[Resolved] Tata Sky — karaoke pack not working | |||
tatasky representatives kept calling me asking me to activate karaoke on my hd pvr box which costs 1950.and when i did it didnt work from the very first day and i have been calling them only to hear that my request is in process. and finally after calling them almost 10 times i got the karaoke pack deactivated for which i got a refund of Rs. 600 only. I have also purchased TATA Sky karaoke. I was very excited to use it. First of all I found that albums which they have provided are not suitable for karaoke. secondly, I observed that set top box is adding lag or delay in between two words which i am singing, it gives me the feeling of singing in slow motion. After contacting helpline they recommended to switch off and then on the setup but that did not work. Overall i am very frustrated buying this new product.

You guys can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and provide appropriate resolution.
