Hi friends i was travelled in bus from secundrabad to jntu in 23/10/2017 morning 5.50am to 6.30 am.in bus my wallet was missing
In wallet 2 no 50rupee notes one 20 rupee note and 1 no 10 rupee note and cards are adhaarcard, pancard, voterid, sbi debit card another sbi card and bank of baroda debit card and hdfc debit card. I[censored] got please inform me i will come and take that amount is not important id cards and atm cards. Please call anyone get it. My mobile no [protected] and harish. [protected]@gmail.com

    We are the employees headed to waverock from madhapur. These are the observation of timings of 11w bus after 1 week.
    Day 1- 7:25 am
    Day 2- 7:45 am
    Day 3- 7:30 am
    Day 4- 8:05 am
    Day 5- 7:55 am

    Same is the case in the following weeks also.

    Because of the unconfirmed timings of the bus, we had to come to the bus stop by 7:10 am only and had to wait for long to board the bus.
    So we request you to see that the buses start at correct time and instead of all buses leaving the same time, if buses are there in interval of 15mins, it would be helpful for us to reach offices in time.
    Hoping a quick action on this as a concern on the citizens of your state...

    Iam Sam from ameerpet buses are very less from ameerpet to kondapur in 5.30pm to 7.30pm please provide some extra buses in the timing of 5.30to 7.30 otherwise please reduce the span of bus to bus thank you n phn nun [protected]

      This is regarding non transparency for issuing tickets in hànmakonda bus stop.
      They r misleading traveller with their wrong announcement and giving back door tickets at very busy days.
      Kindly have a look at this matter.
      On 22 october ; they issued tokens for deluxe service at counter and misguided us to wrong bus to clear of[censored]s from queues at counter.

        This is sazia, i have done the payment for booking a ticket using tsrtc online website from khammam to kphb (Hyderabad) twice the payment was deducted from my account and ticket it was not confirmed the refno: [protected], [protected]. I have done payment through sbi atm card twice amount it was deducted rs.1541.
        Just check with the details of the payment and kindly refund it as soon as possible.

          My self kumar raising a complaint againest a driver named mr n shankar on service number 1082 ie. From hyderabad to bangalore,
          1. Bus is not running on timings 20 mins late
          2. There is no proper response from driver
          3. Completely unprofessional driver
          4. No water bottle is served
          5. Stopping for longtime
          6. No ac as tsrtc is charging1200 inr

            Today i. E. 20.10.2017 morning around 740 am, rtc bus number ap28z1835 (17/s service) hit my car from back side as my was not in motion due to traffic in lalapet. All the vehicle infront of my car standstill and stopped my vehicle for clearance.

            The said bus hit my car from back side and the driver of the bus and conductor were so harsh since even they do not want to offer an apology for the same but warned me whatever i can do, can do so as their bus brakes have failed.

            Request you to kindly look into the matter and take severe action on the bus driver to avoid this kind of rash driving.

            Gud evng !!! Am a student& i travel regularly in rtc bus from karimnagar to warangal..There is a shortage of buses in the evening from warangal to karimnagar.. Am facing this problem regularly.. I kindly request tsrtc to provide sufficient buses from warangal to karimnagar without delay

              I'm travelling in vajra (Service number : 3072) on 19/10/2017. (From mp to varni chow rasta) i was late for 10 mins to board the bus. When i boarded the driver g. Ganesh started verbally abusing me. He was very rude to me. He scolded me. I told to him on phone there is traffic jam. It may take some time to reach the bus. But he never minded it. Please take necessary action on the driver. The details of driver is provided in the image

                Dear team,

                I am naveen kumar pawar, a resident of bhagath singh nagar, chintal, hyderabad. This complaint is regarding the unauthorised construction of speed breaker along the street by the house owner.

                A speed breaker was constructed along the street by the house owner which is illegal and unauthorised by the ghmc. Due to this speed breaker, public are suffering from the water clogging during the rains and vehicles are getting damage due to this illegal speed breaker construction.

                This speed breaker was already removed by the police of jeedimetla and again the house owner reconstructing trhe spped breaker again which is leading to inconvenience to the public of bhagath singh nagar.

                Kindly note that there are no schools or chidren playing area to construct the speed breaker and just because of personal motto, the house owner is constructing the speed breaker.

                Hence, request you to kindly remove the speed breaker and take necessary action so that it is not done in future again.

                  There is no express buses from kodad to khammam, since we are traveling daily from last 2 years, they depot does not provideing proper buses for time.
                  They enquiry person her self saying, we don't have express buses, why you guys taken season pass..
                  They are talking careless, we complint about this problem so many times, but no use.

                  Employees are not working in there working hours.They are taking there own time for coming and going.They are not coming for work until 4 pm daily.I came from village for my fresh pass but the employee was not present.Some other person who has only knowledge of renewaling pass was present and he doesnt belong to that job.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have seen that few shop keepers in mgbs and jbs, theay are purchasing water bottles and cool drinks and etc chips packets more than mrp. According to the law. Under the consumer goods (Mandatory printing of cost of production and maximum retail price) act, 2006, maximum retail price means such price at which the product shall be sold in retail and such price shall include all taxes levied on the product. Manufacturer is required to clearly mention the max retail price on the consumer good and the retailer is prohibited to sell at a price higher than the mrp.
                        So here my request to stop them doing this. I think manager also the responsible personal for these. So my request to jbs and mgbs managers please respond for my email.

                          I booked ticket in www.tsrtconline.in on 23 February and cancelled ticket due to personal reasons.I couldnot still get the refund amount.After cancellation of ticket i got a message that ticket is cancelled and refund amount is 332 and will be refunded in 7-14 working days.It has been already 8 months but I could not get the money back. I did not expect this from tsrtc being a public transport. Hope the complaint will be resolved soon and I could get back my amount sooner. Thankyou .

                          I was waiting for bus at Teachers colony busstop to go lalbazar on 07/10/2017 at 5pm. 23GF bus came but driver didn't stop the bus and behaved indecently.
                          Ap 11 z 945 city general bus conductor (patancheru to sec -219) tno:00381365 dated 11/10/17 time 9:08:28 ...this particular conductor refused to give change to passengers on purpose.. not only to me but also to several other passengers.

                            Today iam travelling from hyderabad to vijayawada in rajadhani a/c with service no.1572, actual bus suppose to reach l. B. Nagar at 11 am but it's reached at 12.10pm.

                            Every super luxury, rajadhani buses had a video coach but in this bus t. V is not working.

                            Also i will frequently travel across ap and telangana in only a/c buses and every time will get a complimentary of water which is also not given in this bus.

                            If this kind of poor service may be the public will not prefer the rtc buses.

                              I am travelling in a rajadhani service from hyderabad to kothagudem with service number 34331. I have teken the ticket from driver amounting 912.00 for two passengers.in the total amount 30 rs was charged as passenger amenities. I don't get any amenity like water bottle, face tissue etc. What is use in paying passenger amenity charge if we don't receive amenities.                                   Tsrtc express driver, driving vehicle number “ts 02 z 0227” on 3rd october 2017 leaving at 4pm from jagtial towards karimnagar is too slow (Was driving at 25-30kmph speed) and was negligent during driving (Watching road side trees and farms all the way from jagtial to karimnagar). Same was reported by other passengers who were traveling from korutla. The driver is not suitable for even driving for village routes. Iam along with couple others were at risk of losing connecting buses and trains and were forced to switch buses from karimnagar. Hope that you take actions on this and keep me informed.

                                  I am travelling from Hyderabad to pune, i didnt receive boarding point info and drivers number. Bus was delayed by 2 hours. No call from driver that bus was delayed. With no knowledge i was just waiting on road at chandanagar. I was about to go back my home. This is not right. Please file a complaint and let me know the action taken. Thanks.

                                    On the date of 03/10/2017 6.00am i am traveling in deluxe bus from narsampet to hyderabad he will charged 278 rupees that the deluxe bus no is ts 03 z 0284 driver no is 214831 the ticket printing time is 05:45:37 present having the ticket and traveling photos and bus photos also today i am going to bus bavan and also appeal the case in consumer forum hyderabad
                                    Reply immediately otherwise action taken by consumer forum and also appeal the case on narsampet depot
                                    I have taken the passenger signatures and tickets and mobile nos also it will be used for witness finally 189kms deluxe charge is 278 rupees

                                      Ap 29z 1959 service number service no 80662. We three tickets wanted to board at shapoornagar and was instructed to wait at bus stop. Upon calling the driver he said the same. But he didn't even stop at bus stop n started moving further. On asking y he isn't stopped the answer was ridiculous. He said he don't know where the stop is. And started arguing. Please look into this.

                                        Till now i haven't get single rupee from tsrtc. For the refund i called so many numbers in tsrtc websites, none of them are responding. It is too embracing to me.
                                        Here i will attach two images regarding my ticket details. Please give my refund as soon as possible.
                                        And also another doubt " while booking a ticket in main screen it is showing one price, and after entering into layout and all it is showing different (Increased amount) amount. Why it is happening like... Do you think passengers not aware of that. I want solution as early as possible.
