Ap 29z 1959 service number service no 80662. We three tickets wanted to board at shapoornagar and was instructed to wait at bus stop. Upon calling the driver he said the same. But he didn't even stop at bus stop n started moving further. On asking y he isn't stopped the answer was ridiculous. He said he don't know where the stop is. And started arguing. Till now i haven't get single rupee from tsrtc. For the refund i called so many numbers in tsrtc websites, none of them are responding. It is too embracing to me.

I've just taken a seat in bus (Rajdhani) ap 15 z 0036 from jbs to nizamabad. But the bus is in poor condition. Water is leaking from the cealing of bus directly on the head of the passengers. The ac air outlets are jammed. It seems there is no maintenance done on the bus. This reminds me of inferior maharashtra buses but the fare is very high. Atleast seatings should be good for buses of this category. Such pathetic is the condition...

I took this bus from uppal to hanamkonda ap29z11 on 27th september, 2017. This is a hyderabad local ac metro bus. So no point of push back seats. They charged me rs.238 for nonstop service with ac and even the air-conditioning was not at all effective. I feel tsrtc is kind off looting the people with no reason.in the name of helping people to reach their destinations for festivals tsrtc is stealing money. I want my loss to be refunded....

Bus no ap 11 z 4256 route no 8a/75r of farooqnagar depot, conductor is not allowing to get into bus when it is stopped in bus stop. Even driver supporting her. And when we asked for reason they are very rude at behaviour with out proper answer to passengers. They are very dominating saying not to get in to bus unless they permit. It has been repeating many times....

I went to sr nagar to renew my bus pass and i arrived 1 pm. My pass validity is going to expire on 23rd sep'17. But the person who dealing with said he is going to bank and cone after 2.30pm. But there is not mentioned any where that he thay not entetain after 1 pm. He behaving roudly. I'm writing this complaint right front of the booth and now time is 1.17pm....

Tsrtc bus which was mentioned dropping point as bhel keethi mahal was choosen specificallyas a choice considering the children and senior citizen where as the driver asking us to get down at kukatpally ans was insisting that the bus is not meant for bhel and it is for jbs (Secunderabad). Once can clearly see that the service no:1428 which travels from banglore to hyderabad is metioned dropping point as bhel - keerthi mahal.

This one is the major fault and complaint about tsrtc. There is no information about upcoming station is given in the bus during journey. This is ok for old passanger but a major problem for newer one. So many new passangers are going beyond there destination because of new in city, even conductors are not informing them.
Sir as this is a major problem for our citizens please add some display board facility...

I told the conductor of bus no-ap29z3960 that my bus stop is rethibowli.. He did not listen properly and give me ticket from lingampally to gachibowli. With fare 14. Immediately i told him. He said that its ok. Than again when i reached gachibowli he told me for ticket. With fare 13.. When i told him that instead of paying 20 no i have to pay extra 7 rupees for his mistake.. Its not my mistakehe did not behave properly with me....
