Tata Sky — Problems with audio latency

I have been observing a significant audio latency/audio delay in the television content since last 1 month.

The delay is more significant on the hd channels.

I have checked my television and home-theater setup with various other sources like blu-ray players, google chromecast, internal usb player, smart tv functions and i didn't found any delay with audio in these sources.

I have cross checked all audio related settings on tata-sky hd box, my tv and home-theater and still the issue hasn't resolved.

Please see to the matter and suggest optimum solution.

local agency is negelecting complaint and not attending .
Our set a box is not working since yesterday by this reference ID -no. [protected] and since trying on this number [protected] from yesterday not getting your helpline .Please Do the needful .
Tata sky is now cheating with the customers they are increasing the rates and when you contact with their customer care they fail in giving a sufficient answer in the past six months Tata sky has increased their rates twice please contact me with a answer or I will discontinue your services.

On 11/02/2016paid Rs100 for recharge and again Rs100 paidfor recharge, but i have NOT GOT channels.
Tatami sky services are pathetic kindly raise concerns against this kind of services.
I complete early also but same problem stand their your engineer did not do his job well kindly see to it
Since today morning i.e. on 26/1/2016 I can not see any chnnel. Not receiving any signal.

Recharged at paytm but not activated.

Please remove my additional packages and every month i do want want my recharge amount to increase. My [protected] is my I'd. Plz remove my additional packs and activate a pack ok rs.360 only

Tata Sky — not getting some channels

Not getting NDTV 24*7, TIMES NOW, HEAD LINES TODAY, CNN IBN, NEWS X, CNN, BBC, AL JAZEERA, None of the Malayalam Channels. For so many days. I am getting most of the Hindi channels. ID No. [protected]

Tata Sky — change of pacage

i am having the package Rs.449/- now i want to change the package of Rs.240/-pm instead of Rs.449/-. Hence, i request you to kindly change the package immediately. Meghali Tungkhang

Tata Sky — reg. Recharge

tatsky id : [protected] Recharge was done on 26th april 2015. and again the due date it showing as 9th may 2015. within the gap of 13 days, its telling to recharge again. Please check into this.

we are unable to watch our requried channels even though we have paid money, so please respond us with a good solution

Since one month I am unable to access most of the channel along with hd channels. Complaint was registered but there was no response fro there end. I hope they would take it into a action.

no singal again , this time 12 days and counting.

They are not even picking calls to cancel tat sky subscription. They sent message saying 3 days of subscription is credit to acoount. They think people are beggars. You don't have option to talk to them is height of it. worast service.
