My name is rakesh, yesterday on 19th feb 2018, 8:30pm i catch the bus at lal banglow stop, 10km metro bus was full rush i got seat near by door, window seat... As iam travelling at near sr nagar one guy trying to sit in the seat, he took the support of wide lenght rod which is attached to the window mirrors, and that rod was broken and hit my head very strongly... Im suffering with headache... This isthe condition of city buses, where do we get safe travelling, and the conductor was very bad, not even responding to me while i hit by the rod... The bus number is (Ap 11z 6114).
The bus condition was very bad even though bus driver driving very rash... I need a reply to this i got the pictures of bus and broken rod.

    Good day sir,
    My self vinod kumar konala, working as navigating officer in merchant navy. My wife working in kodad depot as amf - mechanical.
    Today i. E[protected] when i travelled in the bus from mgbs to kodad, he not allowed the family pass number 181943 which is valid up to[protected].
    When i asked him for the reason he answered very rudely stating that complaint whom ever u want.
    With a very painful heart i'm writing a letter for the justice
    I'm attaching you the ticket as well as the family pass details below.

      I was travelling in metro express bus from patancheru to koti,
      I gave 50 rupees note to conductor and asked ticket to s.r Nagar, the ticket cost is 20rupees, I found 20 rupees note in my wallet and gave to conductor to return my 50rupees note, but conductor blaming me that 20 ruppes given by him, I asked to check once, but he behaving very rash upon me and scolding me with rubbing words
      So please take action on conductor .

        The complaint is regarding is the day pass is consists of r s.80 and he typed wrongly. The conductor typed wrong in sex as male but i am female. But bus was very rush and even did not have place to stand in the bus. I have give money and took the ticket. The bus number 25 from ih statue (Alwal). I climbed at jbs but still did not ask me pass. Please make the conductors awareness of machine. I kindly request to the team to the complaint seriously and may not suffer other middle class people. Today to me it is loss of rs.80and always the charging for the ticket wherever i go

          Hi,

          My name is sushma. Today i. E.14feb, 2018, i board the govt bus from chandanagar bus stop at 3:10pm. When the conductor asked me for the ticket, i told me to give it for kphb and was handing him a 50rs note. He refused to take the money saying that he don't have change. I i have asked other passengers too but not getting change. After a min, the conductor starting misbehaving with me and abuse me in front of all passengers. I didn't know telugu so i asked him to speak in hindi/english. He was shouting and told the driver to stop the bus in the middle of the road. I told the conductor to behave properly but he was not listening and was continuously shouting by saying 'utar chal bus se'. It was like horrible moment for me as the driver stopped the bus and conductor was continuosly shouting over me.
          I am completely shocked by this incident. What was my fault in this?? 50rs change is not a big deal today.., i mean i travel daily and have never seen this kind of conductor ever who doesn't even know how to talk. Due to his shouting, i got so scared that i forgot to note down the bus number. This type of behaviour is completely intolerable. If you can track the bus with the time i have provided that would be very helpful.

          Today that is Feb 16, as I was waiting for the 26 bus old Bowenpally around 10.15am the bus driver stopped exactly 10 meters before the stop . He did stop in the bus stop again straight away the bus went from the stop. Even the bus was not soo rush. Just want to know what they are up to ??

          Bus No. AP28Z2010 dis not stop at Masab Tank bus stop today evening at 5pm. The bus stop has that bus no written on the board but most of the buses don't stop there. Kindly look into the matter.

            The conductor of the bus has given ticket where the drop stage is amberpet which is 2 stages after the actual drop stage that I had to get down( prashanth nagar). It was an ordinary bus and the ticket from my stage(ramnagar gundu) to the drop stage(prashanth nagar)is minimum. I have attached screenshot of ticket.

              The driver is driving the bus In such a way that it may lead to severe damage which cab include life's.
              When I asked him to drive slowly two of them the driver and the ticket conductor started arguing.

                I had booked ticket from srisailam to hyderabad on 19/1/2018 for journey date 31/01/2018 for 2 persons. The details are as under:

                This above service did not operate on 31/01/2018. We got booked tickets for the next bus at 1 pm on 31st and reached hyderabad by service no.1310, ticket no. 56707708.
                Since 31/01/2018, i am talking to customer care and picket depot officials, but all are evading to help me. The service is not cancelled in the system even till today. Picket depot officials say talk to customer care and customer care vice versa. Effectively, i am deprived of my hard earned refund money. I am a senior citizen and this as a great harassment. Pl help me.

The lady requested to conductor kindly stop the bus at teratigudem village she asked, she took the ticket for next coming bus stop of junutla village.                       The Way from Gachibowli to Raidurg road is full blockage with water where there are no rains and no proper road where most of the vehicles who travel office choose the way. sometime vehicles get stuck in the mud water and block the whole traffic to office and home.
                      In sangareddy buses seats dedicated to ladies are not given to ladies even conductors are not insisted to do so
                      Torn and compressed seat with a bolt popping out, which will injure the travelers. Bus number 127s from hitech city to koti timing 13:45.
                      Hope the problem will be solved soon.

                        Service number 7356 bus has to departure by 06:30am from jubilee bus station. But it arrived at 07:00am and departured at 08:00am.
                        If cm kcr is really working for public, he has to suspend all the respective people who caused this inconvenience to the public. And he has justify to the people regarding bus timings in the state.
                        This is the worst public transportation system in the world. Better privatize this.

                          I have tried to book ticket on[protected] at 12:09hours at tgsrtc52478 by vajra bus from warangal (Nit college bus stop) to hyderabad (Kphb 3rd phase) but amount of rs.298/- was debited to my credit card and transaction was failed and ticket was not booked. I contacted 24/7 customer support of tsrtc but there was no response. So kindly see to this issue and make my payment refund

                            I purchased a ticket from karimnagar to jbs on 29 jan 2018.
                            The service number is 7001. My ticket number is 56689109. I am allotted the seat with the number 28.
                            As per the description, the seat should be a push back seat. But due to malfunctioning of the lever, i was unable to push the seat back due to which i was unable to sleep. As it was night journey it gave a lot discomfort for me. More over my fellow passengers were happy with their seats and comfortably got the push back facility for which they paid the charge. It was really hurting for me.
                            Why should not i complaint to consumer forum.
                            Even though i complained this issue yo the driver, he was simply reluctant.
                            The bus number was ts 07 z 4018.

                              I am k raghavendra kumar, i am physically challenged person and i was waiting for bus in jadcherla on 28.01.18, 00.20 am towards mahabubnagar, nrpt depot deluxe bus came, and he (Driver) was stopped bus for 5 seconds for getting down of one passenger, which is also stopped sofar from the bus stop. Sothat i have started running to catch the bus, but he could not stopped the bus.
                              During running i was fell down and the bus was went infront of me and showing hand, still he was not stopped, i was very much not satisfied with his behaviour (Service). The bus details are

                                  I have catched bus from Shamshabad to JNTU of Bus No Ap 11z 7313 at 5.50 pm .with in 10 minutes driver had issued Tickets .
                                  And almost waited for 40 minutes, and the bus condition was very bad, worst than a normal local bus, no Ac is working, and with very bad smell.
                                  Not expect a Airport service bus with this condition.Mainly the Bus like this condition will de-valuate our transport system and value of our state .

                                      Tsrtc. Journey: godavarikhani-jbs reserved service no: 7268 driver: k sampath contact no.: [protected] is expected to leave from the start point godavarikhani at 6.30am. The bus directly comes from depo and starts from godavarikhani station. But driver is very careless and reached at 6.40am. Further checking of reserved tickets and issuing tickets to unreserved members has made the bus to start at 7.01am. Why does the service is not as per the commited time. Why passengers have to suffer for driver personal delay. This is exploiting the customer and his expectations on what time he would reach, and collapsing his scheduled plans. Is it not tsrtc responsibility to make the bus to start at the right time. If the bus service is from different station we would have thought that there could be delay due to some traffic or other issues. But this bus has come from bus depot which is just infront of bus station. I asked in the enquiry from 6.20am to 6.40am on whereabouts of bus. They mentioned that driver is delaying and asked me to question driver once he comes. He was impolite to me. Staff and the service by tsrtc is in this way affecting passengers.

                                        We have done reservation in metro express for 3, 4 seats. Our opposite seats are 7, 8 ladies reserved but conductor changed as per his convenience to sell other empty seats this seats are occupied by gents and we are not comfortable in journey.
                                        Other problem at time of reservation seats views are chronological but her metro seating is different.

                                        Hello sir, I have lost my general bus pass yesterday. I have renewed my pass on 11 Jan 2018 with 900 rs metro express pass. Is there any way to get my pass I.e any duplicate pass will be issued. If so can I know what is the procedure please help me its an humble request
