Tsrtc super luxury bus which should contain tv ...but this bus service which i had travelled 8607/KMM-KPHB on 20/5/17...Has also started late by 30 minutes...no online booking message to passenger even though tsrtc site takes online charges...kindly address my grievances and take proper action...an old man beside me had faced lot of inconvinience due to no message...i had more inconvinience due to no tv set...kindly give proper compensation tv is prerequisite for this bus...

    I am a regular traveler of tsrtc city bus services. As per my regular schedule i took an ac bus near waverock (Financial district, nanakramguda) to prakashnagar begumpet. I took ticket worth of 75 and gave him 100 rs, he asked me to take changes later and wrote backside of ticket. When i reached near prakashnagar i asked of remaining money with conductor, he gave me only 20 rs in place of 25. When i asked him again for 5 rs, he started abusing in telugu language. His behaviour was so bad, and i feel very offended by this type of behaviour. As i belong to other state its a very bad experience from such unprofessional behaviour of tsrts conductors. I experienced same problem with same conductor on same route earlier. He is a thief who just trying to avoided give changes to passenger by such behaviour. Today 19/05/2017, i took bus at 7.15pm and i reached prakashnagar at 9.00 pm. I need a strong action against him. Please please do the needfull

      I have booked a ticket in tsrtc online website to travel from s. R nagar (Hyderabad) to khammam on 8th may 2017 with the travel date as 12th may 2017

      On the date of journey i waited for the bus for 3 hours at the pickup point and contacted several tsrtc officials to find out the bus status but did not get status update from any one around 11.30pm i was informed that it was a cancelled service and they forgotten to communicate to the passengers inspite of my repeated efforts to check the status of the bus none of the tsrtc officials could give me proper answer on top of it they have humiliated me with their harsh language.

      I would like TSRTC to convey its apologies and refund my ticket fair as a Female passenger i had go through lot of mental tension waiting at the bus stop till midnight without any communication from TSRTC officials.I want to ensure no other Female passenger go through this kind of mental tension.

      Ac roof damaged, Ac air going to dammmaged hole . We are suffering in bus, driver is not suppose to rectify. He is telling vall to drop manager. Currently i am in bus . Due to sun hot we have selected AC bus but Ac is not working in bus.

      Bus from Karim nagar to jubilee .
      Problem .
      No AC is not functioning, and also no speakers working in bus for watching movie.

        Dear Sir / Madam, Chennai to Bhadrachalam bus driver and conductor demanded extra money as bribe for giving two seats in bus which are not reserved on[protected]:00pm bus in chennai. They sold the seats infront of me to the persons who offered extra money more than the ticket fare. I request you to take action about this and stop unofficial sale of seats.

          I was cycling on the road today ie 11th may 2017. When a bus driver almost crashed into my cycle. This is a regular problem faced by cyclist on the road the tsrtc bus drivers are the most rash drivers and drive at unnecessary high speed on congested roads. I do travel by the rtc be a and have seen their rash driving being in the bus. They do not take care about the pedestrians cyclist motorbikers

            We have reserved rajadhani ac bus from karimnagar to hyderabad on 2/5/2017
            4.45am was departure time.
            But bus came late by 25 min and started to jbs @5.30am
            Another mistake was they have charged for rajadhani ac and provided old indra bus..
            There should be transparency and quality.. And
            Time management..
            We want our tsrtc to be unique and role model to other states...
            Customer convenience to be given utmost
            Priority...

              On 30th April, i started from Karimnagar to sirisilla at 7.50pm in bus no. AP29z 1527, driver was talking on mobile frequently and the road was a single road and with huge traffic. Kindly advise him not to use mobile phone while driving. I asked him not to make calls. If they were urgent incoming calls, it is ok. But making out going calls is not good.

                Yesterday i was traveled from Vijayawada to JNTU. according that we reached Vijayawada bus stand and BUY a ticket. as per schedule time 18 hrs, But bus came around 19 hrs. this is No one Delay,
                Bus started around @20 Hrs, as per schedule bus will reach by 1:30, but it reached by 3 am, b coz driver frequntly stopped around 30 min. at his own without reason, always chating with cabin passengers, i asked him why this passengers are in cabin? he saying that that is non o[censored] r job. and he used UN - parliamentary words with passengers,

                NO water supply
                B coz of the delay i was loosed my freind send OFF, this is the way your service and Staff behavier,

                  Dear sir,
                  I am reserved online via tsrtc website on[protected] bus service no. 1133 and my ticket no. 54191693 my seat no. 13, seat no. 13 is not comfortable on any person of also me. Seat no. 13 push button not work and driver or conductor is no one responded by changing seat and when i asks change the seat then they says everytime you reserved online i can't help you. I asks to tsrtc this service giving passangers uncomfortable seat and service. Take action on this bus/service/driver/conducter.

                    On 25 april 2017 while iam travelling from khammam to hyderabad, purchased 1lt water bottle at suryapeta bus stand, 23.30 hrs from sri sai balaji pan & water bottles shop. The shop keeper collected more charges yhan mrp.
                    Collected rs 25/- 1lt water bottle.
                    Actual cost is rs 20.
                    He argued that in every shop in this bustand is same.
                    Railways provides for rs 15/- only.

                      There is no proper response from controllers of bus station, they say it's the problem of depots and they are unanswerable to passenger
                      Reserved bus was not on stage and it's a situation were we cannot board another bus too.
                      There need to be strict action take across state regarding timing of reservation buses. Its very bad for an state run rtc management an strict regulation need to taken as the first priority.

                        I had been travelled in the new rajadhani bus from secunderabad to nizamabad and the bus details are DRI-NO: 25Z0036
                        Here ac had been not worked for complete 3hours journey.
                        So I am complaining on tsrtc for what I was not provided ac for the journey.
                        I have the bus ticket with me.
                        Rajadhani bus ticket is price at 296rupees whereas ordinary super luxury is priced at 232 rupees. I am sharing my ticket details in image attached for this complaint.

                          Today on 20th april 2017 at around 7 i took 9m bus to nampally from panjagutta bus stop and took the ticket by giving 10 rupees to conductor. He told me to take one rupee change from him afterwards. After waiting for few minutes i asked for the change, conductor in the very bad and abusive manner told me "ledu" and tired to touch me. I told him that i will give a police complaint on this kind of things but the conductor was laughing and the driver stop the bus on one side of the road and ask me to get down. When i refused to get down, bus and driver and conductor started shouting at me asif i did a crime, other passengers were just watching all these but no one came forward to support me.
                          Driver and conductor uses all the local abusive language on me. At last i got down the bus with the tears in my eyes, all these happen just because i had asked them to give one rupee change.

                          Earlier also, many times i faced this kind of problems. The drivers and conductors uses abusive language asif they are doing favour for us.

                          Kindly look into the above complaint and take discplinary action against such drivers and conductors. Else no one will like to travel in public transport.

                            My name is ajay kumar from nellore. On behalf of my work in chennai, i went to nellore bus stand On tuesday early morning april 18th 2017. Around 5am, one TSRTC entered into nellore bus stand. I have no reservation and iam the 1st who enter the bus and asked the driver about the availability of seats. Back to me there are 8 people. 1st driver said there is no seats in bus. But i requested him to see one single seat. Then he generated a ticket from his machine and put it in my hand. The fare in generated ticket is 403/- from nellore to chennai. I gave him 500rs note along with change of 3rs. The driver said the ticket is 500rs/-, but i questioned why are you asking extra money beyond the ticket rate. The Driver suddenly pulled the ticket from my hand and given my 500 note back saying " you have no seat in the bus, get out from the bus " replied in a rude manner. I get down from the bus with out talking any thing. After me he had issued 8 tickets to others from nellore to chennai, by chargng 100rs extra from each passenger. Passengers who are in emergency paid the extra 100rs and get in to the bus. Others left the bus.

                            Dear officers, kindly take serious action towards driver for his rudeness and over action towards passangers. It is not the right way to behave rudely on passangers in an in appropriate way by doing illegal things.

                              I would like to your notice that htere are discrepancies in the charges leviedby transporation corpoaration in the city.

                              I stay in miyapur and go for java coaching in mythrivanam. I daily travel in city ordinary buses for commutation purpose. I will commute in 218 bus from miyapur to mythrivanam. The conductor gives ticket to nims or punjagutta they charge 15 rupees for travelling through these stops. I travel for 13 stops and they charge for 15 or 16 stops. The corporation charges 13 rupees for sr nagar a very before stop of mythrivanam for the fair consumer price the charges should be 14 rupees this happening in ordinary buses upto my knowledge. This is unfair practice followed by tsrtc in city bus.

                              Imilarly for my return journey from my class i will take bus from mythrivanam to miyapur they charge 15 rupees for the same no stops while i should charge for 14 rupees a stop before miyapoor hydernagar. For mythrivanam to hdernagar stop the corporation charges 13rupees.
                              This discrepancies, unfair practices are noticed by me from last one month.
                              I have lost about 2*30=60 rupees from the past one month. Please take this issue as a serious matter and maintain correct fares for the passengers for the distance travelled.
                              I would like to get compensated for loss of my money.

                                I travelled from ongole to Chennai on April 16th 2017 in bus from TSRTC with service nox8771 at 21.45.I reserved a seat for dat journey with seat 2(F).When I entered bus, some person was seated in my seat.when I asked bus driver about this he told me to seated in another seat.then again at kavali, he allowed some male passenger to sit beside me dat is beside female passenger which is not allowed.so, I felt very discomfortable with this journey.this is happening right now.same thing happened last time also.please take some serious action against this.

                                  I am working as ade/ tsgnco/ srisailam left power house, which is located at eagalapenta. I boarded service no. 1351 on 13.04.17 @ 9:45am at mgbs. Requested d driver (As he only d conductor for that bus) to issue ticket to eegalapenta. But he issued d ticket to domalapenta which i did not notice at all. After reaching domalapenta, driver forced me to get down saying that there is no stop at eagalapenta. Issuing wrong ticket and driver's arrogance behaviour causes so much inconvenience and mental agony for me. Due to this i have to get down at domalapenta and has to take another bus to reach eagalapenta, which causes delay in attending my office duties. I request d authority, to take action against d driver.

                                    For more than 55 minutes not a single bus is available in this route, but there are several people in need of it. Bus drivers are hesitant to start the bus by keeping in the depot only. After enrolling for a monthly pass scheme why should i need to travel in autos. It is miserable to stand for long hours under the hot sun.

                                      Today on 06th april 2017 at around 0843 hrs myself along with my family moved from hyderabad to hanamkonda in tsrtc bus (Delux) regn no. Ap 29 z 1214. Total fare was 465-00 for 3 members but due to lack of exact change i gave note of rupees 500/- the conducter cum driver advised me to collect the balance amount rs 35 after commencement of journey.
                                      After reaching at hanamkonda bus stand i asked for the balance but without listening he went away.
                                      Earlier also faced this kind of problems. The drivers or conducters are making their permanent habit/business of earning money by making passengers fool

                                      The seat layout of Garuda Plus which is displayed in the Website to the actual layout in the bus is not actual. Ex:- Seat # 45, in web site/ Portal the layout will be last but one row ie(2x2) row. But actually in the bus it will be in last row. Which is a surprise. And this Happens for the Service 1339

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I have been using TSRTC services on route KPHB and Bhayaram.
                                        Problem 1: There are very less number of buses on a rush route and there are only 2 super luxury buses often crowded.
                                        Problem 2: The status of the bus is very bad, each ticket for me costs around 400/- RS and seats are very bad.
                                        Windows doesn't work properly, seats are jammed.
                                        TV doesn't work.
                                        I am seeing the same bus not modified/repaired for 9-10 years. Over the years ticket prices have raised but the condition is not at all improved.
                                        Problem 3: Multiple stops. This is not supposed to happen for a non-stop super luxury bus.
