[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Signal quality issue

I have been facing "no signal " and signal quality issues from past 3, 4 months. Even after repeated complaint issue is not taken upto. Service centre cancel complaint without fixing the problem and taking customer approval. Off late technical staff also miss behaved with me, they talk rudely. The parts are missing but because they are expensive, they are not installing it

My ragister mobile [protected] my new number [protected] plz chang the number
I requested TAT SKY team for additional set box along with my primary connection however due to some urgency I did not want any secondary connection and for which I requested TATA sky customer care through phone and email many times to cancel my request for secondary connection but body ready to listen and everytime they give false commitment.
@Mohit I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and help you process the cancellation request.
