I had been travelled in the new rajadhani bus from secunderabad to nizamabad and the bus details are DRI-NO: 25Z0036
Here ac had been not worked for complete 3hours journey.
So I am complaining on tsrtc for what I was not provided ac for the journey.
I have the bus ticket with me.
Rajadhani bus ticket is price at 296rupees whereas ordinary super luxury is priced at 232 rupees. I am sharing my ticket details in image attached for this complaint.

    Today on 20th april 2017 at around 7 i took 9m bus to nampally from panjagutta bus stop and took the ticket by giving 10 rupees to conductor. He told me to take one rupee change from him afterwards. After waiting for few minutes i asked for the change, conductor in the very bad and abusive manner told me "ledu" and tired to touch me. I told him that i will give a police complaint on this kind of things but the conductor was laughing and the driver stop the bus on one side of the road and ask me to get down. When i refused to get down, bus and driver and conductor started shouting at me asif i did a crime, other passengers were just watching all these but no one came forward to support me.
    Driver and conductor uses all the local abusive language on me. At last i got down the bus with the tears in my eyes, all these happen just because i had asked them to give one rupee change.

    Earlier also, many times i faced this kind of problems. The drivers and conductors uses abusive language asif they are doing favour for us.

    Kindly look into the above complaint and take discplinary action against such drivers and conductors. Else no one will like to travel in public transport.

    The private operator who is entrusted to provide new Navya cards and renewal the old cards at Gajwel Bus station has just handed over a paper printed and has not laminated the card, although they take additionally Rs 30 for the application and lamination of the cards.

      My name is ajay kumar from nellore. On behalf of my work in chennai, i went to nellore bus stand On tuesday early morning april 18th 2017. Around 5am, one TSRTC entered into nellore bus stand. I have no reservation and iam the 1st who enter the bus and asked the driver about the availability of seats. Back to me there are 8 people. 1st driver said there is no seats in bus. But i requested him to see one single seat. Then he generated a ticket from his machine and put it in my hand. The fare in generated ticket is 403/- from nellore to chennai. I gave him 500rs note along with change of 3rs. The driver said the ticket is 500rs/-, but i questioned why are you asking extra money beyond the ticket rate. The Driver suddenly pulled the ticket from my hand and given my 500 note back saying " you have no seat in the bus, get out from the bus " replied in a rude manner. I get down from the bus with out talking any thing. After me he had issued 8 tickets to others from nellore to chennai, by chargng 100rs extra from each passenger. Passengers who are in emergency paid the extra 100rs and get in to the bus. Others left the bus.

      Please find the attachment of photos of the driver and bus at nellore bus stand at that time.

      Dear officers, kindly take serious action towards driver for his rudeness and over action towards passangers. It is not the right way to behave rudely on passangers in an in appropriate way by doing illegal things.

        I would like to your notice that htere are discrepancies in the charges leviedby transporation corpoaration in the city.

        I stay in miyapur and go for java coaching in mythrivanam. I daily travel in city ordinary buses for commutation purpose. I will commute in 218 bus from miyapur to mythrivanam. The conductor gives ticket to nims or punjagutta they charge 15 rupees for travelling through these stops. I travel for 13 stops and they charge for 15 or 16 stops. The corporation charges 13 rupees for sr nagar a very before stop of mythrivanam for the fair consumer price the charges should be 14 rupees this happening in ordinary buses upto my knowledge. This is unfair practice followed by tsrtc in city bus.

        Imilarly for my return journey from my class i will take bus from mythrivanam to miyapur they charge 15 rupees for the same no stops while i should charge for 14 rupees a stop before miyapoor hydernagar. For mythrivanam to hdernagar stop the corporation charges 13rupees.
        This discrepancies, unfair practices are noticed by me from last one month.
        I have lost about 2*30=60 rupees from the past one month. Please take this issue as a serious matter and maintain correct fares for the passengers for the distance travelled.
        I would like to get compensated for loss of my money.

          I travelled from ongole to Chennai on April 16th 2017 in bus from TSRTC with service nox8771 at 21.45.I reserved a seat for dat journey with seat 2(F).When I entered bus, some person was seated in my seat.when I asked bus driver about this he told me to seated in another seat.then again at kavali, he allowed some male passenger to sit beside me dat is beside female passenger which is not allowed.so, I felt very discomfortable with this journey.this is happening right now.same thing happened last time also.please take some serious action against this.

            I am working as ade/ tsgnco/ srisailam left power house, which is located at eagalapenta. I boarded service no. 1351 on 13.04.17 @ 9:45am at mgbs. Requested d driver (As he only d conductor for that bus) to issue ticket to eegalapenta. But he issued d ticket to domalapenta which i did not notice at all. After reaching domalapenta, driver forced me to get down saying that there is no stop at eagalapenta. Issuing wrong ticket and driver's arrogance behaviour causes so much inconvenience and mental agony for me. Due to this i have to get down at domalapenta and has to take another bus to reach eagalapenta, which causes delay in attending my office duties. I request d authority, to take action against d driver.

              For more than 55 minutes not a single bus is available in this route, but there are several people in need of it. Bus drivers are hesitant to start the bus by keeping in the depot only. After enrolling for a monthly pass scheme why should i need to travel in autos. It is miserable to stand for long hours under the hot sun.

                Today on 06th april 2017 at around 0843 hrs myself along with my family moved from hyderabad to hanamkonda in tsrtc bus (Delux) regn no. Ap 29 z 1214. Total fare was 465-00 for 3 members but due to lack of exact change i gave note of rupees 500/- the conducter cum driver advised me to collect the balance amount rs 35 after commencement of journey.
                After reaching at hanamkonda bus stand i asked for the balance but without listening he went away.
                Earlier also faced this kind of problems. The drivers or conducters are making their permanent habit/business of earning money by making passengers fool
                Therefore it is requested to take action aginst such drivers/conducters please...

                The seat layout of Garuda Plus which is displayed in the Website to the actual layout in the bus is not actual. Ex:- Seat # 45, in web site/ Portal the layout will be last but one row ie(2x2) row. But actually in the bus it will be in last row. Which is a surprise. And this Happens for the Service 1339

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have been using TSRTC services on route KPHB and Bhayaram.
                  Problem 1: There are very less number of buses on a rush route and there are only 2 super luxury buses often crowded.
                  Problem 2: The status of the bus is very bad, each ticket for me costs around 400/- RS and seats are very bad.
                  Windows doesn't work properly, seats are jammed.
                  TV doesn't work.
                  I am seeing the same bus not modified/repaired for 9-10 years. Over the years ticket prices have raised but the condition is not at all improved.
                  Problem 3: Multiple stops. This is not supposed to happen for a non-stop super luxury bus.

                    Why tsrtc is not providing regular amenities to the passengers. Miryalguda to Hyderabad rajdhani bus tv is not turned on and no water bottles has given.

                    Even in normal non ac buses running with tv vedio coach with 150rs fare.

                    In Rajdhani bus tsrtc is charged 257rs fare from miryalguda to Hyderabad and even not provided tv on bus and water bottle also not given.

                    But tsrtc is charging amount for the aminites. Even in the ticket they mentioned in passenger amenities 15rs.

                    Why they are charging Amount for aminities without providing the services.

                    Let me know the resolution for this asap

                      Hi sir I book my ticket from hyd to nirmal through online on 24/03/17 for service number 7984 mgbs to kadem seat number 19 it showed in online window seat at two seater side but in bus seat no 19 is at 3seater side...it's cheating I buy in online and spend extra money... what is this sir customers lose the believe on tsrtc and they go private bus side...plz atleast give a good service to customers till now

                        Hello rtc team,
                        We are totally unsatisfied with your services. We have a lot of complaints regarding the rtc city buses in hyderabad metro city. Yesterday i've travelled in a bus from abids to hi-tech city in the bus number ap28z07. The ticket costs rs.16 and i gave rs.50 note. The conductor didn't provided the change to me neither he wrote on the back of the ticket. He's just sitting in-front of me and suddenly went back to for the tickets. When it is about to reach my stop i went to him and asked him for my change. He didn't provided me the cane even then but he's saying that he has given the change also he spoke very rudely with me. This is completely disgusting service that you are providing us. It's just 50/- today and tomorrow it'll be 500/-. Forget about the money at-least tell them how to speak with the passengers. Teach them some politeness before you recruit them. We really hope that you would surely take an action on this as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

                          Dear sir, I am writing on behalf of my sister. My sister onboard bus at cyber towers at 7pm daily to lingampally. She complained on sexual abuse by a person standing at ladies compartment. He daily boards the same bus and stand near steps in ladies compartment(bus number and person is in pic below). either conductor or driver never speak anything to the person
                          .

                          Is this how the TSRTC safe garud our women? Not one day, daily the same person stand and misbehaves with women who onboard.

                          Please protect our women from such people and driver who encourages.

                          In such heavy crowd the person stand on foot board and cause discomfort to women.

                          Also, more men sit in ladies compartment apart from age, physically handicap. That also u can see in below pic attached.

                          Please take a strict action on such govt official and the person.

                            I had booked a ticket from khammam to hyderabad on 31-Jan-2-17 through TSRTC mobile application. Unfortunately due to network issues., the ticket was not generated but the amount(283 Rs/-) got deducted from my bank account.

                            I tried calling customer care multiple times & they replied "Refund is in progress". I even mailed them at online.[protected]@tsrtcbus.in detailing the problem but no proper response from them. It's been more than one month & still din't received the refund amount.

                            One of the representative shared me the refund reference no . [protected]

                            Kindly do the needful to get the amount refunded asap.

                              I Ms. Poornima stay at neredmet X road, and my office is situated at Bowenpally, hasmatpet road. We dont have any bus nor auto facility to that area from ECIL to Balanagar, All people coming from that area are using their own vehicles which is causing heavy traffic there. Hence, i request you to provide us buses from this area to avoid huge traffic. Hoping a quick responce from you and it would be a great help from you. Please do the needful.

                              Stall no.8 in Jubliee Bustation charges much higher fares than MRPs. 400ml pulpy orange actual cost is Rs.30 but the store person charged Rs.40 and for every product he is charging very high cost.

                              Please cancel his license and close his shop at JBS. DONT ENTERTAIN THIS KIND OF NON SENSE IN KCR GOVERNMENT.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We stay in Bandari Layout area near to Rajadhani Day School at Nizampet.
                              We have bus communication from Hanuman Temple junction for High Tech City for which we have to walk more than half kilometer. Even than we have to change another bus at Nizampet cross road to go to Ameerpet or any other area.
                              There are many people going to offices from here to Ameerpet side.

                              RTC may please consider to provide at least one SETWIN Bus service from Rajadhani school at Bandari Layout to Ameeerpet via Prashant hills, Pragatinagar road way, which is best road for bus travel also.
                              Please consider our request and provide at least Setwin bus to us.

                                Sir i would like to raise an issue that there plenty of women and ladies travelling from far distances for work to Madhapur & Hitech City and after the work hours they are finding it very inconvinent to return homes in late evening due to lack of transport facility from Madhapur to Habsiguda, Uppal, Survey Of India. There are manny people who travel from tarnaka, habsiguda, survey of India to Madhapur for work, and especially women and ladies they get tired and exhausted unable to catch buses due to very limited frequency of buses to these particar areas, few buses which are available are so crowded that people literally keep hanging out of the doors which is too dangerous and ladies are not able to get into such buses which are completely crowded, so hear by i request you to put on some AC and normal buses for all kinds of passesngers to travel to work and back home without much inconvince after a hectic day of hard work kindly do the needful.

When there is fault from RTC side, bus being broke down, why shouldn't we be boarding metro. It irritated all the passengers when we couldn't board 2 metro buses

                                  I wish to complain about my horrendous experience and sheer negligence by a bus driver of the tsrtc [telangana state road transport corporation]. Today on my way to office i was behind this bus [reg. No. Ap28z 5295] route no. 24s. The bus had stopped almost 3 lanes right in the middle of the main road for passengers to board/deboard, the bus bay was absolutely empty. As i kept following the bus, the driver continued to do the same at every stop. At times even blocking the complete road by stopping the bus in a slant not allowing any vehicles to pass. I kept honking, but in vain. This is a very common sight, but today i am at my witts. This guy needs to be terminated from his services immediately else he will continue to be a threat to the public and their safety. I urge the officials to take this matter up very seriously and address it at the earliest before it is too late to regret.

                                    I have booked two tickets costing 648rs from mgbs - godavarikhanil with seat nos 13 &14 in service no.7235 on 22 feb 2017 at 13:26. My money was debited from my account but i didn`t get any message or mail stating about my ticket conformation.

                                    At Mahatma Gandhi bus station, all bike parking stands, (Display) per day is Rs 20 and person at the stand is collecting Rs 40 per day.
                                    He behaved rude and insulted me, when i argued for the same.
                                    I sincerely request the management to take necessary action, as it is burden to customers like, who travel for longer time due to health reasons.

                                      The 250s shakthi sai nagar to secbad via (nacharam/mallapur) buses of ranigunj-1 is running from past 4yrs, and there was a changing of depot from one depot to other depot on govt rules.
                                      The buses are not coming on time and taking 15/20 min extra time from the given time table, the drivers are driving very slow and taking lots of time to reach destination.Our nearest depot is chengicherla and 250c 49m/250c are from chengicherla only on same route.so please change the 250s buses depot to chengicherla from rangunj-1!so please change the depot faster and as soon as possible.It is our request! Please!

                                      Change the 250s buses depot from ranigunj-1 to chengicherla.ranigunj-1 depot buses are not maintaining proper timing and coming late;the drivers are poor in driving and can't able to reach the bus to destination on time;Our nearest depot is chengicherla and change the depot of 250s to chengicherla from ranigunj-1.As faster and as soon as possible please! It is our request.

                                      All buses of 250c, 49m/250c are running from chengicherla depot except 250s.ranigunj-1 depot people are so lazy in maintaining time etc.so change 250s bus depot to chengicherla.

                                        Dear sir, I booked ticket in TSRTC by online, my ticket no.53723458, I reached the JBS by 11.30 and repetadly asking about the when bus will come?.

                                        Actual timing :11.40 at JBS

                                        They don't have any answer to reply me, now I am waiting for 85 minutes and I repetadly requested them to reply if bus will delay then I will go by another bus.

                                        I came from airport RGIA and this is irresponsible of authority to waste time of a passingers.

                                        Please take action on who is responsible for this issue otherwise will go forward against you.

                                        I got call from this number +[protected] and said the service was cancelled 00.58 and they even not giving the details of where I got call ( he said only his first name Mr.sai)

                                        I personally requested Mr.Singh(JBS-SM) to arrange and he arranged seat no.36 in service no.7235 to Karim nagar

                                        I paid ticket of ₹195.00

                                        Till now I haven't get any cancel message from the website/ authority
