Pathetic services by tsrtc we have to wait literally 30 minutes for a bus, there are no proper bus stops no seats to sit, sometimes drivers do not stop buses in stops, we get one bus after 30minutes and we have to stand in the bus for kukatpally we have several no. Of buses but for sanathnagar there are very few buses and before we had an other alternate now we donot have any other alternate as the roads are blocked. I wonder if any reads or comments or just for name sake u guys have this blog. So pls put some more buses for sanathnagar.

    Sir i boarded the bus at 10.30pm at lakdikapool on 7-8-2017. The conductor asked me to take ticket and i paid him rs.20/- as bus fare. The conductor refused to take the note saying there is some yellow colour on the edge of the note. I politely told him that i took the note from a conductor of rtc bus only and asked why he is refused. The conductor spoke in abusive language and threatened to take me to the nearest police station. I said i am prepared. He forced me to give another note and was abusing my parents. I am senior citizen and law abiding. If these kind of people for rtc what name would the corporation. I request you to take suitable action against this rogue conductor for misbehaviour and misconduct. He refused to reveal his name. You can reach me on my e-mail [protected]@yahoo.com

      Hi sir,
      The bus that is scheduled to run from alkapur township to mehdipatnam and secunderabad at morning 8:30 is providing the worst service. Its getting cancelled frequently and never manages the time. If it comes, then it arrives around 8:50-9:00 am. Many passengers including ladies are suffering heavily.
      After waiting for 20-30 minutes, it gets cancelled and its not easy to find auto or a cab from alkapur township in urgent basis. There is a lady conductor who is very harsh on her voice, and treats very badly to passengers. Even many drivers say, the bus gets late due to the lady conductor only as she reports late to the mehdipatnam depot.
      So, we request you to please look into this matter, if possible kindly reschedule the bus to 8:15 am so that people working in secunderabad/panjagutta/somajiguda can reach office on time from alkapur and neknampur.

        From past few months khammam depot rajadhani services were not providing blanlets to passengers. People like children and old aged were getting suffered during night times in travel. It is a compulsory provision to provide blankets for passengers. Also 15 rs is getting charged for it. Rtc should give priority to passengers. Requested many times in tbe khammam depot but no improve in service

          07aug17, miryalguda to hyderabad, rajdhani bus number ap29z3318, collected amenities cost 15 per ticket and haven't provided any to few passenegers.
          Y do passenger go and collect their amenities when u haven't provide and collecting charges.
          It's not about 15 rs, but about how they are collecting without providing facilities.
          We are still in journey.

            The route number 104a, 104s, from womens college to almasguda - rajiv gruha kalpa.
            It is a horrible experience to travel in this bus not once, but every time. There are no bus timings. The buses ply full. No space even to stand. Students, especially the college and school always travel standing on the steps because there is no space during the school and college timings. The area does not have highly economically strong groups living, so those students cannot afford auto from i. S. Sadan to almasguda because the charges vary from rs. 10/- to rs. 15/- for the same. Only the office people travel by autos which run full because there are no buses.
            The route number which is just parallel to this route 104r, they have buses plying every 3 to 5 minutes from womens college to nandana vanam / rn reddy nagar. Why cannot the rtc people extend the same number of buses to route number 104a.
            Kindly increase the number of buses. If there is a problem to increase atleast give small buses from almasguda to i. S. Sadan. They can ply just like the autos ply and they run full, so the same way the buses if they come on time they will run full. There is no traffic jam in between almasguda to i. S. Sadan, so there will not be a problem to be late.

              I raju from banswada iam travelling banswada to hyd on 06.08.2017 4:00pm no. Ts16ua7888 so bus left to sation at 4:15pm journey started but 3-5 km bus distance so that time counductor saying i don't know how to take printing so that time bus taken return stand waiting almoat 2 hours same time inquiry stand i report he saying i dont no bus status at banswada buatand inquiry team.

                This is regarding the garuda bus delayed on 29th july, 2017.

                Starting point 5.00 pm
                From: nizamabad to shamshabad airport.

                I was travelling to rgi airport on 29th july from nizamabad, the bus was scheduled at 5.00 pm but it was started at 6.15 pm, i was travelling abroad and almost missed my flight on that day.

                The reason for bus delay was told that they changing the wheel. It was
                Very simple reason, the bus is garuda and its about to go airport.

                1. Cant they change the wheel before 5pm on the day of the departure.
                2. Cant they put alternate bus, as the bus was important to the passengers going abroad.
                3. When the bus was started at 6pm the driver was busy shouting jubliee, jubliee.. I insisted them to move the bus but still the driver shouted for 15 mins and started bus at 6.15.

                The bus is going to shamshabad airport but it is routed via jubliee.. I dont understand why the buses are taking via jubliee even though they route to airport from secunderabad outskirts.

                Finally we have reached the airport around 11.30 pm instead reaching at 9.30. I knew there was traffic jam in secunderabad but the bus should have started at 5.00 pm at starting point.

                I request the tsrtc manager, please make sure make that necessary action should be taken against the staff, and this should not be repeated. Please maintain the dignity of garuda buses.!!

                AP29Z1691 bus from Vijayawada Bus stand to nalgonda was delayed by 1 hr 30 mins and still waited for loading of Vegetables in Vijayawada which are being transported to kodad.
                Driver is irresponsible, resulting a loss of time. Even found the enquiry counter staff not having a minimum detail of the bus arrival, which is not acceptable.
                I want to get a student bus pass via online application but my institution name doesn't appear in the list. i tried to contact the customer care of TSRTC but am unable to reach them.
                Kindly guide me so as to how i can obtain a student bus pass.

                  This bus driver has very rash driving. He intendedly tried to crash me against divider and i was at the speed of 40kmph near central bus stand (Cbs). My bike had skidded as i applied sudden breaks. What if i get crashed and fall to other side of the road. I don't encourage such drivers on road. Hope you take strict action, so i need you people to take the action against such drivers as soon as possible to ensure hyderabad roads be safe..

                    Today 02.08.17 time between 5 to 6.30 on club road before jubilee bustand circle (After patny circle towards patny to tirumalgiri route) kantonment depot bus, driver have given me dash i were on 2 wheeler with family, pls check cc cameras which is avb at that circle and make to realize the driver, and pls give him proper training before making any disaster

                      loss of bus pass

                      Place of incident ecil bus stop
                      Time morning 8:30am
                      When i was in the bus i took the pass and showed to the conductor and kept in my pocket but i think it slipped in the bus
                      It was a 24s bus
                      My bus pass is lost and the register id of my pass application is [protected]
                      Please i want a new pass issued
                      I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass...

                      104a bus route is from koti to almasguda. This buses never comes on time and when it comes continuesly 5, 6 buses comes at a times. Now i have been waiting for my bus since an hour in meerpet mean while 5 buses came from koti to almasguda but no bus is coming in return. This is not first time it happens every time. I request you guys to maintain at least one bus per hour. But here all the buses comes at a time. Please maintain buses in certain time.

                          Hi am vijay, actually my sister had a reservation with cat card on service no:- 8874, on 30/7/2017 but she forgot the cat card, conductor not allowing to enter in bus, we know that there is a rule if any one forgot the cat card they should pay the excess amount, conductor saying that there is no rule like that, he harass like a rowdy. This is bad experience. We get to know that why all are going on private travels. Very bad service you are...

                          A bus service was cancelled without any information provided to passenger who was already booked the tickets. Our precious time was spoiled by the service provider of telangana transport department.. Who will be responsible for this action and they were not provided our money back and they were also not informed for 2hours of bus delay so please take a action against the service provider of these public organization.

                            Facing difficulty in bus due to croud (Ac bus 218). I am unsatisfied of fecility even though it cost much. I can't even get a seat in it (Now ac bus monthly pass worth 2150rs) even though we are affording for it in order to get better transport facility. But in stood of getting better facility. We are facing same problem as we are facing in ordinary bus.

I am always waiting perday 40 to 45 minute in patany bus stand but your buses come too much late sir i request you even my all company staff rewuest you please improve your services in this route.                                 This is to bring your kind notice that, as i have applied student bus pass for three months but at the bus pass counter he is not accepting my application form for three months and he said that he will issue only monthly bus pass. As per government rules student can apply bus pass for three months, but the bus pass issuer is responded rudely with me. So i request you to notice this and take further actions.

                                  I have lost my mobile device, moto e4 plus - iron grey, in bus number 127 k, vehicle number ap 11 z 62, this morning. The bus was a city ordinary, and i had taken my ticket from the female bus conductor at exactly 9:12 a. M. I was seated on the last row of the bus, against the back windows. I had the phone in my pant's right pocket, until i got off and realized that i had lost possession of my phone. I request for any information regarding the same.

                                    I lost my wallet in bus today 28.07.2017 at stop miyapur metro station/kaliwari temple.

                                    Bus was from ecil to lingampally in the morning 8am and i dropped at kaliwari temple at 10.30 am.

                                    I was having appx 1509 rs in wallet and icici bank atm card and aima student card.

                                    Request you to please help in this regard.

                                    I lost my purse on 21st Oct, 2018 when i was traveling from Lakdikapool to Hafeezpet (Bus No: TS11Z6899, Koti to Patancheru). I have doubtful of my backside couples because after my drop they changed their seats towards front and dropped at lingampally at 2:00 pm as per conductor(i chased the bus and met conductor at patancheru bus dippo). My purse contais Rs.1720 and ICICI Credit and Debit cards, syndicate debit card more 3 debit cards and My Aadhar, PAN, Voter cards also. In my purse there are two mobile numbers if any one found call or post plz.
