Negligent bus root of bachupally bus or not come after 8:30 pm previously came countinously come one bye one 2 mins gap after 8:30 to 10pm no busess if passenger's minmum 10 to 15 drivers see not came direct go to side, passengers go to auto after bus come no passengers. Bachupally is worst bus route no timeings no responsibility by TSRTC
Iam complent so many times no result

    Boarded 222l ac super luxury bus in hitech city hyderabad..stopped suddenly before care hospital. Conductor took all 20 o[censored]s that he will board us to other AC bus. The another AC bus which we boarded ac temp is 35℃. And ac is not working. What are you officials doing sitting in cushion chairs and not checking a bus before starting it from depot. We are paying you high ticket charges and you send buses in this way. My ticket num TNA409654. Date of journey 21/05/2018. Metro luxury AC bus.

      Hi team,

      We booked a ticket from hyderabad to warangal for 1 person in the name of chaitanya pani inumula on may 5th 11.04am to board a bus on the same day at 2:45pm at uppal. The payment has been cancelled and money of 298 has been
      Debited from the account. I request you to please refund the amount asap.

      If needed, i will share you the screenshot of the payment as well.

      I complained on tsrtc and no one has resolved my ticket.

      Services for these rout are very poor. It takes min. 40 mins waiting time, no frequent services are available. Increase the bus services or increase other services via shadnagar.
      Today at 1.30pm l am travelling from RGIA to lakdikapool by pushpak bus of TSRTC. The conductor Mr.Lingam of Ranigunj-2 depot refused to maintain change n when l said I am going to complain on this, he said ok, you do what ever you want to do.

      Plz see that he gets punished. This is happening every time when l travel in pushpak airport bus. The maintainance of the buses is also bad. The charges are very high.

        Dear sir

        There are very bus services from miryalaguda to suryapet via annaram somaram. Miryalaguda depot buses are operated in this route

        These buses are operated with out following any time schedule. They are running the buses on their own timings. Most of the services they are canceling..

        Today evening bus is supposed to start at 6pm. Bus came to point at 06:15pm. But till 07:00pm bus is not started and passengers were sitting in the bus.

        When we enquired at 07 pm they are telling that bus will start at 08:15 pm. No one informed to the people sitting in the bus that service is cancelled. There is no information regarding cancelation.

        When people in the bus fought with depo people they have arranged the trip at 07:00pm and cancelled 08:15pm.

        If they arrange the bus and cancel on their mood people in that route will suffer a lot

        Most of the time they are canceling saying that route is in loss. What about service to the people. Mlg depot rtc is concerned more about the profits than service. If that is the case when there is rush there will be profits. Are you sharing those profits to passengers.?? Bus ticket is same on rush days and no passengers days.

        We request you to continue the service on time and with out missing.

          Cancelled on 7th April, 2018 due to personal problems.

          I have contacted customer care people more than 10 times and they are always saying it will transferred with in 2 days.

          Till now i did not receive the refund amount.

          Driver talking continuously over phone for about 15 min
          This is Bus no 288D from Chilkur Balaji temple to Mehdipatnam

          Pl take appropriate action as about 30people traveling in very peak hours of traffic
          Recently Ts Government provided the Vagra buss.

          But bus timing in not good it's almost delay 1 to 2 hours.

          And my home town is Karimnagar, i'm working in Hyderabad when i am going to the home i have apply the Vagra bus it's taken almost 2 hours late,
          and next time i have booked the ticket and ready to journey i have received the mail from TSRTC your ticket is canceled that moment i had small accident and the bus point also changed only i'm reach knr some area but last time i'm going to direct my home then now my amount loss and time is vest.
          I am waiting for buson at 6 am to 7 am in guvvalagudem(between nelakondapaaly and mudhigonda) to go to KHAMMAM.at that time 2 ordinary and one express busses passed in that route and did not stopped even I raised the hand this has happened several times.
          Pls take an actionon this issue that bus should be stopped where ever public raised a hand.

            It’s been one month still the amount is not refunded
            When i called up tsrtc customer care, they say already refund has been intiated and will take another 14 days
            What the hell is wrong with tsrtc, why can’t they refund the amount without being following up
            I have never seen such a horrible service

            Had a very good experience with tsrtc, will never book any ticket from tsrtc and also will suggest everyone not to book ticket from tsrtc.

                I am waiting for buson at 6 am to 7 am in guvvalagudem(between nelakondapaaly and mudhigonda) to go to KHAMMAM.at that time 2 ordinary and one express busses passed in that route and did not stopped even I raised the hand this has happened several times.
                Pls take an actionon this issue that bus should be stopped where ever public raised a hand.

                  Cacelled above ticket on same day and message received as "ur ticket cancelled" refund amt. Is rs.329/- to my mobile no.[protected]

                  Cacelled above ticket on same day and message received as ticket cancelled and refund amt. As rs193/- to my mobile no [protected].
                  Till today my refund amount not credited to my account, axis bank debit card through which i have paid

                    It is very regretted to mention that tsrtc driver [protected] is so arrogant. He said the seat numbers are not correct. He sold my reservation ticket to another lady. Shame on him. Disgusting driver. My journey details are pnr no. 5761 100 8
                    Seats no. 4, 7 and 8 from hanmakonda to hyderabad on 11.05.2018. This type of attitude fellows don't encourage and stringent action against him.

                      While traveling in the tsrtc bus (Ap11z7574), from ghatkesar to yamnampet we showed our exclusive passes to the conductor (According to our knowledge, the passes work as general passes too). The conductor didn't accept the passes and rudely sent us out of the bus! The conductor was ignorant about his knowledge about the pass and even when all the instructions were on the pass, we had our college ids also. This situation was humiliating. We don't want this humiliation to happen with anyone further!

                        WORST REFUND PROCESS
                        I have booked a ticket from Kallur to Hyderabad on 17th April 2018 Unfortunately transaction failed for 2 times but Money was detected 2 times and total amount is 1680.
                        I have contacted your TSRTC customer care they said it will take 7 to 14 for Refund my amount back, after 20 days also i have not received my amount, they dint know what they are telling to the customers, every time i have call to the customer care[protected] they always saying that your amount added within two days, this is almost 20 days over, i called them more-then 3 times. They are saying same answer as i told you above, But still i didn't receive my amount can you please go through with your customer service. And I mailed to online support also and I got one automatic reply will reach you with in 24 hrs but still now no one reached me. And below are the booking details:

                          There are no above mentioned bus numbers at afzul gunz bustop during the time period of 8:00am to 9:00am which is the peak time for university students
                          There are agriculture horticulture and veterinary students who want to reach their universities through afzul gunz bustop. But there is no availability of busses during that peak period only what is the use o[censored]niversity side going busses if they are not available during the student timings. As a student of veterinary university i'm very much disappointed by using this route. I'm daily standing at afzul gunz bustop for at least 50 mins. I want u to take serious action and make the busses available during students timings. As our nation's future rely on student's hands. Hope u will respond for this soon. It's a very serious complaint as per my opinion which can't be ignored.

                            Bus started at ramanthapur at 08.20 pm, reached jangan at 10.30 pm. Bus overloaded at janagam, so many passengers are standing from jangam. Bus reached kasi per at 11.45. Pm. Checking officers entered into the bus for checking. They did not shown their i. D. Cards on request of passengers. After completing the checking, bus started from kazipet and reached hanamkonda at 12.08 am. It is hanam konda depot bus. Bus no is ap28-z, 5716. Jangam to hanamkonda it travelled 1 hour 38 minutes. When, bus reaches midnight, how can passengers reaches their destination. What about lady passengers, who are traveling alone from hyderabad to warangal. Take nessesary action on the checking officers who checked the bus in midnight and bus driver who drive the bus 1 hour 38 minutes from jangam to hanamkonda with over loading passengers.

                              I have booked a ticket on rajadhani service 8804 on may 9th 2018 (Kphb-spl), we didn't get any prior messages with driver details and also the bus hasn't come on time... We have waited almost 35 minutes.

                              Even driver saying that to some passengers that we don't have your contacts in our today passenger's list.. That's why we haven't given you the message.

                              We don't know exactly... What was went wrong and this bus was very old in condition... Even super luxrys isn't be in this condition.

                              Ac also not working properly.

                              We have aborded in to bus one hour before... But no one haven't provided us the water bottles, this was the mid of summer and theses are the basic things you should maintain.

                              Why we are booking through rajadhani or indra busses with high fare that.. We are expecting some facilities... By this reason we are paying extra... But i haven't satisfied with this kind service you are providing to us

                              Please note our problems... And hoping that you will take an action accordingly.

                              Yesterday i travelled from hyderabad Airport to nizamabad. 17:00 rajadhani services. Driver charged 100 extra for that he doesn't provide any ticket. Plz take a stringent action on such driver. He is saying everyone is taking that amount.

                                No Ac busses are running after 8pm. Really worst service from TSRTC. No option for busses tracking. We are paying 2150 and going in ordinary busses after 8PM. We are very unhappy. So many times called customer care complaint number [protected] still no proper response / resolution. So Many people are suffering we are complainted but no action taken. Going to file case

                                  I boarded bus at ramkote busstop towards chikkadpally of bus number 1 registered ap29z 3603. I daily commute on same route and pay rs. 5/- for the travel. But on this day the conductor seen me boarded at ramkote busstop at 6.15 pm and he was recklessly talking on phone while i asked him ticket for chikkadpally.
                                  He gave me rs. 10/- ticket. I said that i travel in the same route daily and it is only rs. 5/- to chikkadpally.
                                  But he was rude and asked me to pay rs. 10/ or to get down from the bus.
                                  I asked him to issue rs. 5/- ticket
                                  But he was reluctant and ordered the bus driver to stop in midway and forced me to get down the bus. The bus conductor should be trained to treat customers with respect that too with ladies. Further whenever a new route is allotted he should be clearly explained the rates of the route.
                                  The conductor should apologise me for his reckless act.

                                    I have booked two tickets from Armoor to Hyderabad(Service No-8006)in Rajdhani on May 1st 2018 at 04:05pm with seats(7, 8). Initially it was booked and everything was good. Later I got a message from transport department saying that your ticket number 57470253 from Armoor to JBS is cancelled on may 1st 2018 at 4:05pm and money(Rs.669) will be refunded and amount will be credited in 4-7 working days. But it is been almost 7 days yet there is no update. I want my money to be refunded immediately. Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
