MySelf Sanjay Chauhan is a consumer of TATA SKY DTH having subscribe id -[protected], relocated dish some other place on 1st JUNE. Installer came on my request and set the dish but i was unable to watch all channels mentioned in my package. I told this matter to installer at the same time and he replied there is a problem in dish so you can not see all channels. Solution he told to change the dish. Then feedback call I got from TATA SKY I told this whole matter and he replied we are taking complaint and installer will come your place again to resolve. Rs. 200 was deducted as a re installation charge. On 4th June installer came again and he set the dish properly and with the same dish i was able to watch all channels. But now again Rs.150 had been deducted. I called TATA SKY and explained all matter but in reply they had shown arrogance and replied we can not do anything if you want you can go consumer forum. So am I writing this complaint with the hope that at least here my matter will be understand by your concern and resolve as soon as possible.

    I raised a complaint for my HD+ box error on[protected]. they said they do not have set top box to replace. Its already 6 days passed we are unable to watch tv and still they do not have box. I am from Bathinda Punjab mean to say not from rural or remote area. it is 5th corporation city of Punjab and tata sky does not have set top box in my city. i am wondering what else tata sky has to offer customers.     You must also try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite replacement of your set top box.
    After recharge on 26.2 15 not getting channels active. I have called 4 times in customer care and they are miss-communicating me to have call within 2 Hrs by your service engineer. Once anybody called but not came. For the same 3 times more i logged complaint in customer care but still no response from vadodara service devision. Nobody is picking phone. Still we are blank for last more than 1 week. Further we are not willing to take tatasky service and forced to go for new other brand connection. For your reference my Tatasky id no is [protected].

    I had complained about no signals in my set top box about two weeks back and so far it has not been rectified. I had received an SMS last night around 23.00 (11 pm) that the technician visit is allotted around 23.05- 23.50. Which company sends technicians at the middle of the night. Within the next 5 mins received another SMS saying the problem has been rectified. Yet no signals. Looks like Tatasky is taking its customers for granted. Unhappy with the service tatasky offers. Would like to escalate this issue.
    Can't view any channels since 11 days and being given fake promises since 7 days stating that there will be a technician visiting from their side but nobody has come yet. They text about appointments being confirmed but i receive a cancellation msg stating the problem is solved even though it isn't and they say there is no technician visit appointment booked on the account. They have been saying such lies coninuously since the past 5-6 days. please look into the matter asap and do the needed. thanks...
    We are facing a no signal problem for the past 10 days. We called the customer care and asked for a solution. They sent an engineer for the service. He told the problem is with our electrician and told that he will come the next day in presence of our electrician. We called him about 20 times but he didn't return the call. He has since then telling us he will can the next day, at night etc. but has not come for service the 2nd time. He does not answer our calls too.

      I am not getting signal from saturday. After making repeated calls to helpdesk they promised me that a service engineer will attend my call. But no one attend until now. Means even though they are 24/7 service providers, I didn't get service on saturday, sunday, monday and tuesday today. Now they are calling me and saying in case of deactivation of tatasky " they will not refund the amount 3000/- ".

      So they are not providing the service and when I ask them to deactivate the service, they are saying I will not get refund amount. Is there any people are there to survive me from such a cruel corporate service.

      Please take this issue as priority basis.

      I needed service on or before 11:00 AM tomorrow otherwise allow me to deactivate the connection and get back my refund amount.

        I am not getting Tata sky DTH services (due to no signal in my TV) from 30 May 2014. I have made advance payment for service. I have already made payment for set top box. Customer care Tata Sky have said your current set top box is MPEG2 box, they request you to upgrade it to MPEG 4 set top box and. For upgradation the customer need to pay. I had bought the set top box from Tata Sky around 6 months ago. They are asking for arbitrary and unjustified charges ( minimum Rs 500). I will not pay any charge for Set top upgrdation box as it is company’s fault and not mine. I had requested Tata Sky customer care to provide details of Grievance Redressal cell.           I have raised a complaint 4 days ago that I could not view HD channels from last 4 days every time I called up tata sky customer care number they always given me wrong commitments as of now its 4 days I have not got com paint rectified its very ridiculous service I am switching to air el for better future.
          Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix your issue asap.

            I have total 4 connection which is connected with 1 Dish installed in the terrace. Past 7 days I am unable to watch any of the channels due to "Bad Signal" message on TV screen. I have contacted Tata Sky customer care on 30th May 2014 through toll free number ([protected]) and register the compliant for the same to resolve my issue. But, so far my compliant is not yet resolved. I have tried several times to the same customer care to get the support. I always get the message from executives "You will get a call within 1hr time and this will get resolved". The same message been hearing from them past 3 days. But everyday amount is deducting from my account balance without watching any channels. Request you to kindly take an action on this and resolve this at the earliest. I believe this is not the way to treat customers. Please take necessary action on the same.

              After repeated mails to nodalofficer, help and I haven't received any service yet. Still I am not finding signal and no service engineer visited.

              My request I16C36 not getting signal

              1-[protected] for deactivating connection

              No body attended until now.

              This kind of arrogance from a corporate DTH like TATA is not acceptable. I am customer of TATASKY for last 8 years (2007 to 2014). Paying 6000/- per year, but you really deserve that ?

              This much of poor service .


              1. Nobody attended on sunday for my call on saturday even you are providing 24/7 service.

              2. For deactivation service no body called me until now.

              3. Today I came to know that they closed my saturday call with service engineer confirmation, is there any no need of call to customer and ask him whether issue fixed at his end or not ? service engineer response is more important than the customer who complain-ted ?

              4. No body is not feeling responsible or guilty for providing this much of poor service from saturday and still even customer suffering with no signal, you people are not caring anything and no individual person taking responsibility and fallowing this issue.

              5. Help desk people are keep saying " immediately you will get service " and disconnecting the call, and same waiting for days together.

              6. You are not providing me the chance to disconnect your tatasky connection and choose another DTH like AIRTEL or VIDEOCON, because of your customer I have to suffer with such type of poor service.

              7. You are not capable of providing good service like other DTH and also not able to left us for our wish.

              8. On today call one help desk lady told me to mail [protected]@tatasky123, but it is not valid mail id. think about your customers, you can not survive years together by dumping in this way.

              No service engineer has attended until now from tatasky. Proceedings irked me and when I asked them to deactivate the service they are saying refund amount 3000/- I will not get back. So I am in the soup that they are not providing the service and also blackmailing that I will not get refund amount once I deactivate the connection.

              Help needed from your end.
              You must address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite work on the signal issue you are facing.

                set top box not working continuously

                respected sir,
                we got tata sky DTH connection at home we bought from madurai rajamani electronicsour ID ia [protected]

                we are having the connection more than two years six months back we have experienced that our set top box doesnt work good the line power from the dish to the set top box goes off very often so we are not able to watch any tv programs continously when we do the complaint six month back a person came...

                    I am using tata sky connection since 4-5 years & now the service i am getting is pathetic and worst i ever faced. On 9th April 2014 I got call from one of your executive regarding Active fun learning or some add on active pack and i clearly many times told that your bloody executive not to activate that service but even after i denied he activated without my permission and i have been charged Rs.1 per day since 9th april 2014. when i called to lodge complaint, I was told this is locking period and will not be deactivated, but why the [censored] i would pay when i did not said so. Your [censored]ing company is looting customers. I lodged the complaint on 26th May and was told that i will get a call back within 24 hrs with result but now its been 5 days neither the service got deactivated not i got any call. i called so many times to know status of my complaint but no one helped me out.

                    I am going to complaint against your company now else revert me with proper result.
                    This is the service your [censored]ing bloody tata sky is giving to customers. bloody service.

                      I have complained multiple times to de-activate the Vedic maths from my id. I have not requested for the services, and I'm being charged without my approval. It's been a month since I'm asking to deactivate it; now I'm forced to lodge a compliant for wrongly billing my account time & again and creating major stress to me.they are charging every day since I have balance in my account.

                          Hello! I have a tata sky connection since 2008. Somehow it started giving some problems, so i took it to my dealer in my town i.e. Tonk (Raj.) He took my tata sky setup box and gave me some different box registered on some others name. The one registered on my name he never gave me back. I gave him money for recharge of 12months but he continued to recharge my setup box by per month basis. Also the one which is issued on my subscriber id is with him or he gave it to somebody else, I was unable to get a recharge from internet. Also when the box attached with my id and mobile no. is not recharged on time then company continously poke me for recharge although i do not possess that box now. I called their customer care for help and asked them to deactivate me from my past subscriber id but they also told me that they cant do anything about it. I was so frustated and unsatisfied with their service that atlast i have to get this service stopped immediately and have to avoid using tata sky.

                            Tata Sky office at Mody Street, Fort, called us at 11 a.m. today and informed that the Service Engineer would be visiting soon. Your Service Engineer, Mr. Vilas Tigote finally visited us at 2 p.m. He found the signals not available. He attended to the Dish Antenna on the terrace and without informing us replaced a part. We told him that without informing us why did he change the part; he had no answer to this. On further inquiry we found that he had visited our building on Sunday, 25th May 2014 to attend to Mr. Yusuf Kapasi’s Dish Antenna, our 4th floor neighbour, which was not working. From this we found that he had fidgeted with our Antenna. Our TV was working till this Sunday, 25th May 2014. Is this the policy of Tatasky Service Engineers that if they go to attend to customer complaints they have to fidget with others Dish Antenna, so as to get more business ?                             Greetings for the day,

                            My concern is about unwanted deduction of Tata Sky account balance
                            actually on August 7, 2017 my set top box suddenly flashed a msg that is signal is not receiving.
                            Regarding this I called to tatasky customer care they assist me on phone first but issue did not resolve
                            so he raised a complaint ticket number WO#Z3CKT3Z about my issue and assure me to technician visit.

                            next day 8/8/2017 a technician Mr. Amit Visited at around 9.50Am and found the LNB related issue he told me that the LNB is not broadcast the signal properly
                            so he replaced the LNB with new one and that one was working properly.
                            he asked me that total charges is Rs. 250 then I called to customer care they told me that LNB replacement charges are only Rs 150 and no other charges will be applicable
                            as set top box and related accessories are under warranty (recorded conversation with me).
                            So I refused to pay to technician he told that the charges will be deducted from account automatically
                            On 10th August I received a message about deduction of Rs. 375 from my TATA SKY account.
                            and the I called again and again to customer care but ever time they are talking nonsense.

                            There is no physical damage in LNB even Technician also accept this but your team is not ready to accept this (I have recorded conversation with me but not able to send on mail as its showing some error i[censored] have some other way I will send it").

                              Hi Sir, I Got a Call from Tata Sky Associates on Thursday 22nd May 2014 at around 1:20 Pm. They asked Me whether tatasky Services are working fine or not i responded with a yes. They they Started Explaining Vedic Mathematics channel offer and told me it would be offered free of cost for first 2 months and then they will charge 7 rs per day. I almost twice asked that no amount will be charged/added to current monthly subscription fees they responded with yes. Then i Agreed so they activated the Active Vedic Mathematics Channel in just a minute. Then I got an SMS on my Phone that my monthly subscription fees has been changed to 442 previously it was 290 and Active Vedic Mathematics Channel Activated for 3 Months. In Just 15 Minutes i called up the customer care and asked them to immediately deactivate the channel they told they cant do it right now they can lodge a complaint and then it will be resolved . Then I called 2 days after ie today 24th May 2014 at around 1:30 Pm to check status of complaint . They flatly told that they cant deactivate now it will be done after 3 months period as they have done by my consent. I feel highly cheated and frauded. Please help me resolving it so that no extra money charged to me for wrongly commited offer.                                 tatasky is harassing customers. not taking customer feedback. they are not giving neosports .we cannot change our dth setup box as we have invested heavy amount and unlike mobile operators where there is moble number potability, we cannot change our dth operator

                                  I'm relocated to padamughal, ernakulam, kerala from chennai. My tata sky dish and set-box were removed and available in new address. But I'm unable to get it installed on my new address ( PINCODE 682037). Worse part is for past 10 days every day installation schedule SMS will be sent, but no installer will arrive on your site. And after 10 days, request (WO# DAETMPC) was closed automatically even with out doing any installation. I contacted tata sky help desk with my concerns, they were kind enough to forget every thing and raised a new request. And now another 10 day ordeal has started. :( I have no idea when the installation would ever happen at my site. My subscriber id [protected] regards, Ananda S

                                    i called up twice and thrice time to tatasky call center for package change but they made excuses and made me fool. i spoke with their executive but they denied to change. please help me what can i do for prevent them to charge wrong amount.

                                      I have never Active Packs Fun Learn in my package and I have compliant to customer care two time but Customer care also blaming me showing me activation time call time and date and I have requested them to deactivate this package but telling me this Active Packs Fun Learn pack cannot drop till 6 month.
