This is my bus ticket and bus got delayed by 1 hour.

I don't know how thetrs govt is working. Please look into it its a big issue you are charging a high amount through reservation. And i have the right to ask as a citizen.

    This is shame on our telangana part, example cooldrink mrp price is 18rs, whereas at jai matadhi shop they sold me for 24rs, is this the way the govt maintain, this shame for our kcr to maintain such shop keepers in the mgbs bus stand, kindly take necessary action against almost all shopkeeps are doing like this, [protected]@yahoo.co.       I am student of hyderabad. Because of the distrubances with olephanta bridge my second option is to get into 45f. This bus which starts at 7 15 from koti and i missed the conductor id (Though i can explain his features.. He is black with heavy personility). My clg had started just 15 days ago and i didnt recieve my student i. D yet..in this regard i have shown my fee receipt to the conductor and he denied accepting my student busspass. Your management is clear that buss passes are issued only after approval of college staff. Why dont you explain this to the present drivers and conductors. Being in a responsible position he is very rude towards the woman and abusing even.

      I expect you take a charge on this regard

        bus service no. 1138 (garuda) from adilabad to hyderabad - broke down - reg

        A garuda plus bus with service no. 1138 has started from adilabad at 13:30 hrs for hyderabad on[protected] which broke down in between armoor and dichpally. I was travelling in the service with tsrtc ticket no. 55128970/11345833. After break down of the bus the rtc has to arrange some other bus for the passengers. But the same was not done and the passengers were left with the bus. I have made personal arrangements and left for hyderabad...

        When a crowd of people entered into the bus with me, we were not sitting in seats though many are vacant. Because all are full of dust, and new dresses wore on independence day get dirt.
        My suggestion is,
        1. Please clean it regularly, atleast for 15 days
        2. Bulk cleaning at depot level on the day before any festival would be great.
        Hyderabad is best city to live in india. Let's keep it always great.

          The rtc services provided from secunderaba to nandinagar bus no 47z/c and other one from koti to nandi nagar bus no 127n no bus is running in the correct timing everyday since months but rtc never care for that
          I request to take a look at this problem not only me even many people reciding in the nearby areas have the same problem

            On 11-aug-2017 service no: 1071 time 11:15 pm seat 40 pickup point mgbs
            I came to mgbs bus stand by 11:00 pm
            But i didn't see bus any where and i got service message at 11:45pm i called to driver mobile number many times but he switched off the mobile.
            I have also gone through enquiry but they told wrong information due to this i missed bus and driver didn't even call me.
            Finally in enquiry office i noticed that driver recorded that i have missed the bus.
            Conclusion is i need to know why driver switched off the mobile and didn't call me once.

            I need to get my money back 699rs

              Driver for service no:1469 from hyderabad to vijayawada rajadhani ac was not fit for the route. On 11th august 2017 he has taken 10 hrs from hyderabad to vijayawada. Due to i had missed the bus that i need to catch by 8:30 pm.
              Even there is no traffic jam happend in the route.
              The bus itself was stated 30 min late.
              These kind of things will defenitely make an impact to tsrtc.
              I want the timings to be perfect.

                I have purchased a ticket at tsrc service no 1467 from hyderabad to vijayawada. My ticket no is 55083987 the bus has to reach l. B. Nagar at 11.20 but it has reached at 2.00 and it has to reach vijayawada by 4.00 but now the bus is sleeping at surya pet at 5.20. I dont know when he will take me to vijayawada??? The ac rajadhani bus is going more slower that village bus.

                Due to laziness of driver (Tsrtc) all my program has upset and the connectivity program has failed due to the irresponsibility of your people.

                I was so exited to hear that tsrtc is giving best performance but it is not in practical. Really disappointed with your service.

                Promises you that i will never travel in tsrtc.

                  Sir, a city bus non ap11z70 driver:220538, bus driver was drunked and rash driver he also talked while driving and he miss behaviours with ladys and other passengers. He also used vulgar words with passengers.in that bus conductor also stopped him he refused him also he said that what you want to do iam not afraid with no one. Sir please take a severe action on that driver.

                    I boarded bus no 211 whose vehicle plate no was ap29z160 from secunderabad railway stn bus stop to risala bazaar. When i gave her 10 rupee coin she refused to accept it when i told her that u can't refuse the authorised currency by any means then she started misbehaving with me and forced me to arrange 20 rupee note otherwise deboard the bus. Since she was female i was not able say her much and being from defence background we know how to maintain the respect and decorum of women anywhere on this earth. So i decided to register a complaint against all the conductors who r not accepting the 10 rupee coins. Since i had experienced this first time therefore lodging grievance with you. If this happens second time rather informing you rbi officials covertly investigate the matter.
                    Therefoe i humbly request the concerned authorities to see into this matter and take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                      Conductors are unnecessarily stoping the bus for the sake of issuing tickets despite there are very less no. Of passengers.

                      There are so many people who are chasing the time because of own reasons, traffic.. Etc.

                      My question is what value can u add to those passengers. Don't u consider them to have customer satisfaction.

                        Pathetic services by tsrtc we have to wait literally 30 minutes for a bus, there are no proper bus stops no seats to sit, sometimes drivers do not stop buses in stops, we get one bus after 30minutes and we have to stand in the bus for kukatpally we have several no. Of buses but for sanathnagar there are very few buses and before we had an other alternate now we donot have any other alternate as the roads are blocked. I wonder if any reads or comments or just for name sake u guys have this blog. So pls put some more buses for sanathnagar.

                          Sir i boarded the bus at 10.30pm at lakdikapool on 7-8-2017. The conductor asked me to take ticket and i paid him rs.20/- as bus fare. The conductor refused to take the note saying there is some yellow colour on the edge of the note. I politely told him that i took the note from a conductor of rtc bus only and asked why he is refused. The conductor spoke in abusive language and threatened to take me to the nearest police station. I said i am prepared. He forced me to give another note and was abusing my parents. I am senior citizen and law abiding. If these kind of people for rtc what name would the corporation. I request you to take suitable action against this rogue conductor for misbehaviour and misconduct. He refused to reveal his name. You can reach me on my e-mail [protected]@yahoo.com

                            Hi sir,
                            The bus that is scheduled to run from alkapur township to mehdipatnam and secunderabad at morning 8:30 is providing the worst service. Its getting cancelled frequently and never manages the time. If it comes, then it arrives around 8:50-9:00 am. Many passengers including ladies are suffering heavily.
                            After waiting for 20-30 minutes, it gets cancelled and its not easy to find auto or a cab from alkapur township in urgent basis. There is a lady conductor who is very harsh on her voice, and treats very badly to passengers. Even many drivers say, the bus gets late due to the lady conductor only as she reports late to the mehdipatnam depot.
                            So, we request you to please look into this matter, if possible kindly reschedule the bus to 8:15 am so that people working in secunderabad/panjagutta/somajiguda can reach office on time from alkapur and neknampur.

                              From past few months khammam depot rajadhani services were not providing blanlets to passengers. People like children and old aged were getting suffered during night times in travel. It is a compulsory provision to provide blankets for passengers. Also 15 rs is getting charged for it. Rtc should give priority to passengers. Requested many times in tbe khammam depot but no improve in service

                                Y do passenger go and collect their amenities when u haven't provide and collecting charges.
                                It's not about 15 rs, but about how they are collecting without providing facilities.
                                We are still in journey.

                                  The route number 104a, 104s, from womens college to almasguda - rajiv gruha kalpa.
                                  It is a horrible experience to travel in this bus not once, but every time. There are no bus timings. The buses ply full. No space even to stand. Students, especially the college and school always travel standing on the steps because there is no space during the school and college timings. The area does not have highly economically strong groups living, so those students cannot afford auto from i. S. Sadan to almasguda because the charges vary from rs. 10/- to rs. 15/- for the same. Only the office people travel by autos which run full because there are no buses.
                                  The route number which is just parallel to this route 104r, they have buses plying every 3 to 5 minutes from womens college to nandana vanam / rn reddy nagar. Why cannot the rtc people extend the same number of buses to route number 104a.
                                  Kindly increase the number of buses. If there is a problem to increase atleast give small buses from almasguda to i. S. Sadan. They can ply just like the autos ply and they run full, so the same way the buses if they come on time they will run full. There is no traffic jam in between almasguda to i. S. Sadan, so there will not be a problem to be late.

                                    I raju from banswada iam travelling banswada to hyd on 06.08.2017 4:00pm no. Ts16ua7888 so bus left to sation at 4:15pm journey started but 3-5 km bus distance so that time counductor saying i don't know how to take printing so that time bus taken return stand waiting almoat 2 hours same time inquiry stand i report he saying i dont no bus status at banswada buatand inquiry team.

                                      This is regarding the garuda bus delayed on 29th july, 2017.

                                      Starting point 5.00 pm
                                      From: nizamabad to shamshabad airport.

                                      I was travelling to rgi airport on 29th july from nizamabad, the bus was scheduled at 5.00 pm but it was started at 6.15 pm, i was travelling abroad and almost missed my flight on that day.

                                      The reason for bus delay was told that they changing the wheel. It was
                                      Very simple reason, the bus is garuda and its about to go airport.

                                      1. Cant they change the wheel before 5pm on the day of the departure.
                                      2. Cant they put alternate bus, as the bus was important to the passengers going abroad.
                                      3. When the bus was started at 6pm the driver was busy shouting jubliee, jubliee.. I insisted them to move the bus but still the driver shouted for 15 mins and started bus at 6.15.

                                      The bus is going to shamshabad airport but it is routed via jubliee.. I dont understand why the buses are taking via jubliee even though they route to airport from secunderabad outskirts.

                                      Finally we have reached the airport around 11.30 pm instead reaching at 9.30. I knew there was traffic jam in secunderabad but the bus should have started at 5.00 pm at starting point.

                                      I request the tsrtc manager, please make sure make that necessary action should be taken against the staff, and this should not be repeated. Please maintain the dignity of garuda buses.!!

                                      AP29Z1691 bus from Vijayawada Bus stand to nalgonda was delayed by 1 hr 30 mins and still waited for loading of Vegetables in Vijayawada which are being transported to kodad.
                                      Driver is irresponsible, resulting a loss of time. Even found the enquiry counter staff not having a minimum detail of the bus arrival, which is not acceptable.
                                      I want to get a student bus pass via online application but my institution name doesn't appear in the list. i tried to contact the customer care of TSRTC but am unable to reach them.
                                      Kindly guide me so as to how i can obtain a student bus pass.
