The bus driver is rash driving and my car side mirror was broken

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 7th August 2023, Bus Driver, Nagesh Ganganolla, driving TSRTC bus no TS15 UD7939 of Sangareddy Depot travelling from Sangareddy to Yadagirigutta bumped my car AP28DG 1067 from back side at Madinaguda, Miyapur, Hyderabad. There was a pedestrain signal and near by we have school and during that time the driver was driving rashly, overspeeding and recklessly and bumped my car. He stopped at the accident site by force. This damaged the right back side light and the bumper. We informed the police and the police has called him to report in the station while returing back from Yadagiri gutta. He agreed but not attended. Request you to take the disciplinary action against the driver.

I had a reservation from khammam to kphp on 25th July 2023 for super luxury.
The actual timings of bus 12:30pm(at kmm) to 5:20pm(kphp).

But the driver started bus at 1:00 pm in khammam, and stops at road side like a lift to pepole is it super luxury or local bus ? he drives very slow than express bus at 5:30 we are in LB nagar were there is no traffic from kmm to LB nagar and suryapet highway to. He is always in phone while driving he said that we supposed to reach kphp at 7:00 pm which is 1 and half hour delay of actual timings I have to catch shiridi bus at 6.40 in KPHP.The driver just saying that get down and travel to through metro.
What the hell is this what is the reason for having a reservation for no use at all?
Actually 5.20 pm at kphp droff off, we can expect of 30mins or 40mins delay due to traffic but it's been 7:00pm at kphp.

I just drop off at MGBS and travelled through metro.

Taking 30mins break at every bus stand, why to have a stop for 30mins in kmm, he has to cover it in highway but he didn't, we also have a lunch 30mins break in suryapet is common for tsrtc busses which is accepted.even though he stopped 30mins in kmm.

Men are sitting in ladies seats and not getting up even after asking multiple times.

I have travelled via ktc travels from nellore to hyderbad with my family (wife and a kid 5y), opted for BHEL as drop point, but the bus driver and the attender told its not possible and they left us at miyapur saying that alternative will be arranged and left us there in the middle of the road. Left with no option with my kid along, i booked an auto and reached my place.Firstly i have opted that travels because it gave bhel as an option for drop point. I being felt humiliated and helpless, hereby reaching you to do the needfull as per your guidelines or law . thanking you sir

This happened second time in a row the staff at the airport bus ticket counter don't accept cash and when we do upi payment it never gets accepted. Meanwhile in my account it always shows credited to beneficiary and even after sharing the details they refuse to accept that we paid it and after the payment is done via upi, they accept cash and provide the change.
Is this some kind of scam going on the airport bus ticket counter. Taking extra money from passenger to some random account and then accepting cash.

This happened to me two time in a row.
First they don't accept cash payment even after having change with them.
Then when we do upi payment it always gets debited from my account and credited to beneficiary, but the ticket counter person says it's not credited and then after that only he accepts cash and give the change.
Is this some kind of scam by the staff or the tsrtc itself to take passengers hard earned money this way

on 12th July 2023
Parcel is missing no response at parcel service MGBS bus stop and rudely behavior of staff

I speak with customer support but no use

There are no buses from jbs to bodhan from two hours and there can be emergency situation where we require transport and the people who can afford bus.if questioned about the timings in the enquiry section they were saying that they have been not reported about the bus timings of nizamabad and bodhan.kindly take this situation seriously and requesting you to take further required action

She didn’t even asked for ticket and with all due respect we payed for the charges and she is yelling at us for not paying before .This is the worst behaviour of her.

I lost my wallet yesterday around 6:30 pm- 7:00 pm, at last I have used my purse to purchase ticket from miyapur metro to ramchandrapuram. In my wallet having 2 one card cards one in the name of anil kumar nallabotula and other one gollakurma mythri and also having 2 debit cards in the name of gollakurma mythri .

I’m feeling waste of time travelling in TSRTC.
Today (02/07/2023) I’m travelling from Tirupati to Hyderabad. At Tirupati bus started at around 11:15am. It has to reach Hyderabad by 11:30pm. Now the time is 11:48pm now the bus is at Balanagar. I need to travel from MGBS to Nacharam. Will I get city bus after I reached to MGBS. Who will take the responsibility. This bus has to reach Kurnool by 6:30pm but it reached 8:00pm. This late impact is affecting to my destination timing. This is not the first time it repeatedly happening in every journey with exclusively TSRTC. I need my amount as refund. Just now I reached at [protected]@1:45am

I lost my wallet while commuting in the Hyderabad to Achampet bus, I got down at Kadthal and noticed my wallet is missing after the bus started moving. It has my valuables. I tried called to TSRTC officials at achampet who said they would look into this but couldn't find my wallet.

Actually I booked ticket from macherla to Nellore.when booking time it shows 11:00pm reaching time.now almost 3 hours late and driver's are giving in approaite answer.

This is to bring to your notice that, on 30/4/2023 bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore via kurnool, we boarded the bus in kurnool around 23:45, it was raining heavily and the bus driver denied to park elsewhere we boarded the bus drenching in rain despite saying the driver it's raining heavily and senior citizens were there, such a reckless behaviour from him .
Main issue was in seat placement, we had advance booking, this guy after checking the tickets says " ekkada Kali undo akkada kuchondu" exactly the why should we book in advance., Some are sleeping on floor he has filled the bus .
This was the worst service of a deluxe vehicle sir
Please take this issue seriously and look into it

I have boarded at hasthinapuram and had a day pass of yestarday which was valid till today morning 9:41 .And one conductor has said that 10 mins of buffer is accepted, Today the conductor has accepted only till sagarringroad and time was 9:38.

He asked to ticket when i was one stop away from my destination.

He forced me to buy ticket i thought its okay but he gave ticket from sagarring to nagole metro which is 25rupees.which is not fair.The time has crossed near kaminani hostpital he gave ticket from differnt place and charged more.When i asked him why uncle u gave this he said go complain if you think that its not fair file a case.

I am K.Sai Krishna, Student of Siddhartha Institute of Computer Science (MBA), Yesterday I a have aborted a bus and made a Day pass of 24hrs at 11.00am and the TC has given me the ticket by writing in his hand writing because at the time of printing the paper was completed in the machine so, he has written it and given me the day pass but today I have faced the problem and near mehndipatnam when I have aborted the bus the lady conductor has started yelling at me and Said that she won't allow that pass for aborting the bus so, I have made a ticket. But she could spoke softly we are also humans not the animals and she has an arogant behaviour and she thinks that the whole bus is her own property, and she doesn't care about passengers how they are feeling, I have saw that she has started yelling at a women that she is not walking fastly, that women was holding 2 years old baby and how can she walk fastly, basic common sense she doesn't have. And the bus details are AP11Z7093. I don't know the lady conductor details. Please take a seviour action towards the conductors.
