Tata Sky — Relocating problem | |||
My subscriber ID no [protected] I have requested to relocate my Tata sky since 30 march technician couldn't relocated my Tata sky. Technician directly told me dish couldn't dismantle buy a new dish which is for 850rs and with bargaining service then told for 800rs and customer service is telling for 650rs. Third class customer satisfaction service for old customer. Only advertisement service for customer third class service for customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

Set top box was installed 3 days back but since then it has stopped working. 15 times called up customer care. every time i am told that it will be resolved in 2 hours and will have a technician visiting my place, but those 2 hours have still not come. utterly disgusting service. pathetic
I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in relocation of your set top box.
