We have in a TSRTC bus with service code / name : 2416 / RJY-KMM-BHEL on 06.06.2023 with ticket number 75904364.

The driver and the conductors are having so much of behavioral issues. They are very rude with all the passengers including us. they are stopping the bus several times without any proper reason and taking the money from the others for taking the parcels and all. we have seen that both of them taken 1KG Kaju from the vendor to transport some of the goods which is placed in the driver seat.

Blocked the bus path way with the parcels which makes so much of discomfort for the passengers while boarding and getting down with the children and luggage.

He stopped in the middle of the road and asked us to get down in heavy traffic back side. this kind of behavior we have never experienced with APSRTC drivers from next time onwards we are planning to book tickets from APSRTC only.

I booked 3 tickets worth Rs3900 amount has been deducted from my account but tickets booking has failed.

Here I am complaining about the hygiene of the bus seat where I felt very uncomfortable. Since I have dust allergy I couldn't able to sit and enjoy my journey.

On Friday ie 2-06-23 I was travelling from Shivarampally to Gayatrinagar in 300 number(ordinary bus) bus around 4:30pm
I forgot my green colour borosil water bottle (which costs around nearly 800 rupees in the bus

I have to travel with egaruda service on[protected] but bus was delayed 2 hours and rajdhani service was arrived after 2 hours.

Bus was not at all clean, noisy and very unpleasant journey,

Need immediate assistance. Attached ticket details for your reference. Need a resolution for the time and situation occurred as I was traveling alone and had to wait for so long.

I lost my bus pass on 13th May at night at 280 bus number and the last date of bus pass was 8th June can i please get my bus pass back please my name is baradi sriveka and my college was aurora institute of technology ghatkesar

I am Sai kumar thaduri. I have book tickets from Jannaram to Hyderabad worth of 1060 rupees on 27th May 2023. Money is deducted even after the screen showed me payment unsuccess full and booking un successful. I have not received any refund yet. The payment reference number is[protected].

Fare is 370. But it is not like the Express bus. I am sitting in last seat middle (29)of bus number. TS 09 Z 7672.
Main issue is. I was seating on top of seat hitch is above Engine The engine is becoming hot. And my seat is becoming Soo hot. And also no AC.
The condition of AC is not good. And there is AC coming to this place.
This is not at all fair. I’m getting sweat ..
I want solution to my problem.
The hotness of seat cannot be shown in pics. Understand that.

AP29z 4812 bus in 217C route has not stopped in bus in allwyn bus stop.This is not the first time it happens always in this bus stop.Also due to the fear of traffic police they are making the public to suffer.

The ac is not working good in the rajadhani bhs which I am traveling from nirmal to Hyderabad it is not at all worth for the ticket fare

However the traveller opts the ac bus to avoid heat & after boarding if this’s the situation why to board this & why the TSRTC charge us more than the regular

Actually i am travelling from nagarkurnool to Hyderabad the charges were 180
But for nagarkurnool to shamshabad fare is 180
Shamshad to Hyderabad nearly 20 km
But why the charges are same for Hyderabad and shamshabad. Can you say the answer or forward to ktr sir

Service no 8067 from MGBS-KZNR was supposed to be in JBS by 19:00 on 17/5/2023 bus was late by 70 mnts. When asked about reason driver answered rudely that he may come 2/3 hours late we passengers have to wait and he will come at the time he wish to come. Further added if we wish ti travel we should wait or we may Choose other mode of transport. This reflects poorly for TSRTC. By this late I will be Missing some important event scheduled tonight. Please take suitable action. I'll be saving this complaint number as I'm expecting the action taken to be informed. If not I'll approach consumer forum

I had a reservation for secunderabad to mancherial bus on 17th may 5.30am at JBS for myself and my 2 year old daughter.I have boarded bus at jbs by 5.35am but my seat was already taken away by someone else.I don't understand what dealing driver had with other passenger told driver that I have reservation but he says you have to come early to get your reserved seat and have asked me to take last back seat.

If I had to come early to get a front seat I don't understand what is the point in doing reservation.I struggled get my seat as I have 2 year old kid it will be difficult to adjust in back seat but driver dint give my seat and I had to adjust in last seat.

Iam traveling alone with my daughter, Iam not sure if this driver is like this with all passengers i feel driver is taking this advantage because iam an women with small kid

TS07Z bus no.219/229 didn't stop at madeenaguda bus stand at 2 30pm today dt.16.05.2023...In the hot sun I was standing and waving the hand still Driver didn't observe...

This is public transport and not stopping for public ...not even considering hot sun...please take action

Dear sir,

I am regular passenger from vijayawada to Suryapet in Rajdhani Bus Service . I am banker and i have to reach my office by 9:30 am at any cost . So i prefer Rajdhani service to Hyderabad via kodad and suryapet .
But today, i was not allowed to board the bus (6553 service No) inspite of free seats available and bus having stop at suryapet in board.
I enquired with the counter people and they also spoke rudely that only Hyderabad people given preference.
Are we not passengers?

I was totally distressed with the behaviour of tsrtc people.
I cleary need an explanation for this or i am never going to board tsrtc buses.

It is to inform that, the express buses which are available from godhavarikani to hyderabad are going with very low speed. As so many employees working in hyderabad start at early morning to reach office on time (9 or 10 am). As the buses not going to destination I. e., hyderabad on time the employees are facing inconvenience in their offices. So, please resolve the issue at the earliest. Due to this so many employees are affected.
