[Resolved] Tata Sky — remove dd national during india vs, australia cricket match sept 17 2017 | |
A bench of supreme court ruled that only cable broadcasters shall not air dd national while india vs australia series. It does not applies to dth service providers like tatasky. They are misleading their customers and playing dirty tricks to make money by using ruling of supreme court in a wrong way. I have lost my faith in tatasky. I will replace it asap. Its Monopoly of Tata Sky and other DTH Operators not to telecast the match on DD National whereas the Hon'ble Supreme Court has nowhere restrained the DTH Operators to telecast the Match. The Apex Court order in its Order under Para No. 31 has categorically stated that the Cable Operators are restrained to telecast the match. I have filed Consumer Case against Tata Sky for adopting unfair trade practice. I suggest all of you to file consumer case against the DTH operators so that they should learn a lesson from public.
