Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:GN5VXPB is scheduled between 11/02/2015 17:25 & 18:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]...this my service request. However no action taken. Instead of servicing the tata sky servicing people demand money 500-1000 to do the service where as acording to comoany rule it is only 170 dat too will be deducted from the a/c itself.. This is absolutely not tolarable.

TATA SKY SUBSCRIBER NO. [protected]...no or partial channels are showing since last evening! Toll free numbers either not picking up or when picking no replies, no replies of emails too.. On disconnect your pocket is empty off Rs. 1 per minute.
Poor and fraud company, are sitting their.

Set top box not receiving signal for more than 12 hours and customer care cannot be reached on any of the given contact numbers
Since yesterday I am trying to contact the helpline for which the numbers were indicated for having not receiving the single, but nobody has bothered to set right the problem. Further, due to some reasons my mobile no. has been changed to [protected], for this no complaints are registering, they simply answering the send sms from old mobile which was registered long back. I hope the problem set right immediately. My tatasky id is [protected].

My Tatasky not working last 3 days. Complaint raised in Tatasky web site. My consumer no [protected].
Since the evening of 11th March 2015 stopped receiving any signals.Not able to view any channels like news channels regional channels.just handful channels like colour, pt punjabi are visible
Last four days no signal in my setup box fully black screen.No signal from your setupbox message shows .icalled tata sky executive she respond butno executive come to recover .i called lot of times no one response .very very worst customer care service .I am going to change any other network Irecommend to say to my family try other network ..very poor service .i waited more than half an hour in call no response.Online chat also not work proper .Can someone take the necessary action .

my ID [protected], being a tata customer since last 5 +years, but last four days have been has the worst, despite many registered complain and assurance no body bothered to turn up .

i have no faith or trust on Tata, such a brand but see their customer support, i want remove both my connections, send your engineer, i have already filled a complaint in Consumer forum, now i will be left with no options but to file a case ...
no signal ... & service technician not responding . from 3 days we are unble to view the chanales so we have complianted to local technician he is asking for service charge . i have complianted custemer care service they have replayed that the problem will solved one day but no use .
