WORST REFUND PROCESS
I have booked a ticket from Kallur to Hyderabad on 17th April 2018 Unfortunately transaction failed for 2 times but Money was detected 2 times and total amount is 1680.
I have contacted your TSRTC customer care they said it will take 7 to 14 for Refund my amount back, after 20 days also i have not received my amount, they dint know what they are telling to the customers, every time i have call to the customer care[protected] they always saying that your amount added within two days, this is almost 20 days over, i called them more-then 3 times. They are saying same answer as i told you above, But still i didn't receive my amount can you please go through with your customer service. And I mailed to online support also and I got one automatic reply will reach you with in 24 hrs but still now no one reached me. And below are the booking details:

    There are no above mentioned bus numbers at afzul gunz bustop during the time period of 8:00am to 9:00am which is the peak time for university students
    There are agriculture horticulture and veterinary students who want to reach their universities through afzul gunz bustop. But there is no availability of busses during that peak period only what is the use o[censored]niversity side going busses if they are not available during the student timings. As a student of veterinary university i'm very much disappointed by using this route. I'm daily standing at afzul gunz bustop for at least 50 mins. I want u to take serious action and make the busses available during students timings. As our nation's future rely on student's hands. Hope u will respond for this soon. It's a very serious complaint as per my opinion which can't be ignored.

      Bus started at ramanthapur at 08.20 pm, reached jangan at 10.30 pm. Bus overloaded at janagam, so many passengers are standing from jangam. Bus reached kasi per at 11.45. Pm. Checking officers entered into the bus for checking. They did not shown their i. D. Cards on request of passengers. After completing the checking, bus started from kazipet and reached hanamkonda at 12.08 am. It is hanam konda depot bus. Bus no is ap28-z, 5716. Jangam to hanamkonda it travelled 1 hour 38 minutes. When, bus reaches midnight, how can passengers reaches their destination. What about lady passengers, who are traveling alone from hyderabad to warangal. Take nessesary action on the checking officers who checked the bus in midnight and bus driver who drive the bus 1 hour 38 minutes from jangam to hanamkonda with over loading passengers.

        Hi respective sathupally dipo manager,

        I have booked a ticket on rajadhani service 8804 on may 9th 2018 (Kphb-spl), we didn't get any prior messages with driver details and also the bus hasn't come on time... We have waited almost 35 minutes.

        Even driver saying that to some passengers that we don't have your contacts in our today passenger's list.. That's why we haven't given you the message.

        We don't know exactly... What was went wrong and this bus was very old in condition... Even super luxrys isn't be in this condition.

        Ac also not working properly.

        We have aborded in to bus one hour before... But no one haven't provided us the water bottles, this was the mid of summer and theses are the basic things you should maintain.

        Why we are booking through rajadhani or indra busses with high fare that.. We are expecting some facilities... By this reason we are paying extra... But i haven't satisfied with this kind service you are providing to us

        Please note our problems... And hoping that you will take an action accordingly.

        Yesterday i travelled from hyderabad Airport to nizamabad. 17:00 rajadhani services. Driver charged 100 extra for that he doesn't provide any ticket. Plz take a stringent action on such driver. He is saying everyone is taking that amount.

          No Ac busses are running after 8pm. Really worst service from TSRTC. No option for busses tracking. We are paying 2150 and going in ordinary busses after 8PM. We are very unhappy. So many times called customer care complaint number [protected] still no proper response / resolution. So Many people are suffering we are complainted but no action taken. Going to file case

            I boarded bus at ramkote busstop towards chikkadpally of bus number 1 registered ap29z 3603. I daily commute on same route and pay rs. 5/- for the travel. But on this day the conductor seen me boarded at ramkote busstop at 6.15 pm and he was recklessly talking on phone while i asked him ticket for chikkadpally.
            He gave me rs. 10/- ticket. I said that i travel in the same route daily and it is only rs. 5/- to chikkadpally.
            But he was rude and asked me to pay rs. 10/ or to get down from the bus.
            I asked him to issue rs. 5/- ticket
            But he was reluctant and ordered the bus driver to stop in midway and forced me to get down the bus. The bus conductor should be trained to treat customers with respect that too with ladies. Further whenever a new route is allotted he should be clearly explained the rates of the route.
            The conductor should apologise me for his reckless act.

              I have booked two tickets from Armoor to Hyderabad(Service No-8006)in Rajdhani on May 1st 2018 at 04:05pm with seats(7, 8). Initially it was booked and everything was good. Later I got a message from transport department saying that your ticket number 57470253 from Armoor to JBS is cancelled on may 1st 2018 at 4:05pm and money(Rs.669) will be refunded and amount will be credited in 4-7 working days. But it is been almost 7 days yet there is no update. I want my money to be refunded immediately. Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                  With respect on the tsrtc city bus drivers and bus conductors, this is a complaint against a city bus driver on 04/05/2018 from lingampally, time 07:30 with bus vehicle no ap 11z 7107 and bus no 113k/l. The driver and conductor were harsh to people, the àdriver was yelling at public go inside go inside and the conductor is taking advantage of it by using abusive language and was wantedly passing in between ladies for each and every stop, as the bus was completely rush he should get down and come from front or pass on the tickets and money as other conductors co-operate... When asked the reason he is talking unnecessary things. Please take strict action against both of them immediately

                    I have booked a ticket from kothagudem to hyderabad on[protected] for garuda plus payment id 98929893. Amount debited to my account but i couldn’t get the ticket. I have waited for an hour and contacted the customer care, they have advised me to book new ticket and write to online. [protected]@tsrtcbus.in. I have sent many mails and also tried to contact over phone[protected] many times, no one answered this phone. Even after 24 days i couldn’t get my money back. This type of worst service i never faced in any department. There are no other numbers to whom we can contact in case of problem. Please solve the problem immediately.

                      I am a telangana state government employee. I have worked in sarva shiksha abhiyan, hyderabad on foreign service and terms and conditions. As such i was unable to get ngo's concession pass. I have been repatriated to parent department and posted at the office of regional joint director of school education. I have been trying to apply for ngo's concession bus pass online. When i tried to apply for ngo bus pass online, i am unable to select type of bus pass because the options are not opening in the website. Please look into the matter.

                        As i have booked a ticket for chennai on[protected] for service no 1326. Driver name: v dakya. Driver mobile phone number: [protected] and i'm on my journey now. The official time to reach chennai cmbt is 06:45am. Now it is 7:00am. Still in nellore. And it is showing like 3 hours more to reach to destination in maps. This ensures how tsrtc follows timings and this issue says there is no value for customers time at all. This is why people lose their faith on government. Treat this issue with urgent priority and escalate it to higher officials. Is this how slowly tsrtc works?

                        And these busstaff says stories and saying bus cant go more than 80 speed. And in l. B nagar they stopped bus for more than half an hour for keeping packages which are more than 50 boxes. Looks like driver is doing personal businesses with those packages.

                        Can any government officials like regional manager or zonal manger let the driver know the value of customers time?

                        Waste of money to book tsrtc rajadhani bus worth of 540/- . They are stopping A/C after an hour of journey. Customers need to ask, sorry we need to beg the driver to switch on the A/C. This is happening every time not once. Iam boarding in the bus with service No. 1423 on 04/05/2018. It's mid of summer, how ppl can travel in this kind of bus.

                          I sent my family today morning i. E 2nd may at 6:05am from v vanasthalipuram to vijayawada (Service number 1463). Driver is very rash when we asking him questions. He insisted to take ticket to 5years kid that to in rude manner. When bus reached vijayawada he said will drop in bus station but he forcibly dropped outside bus station before taking luggage. They have to run after bus for luggage with the help of auto person they chased the bus. If no complain is taken seriously i think tsrtc will get a bad name. Drive. Name is yusuf.

He just slowed and immediately running the bus without we got down with our bags, when i asked, he raised his hand to manhandle me. I am aged about 68 years and a retired administrative officer/office superintendent, of a. P. Stated government. I have asked him why you are not stopped even at the last destination, and not in the middle of the journey, you are providing them behavioral training with passengers are in vain.

                              Our area is doodh bowli in our area the bus time is 7:00 am but the is is coming at 7:45-8:15 am its very difficult to travel

                                Garuda bus driver (Mr. Srinivas) of bus no: ts03 z 0293 (Hyderabad to hanmakonda) behaved in a very rude way when asked about if there were any seats available in the bus when it arrived at uppal on the evening of 29/04/2018. He has also passed very objectionable comments (Bus la unna ac la kusoni povadaniki vachinava) when i'm getting down from the bus before taking tickets due to my urgent personal work. So as a citizen of telangana and customer of tsrtc i request you to ask the concerned person to treat the customers of tsrtc in a friendly manner and not to degrade the name of the organisation and thus of telangana.

                                It happened again the second time too. Some pop coming to submit the form. Please some one check and credit back my total money. 225 INR + 225 INr = 450 INR.

                                Tried to book a ticket for 8368 service .. used cat card for discount. Money debited from the credit card of 225 INR but ticket confirmation not came. Page timed out. Please help me in crediting the money back. Am booking another ticket now.

                                  My self sravanthi. Yesterday evening i travelled from dichpally to nizamabad by lolam to nizamabad bus. I gave 500rs note for ticket due to insufficient amount to travel nizamabad. But she gave me a shot amount of 100 and argued with me. Kindly enquire about her and take my request as a complaint. I gave this complaint for your kind perusal because no one is suffering like with me by the cheated conductors

                                    From KODad to Hyderabad needs some more night trips on Sundays as every time we can see more than 100 people s are fed of with apsrtc metro busses with high pay..depo manager always says buses available but we don't have drivers..we use rtc in weekends only..if rtc is not providing that much service waste..just do privation..

                                        There are very less number of buses from Raheja mindspace to sagar ring road since six months.Daily we used to wait nearly one and half hr to catch a bus to mehedi patnam.Please provide 126/300 buses in the evening time from raheja mindspace to sagar ring road.there was only one bus for one hour...It's very difficult to wait around bus stops in the evening time for long hours.Please take it into consideration and provide the best transport services.
