Tsrtc metro luxury ac bus ticket amount is more than the actual.
Ex: fare from two stops.
Darga to waverock fare :30-00 and gst 1:50. But the ticket charge is 32rs.
Khagaguda to waverock : fare:25.00 and gst :1.25. But the ticket charge is 27rs.
How come tsrtc collects the extra rounded amount. If 25ps and 50ps are not valid, you can either set the gst in rounded values only or if you want round the value 26.25 can be made 26 but not as 27.
Why cant tsrtc board look into this issue.

TS23Z0024 number bus driver hit our bike and used bad words upon us and even he didn't say any apologize the driver has black spectacles please take some action upon that driver
Bus number AP11Z 3935, hit my car and ran away near Apollo hospital near secunderabad railway station. High traffic area and my car was not even moving, bus driver still managed to hit my car and ran away. Please look into this matter at the earliest. My car got huge scratches at side above tire and also side mirror got scratched.
I have lost my buspass near ghatkesar.
please i want new pass issued
i request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass.

    Today morning (10:10am) i have parked my car near apollo medical shop located in narne road (Way from dargah to film nagar). I took my medicines and was walking towards my car where a bus from backside with high speed came towards me and almost hit me it was just miss. That is a narrow road why the driver has to increase the speed level. The bus driver didn't even care to turn back.

    Pls take a strict action on this. If i have not moved today i would have died with an accident.

    Good morning sir, బోధన్ -సికింద్రాబాద్ బస్ ఉదయం 6.45కి వెళ్ళాలి.కానీ ఈ రోజు 6.35 కి బయలుదేరింది.దీనివల్ల మా జాబ్ కి ఇబ్బంది అవుతుంది..సమయసారని పాటించడం లేదు చర్య తీసుకోగలరు..

    Hello,
    I have seen many times and now I decided to bring it to your notice that why the depot manager contact number in rtc busses has been hidden and damaged.
    I observed this in max all busses. It is due to bus crew afraid of complaints which may cause due to their bad service?

      I travelled in tsrtc bus from karimnagar to bangalore on sunday 02nd december 2017, service number :7079, seat no: 45 ticket number :56109886.

      The seat that i booked had cost me rs. 1344 from karimnagar to bangalore. But it was not comfortable to say the least. The seat would not lean back more than a couple of inches, the ac vents were positioned wrong and the whole bus was dusty and smelly which left me with a searing headache for two days after the journey.

      To make matters worse, when the bus was stopped for dinner break at hotel green asiana a/c at 11:30 pm, most of the passengers were asleep and only couple of people left the bus yet the staff had turned the bus off which resulted in suffocation for a short period, this resulted in most of the people waking up not able to understand what the problem was, this was extremely irresponsible on the part of the staff and could have had more further implications if they had not returned for some more time.

      Keeping the matters above in mind, i request you to reimburse part or full amount of my journey as i have had possibly the worst journey so far and having serious reconsiderations about travelling again with tsrtc.

      Hope you resolve this at the earliest.

        On[protected] tsrtc bus number ap11z 6261 at government fever hospitals towards to tilak nagar signal my bike got accident at 7:20 pm by bike was hit by bus suddenly i felt on the road traffic constable help to move on. I was crossing the signal going towards tilak nagar with right turn from back side bus was hit to my bike i went and bus driver was misbehaving words using and i went forward and stop the bus i taken picture of driver and bus number using bad words please took action on the driver immediately

          Hi sir i am written this complaint about regarding the buses not available at CLG stop .this is near nizam institute of engineering and st Mary engineering CLG the buses are only 3 in this route so we are facing problems to catch the bus and the are 500 to 800 students WO are travelling in rtc so it is not much conjested or half of the students are facing problem to go back to home .and students are foot boarding to much nearly it is very much dangerous .so plz I kindly request u to take serious action up on this problem.I hope u will understand the problem of students and hop we will get a positive repily up on this . thanking u

            When ever i get into the bus i won't be given my change immediately they always take off the change and go off and if i ask the for ameetpet satyam they give the ticket to sr nagar even if i get in thw bus at paradise a 1 rs is worth for me for my second bus ticket but these people take off the ticket on their wish and say its machine code dats it and when ever i go and constantly ask my change they keep their faces in such a manner that we feel uncomfortable they become angry when we ask our change from many times and sometimes they never stop the bus in a bustop

              Dear sir,

              I had booked a 2 tickets from yemmiganur to hyderabad on 12 nov 2017 at 11:45p. M through abhi bus app. But the bus has crossed my boarding point before the boarding time without any information.

              After several remainders they had raised the complaint

              Complaint no: 353356.

              After several call i didn't get any call or refund amount.

              I called evry day to abhi bus and rtc. I lost 10 rupees by each call daily. Till now i lost 200 rupees but no result is there..

              It is large amount for average peoples. But deputy manager has not react any issues.. Kindly do the needful.

                Hi i was travelling as usual to my office by bus from gangaram to jntu.
                As per my knowledge ordinary bus charges 9/-
                Metro 12/-
                Jnnurm 13/-, i boarded on jnnurm he was charging me 14/- i argued and left the bus
                Bus number is ap11z7243 on 4 dec 2017 monday 10.00 am
                I asked him why?
                He told gangaram comes under chandanagar bus stop isn't it a silly answer. Then why it is called gangaram bus stop. It shud named chandanagar bus stop number2

                  I reserved bus ticket through tsrtc online booking from vanastalipuram to ongole on[protected]. Bus service number is 1642 and service route is from medchal to ongole. Bus arrival time at vanstalipuram stop is 9.55 pm we have waited for 2 1/2 hours in bus stop to get in to bus. Meanwhile as per rtc rules bus driver contact details should be sent to passenger mobile, but we didn't received bus driver's contact we some how got his number and tracking bus status. It is 12.30 am and while we are waiting in the bus stop we saw our bus is passing through the respective bus stand without stopping. While called bus driver he is saying i waited in the bus stop for few minutes you are not there and i left without picking you people. I asked him where exactly the bus is, he rudely answered i don't know about this route as i am new person for duty. I asked him for surrounding land mark and he said some land mark, it is nearly 6 kms away from the actual given bus stop and i chased him with my vehicle and boarded bus, while i was boarding i examined there are many number of people travelling in drivers cabin without reserving seats and also my seat is occupied by some other person, while i questioned him he without any respect and rudely answered i don't know where your bus stop is and i am new to this profession.

                  What will happen if i don't have my vehicle at that time, my mother is senior citizen and is having some health issues, after waiting in bus stop for more than 2 and 1/2 hours what is the use if bus left. And that driver is happily accepted many people without reservations and letting them to settle in my reserved seat and also in driver seat, i observed that there are nearly 10 members in driver cabin which is against to road transport authority rules.

                  This is unprofessional and un-ethical to behave and treat customers.
                  I will complaint to each and every authority of rtc regarding the behaviour of this driver.

                    From two days onwards there are limited buses available and there is inconvenience for people n also job holders. I work in a bank near nakrekal yesterday i showed my id card and requested luxury buses but they refused only one bus ts28z0012 allowed. Today also i boarded the same bus, i requested the driver to stop at the stage, he refused to stop saying that he will stop at suryapet, also he said that i didn't ask his permission before getting on the bus, other than driver there was a physically handicapped person who told me to sit in the bus. The driver was wearing black dress (Ayyapa mala) behaving in such way towards a lady n he also said that daily ur habituated who told u to sit in the bus and stopped at 2 kms from the stage i was helpless on that road and asked others lift to go back to my stage and told me to complaint to the board. Please take serious action against the bus driver and see that it doesnot repeat, kindly look in to this issue.

                      Traval from infotech to gachibowli daily, on day nov 21 i took the ticket ., it was 10 rps.,
                      But on nov 22 while asking the same ticket the conductor had given me a ticket from Waverock to ESCI worth rs 13
                      I askd him why, at that time he was shouting at me badly in the bus ., as i dnt knw telugu i couldnt argue with him.,

                        To whom so ever it may concern,
                        I am a resident of lb nagar. When i was heading home from gachibowli i took 217 bus and as far as i observed it can be inferred that when all the gents seats in the back are filled they tend to come front and occupy the phc and senior citizen seats which is causing a great trouble for ladies.

                        When the conductor and the driver were asked for help they are not even responding.
                        So, i request you provide separate phc and senior citizen seats for gents in the backside.
                        I want you to train the conductors and drivers well and provide them with proper knowledge of the rtc rules and regulations.
                        I expect you to react regarding this issue as soon as possible.

                        I got my pass i am really sorry by mistake I kept some where else.

                          Dear sir/madam

                          Since 3 times i have been travelling by bus. I am a recent traveler in hyderabad as i have shifted from mumbai to hyderabad and i have to rely on local buses as that is only the easy transport from kompally to gandhi nagar.

                          Today i traveled by bus 20p number ap 11z 6156. The bus started at 9:55 pm the bus was conducively empty and conductor may not have any difficulty in giving the tickets but god knows what was making him touch the females and give the tickets. When i said not the touch me, he got angry and snatched money from me.

                          Other issue is also that the conductors do not pay the change even if they have it in their bags. They forcibly asks the passengers to give the change and if they genuinely do not have, the conductors do not give the change to the passengers.

                          Thirdly, there is a bus stop at cineplanet multiplex but the conductors will not stop the bus there even if we request. The bus stop is at prajay which is almost 2.5km from the area we live and t here is no facility of buses coming inside the residential area.

                          The above issues are mere indication of conductors looting the passengers (Very sorry for the slang used) but it is a saddening fact.

                          Hope the above is looked into very seriously as in case there are 1 lac plus passengers travelling daily and if the conductors do not pay back the change than they are hiddenly earning 1 lac and above per day.

                          With an urge to expect positive response and some systematic approach benefiting the passengers.

                          I have reservation from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam with service no. 1500 on 24th Nov. 2017.

                          The bus has stoped at 11o'clock before reaching surapet and the bus has halted more than 45 minutes.

                          What are TSRTC bus not running on schedule, please explain me the reason why the bus is not running as per schedule without any tech issues.
                          Just now I bought Water bottle Mro cost is 20 rs but they are charging 25 rs near 41 platfplatform pls take necessary action

                            I am daily traveling from sr nagar to nijampet, there are a number of buses coming in this route, today bus conductor was doing misbehavior with passengers and in sr nagar lot of people are there to go to jntu and nijampet but the conductor was sitting a silent, please take an action and improve tsrtc occupancy.

                              Dear sir,
                              I booked bus ticket from hyderabad to kothagudem. Tsrtc cancelled the service without prior intimation to me. Before commencement of my journey i called customer support so many times (By standing at pickup point) regarding the service. Customer support said 'bus is not yet started, once it's started we will give you driver information. After elapse of time, i called depot manager then i came to know service got cancelled by tsrtc. I request you to take necessary action on the people who are working irresponsible on this service.

                                By paying rs.2840/-took student expressbuspass fmmbnr to hyd. Some conductors are not allowing the college students to board at mbnr/at hyd-aramgarh to board express bus due to which lot of time is wasted. Daily begging the conductors by the students will tarnish tsrtc reputation. Strict instructions to rtc staff to allow student bus pass is requested.

                                The depot PKT in Hyderabad was running very old buses and damaged buses to Srisailam. They are using old buses for reservation services. The buses are not going even normal speed. They have not taking care about the passengers safety.

                                Please take necessary action on the depot management person.

                                  Hi team,
                                  It's horrible to travel from kphb to waverock. As my office at infosys bus stop. I don't find direct buses. So i catch 2 buses.. And go.. But in the evening it was becoming more horruble. If the companies r more in hitechcity. U need to provide more number of buses.. We were not able to get into buses as they r fully crowded.
                                  Please think.. Based on probability of buses verses the crowd.. Please take this to higher authorities... And understand our concern

                                  From uppal depot. To waverock.It has been long 2hours passengers are suffering in this bus.Conductor/driver is not bothered about this fault.

                                    We (Around 100 employees and general public) submit to state that we all used to travel in bus service no 64, ranijang -2 deport since years in 37/5k route regularly from ecil, radika, as. Rao nagar, sharada, sainikpuri, neredmet, rkpuam gkcolony west maredpally to biblehouse, boat club, tank bund, secretariat, ag office lak di kapool, medipatnam by this service no 64 (Nfc-ecil to medipatnam 37/5 k route). And this bus used to start by 8.55 am from ecil and we all used to reach to our work places or destination in time and helping us to work with peace of mind.
                                    But suddenly this service no 64, ranijang-2 depot (37/5k route) has been cancelled which made all o[censored]s to take more than (3) buses daily in morning to reach our destination and which in turn effecting our places.
                                    Hence we all request you sir, please kindly arrange a bus in this route 37/5 and at same timings to reach our destination in time (9.00 am from ecil to medipatnam) as early as possible. For which act of kindness we would be ever greatful to you. Waiting for kind and necessary action.

                                      Lady conductor she not respect &student bus pass not allowed this is dirstic bus she told.

                                      While travelling from pedam temple to chandanagr, pregnent women Requested to stop the bus in chandanagr bus stop.but driver was not halt the bus in chandanagr and it was stoped in lingampally bus stoped and they were arguing with pregnent women like you need to drop in the middle of the road.bus no :AP11Z7015 travelling time 6 to 6.30

                                        At present there is no bus stop at ramanthapur church stage for all metro express, metro deluxe, metro luxury buses.

                                        Now, any passenger who want to get down at ramanthapur church has to either travel in an ordinary bus (Which is full of school & college students) or has to get down at ramanthapur public school stage and from there has to travel in an auto.

                                        This is to request you to please arrange all metro express, metro deluxe, metro luxury buses also to halt at the ramanthapur church bus stage.

                                        Kindly note that these buses mainly are from the uppal bus depot

                                        Hence please arrange all metro express, metro deluxe, metro luxury buses to make a stop at ramanthapur church bus stage please.

                                        Hi sir. I lost my bus pass today along with my college identity card also how can I get that
                                        I have booked 2 tickets in 1069 bus which is from hyderabad to bangalore on 6th november monday. Money has been deducted but tickets havent been booked. Payment id is: 89456691.
                                        ₹₹2046 have been deducted.
                                        Can you please look after this issue.
