Sir,
On the route from rajendra nagar to koti bus no.95 k at time 1:25 pm on date i. E. 16/6/2017 didn't stop on bus stop at danamma jhopdi. As i was in very hurry and in a important work. As it was very important for me as though i didn't had even friday prayer.
The bus didn't stop on bus stop then a person with some really serious work how can will he manage when there no other transport for him.
So i request you to kindly take nessary action on particular staff and do the needful to the passengers.

Sir i'm a regular commutter of nalgonda and devarakonda and especially when i travel through bus no. Ap24ta3124 the behavior of conductor is very bad he will scold to very one and specially for poor and old are treated very badly by him and he even cheats with the old ladies and by not giving return money or change to them, so please take action against him to crub his egoiestic nature i hope you will solve this problem very soon. Thank you

Today i. E on 12th june 2017 i travelled in 86j which is travelling from jiyaguda to secunderabad. I gave money to conductor when i boarded the bus in ramnagar gundu she dint give me the change and when i reached my stop at warasiguda i asked her the change and she started scolding me. She used many bad words.
Her behaviour is not good with any of the passengers.

Please take severe action or at least teach her good manners

The bus 195 (Ts 07 6282) at jntu used to come at around 21:20 which is already a late timing, but today they crossed limits, the bus came at 22:30 exact. This was too much. And when i humbly asked to the conductor and the driver, they replied rashly. I had night shift of my job. Due to this late, i will be given negative remark in my office, plz correct the timing of this bus. Especially evening timings. Thank u...

Bus has to come at 23:45 but 2 hours over driver not picking phone, kindly give answer for these why should you keep date and times for these type of services, if we come 5 mins late you won't waite, is there good service, i want your reply for these pls ihave called more then 10 calls but not picking the phone.

Hi, i and my husband have travelled today (08/06/2017) from waverock nanakramguda to fever hospital stop in 113m/w metro luxury ac bus. Regn no is ts9z 7665. Boarded at around 9.15pm and got down at 10.20pm. The bus driver was driving very rash and overtaking every other vehicle on the way in a very high speed. He was overtaking even a bike also. Finally we have reached fever hospital. There were many people getting down at that stop and i was sitting in the seat next to driver seat. There was another lady sitting next to me so i was not able to come out of my seat immediately after the bus stopped. So i called out to the driver to stop the bus as i was just on time to reach the bus door. But the driver started moving the bus. So i requested him again to stop the bus. But he started speaking in abusive language. The conductor joined him mentioning that they are getting late. They have stopped the bus at narayanaguda for 2to3mins as both conductor and driver wanted to buy kulfi. If they are really getting late then why did they stop for kulfi.

Hi,
I want to file a complaint against bus driver who was driving very rash overtaking many vehicles, such drivers should not be encouraged because careless/rash driving of such drivers could risk the life of all passengers.
Please kindly look into matter and take it seriously.

Bus number tn-a16347 (Super luxury) on 2nd june 2017 travelling from mgbs to hanmakonda at 11pm

The cement road layed in the colony is half finished and left to be incomplete causing from the past 6 months.
The difference in the heights of the roads between the completed part and the incomplete part is too much and causing a lot of inconvinience and accidents.
Please do the needfull before the accidents' count reaches an alarming figure.

Actual dep. Time at origin is 23.30. Almost midnight. Upto 1am no updates about bus. No response from mrkp depot manager and tsrtc cust. Care. Around 1.10am i recd. Serv. Cancelled msg. Wt shd i do in this midnight. No alternate bus. No shelter. Worst tsrtc

I have a ticket reserved in tsrtc rajadhani service no.2170 dated 25/may/2017, ticket no 54399289. When i have booked the ticket i have booked the seat 15 for myself (Ladies seat) while reservation. The conductor some where near lb nagar just to fill up the one last seat which was next to me, sells the ticket to a guy and forces me to have him seated next to me. First of all mine is a ladies seat and i have reservation done for the same, upon that you are forcing to have a very stout guy (Who would occupy 2 seats) to sit next to me. This is completely against the policy. To justify him drop manager calls up and requests the same. Which was literally disgusting. There were many people in the bus without reservation and there many ladies. He could have this situation by asking me or any lady to adjust next to each other. But no, hell he wants that guy to sit next to me..!!! Just to avoid these kind of disgusting situations only people go for reservation. This is the pittiest things that could happen in a government bus..

I've renewed my greater hyderabad metro deluxe pass today (I. E on 24 may 2017) at 9.39 am in srnagar bus pass renewal centre. I gave him 2000 rupees and after doing renewal he gave me back rs1000.00 (In words thousand rupees) back. Then i got confused and thinking like that's not my money, i have returned back those money back to him unknowingly... And going on my way after going for just 10 steps away (Just beside the bus pass counter)...

Bus driver unable to stop the bus at bus stop while we showing hand to stop then also he doesn't stoped the bus. Bus no 115r/s boduppal colony bus of boduppal he is unable to stop the bus at stop why he is doing duty we are students 17 members of clg students are waited for the colony bus but the problem is that we will travel by another bus also but for children and old age member were not able to go by another bus he wants a direct bus but the driver is not stopped in bus stop in case tsrtc is giving salary also but is not doing her duty by good manner sir give him some punishment then another time he doesnt do the mistake plzzz i[censored] want evidence go through cctv footage at Amberpet gandhi statue bus no 115r/s at 11:57am.

Tsrtc super luxury bus which should contain tv ...but this bus service which i had travelled 8607/KMM-KPHB on 20/5/17...Has also started late by 30 minutes...no online booking message to passenger even though tsrtc site takes online charges...kindly address my grievances and take proper action...an old man beside me had faced lot of inconvinience due to no message...i had more inconvinience due to no tv set...kindly give proper compensation tv is prerequisite for this bus...

I am a regular traveler of tsrtc city bus services. As per my regular schedule i took an ac bus near waverock (Financial district, nanakramguda) to prakashnagar begumpet. I took ticket worth of 75 and gave him 100 rs, he asked me to take changes later and wrote backside of ticket. When i reached near prakashnagar i asked of remaining money with conductor, he gave me only 20 rs in place of 25. When i asked him again for 5 rs, he started abusing in telugu language. His behaviour was so bad, and i feel very offended by this type of behaviour. As i belong to other state its a very bad experience from such unprofessional behaviour of tsrts conductors. I experienced same problem with same conductor on same route earlier. He is a thief who just trying to avoided give changes to passenger by such behaviour. Today 19/05/2017, i took bus at 7.15pm and i reached prakashnagar at 9.00 pm. I need a strong action against him. Please please do the needfull

On the date of journey i waited for the bus for 3 hours at the pickup point and contacted several tsrtc officials to find out the bus status but did not get status update from any one around 11.30pm i was informed that it was a cancelled service and they forgotten to communicate to the passengers inspite of my repeated efforts to check the status of the bus none of the tsrtc officials could give me proper answer on top of it they have humiliated me with their harsh language.

Dear Sir / Madam, Chennai to Bhadrachalam bus driver and conductor demanded extra money as bribe for giving two seats in bus which are not reserved on[protected]:00pm bus in chennai. They sold the seats infront of me to the persons who offered extra money more than the ticket fare. I request you to take action about this and stop unofficial sale of seats.

I was cycling on the road today ie 11th may 2017. When a bus driver almost crashed into my cycle. This is a regular problem faced by cyclist on the road the tsrtc bus drivers are the most rash drivers and drive at unnecessary high speed on congested roads. I do travel by the rtc be a and have seen their rash driving being in the bus. They do not take care about the pedestrians cyclist motorbikers

We have reserved rajadhani ac bus from karimnagar to hyderabad on 2/5/2017
4.45am was departure time.
But bus came late by 25 min and started to jbs @5.30am
Another mistake was they have charged for rajadhani ac and provided old indra bus..
There should be transparency and quality.. And
Time management..
We want our tsrtc to be unique and role model to other states...
Customer convenience to be given utmost

On 30th April, i started from Karimnagar to sirisilla at 7.50pm in bus no. AP29z 1527, driver was talking on mobile frequently and the road was a single road and with huge traffic. Kindly advise him not to use mobile phone while driving. I asked him not to make calls. If they were urgent incoming calls, it is ok. But making out going calls is not good.

Dear TSRTC Team,
Yesterday i was traveled from Vijayawada to JNTU. according that we reached Vijayawada bus stand and BUY a ticket. as per schedule time 18 hrs, But bus came around 19 hrs. this is No one Delay,
Bus started around @20 Hrs, as per schedule bus will reach by 1:30, but it reached by 3 am, b coz driver frequntly stopped around 30 min. at his own without reason, always chating with cabin passengers, i asked him why this passengers are in cabin? he saying that that is non o[censored] r job. and he used UN - parliamentary words with passengers,
NO AC Working
NO TV working
NO water supply
B coz of the delay i was loosed my freind send OFF, this is the way your service and Staff behavier,
we demand for 10000 INR for the above as a penalty.
