Dear sir/madam

Since 3 times i have been travelling by bus. I am a recent traveler in hyderabad as i have shifted from mumbai to hyderabad and i have to rely on local buses as that is only the easy transport from kompally to gandhi nagar.

Today i traveled by bus 20p number ap 11z 6156. The bus started at 9:55 pm the bus was conducively empty and conductor may not have any difficulty in giving the tickets but god knows what was making him touch the females and give the tickets. When i said not the touch me, he got angry and snatched money from me.

Other issue is also that the conductors do not pay the change even if they have it in their bags. They forcibly asks the passengers to give the change and if they genuinely do not have, the conductors do not give the change to the passengers.

Thirdly, there is a bus stop at cineplanet multiplex but the conductors will not stop the bus there even if we request. The bus stop is at prajay which is almost 2.5km from the area we live and t here is no facility of buses coming inside the residential area.

The above issues are mere indication of conductors looting the passengers (Very sorry for the slang used) but it is a saddening fact.

Hope the above is looked into very seriously as in case there are 1 lac plus passengers travelling daily and if the conductors do not pay back the change than they are hiddenly earning 1 lac and above per day.

With an urge to expect positive response and some systematic approach benefiting the passengers.

I have reservation from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam with service no. 1500 on 24th Nov. 2017.

The bus has stoped at 11o'clock before reaching surapet and the bus has halted more than 45 minutes.

What are TSRTC bus not running on schedule, please explain me the reason why the bus is not running as per schedule without any tech issues.
Just now I bought Water bottle Mro cost is 20 rs but they are charging 25 rs near 41 platfplatform pls take necessary action

    I am daily traveling from sr nagar to nijampet, there are a number of buses coming in this route, today bus conductor was doing misbehavior with passengers and in sr nagar lot of people are there to go to jntu and nijampet but the conductor was sitting a silent, please take an action and improve tsrtc occupancy.

      Dear sir,
      I booked bus ticket from hyderabad to kothagudem. Tsrtc cancelled the service without prior intimation to me. Before commencement of my journey i called customer support so many times (By standing at pickup point) regarding the service. Customer support said 'bus is not yet started, once it's started we will give you driver information. After elapse of time, i called depot manager then i came to know service got cancelled by tsrtc. I request you to take necessary action on the people who are working irresponsible on this service.

        By paying rs.2840/-took student expressbuspass fmmbnr to hyd. Some conductors are not allowing the college students to board at mbnr/at hyd-aramgarh to board express bus due to which lot of time is wasted. Daily begging the conductors by the students will tarnish tsrtc reputation. Strict instructions to rtc staff to allow student bus pass is requested.

        The depot PKT in Hyderabad was running very old buses and damaged buses to Srisailam. They are using old buses for reservation services. The buses are not going even normal speed. They have not taking care about the passengers safety.

        Please take necessary action on the depot management person.

          Hi team,
          It's horrible to travel from kphb to waverock. As my office at infosys bus stop. I don't find direct buses. So i catch 2 buses.. And go.. But in the evening it was becoming more horruble. If the companies r more in hitechcity. U need to provide more number of buses.. We were not able to get into buses as they r fully crowded.
          Please think.. Based on probability of buses verses the crowd.. Please take this to higher authorities... And understand our concern

            We (Around 100 employees and general public) submit to state that we all used to travel in bus service no 64, ranijang -2 deport since years in 37/5k route regularly from ecil, radika, as. Rao nagar, sharada, sainikpuri, neredmet, rkpuam gkcolony west maredpally to biblehouse, boat club, tank bund, secretariat, ag office lak di kapool, medipatnam by this service no 64 (Nfc-ecil to medipatnam 37/5 k route). And this bus used to start by 8.55 am from ecil and we all used to reach to our work places or destination in time and helping us to work with peace of mind.
            But suddenly this service no 64, ranijang-2 depot (37/5k route) has been cancelled which made all o[censored]s to take more than (3) buses daily in morning to reach our destination and which in turn effecting our places.
            Hence we all request you sir, please kindly arrange a bus in this route 37/5 and at same timings to reach our destination in time (9.00 am from ecil to medipatnam) as early as possible. For which act of kindness we would be ever greatful to you. Waiting for kind and necessary action.

                At present there is no bus stop at ramanthapur church stage for all metro express, metro deluxe, metro luxury buses.

                Now, any passenger who want to get down at ramanthapur church has to either travel in an ordinary bus (Which is full of school & college students) or has to get down at ramanthapur public school stage and from there has to travel in an auto.

                This is to request you to please arrange all metro express, metro deluxe, metro luxury buses also to halt at the ramanthapur church bus stage.

                Kindly note that these buses mainly are from the uppal bus depot

                  Respected sir, I'm a student and resident of gandhinagar, hyderabad.I travel to college by 20p busses but from past 20days to 1 month the busses are not arriving at time and that to 2or 3 busses for 1 hour when compared to 40 busses 20ps are less sir please take an immediate action on this issue and please see that busses arrive at correct time and also allot more 20p busses so that students and employees donot suffer.thank you .

                    To,
                    Pollution control board.

                    Sir, as we all know vehicles are the main cause of air pollution "inside" the city. And from my experience, i saw a lot of city busses releasing high pollutants, exhausting air looks very dark. Govt has to take a serious look into this case, where govt vehicles are seem to be not following the pollution measures. I can mention some of the bus registration numbers but i don't whether that's legal thing or not. I hope for best and fast reaction on this situation.

                      I came from chennai to hyderabad and came to hi-tech city railway station bus stand where 3 buses were halted. I waited 45 min for the bus and after that time the driver entered into the bus and just started chatting with his lady conductor. They neither responded for any queries. This is the way the rtc is running in the city and also this is the main reason for private sectors like ola uber to take advantage

                        I had reserved a seat in super luxury bus having service no 8034 on 28.10.2017, 3 pm from mgbs to mancherial. I had called the driver on given mob no but it seems switched off.
                        As told your enquiry counter i was sat on platforms no 53 but bus coming on another platform no and departed without giving any intimation.
                        The driver called me after one hour from jubilee bus stand (Jbs) to say bus departed.
                        If he called me on mgbs itself bus will not missed ever. And a shame thingis that tsrtc managers are also not supportive. They couldn't help on such matter.
                        I requested you to please update your system to avoid such issues.

                          Kindly provide atleast rtc buses in the morning peak hours i. E. From 6:00 am 12:00 pm as well as evening hours at thurkapally (V), shamirpet (M) to secunderabad station. Further our meagre request to arrange to provide bus stand shelters please it is also request you to kindly to take necessary action to provide either bus terminal or bus depot as early as possible.

                            Ap2 8 z 5382 bus turned very rashly from biodiversity park near gachibowly towards gachibowly.
                            After taking a rash turning the bus driver stopped the bus in the mid of the road as one passenger requested to stop.
                            There is no bus stop their not even a board.
                            Also the rare break lights is not working
                            Please take a strict action against the bus driver
                            If not atleast please make sure all ur busses has rare break lights in working conditions.

                              In hyderabad, vanasthalipuram, at sushma theater opposite, nh65 way to the ramoji film city side,,, near kallukampon there should be a bustop, no bustand is present, passengers facing problem due unkown stop,, we are requesting you to provide a bustop, it is not request it is warning from public because public are god for government...

                                My name is nithin and i would like to file complaint regarding misbehavior of the conductor of the bus bus no. Ap28z4770 dated 24th oct'17 time 8:45 pm. The ticket no. Tna14314 depot - rng1 the conductor who was no duty at the particular date and time has no respect to the passenger on board. The ticket cost was 11/- and i gave him 20/- as i did not had 1/- change and he wrote 9/- balance at the back of the ticket and he told "before reaching the destination he will give the balance amount." but when it about to reach my destination he denied giving me my money back. See if those who are reading this whether its a single penny its the result of our hard work. When i asked him to give back my money he told me to complaint wherever i want but he will not return me the money which i owe. This is not at all accepted as 'if he looting one passenger at a time multiply by the no. Of trips he is doing. Now you do the math. He is filling his pocket with the money of the passengers. As a tax paying citizen i cannot accept this kind of behavior from a public servant whose duty is to serve the public not looting them.

                                  Sir i had booked two tickets through your website to nizamabad from hyd for service no 7623. My departure is at 6 pm today (24.10.2017) from bowenpally. But till now there was no proper intimation regarding the same. I had been waiting sice 2 hours for the bus. No communication was received from any of the officials for the delay. Mean while around 10 buses has been passed away to nizamabad. It is really irritating a lot

                                    Today 23/10/217 my journey from karimnagar to bangalore, reserved seat for rajadhani ac semi sleeper n the timing is 4.30 pm service num 7033 it was started by 4.45pmn it was reached to hyd by 8.45pm, by that time. E to still 10.45 pm was stopped in the mgbs, reason no one knows, even the driver /conductor/ a y other staff didn't communicated with anyone of passengers, very very very embarassing experience for us, the worst thing is because of some one the entire journey got, delayed, no one knows to whom do v need to ask, such a bad worst service from tsrtc, even v r paying for the tax, tollgate everything ticket cost is 1198/-inr, if possible take certain action on this irresponsible timings n otherwise just stop doing this kind o[censored]seless services, tq

                                      I am Taraka.sumanth studying in Marri laxaman reddy institute of technology and management, Dundigal ...so i was waiting for a bus at gandimaisamma to go secundrabad. Mean while i got a bus 230 which goes to sec to dundigal ..i got in it went to dundigal again so that the bus starts again from there to secundrabad . After the depot comes the conductor and the driver simply says me and my frnd not to board the bus again .! We were having a general bus pass and how come he says that we cant board ! And how reckless the conductor is ... The conductor was drunk and the driver was simply a ### fool! Time 5:15 pls take action

                                        I have booked a ticket on 15.10.2017 from anantapur to kurnool. The service scheduled at 3.30 had not reported till 4.30 and no one has reaponded at the bus stand enquiry center or tsrtc help center. The service did not run that day. Even at night 10pm the status was "driver not assigned". I have sent many mails regarding this and also called customer care number of times but in vain. I did not board the bus i request a refund of my ticket. Details of my ticket are below

                                        Buses to kodad. Y Vijayawada buses will not allow people from kdd to onboard? Especially during festival season. Though buses are of tsrtc? If that is the case then y don't u put SPL buses for every municipality. You take 1.5 fare for festival season but u don't give buses.
                                        Bus number AP 11 Z 7579...BUS CONDUCTOR ..Leterally absuded ..for asking the reason for not stopping the bus at bus stop..too much arrogance showed and misuse of power ...I have to catch the bus by running a long behind it ..is it way to treat ...and finally we have to listen there words ..very much disappointed..
