Iam a regular traveler of Rajdhani bus from hyd to nizamabad and hyderabad..

This is to bring to your notice that water bottles provide in rajdhani bus is open and water bottel by seeing is celar show that local water is fillup and bottels are damage..

This is one of the major issue that ticket of rajdhani is 296 or 294 the return change amount driver are not giving are not writing back side..

This is a request make the amount round of 290 or 300 atleast its go to Tsrtc..

Im attaching a photo copy of ticket of this bus in whic im traveling water bottel given..

    Regarding fair collected between 2 local busstops in hyderabad city. I boarded a bus at jailgarden /koti to reach kachiguda. The conductor issued me a ticket from chaderghat to shankermut both are more than 2-3km away from my boarding & dropping stations. And charged rs.12 for this. When i enquired conductor replied its like that only &when i approached the controller @ kcg bs he said there are no busstops between chaderghat & shankermut. Now my query is when there are no bs in between why tsrtc stopped the bus at koti? And when there is no stop at kachiguda why the bus entered in kcg bus terminal? Hope i will get a clarity on this. The bus details are as follows ap 11 z 6693 belongs to muheerabd depot.

      Me travelled on 280 bus city ordinary ticket no;00262795 at 15:49:28 from dilsukhnagar to uppal cross road.BUS No:AP29TA505 on 7/7/2017.I hv given 20 rupees but conducter did not gave me change and she is talking rudely and saying that she doesnot have change though she have change and told me to get down from bus when i asked about the change.she is using abuse words.Is this the public transport ?This Should not happen with the people who are travelling .she should not been made conductor.It is ashamed of her.I kindly request this action should be taken into consideration.

        Hello sir, i booked online ticket ticket no.54789302 name. Tirumal rao krnl-bhel-brmd, srvc seats 1, 2 (M, f) fare: 646 doj:05 july -17 2:30pm, uid:3866. Actually we are right time at kurnool bustand. Before 2.30 pm bus deptured atleast they didn't informed or called before leaving bus. Due negelegency of driver we lost to caught bhel bus. Please refund my money. Atleast u need to messge driver no. Online registration didn't it.

          Today (5/7/2017) while going home in the bus 3KN this very irritating incident took place. I and my friend were sitting in the general compartment and the conductor all of a sudden came to us and asked us to go to the ladies section where there was no place at all for us to sit. We ignored him for a while but he started touching and yelling. When we still don't listen he started complaining to other passengers. This type of rude and indecent behavior is not entertained and hence some strict action has to be taken against the conductor.

            I was in the bus 3kn etc ordinary at time around 4-4:30 from hmt nagar to ecil. Since the seats in the ladies section was so awfully crowded and clumped, me and my friend adjusted until we found seats empty in the gents or general section. And slowly the passengers left, they were fewer people. This conductor was pestering me, poked me to go to the ladies section. Also, he was gesturing us in a weird and embarrassing way. The bus was half empty and it didn't matter too. He suddenly yelled when we ignored and said we wouldn't go and it isn't necessary. I also told him to keep quiet and he's not supposed to talk like that. He then said, "go and tell whomever you want. Get lost useless people". I was extremely infuriated because firstly, he wasn't in uniform and was speaking so rude and he even poked me to sit in the front with unbearable behaviour. I asked his name and he was so angry that he mentioned it narsing. I'm not sure if that's his real name because he might lie. I could describe him as average 5.5-5.6 tall and dark man, totally bearded and didn't have proper uniform. I hope something is done about this.

              This is to bring to your kind notice the stoppage of buses at the designated stops ie to be precise not stopping at Wesley Girls High School bus stop opposite to Metro Bawarchi hotel. Since the stop is next to the school gate small kids will find it easier to get into the school. Apart from this destination boards on the buses are not changed, which becomes difficult for the commuters to know whether the bus is coming from kushaiguda and going to Secunderabad/Koti or coming from Koti/Secunderabad and proceeding to Kushaiguda. Kindly look into these small issues and do the needful.

                The stretch from masjid banda to lingampally is in a very bad condition there are endlezs poth holes added to it when it rains it fills with water. The pathway is horrible and difficult to drive and even walk. The placs from botancial garden right upto the end to hyderabad university is not lit up hence us pitch dark. Request to attend at the earliest.

                  We have booked 3 tickets from Khammam to Hyderabad in Super luxury bus with service number 8686. Date of journey is 28th June, 2017 at 11:40 pm. The driver is very care less and he keeps on delaying the departure despite of many requests from the passengers to start the bus on time. But he never listened to anyone and finally he started the service at 12:30 am which is almost 1 hour late. We have faced these kind of incidents many times. Is this the way TSRTC providing the service to the customers... ??

                    I have waited for the 222bus from 5 to 6:43 in gvk 1 bus stop, around 1:43 hrs. There is no 222 metro bus, 4ac buses came mean while. What is this thing, you guys are cheating the public. Common people are waiting like this many hours. Mean while you are relesing the ac buses. Normal metro buses are going 1 by 1 without maintaining timings properly. Like this it is happend many times. How can you do this. Rtc is for all people. You have to maintain the timings properly.

                      Sir, yesterday evening i was travelling in 222a bus. At about 6:40pm i boarded 222a bus. The bus driver was driving the bus in a reckless manner, sitting one side stylishly and applying the brakes for every two minutes. He was driving the bus very speed and applying the brakes when any vehicle goes in front almost taking his bus on that vehicle whether it is four wheeler or two wheeler. He don't even bother to take the bus near the persons who were crossing the road almost touching them and then applying brakes. I mean he was scaring the road crossing people and other two wheeler or four wheelers without giving chance to them by giving horn quite often and thus created nuisance. Also the passengers in the bus suffered which was literally told by ladies who were working in hi-tech city and returning that time to their home. They too scolded this driver and commented on his driving. I took mobile numbers of two ladies as i could not get much time to do so as my stop was ashoknagar. The two other ladies nos are [protected] and [protected] and my number is [protected]. I don't know the name of the driver. But the driver is young person and just wanted to show his style and his driving style to all the persons in the bus. Even afterseveral comments he didnot change the way he was driving his bus in a rash manner. I hope the concerned authority will take necessary action against him. Please take this matter serious and take action against him or else accidents may happen because of his rude, harsh, rash and reckless driving.

                        I have boarded the bus in sr nagar bus stop on 26/06/2017 @ 10pm in the night with bus no (Ap11z6939) metro express bus which belongs to miyapur depot and asked the conductor to give ticket upto kukatpally. He had given me ticket frm nims to kukatpally after checking the ticket i have asked him this is sr nagar and why you had given me ticket from previous stop. Without telling the answer he started speaking abuse words. Is this the way how they behave with passengers. Kindly look on the issue and take he necessary action as soon as possible.

                          I m a doctor. I have done reservation for 26 jun 2017, becos it's a peak day i reserved my seat 25days before.
                          My tkt details : tkt no 54580584, name:haritha, hnk-bngkmpg1, srvc no:8205 (Hnk - bng) seats:1 (F), fare:927, doj:26-jun-17 01:30 pm, uid:5928, ph:[protected], www.tsrtconline.in
                          Bus is at 1.30pm. But driver started calling from 1.15pm. I reached by 1.25pm. By the time i boarded my bus, two people were sitting in my seat. I asked them to get up. But the male in couple got fierce and started abusing me wen shud the bus start. We are waiting for one person. But the bus shud start at 1.30pm.
                          Why should driver make other ppl sit in my seat whixh i hv reserved, even wen he knows i vl caych the bus. This repeats to most passengers who honestly book the seat before. Wwhy do tsrtc encourage this kind of behaviour of drivers. If they confirm i m nt coming then they can sell. But wat is this cheap mentality of drivers. They make passengers fight n see n enjoy.
                          Please take an immediate action so that other ppl vl not repeat this.

                            I am adithya. I was travelling from godavarikhani to hyderabad on 25th june 2017 in 11:55 pm bus with service no:7192.

                            Just like most of the time bus reached after half an hour of the departure time by 12:30 and arrived at 5:25, which is more than half an hour late. But i didn't raise any concern for it.

                            I was a bit sleepy and was unable to get down on time at jbs, then conductor of the same bus started abusing me with unprofessional attitude and words.

                            Even though i have my car but still i travel by tsrtc considering safety, but tsrtc employee abusing me is not the right way to handle a passenger.

                            Please consider this and take necessary action on the person.

                            This will be my last ride with tsrtc.

                              This your passenger who is travelling from vijayawada to hyderabtad. (Tsrtc) but driver collected fare from nandigam to mgbs. Total fare collected rs. 379+90= 470/-.
                              Tiket no. 00386667 and 00386668.

                              Please explain. If i'm starting in vijayawada why i should pay from nandigam.

                                Today (June 23rd) 2017, service # 7174 from jbs to knr which was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 pm was delayed by an hour and started at 8:50, please take strict actio n against the driver/conductor. Also, the enquiry desk was clueless and least helpful. If this is the case, why have reservations and charge booking/convenie nce fees for the whole lot of inconvenience caused? Please dont take passengers for a "ride".

                                Travelling in a Super luxury non AC bus from Hyderabad to Bhadrachalam on 17 June 2017, 6:30am bus from Imblibun depot, bus condition is poor... Rats running here and there in the bus. Trash driving as well... Rats in bus is not acceptable. That clearly tells that the buses are not cleaned regularly and maintained.

                                  I lost my luggage in tsrtc warangal local bus it is route no : 11 from kazipet to warangal via kakatiya university cross road. As i was 75 years old i am kindly asking you to solve this problem in this regard.
                                  I was travelled from vijayawada to kazipet from train and from kazipet to kakatiya university cross road in route no : 11 bus on[protected]. Please help me to get my bag.

                                    It's my humble request to the tsrtc to provide super luxury buses from karimnagar to nizamabad... There is not even a single bus.. Being a democratic country u need to think about the luxury of people... When u can start mini garuda buses for hyderabad.. Y not from knr to nzbd?? People in d express buses fall on each other being drunk... Lots of people r suffering... But most of the people being from village r unable to express it to u... It would really b glad o[censored]..                                       I took bus with no. Ts 07z4016 on 20/06/2017 at 01:05pm at ramnagar mee seva bus stop. The usual charges from there to dilsuknagar bus stop is rs 13/-. But now the conductor punched for rs15/-. And said that there is no bus stop at mee seva. And he charged me from bus bavan. But i boarded at mee seva. Plz take this seriously and take action soon.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        On 16/06/2017, i travelled on tsrtc bus from bangalore to hyderabad with service number 1428. Driver name is veeraiah. Number [protected]. Actual time of arrival to hyderabad is 5:00am. But we reached at 7:30 am. When we asking about this to driver he is very rash with passengers and saying that "this is not your dad's bus. I wil drive lik dis only. I[censored] to complaint first you should talk to m. P.".
                                        We are completly fedup with such conditions. He used to stop for luggage for long time not bothering about passengers.
                                        He is very rash and ruthless, non responsive.. This is not the first time for tsrtc bus drivers. Everytime they r doing the same. Instead of that they change the timings in their website 5:00 am to 8: 00am. So that we can plan according to that. Why tsrtc wasting out time and money. We book in tsrtc to reach early as soon as possible. But with such conditions we are facing lot of problems. Please do needful to all passengers.
