asked them why they penalize customers first and then refund based on their own discretion. The communication suddenly got changed to no refund and only resolution of problem and I asked to connect the superior. After much waiting the call got disconnected. I called again the customer team member Rizwan to transfer the call to Supervisor Anupam who disconnected in haste. I again called and then Ashish transferred the call to supervisor Santosh who finally launched the complaint and allocated WO I5K7K2V. I am extremely disappointed with service of Tatasky and especially the behavior shown by customer service team. They are not monitored in night & they harass the customers intentionally. Do you have a solution to this case and How Will I get compensation for loss of my time, money and above all patience.

Post the complaint launched on[protected] and WO I5K7K2V assigned, technician Kapil came on[protected] and he checked the dish and connecting cable. He cut and re-connected the cable to the dish but did not had the punching machine to properly connect the connector to cable. After asking him to bring it, he told that punching machine is lost and some other technician would come and fix it. I told that the connector can again take rust but he didnot had any solution to this. I thereby called the customer care and communicated not to close the WO as the call is not fully resolved.
In the afternoon I am getting the message that WO has been cancelled. I am not getting service from Tatasky for last 2 days and without asking the customer anyone can cancel the WO, does Tatasky has any SLA or feedback or confirmation mechanism. The technician didnt had any service receipt & he came empty handed and left as is basis.

In the evening[protected] again it was the same problem and there was no signal. I was very keen to see the quarterfinal IPL match but again this disaster happened as no signal made me very frustrated. All because for last 2 days of no service from tatasky and on top of that the service and call center executive only added to pathetic experience. With no option left I relaunched the complaint to Raman Deep Singh and he launched the WO I63PADZ. Still waiting for the revert from Tatasky.

People spend thousands of rupees to watch IPL matches and I could not even bank on the service from Tatasky and get the excuse from them in return with delay after delay. Who is going to compensate me for this terrible loss. This is beyond money, time and now affecting life.

    My Tata Sky sub.ID is [protected]. I had requested Tata Sky customer care representative to change old set top box on 15/05/2015 but till today nobody came from Tata Sky to change set top box.I also mailed at [protected]@tatasky.com on 16/05/2015 but no reply was given. Tata Sky services are not good from 3-4 months. They say they are going to upgrade but not sure how much months it will take.

    My television's set top box is not showing all channels and message showing as to change your set top box from existing set top box to MPEG4. I am calling your tata customer care executives since 12 days and they assured me that the concerned person will call you next day. I have received a call from a person and I asked him to visit my home on 16/05/2015 but he never come to my home. Then I have again called tata customer care executives and again they assured me that you will receive a call next day but I have not received any call from Tata Sky. Further more one by one channel is disconnected every day. You are requested to look into the matter and instruct teh concerned person to change set top box at the earliest. My set top box no. is [protected] and my contact no. is [protected].

Is Tata Sky going to sell it's staggered unit to another businessmen ? " I am not able to watch any English movies, Nat Geo Wild, Discovery Science and many more channels for which I have already paid.

    I am an customer of tata sky and have been facing an problem regarding change of my set top box.
    As tata sky has directed their customers to change MPEG2 set top box to MPEG4, i have registerd myself on[protected] to change my set top box.
    Now its been upto 5 days they did not respond to my request.

    please take the necessary steps as soon as possible as we are not able to enjoy the services on our old set top box.

    IT has been 10 to 15 days to tell customer care to change my set top box, but still no one has come to change my box.my name is ramchandra singh and my tata sky ID number is [protected].my contact number is [protected].

      I am getting frequent telephone calls from Tel. Nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] for recharging of my subs. ID a/c. [protected] which is very much disturbing and interfering in personal privacy. I dont want to get any reminder any time from your representative on this. the connection is for my village in chhattisgarh and I use it whenever I am in village. In addition to disturbance I loose money also on your EACH Call as I am stationed in Mumbai presently.
      Hence I request you not to disturb me on my phone nos. [protected]/[protected]. My email address is already with you and you can communicate through it if considered necessary.

Sir i would like to remove my all hd channels and other packges from my present tata sky package. Further i state that i would like to use only the dhammal mix pack.
        In response of complaint i recived call of tata sky no [protected] on 18 may but not satisfied ans found from your coustomer care, hence you are requested to solve my problem as per complint lodge. This is for your kind notice. . .

          I am complaining hereby againg they have their customers to the road to hell as they dont have proper web portal and their portal is fully buggy. I am a registered customer and if I try to recharge it is not at all possible through any medium. So I am not getting my rights fulfilled. Their customer support is all worst

BUT WE RECENTLY SHIFTED TO A NEW ADDRESS FROM PIN CODE-711103 TO PINCODE-711102 BUT OUR DESPERATE EFFORTS OF RELOCATION WERE OF NO USE AS WE STARTED ACTION ON 14TH APRIL &TODAY IS 18TH MAY.                 This is to inform you that my Tatasky subscriber ID is [protected]. I had activated the connection on our shifting to Gurgaon from Trivandrum on[protected].The HD up-gradation was also done on[protected].I had issued a SBT cheque No. 608989 dated[protected] for Rs2000/- in favour of SGGS Satellite Services to the Tatasky staff who had come for installing the connection and up-gradation.This Rs. 2000/- included Rs.990/- for HD up-gradatioin and balance Rs.1001/- as advances towards monthly package charges, We were to our native place from[protected] to[protected] and the tatasky connection was not used during this period. On our return we found that the tatasky connection is dis-connected.The facility was re-activated only on[protected] by paying Rs.1000/- in cash to one of the Tatasky staff who was on rounds in the society I am living. In fact I accidentally met that tatasky staff in the lift and I took him to my flat to revive the connection on[protected]. After that we have been paying the re-charge demand through e-payment almost every month. The latest demand received is for Rs.595/- to be paid before[protected].Iwould like to know the following in this regard. 1. The total payments made by me to Tatasky since 18/10/2014. The date of receipt of payment in chronological order may be clearly mentioned. 2. The monthly package subscribed by me at the time of activation on 18/10/2014 was Rs.450/-. But the monthly demand being received along with the threat of dis-connection is in the range of Rs.550/- to latest demand of Rs.595/- to be paid before 20th May 2015. Why this discrepancy in the monthly package charges subscribed by me. Is it that the Tatasky is increasing the monthly package on its own without the customers request. Isn't this unfair business practice? Kindly explain and inform the monthly charges you are raising against me. 3. As informed in above para we did not use the Tatasky connection from 24/11/2014 to 27/12/2014. But you have charged for the period of non-use also. I would like to know the company policy in this regard pl. 4. I have never received the receipt of any payment either through mobile or in writing or e-mail. It is normal for any service provider to acknowledge the receipts of payments from customers. You do not follow even this simple principle of business transparency. Why? You should therefore evolve the system of sending receipts of payments from customers. 5. Kindly explain the above and refrain the practice of threatening the disconnection every time. I am having tatasky connection for last 4-5 years and never ever defaulted in timely payment. Such threats entails the intent o[censored]nfair business practice. I can any time switch over to any other service provider if such insulting reminder are sent again. Expecting urgent clarification on the above. Thanks. I relocated to a different location and I have been calling Tata Sky Customer care for last 10 days but no satisfactory action neither from Customer Care nor from Technician. Tata Sky ehas not been installed for last 10 days and I feel just harassed at the hands of Tata Skye by paying 1 yr premium.                       Our set top box is not receivig a signal since last 3 days. We registered a complain yesterday through the call center. The agent promised that an engineer will come ( the same day by evening). We waited for him the entire day but nobody turned up. Today when we called the call center, we discovered that the complai has been closed. Our set top box is still not receiving signals. Cons No. [protected]

                        I would like to complain about my tata sky subscriber id no.- [protected] that I got a call from tata sky customer care that I was being given active cooking pack on offer but later deducted Rs.49/- from my account. when I called them to deactivate the active cooking pack on my id then they thoroughly refused to deactivate it & asked me to recharge my account with that extra amount.my problem is that I want to recharge my account with Rs.240/- basic pack but can not do this because of that active cooking pack charges. I want that active cooking pack to be deactivated on my id so that I could continue using tata sky. customer care is not listening to my problem & I feel cheated by the company because first they misinformed about the charges of active cooking pack & now even after several requests they are not deactivating this pack & trying to force me to pay that extra amount against my wish as I do not want to use this pack but company forcefully denying me the opportunity to exercise my judicious rights as a customer. help needed.

                          Kind Attn : Mr Mayur Brahmbhatt since quite some time i am facing the problem viz. Error#2 mentioning to insert digicard properly whereas we have never touched the digicom/setupbox ever then i wonder why this error. i have followed the instructions displayed and also advised by helpdesk but still the problem persists. now the helpdesk suggested to send a technician for which i would be charged Rs.170/-. would you please justify for making me bear the burden of charges for no fault of mine whatsoever. firstly i am being deprived to watching tv, secondly this botheration of all this communication and thirdly hole in my pocket and all this for no fault on my part. it is not the amount that matters but principally its not fair. another crucial problem that i am facing since november 2014, is that every few minutes the payment reminder notification appears on the screen inspite of all the dues paid by me in october 2014 in advance. i have been approaching and requesting the helpdesk to get it stopped but my pleas seem to have fallen on deaf ears. all these problems are actually putting off my family and me to even watch tv. especially when we have visitors/guests it is more then embarrassing. looking to the above i should have been the one to frame charges against you but not considering that, on the contrary i am being unnecessarily pay for the technical fault at your end. may i expect a positive and prompt action from your end to this mail. I shifted at Command Hospital, Air Force, Agram Post Bangalore-560 007 last four days. I tried to customer care last four days but no response from tatasky customer care. Expend money Rs. 300/- during talk to customer care last four days and tatasky service not in use last four days. I request to you shift my connection at Command Hospital, Air Force, Agram Post Bangalore-560 007 at the ealiest please.

                                customer ID No[protected], I syed javeed ahmed called tata sky customer care 6 time, whan i call start saying that by this pakage by that pakage 2 to 3 minute ofter that thea will put on the queue was more than 10 minute ofter saying that prass 1 i call you back with in 24 hours but 20 days past till now no response & call charging per minute Rs 2 whice worng, i call to your locat tata sky service person but he was telling that pls call tata sky customer care, dear sir can you tell me where is your worst tata sky service center i will stand in the queue to solve my problem, to day 18/05/20150 deactivated my tata sky, it ok i will not recharge my account till you fixde my no signal problem, so i requested you to take feed back and take a proper action. thanks with regerds

                                  Dear Sir/Mam, My subscription id is :[protected], one month back, my set up box went in to software download mode to download the updated software, after this software download, i am no tbeen able to see the Kannada channels and English news channels . Called two times to customer care no, its told that expected waiting time is 10 minutes on both the occasion but waited for 32 minutes and 35 minutes respectively but still not got connected with customer executive. call charges are more then 30 rs for each time. Already sent the sms from the registred mobile no, and in sms we receved the details that person will visit our home to resolve this on 17th april 2015, but there is no service man visisted and there is no solution fo rthis problem. its a very shameful, the way tata sky DTH is working for the last 1 month. Requesting you to rectify the issue as soon as possible .

                                    I am your esteem customer of TATA SKY, till Feb-15 i didn't face any problem with your service, but after that your services have gone pathetic, I have experienced some bitter experience with services. The incidents are narrated as follows:- In the month of March-15, I was not getting proper reception on my TV for which I called your toll free number for the same, they told me that they will arrange the person to visit my house and check for the problem for which I will be charged. I confirmed the same and after some time I thought of removing the cable from Set top box and interchange the cables, which solved the problem and the reception was clear, I received a call from your engineer on the same day at around 05:30pm asking me for the convenient time to visit but I told him that the problem is resolved and the visit is not needed. I started getting calls from TATA SKY for very frequently asking me for my convenient time to send the engineer and I had to repeatedly say that the problem is resolved and no need to send the engineer. During this period even I got a call from your engineer and he told me that if TATA SKY people calls me then please tell them that the engineer has visited and the problem was solved, I was really shocked to hear this type of statement. Also the visit charges were deducted from my account but after complaining the same to your call center the amount was reversed. Further during the same period I got a call for the installation of WI-FI dongle for which they convenience me for the same, I told them to visit my house for installation also told them to visit on Sunday between 09:00am to 02:00pm and on weekdays after 08:00pm. Your team confirmed me various times and different days but no one came for the installation. This episode went for 15 days continuously finally I got wild and told your call center that if you are not interested in installing the same then please don’t call me and give false commitments. After that nobody bother to call me for their mistakes. Now currently a month back again there was a reception problem, I called up your call center and booked a complaint for the same, also I saw on the TV that TATA SKY was having some signal issue and the problem was faced by all subscribers. Although your engineer visited and did some settings and chanced some part on the disk (which I saw latter that the part was too old, which he replaced with my good part) and he told that the problem is resolved, He also demanded some money from my mother and she paid the money, as I was in the office I was not aware about this incident which took place, where as in your TV ADD it tells that TATA SKY will rectify the problem without charging anything to the customer. Till now the reception on my TV is not clear, some of the channels are not getting signals. I feel that I have really done mistake in choosing TATA SKY, I must have recommended more then 25 to 30 people to take TATA SKY, I have really lost the peace of my mind, I would like to highlight this issue to the highest level as I am really fade up with this type of fraudulent behavior by such a repudiate company. If I don’t get any solution on this then I will have to highlight the same in media and social network to make others aware on the same.                                       ​Hello, I have received a call from Tata Sky on 2nd May 2015 for special offer. The offer was, I need to recharge of Rs. 2600 within next 3 days and get Grand sports pack for 1 year. I have confirmed the same offer from customer care. Accordingly I have recharged on 3rd May and called customer care to activate the Grand sports pack. But the customer care executive have activated wrong pack (supreme sports) by mistake. He told me that correct pack will get activated within 24 hrs. But it was not happened. Again I have called customer care they said correct pack will get activated by 7th May. And still the correct pack is not yet activated. From that day I am calling customer care daily, on every call I will have to spend 15-20 mins still no is able to answer/resolve my query. Many times I have talked with senior department as well. Every time I call customer care, executive says I can’t tell the exact time and date till when correct pack will get activated, you will we get a call from responsible team soon. I haven’t received any communication/call from Tata sky regarding my complaint: 1-[protected].

                                        My installation in new address is pending since 01.05.2015 with numerous calls to their call centre, service requests raised in their web portal falling in deaf ears and blind executives Here is the subscriber Id: [protected] Here are some of the SRs' and no action till date!!! SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] This is pathetic service from two leading brands, Tata and Sky. I am planning to go first to TRAI/Broadcating Ministry and then Consumer court to claim the damages
