TCL — TV installation from tcl | |||||
Its been almost 1 month and they are delaying it on and on. I had purchased an led tv 48 inches and received through amazon on[protected]. From that day i had registered with customer care for installation and given reference numbr-1093. Till date i has not received any person to install my tv. Continuously i am doing phones to customer care and they are saying today surely it will install. From last two days i had received a call from kalyan installation department that we are coming today, but no response from them. Fed up of this..please help Was this information helpful? | |||||

There is not at all proper service 1 week back I bought the TVs till now nobody will come to instole there is no proper service pleaE don't buy this

This is my request number 11978001 . I request it one week ago still in process. Your ***fool** technician Bhanu phone number [protected] come without wall mount and i asked him then he told me that they have not wall mount you can complain and told me he will return tomorrow i called him lot of time told me that come today, tomorrow and this dram continued... I call your head office and there is lot of donkey on chair of customer care like rohit, ajay, suhnveer, arun etc
i called all of them all told me that sir it happen now or tomorrow morning max but that morning not come so i have all recording of them but my problem is still continue so i will take action against you in consumer fourm if my problem not solve today and will show what will cost it to you.My complain number is 12145501

They are such pathetic people, I am feeling unfortunate to buy TCL LED, what is the point in giving 3 Year warranty if they can't even come for installation
