I have tried to book ticket on[protected] at 12:09hours at tgsrtc52478 by vajra bus from warangal (Nit college bus stop) to hyderabad (Kphb 3rd phase) but amount of rs.298/- was debited to my credit card and transaction was failed and ticket was not booked. I contacted 24/7 customer support of tsrtc but there was no response. So kindly see to this issue and make my payment refund

    I purchased a ticket from karimnagar to jbs on 29 jan 2018.
    The service number is 7001. My ticket number is 56689109. I am allotted the seat with the number 28.
    As per the description, the seat should be a push back seat. But due to malfunctioning of the lever, i was unable to push the seat back due to which i was unable to sleep. As it was night journey it gave a lot discomfort for me. More over my fellow passengers were happy with their seats and comfortably got the push back facility for which they paid the charge. It was really hurting for me.
    Why should not i complaint to consumer forum.
    Even though i complained this issue yo the driver, he was simply reluctant.
    The bus number was ts 07 z 4018.

      I am k raghavendra kumar, i am physically challenged person and i was waiting for bus in jadcherla on 28.01.18, 00.20 am towards mahabubnagar, nrpt depot deluxe bus came, and he (Driver) was stopped bus for 5 seconds for getting down of one passenger, which is also stopped sofar from the bus stop. Sothat i have started running to catch the bus, but he could not stopped the bus.
      During running i was fell down and the bus was went infront of me and showing hand, still he was not stopped, i was very much not satisfied with his behaviour (Service). The bus details are

      Kindly ask the explanation and punish him for not stopping the bus in the busstops

          Hi,
          I have catched bus from Shamshabad to JNTU of Bus No Ap 11z 7313 at 5.50 pm .with in 10 minutes driver had issued Tickets .
          And almost waited for 40 minutes, and the bus condition was very bad, worst than a normal local bus, no Ac is working, and with very bad smell.
          Not expect a Airport service bus with this condition.Mainly the Bus like this condition will de-valuate our transport system and value of our state .

          While typing the complaint only bus got stopped with some issue.

            I löst my buss pass in the buss when i was coming in the bus i showed my buss to the conductor and kept it in the back pocket and after when i was come back to home i checked my buss pass in my back pocket nur it was not there so please kindly take my request and give to mee aa new buss pass pleaseeee i want my buss pass in two days soooo please take my request

              Tsrtc. Journey: godavarikhani-jbs reserved service no: 7268 driver: k sampath contact no.: [protected] is expected to leave from the start point godavarikhani at 6.30am. The bus directly comes from depo and starts from godavarikhani station. But driver is very careless and reached at 6.40am. Further checking of reserved tickets and issuing tickets to unreserved members has made the bus to start at 7.01am. Why does the service is not as per the commited time. Why passengers have to suffer for driver personal delay. This is exploiting the customer and his expectations on what time he would reach, and collapsing his scheduled plans. Is it not tsrtc responsibility to make the bus to start at the right time. If the bus service is from different station we would have thought that there could be delay due to some traffic or other issues. But this bus has come from bus depot which is just infront of bus station. I asked in the enquiry from 6.20am to 6.40am on whereabouts of bus. They mentioned that driver is delaying and asked me to question driver once he comes. He was impolite to me. Staff and the service by tsrtc is in this way affecting passengers.

                We have done reservation in metro express for 3, 4 seats. Our opposite seats are 7, 8 ladies reserved but conductor changed as per his convenience to sell other empty seats this seats are occupied by gents and we are not comfortable in journey.
                Other problem at time of reservation seats views are chronological but her metro seating is different.
                Please consider Our complaint.

                  I have boarded a deluxe service to travel from kazipet (In warangal dist) to uppal ring road.
                  Drt number : 653031
                  Tn-a22256 on 13/01/2018 at 12.49pm.
                  The so called deluxe bus was not at all a deluxe bus.
                  Unfortunately i got the last seat. The journey was horrible as the suspension was not good and the comfort was zero.
                  Tsrtc should concentrate more on the quality of buses before hiking the prices.
                  The other important thing is the cleanliness which is worst. The seats are very dirty as well.

                      Today i have met an incident where the bus number ap28z 3590 driver stopped the bus at kothaguda junction for his own refreshments. Upon asking for the delay, they are saying that they want refreshments for sometime. By seeing at this another two city buses took halt. Please take action so that this won’t repeat in future.

                        Sir, i made advance booking on 03.01.2018 for my journey to srisailam for journey on 09/01/2018 (Ticket no: 56411146/109 48160 service no: 1236 jbs-sslm seat no: 3 & 4 date of journey : 09/01/2018 08.30 hrs) from reservation counter jbs-rtc-jbs. Due to sudden illness of my wife in the early hours of 9.1.2018, my journey is cancelled. As per the terms of cancellation, printed on the reverse side of the ticket, it is printed, refund of 25% is allowed from 1 hr prior to the schedule departure, till departure time. With much pains, i reached the jbs bus station by 7 am and to my surprise the counters are not opened. I contacted the depot manager and he asked me to wait for some time. The counter clerk came and opened the counter after 7.30 am. To my surprise, he answered that no canellation before 1 hr of the schedule departure and refund amount is nil.

                        When i showed the terms on the ticket, he told that the stationery is very old and now the conditions are changed. But when i check the online information, the refund will be 25% from 1 hr before to the time of departure.

                        My question is, whether the cencellation rules are changed; if so from when;

                        Further, when the rules are changed, why dont you put a rubber stamp on the old stationery used at the reservation counter.

                        You are not allowing online reservation for certain routes and only to get reservation on the counters, what about the cancellation before 2 hours, 1 hour etc... When the counters are not open till 8 am in the morning.
                        You should also educate the travellers that tickets purchased in counters will be cancelled only during counter times and the rules of refund will not apply.

                        Please look into and arrange for refunding the 25% of the charges collected from me.

                          As we all know rtc is running in losses. It is the duty of employees to take care of customers necessities.. I recently travelled from jntu to nizams college.. I asked for a ticket of nizam college she didn't inform me that there is no stop. When i requested driver to stop he said i will not stop it's not in the middle i asked to stop... It is a busstop.. I had to walk back one km just because they didn't inform... Attached ticket please take action

I never seen a ordinary for that route till date... Are you guys gone mad or what? If you doesn't lay the ordinary buses. Then how we will students will travel. Kindly lay it yar. Allot atleast some ordinary buses for 113k/l...
                            Please punish the mallampet (500090) people. They are really foolish. Instead of having miyapur depot in the area they are not willing to provide the buses for us time to time. We have to waste our time standing everyday. So please help us in laying some buses in mallampet.

                                The bus should start at 7am and to reach JBS at 10:15am.
                                The bus isn't started right time. It is started after 7:30am
                                This is caused me late to my office.
                                The bus isnt come to buspoint even after 7:15 also.
                                It's very irritating for me.
                                I need explanation and solution.
                                How can I trust TSRTC next time..

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    Today the issue is driver refused to come into allagadda bustop and asked us to come onto road. With children and elder citizens travelling with us and the luggage too how can we do that. We have booked tickets through online. Keep this in mind driver started behaving very rudely. Insisted us to take ticket for girl and we took half ticket also. But seat was not allotted. Beggar is much better that he clearly begs and take money. Taking money without allotment of seat is ridiculous. Bus is also late by one hour. I will miss my morning duty and it will be loss of pay. Plz clarify with a suitable reply. Seat no. 7, 8, 3, 4 etc.

                                      Hi team.

                                      First of all i would like to thank tsrtc for providing rajdani bus and i have travelled many times and i had a very good experience but on 26th dec 2017 i had bad experience. This is complaint against service number 1374. Vijayawada to mgbs rajdani bus. Bus departed time is 03.45 am. Water bottles were not provided and when asked the assistant boy said bottles will be given in kodhada. After demand, has provided the bottles.. It's a a. C bus and we have asked for blankets they have refused to provide and said morning blankets will not be provided. 3 am is not morning i guess and also bus is not in good condition. I tried calling customer care but no response... Hope you would have a look into the issue and will try to improve the situation for future.

                                        I have taken the rajadani a/c bus from nizamabad to secunderabad on 25dec 2017 afternoon 2pm. Ticket no is tn-b38050. The total ticket fare is 294 including rs 15 for passenger amenity (Water bottle 500ml and kara wipes). When i asked for water bottle both the driver and conductor were rude replying that they won't have any because the depo don't have any inventory. When i asked why they have charged extra for passenger amenity if they don't have any they have no answer. Resolve this issue so that in future if they don't charge extra for which they don't do service.

                                        Such a inconvenience to passengers. It's really regrettable. From Amalapuram to Rajahmundry it suppose to be one and half hours, but it took two and half hour of journey.
