Tata Sky — No Signals

My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is: [protected] From last three days my Tata Sky set top box not getting signal for most of channels specially regional channels. It is not the problems of that particular channels because from other service providers these channels are easily available without any disturbance. In spite of all efforts from my part to contact with the Tata Sky I remain unsuccessful. I have recharged my Tata Sky accordingly but getting no service. It is not only the disservice from the part of the company it is also illegal too. Hope the company shall immediately solve the problem and adjust the proportional tariff for the period of which the company failed to provide the service to the customer.

there are no signals, I have tried to resolve the problem by reconnecting all the wires but there is no use...still there is a screen with no signal...please resolve the problem as early as possible...waiting for your response...thank u in advance...
Facing frequent issues related poor/no signals since March first week. Tried to call many times on toll free numbers but unable to contact customer care. Logged call through SMS but issue not yet resolved. Worst services from Tatasky.

This is to inform you that we are your customer and our id no.[protected].we are not receiving signals 1.4.2015 on wards, the same problem arised in March month also.Why it is happening and we may call your local technecian receive call and simply say SMS NS to 56633.But no response either customer care or local tech.we are getting much inconveniance of your Tata sky.I am sorry to say this. So please do needful and over come.

I am staying in pune
my contact no is [protected]. i have called almost for 25 to 30 times for not able to get the connection since last 8 days. So far no body has attended the complaint. Worst part is now your help line nos are also help less. thay are also giving auto directed answer. Yr third class technical team is not able to solve the issue.. Its my humble and honest request that if it is beyond yr capacity you should have guts to replay the customer. Or declare in front of media that we are not able to provide you service so through yr set up boxes in gutter...
I have booked complaint on 2.4.15. False promises are given to me. Complaint not resolve yet

My subscriber I'd is [protected] and I'm not getting a single channel on my set top box for more than a week niether hd nor non hd...Kindly look into the matter ..i even gave a missed call on the tata sky number but no one turned up...im highly irritated now
Tata sky ID No. [protected] has no signal since 1st April 2015 in this context I have submitted a complain regarding no signal through your help line no on 4th April 2015 but still today I got no response from your side. so I compel to bring the matter to you.
Kindly solve the matter as an early date.and grace the disturbing period to my account validity.

I HAVE BEEN REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT OF NO SIGNALS FOR THE PAST SIX DAYS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. MY REGISTERED COMPLAINT NO WITH TATA SKY IS -HZIFSRM REGISTERED ON 7TH MAY . EACH DAY I AM GETTING A MESSAGE THAT THE TECHNICIAN WOULD VISIT AT A PARTICULAR TIME BUT HE DOES NOT TURN UP, THEREBY KEEPING ME WAITING THE WHOLE DAY, AND THEREBY MY WHOLE WORK SCHEDULE IS DISTURBED. I AM FACING UNNECESSARY HARDSHIP AND THIS IS A HARROWING EXPERIENCE. NO TECHNICIAN HAS CARED TO VISIT MY RESIDENCE WHERE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. I WOULD SEEK THIS FORUM TO GET MY PROBLEM SOLVED AT THE EARLIEST. I WOULD ALSO SEEK REIMBURSEMENT OF CHARGES N AND COMPENSATION FOR THIS PERIOD OF NO USE OF THE FACILITY.
