Address: Kachiguda Bus stop (Railway Station)

All the TSRTC Busses are not waiting/stopping in the Kachiguda Bus stand (Railway station), but all the busses are stopping in front of Railway station entrance, this is not only today its from past several days. even after complaining to the present authorities there is no use,
They are using Busses as 7 seater autos standing out of the railway station and not starting the busses until they are fully filled, and due to which all the road is getting blocked,

today i have missed my 6am train because of this, now i have to go back as there is no other alternative.

I request to take up the action on this asap

I am a frequent traveler on Hyderabad Bidar route and there are so many TSRTC as well as KSRTC buses between these cities but there is not even a single platform board with destination as Bidar in MGBS.As this is one of the main inter state route it will help so many commuters who are non locals and visit Hyderabad for so many reasons.Hope TSRTC resolve this isaue

Misbehaviour with passengers
I am a student of inter 2nd year who was traveling from Patancheru to bdl in PTC to shankarpalli bus ( 502)
The bus started at the bus station at 12:40PM
It reached bdl at 1:17pm
The conductor of the bus was rash to the passenger. He shouted at me so badly like in telugu( మనిషివేన, నీ కథలు అన్ని ఇంట్లో పెట్టుకో) just for keeping my ticket out
Not only with me he also shouted at a passenger for asking change and he dropped of a old women just because one of the 10rupees notewas a bit torn
He was so rude and was shouting at consumers
If this isn't solved here I am gonna complain to a higher authority
He have to tell me a sorry for shouting at me without my mistake

I shoban from Kothagudem, I booked a ticket from kothagudem to hyderabad through TSRTC site BusNo.34341 (BCM to BHEL) seat No 37 Journey Date/Time 26/03/2023(23:00) . I paid money in Paytm with UPI Ref No;[protected] paid on12:07 PM 26/03/2023. But ticket confirmation has not been done till now.

Please verify and confirm or send the money back immediately

I am Ambika from Hyderabad, Yesterday morning I travelled in a RTC bus AP29Z3150 JANGAON with my parents. The bus conductor was misbehaved and used the unparliament words. And he is not even giving the ticket, when we asked him regarding the same, he took the ticket of another passenger who is getting down in the next bus station, and same thing he was repeated by forcely taking the my ticket. When I warned him, he started abusing us, and commenting on us with driver In unparliament words.

We are really felt bad and unhappy about this incident. I am complaining this because I don't want any another women should not face this kind of issues.

Hoping higher officials will take the necessary action on this incident. And if required I would like to talk with the officials. I am dropping my mobile number in case of any information needed.

AP29Z3578 8A bus chandrangutta to Secunderabad FM depo bus near at osmangunj he hits a bike 2wheeler, at darul shifa he hit a Activa 2wheeler and now at Charminar bus stop he hits an auto 4wheeler. And he indulge in an argument with the auto driver at Charminar. The bus driver was careless. He is driving in a city and he is driving with his absence mind. And hit 3 times in my journey when am traveling in bus From Nampally to Charminar. I kindly request the concerned person to please look into the matter. And take necessary action towards this bus driver and give him counselling. He is hurting other citizens. So please request you to take thi matter very seriously. These incidents occurred today[protected] at evening around 5:30pm - 6pm.

Drivers always go for the signal at 'x' road no stopping of bus at bus stand of Nacharam 'x'road, sometimes they go cross the signal and stop the bus and sometimes they stop in traffic jam at far away from the bus stand they don't even park the bus unto roadside but stop bus near to road divider. I didn't get any photo because we don't get chance to click it from road side.

Lb nagar to ibrahimpatnam routes in too less busses runs in the morning 4am.
Please provide more busses runs exactly 4am in the route of lb nagar to ibrahimpatnam.
Because of night shift employees and night duty people, night workers leaves duty s morning 4am
So common citizens and night shift employees, normal people suffering from busses awaiting in bus stops pickup point.
Even though iam waiting for 5am too more time in standing in bus stop.
Please provide too more busses sharp 4am lb nagar to ibrahimpatnam routes.
