Tsrtc bus which was mentioned dropping point as bhel keethi mahal was choosen specificallyas a choice considering the children and senior citizen where as the driver asking us to get down at kukatpally ans was insisting that the bus is not meant for bhel and it is for jbs (Secunderabad). Once can clearly see that the service no:1428 which travels from banglore to hyderabad is metioned dropping point as bhel - keerthi mahal.

This is hilarious and to be taken seriously if after noticing that the passengers are senior citizens there is no mercy at all.

    Respected sir/madam,
    This one is the major fault and complaint about tsrtc. There is no information about upcoming station is given in the bus during journey. This is ok for old passanger but a major problem for newer one. So many new passangers are going beyond there destination because of new in city, even conductors are not informing them.
    Sir as this is a major problem for our citizens please add some display board facility in buses on which upcoming station name should be mentioned. I would request you to take a immediate and necessary action on this issue.

      Sir,
      I told the conductor of bus no-ap29z3960 that my bus stop is rethibowli.. He did not listen properly and give me ticket from lingampally to gachibowli. With fare 14. Immediately i told him. He said that its ok. Than again when i reached gachibowli he told me for ticket. With fare 13.. When i told him that instead of paying 20 no i have to pay extra 7 rupees for his mistake.. Its not my mistakehe did not behave properly with me. I want to request you to take action against this type of situation.

        Dear sir
        This bus is not stopped properly at stop.
        When i ask the driver and conductor about this issue they give an a rude behaviour reply to me.
        And also saying what u will do.
        Iam complaining to u for proper result.
        Take an immediate action about it.

          Respected sir/madam,
          I had taken a combination ticket from shamshabad to my destination which is tadban. The said bus was a metro bus with registered number ap11z73 and with the "driver id: 211621" and "conductor id: 202655". As my destination stop "tadban"was approaching i stood up and saw that the conductor was sitting in the mid front section on the left side, i was going to get down from the back door with my friend. Thus i approached him and tapped on his shoulder with only two fingers to tell him to stop the bus at the stop. He bursted in anger over me and started touching me for three or four times and pinched me three times over my lower back too and he said that i was to tell him verbally and go through the front door and pushed me to the front and so he had harassed me. All this happened in a matter of seconds as my stop was approaching. I am filing this complaint on this forum as i trust that the authorities would take strict action against the conductor.

            We have booked the above mentioned bus and said bus is not allocated. My wife, two children, my mother and brother in law were travelling. The official spoke so rudely and asked to cancel the bus if we want and as you must know this ticket cannot be cancelled as the boarding time was over. They made my wife my mother and two children in last seats forcefully and they had no option as they were two ladies but to sit in last seats. We book the tickets because we will have an option to prefer seats. How can they make us sit forcefully and speak rudely to an indian citizen and customer for tsrtc. Can we put some hope on our law that my complaint can be looked after. I'm feeling so low and depressed on this. It's a kind of mental torture for me because i'm not available at the scene and i don't know if they were traveling safely.

              Good morning..

              Every day im facing this problem with rtc conductor behavior.. They are rude to customers as if we are using their own private vehicles..

              Daily i travel in tsrtc bus from afzalgunj to ameerpet.. Today i got in to 9f bus in afzalgun at 9.15amj.. Which destination is from charminar to borabanda.. Bus number i noticed is it start with a28z...
              Come in to the point that daily i keep change for bus ticket.. But sometime it isn't possible.. Today morning i didn't have change.. So gave 100rs to conductor.. Ticket rate is 11rs so he asked me to give 1rs which i didn't have.. He refused me to give remaining change also.. So i told him to keep 9rs and give me remaining change.. He gave 80rs remaining 9rs he did not give till the last stop ameerper where i have to get down..

              Not only for this bus every time conductors are behaving like this only.. For example if i give 12rs for 11 rs ticket they did not return back the 1 re.. If i give 10rs for 11rs ticket they will take other 10rs or 50rs for 1 re. But they don't leave one.. Then why should passengers have to loose the money.. This is not for 1re im giving complaint.. This is because of their behavior i fed with..
              They are very rude that as if we are taking any debt from them because of one rupee change.. The fact is passengers couldn't keep change all the time.. Bus conductor should keep.. Because it is his duty.. And he should not insult customers for change as he is forgetting that they are public servants.. Other one example i want to tell you.. One lady conductor told me to get down from the bus and catch other bus for 1re change.. Is this the way they behave to their customers..

                I have boarded bus from indira nagar bus stop and took ticket till wipro circle. Traffic was moving from microsoft office till wipro circle. Driver didn’t stop bus anywhere few people have got down while the bus is moving. Now because of white topping road activities traffic is moving to another road. So all the buses are stopping either at wipro signal or immediately after the wipro signal. This bus guys didn’t stop before and after the signal. When i have asked him to stop the bus after signal as he didn’t stop anywhere he started shouting at me saying why you didn’t got down when i have slowed down in signal. I told him how will i get down when the bus is moving i can’t get down from a running bus. He started quarrel with me and he didn’t stop till more than 1 km from the signal and he is saying there is not bus stop at wipro circle and its removed, then why do you give ticket. I am travelling in that route from past 7 months this is not 1st day. After 1 n half km he stopped and asking to get down. I told i will not get anything to go from here how will i get down, conductor came and told the driver to calm down as it is there mistake and he apologized. I told the driver i have the ticket i will log a complaint against you then he is saying i will also reply i have stopped in the bus stop but you didn’t get down. One can check the cc tv footage as that area is completely under cctv surveillance. Finally i had to walk down close 2 kms and got delayed by 25 mins to my work. The way he was talking is also so rude to others.

                If the driver is not aware of the route he should enquire before coming to that route or if someone telling they should understand, if still they don’t believe enquire co passengers.in spite of that when they start quarrel and spoil our day what’s the point. Proper action should be taken against him.

                  The road which leads to IT corridor in Gachibowli in front of Microsoft is in a very bad condition. The road had been blocked from 3 months and today while coming back I met with and accident and got wounded. This has happened because a cad driver was trying to go into Microsoft gate and suddenly took a turn in to Microsoft without paying attention to oncoming traffic. The condition of the road has been the same ever since past three months.
                  The it corridor being an important part of Telangana should be taken good care of and should be well maintained as there is a constant flow of traffic in and out. Thankfully no fatalities have occurred in the accident but I urge the government to take a Rapid action against this.

                    I would like to bring to your notice regarding a colony bus (136n) from Nampally to balaji hills colony. The bus comes at different timings, little grace time is accepted but even it is late the driver n conductor takes halt at middle of the travel as they wish. We can't take another as we paid for it n need to wait till they come which influences our regular works. Suffering a lot because of their behaviour. We need a regular bus. Please make a note of it. You may even take a survey or feedback to know about it. Expect a response from you to make our public service better. Thank you.

                      We had bus stop at balanagar bhel r & d stop which is between shobana and ferozguda, with bus no. S 219, 226, 272, 272i, 230g, 230k, 230j, 230a, 230d, 283c, 30, 29 written on that stage board. But no conductor is stopping at that stage, instead they are saying that bhel r&d people themselves had just made that board but not for the passengers to get stopped at that stage.
                      Please let them stop at that stage.

R. O కార్యాలయము వద్ద నలుగురు ప్రయనికులం దిగావలసియున్నది బస్సు అపవలసినదిగా డ్రైవర్ గారిని కోరగా, డ్రైవర్ గారు బస్సు ఎవరిని అడిగి ఎక్కారు వేములపల్లి లో ఆపరు మిర్యాలగూడ లో మాత్రమే అపుతము అని కోపంగా సమాధాన౦ ఇవ్వగా, మేము కండక్టర్ గారికి చెప్పి ఎక్కము అని చెప్పగా, అడగలిసింది కండక్టర్ కాదు డ్రైవర్ ని, బస్సు డ్రైవింగ్ చేసేది డ్రైవర్ కండక్టర్ ఎవడు అని ఇష్టం వచ్చినట్టు మాట్లాడారు. మేము కంప్లైంట్ ఇస్తాం అని తెలియచేసినము. కాగా డ్రైవర్ గారు కంప్లైంట్స్ ఇస్తాం అంటే ఎవరు ఆపరు డ్రైవర్ ని బ్రతిమిలడితే ఆపుతారు అని బస్సును స్టాప్ క్రాస్ అయాక తిటుకుంటూ ఆపడం జరిగింది.కావున ఇట్టి బస్సు డ్రైవర్ పై చర్యలు తెసుకోవలసినది గా కోరుతున్నాము.
                          అలాగే హైర్ బస్సు లలో అందరు డ్రైవర్ లు ఇలాగే రాష్ గా మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రయానికులను ఇబ్బందులు పెడ్తునారు. కావున హైర్ బస్సు డ్రైవర్ లకి ప్రయాణికులతో మాట్లాడే విధానం పై ట్రైనింగ్ ఇవ్వలిసినధిగా మనవి చేయుచున్నాము.

                            Sir yeasterday i had parked my bike at jadcherla bus station at 04:20 pm on the date 02.09.2017 and collected my bike at 06:30 pm on date 03.09.2017. As per the regular basis he must charge 30rs of amount but he charged 40rs saying that if any bike parked in the premissis a minimum charge of 20rupees must be paid (A full day parking charge (24hrs) is 20 rupees as per contract. But they are collecting a minimum fare of again 20 rupees if it crosses 30minutes after exceeding 24hrs.
                            So i escalated this issue to station incharge who was present at that time. But i did not got any response from the incharge and even supporting them on this hike. Not only this 1 water bottle costs around 23 ruppes in jadcherla bustop (Only two shopkeepers are selling for mrp price) rest of them selling for an increased price.

                              Bus services are very poor in nizampet... Lakhs of people depending on it.. From nizampet x road to hitech city buses should be increased... It also not stops at x road bus stop... From nizampet village to x road people depend on share autos...
                              Please increase the rotation of buses here atleast half an hour gap..

They stoped the bus every stage like jadcherla. Pebber.. Kottakota.. I am asking you that you have taken double amount from us and stoped these many stopings. And that to it takes 5 hours to reach kurnool..

                                I took the pushpak bus from airport to shilparamam on the midnight of 28-29 august, 2017. The scheduled bus start time from airport was 12 midnight. The conductor kept adding 5 min to the etd saying it's the last bus but when passengers complained enough, the bus started at 12 20 am. This is not good service at all and the bus service should be on time.

                                  I was travelling from secunderabad to kondapur in a government bus. It was very worst quality, no one can travel in this bus, but i don't know how you allow these kind of buses. All parts are shaking separately, iron pieces are fell down frequently, top of the bus and body of the bus are shaking separately. I was not able to take videos, but i took a photo and attached below. Please make sure these kind of thing never happen in future. Because it might cause death for sure. Even driving also very bad here.

                                    I booked a seat in tsrtc (Service no: 8909) bus on 25/08/17, from aswapuram to hyderabad. Boarding time 13.45hrs. I had waited for more than 1 hr but the bus had not come to my boarding station. Finally i called to depo, manuguru. They told me that the bus service had been cancelled for that time.
                                    They didn't even send me cancellation message. I also asked them to raise the compliant, but they didn't lodge any complaint regarding my inconvenience.

Driver was on wrong side and he suddenly turn bus to left side and hit us and without stopping bus he kept driving. Please train your drivers to drive properly in hyderabad heavy traffic. And save lives.

                                        I had my interview from morning to evening so i. Was tired fully and boarded the tsrtc bus from hyderabad to anantapur tna27483. As usual i got sleep over then my town arrived. Bus conductor forgot me and moved the bus to banglore road. After 20-30km away from my town he remembered and woke me up and told me to get down at outer skirts of my town. I have no idea of that area. He has no responsibility towards passenger. If it was girl if she faced similar things what would had happened. He didn't gave surcharges for me to go to my town or waited to arrive any other means of transport etc. He just gone. For his mistake he should had paid me at least return charges..
