Respected Officials,
The behaviour of the conductors for the pass holders(local, greater or even day pass) holder is Too horrible if we have a day pass collected from the other conductor they are not allowing Us to get in to a Bus of other conductor
I stirctly Restricti this kind of behaviour.
Specially The behaviour of conductors of Bus No 3008 Ramanthapur Both the conductors are demanding to not get into the bus as if its their dads bus.

When i asked if this bus goes to some place at the driver and conductor was talking were rude to me, and i asked at 11'o clock on night, they were laughing and rudely answering bus doesn't Stop there although this depo bus has stop at that place i said the same they said like still it doesn't go will you call KCR now. Im providing the bus details below hope tsrtc take action these kind of people:

Hlo good morning this MSG is regarding the disbehaviour of the bus conductor...i am travelling towards kushaiguda bus stop to uppal x road and my ticket cost is rs 30 and I have gave the conductor 100 rs he informed me he will return me the change in uppal when my stop is occuring i asked him about my money and the bus conductor replied me that I have gave him only 1 rupee and he showthing at me in loud voice.if i gave him 1 rupee how he can charge me 30rs ticket . because of this type of conductor tsrtc is loosing it's respect.i want tsrtc to take a action on this conductor i m placing the ticket details by which u can see the problem of mine ...thank you...

I'm traveling with my family from L.b nagar to choutuppal. I have 3 year girl and 4 year boy who is yet to celebrate his 5th birthday. He' is born on 31/03/2018.. RTC conductor asked the age the same has been conveyed to him. But he is charged half ticket for my son...What I clearly know is the child below 5 years should not be charged any ticket...and let me know if I'm wrong regarding the TSRTC rule..

That conductor misbehaved with lady( my mom) she shouted so many times to stop the bus at her destination..but he didn't listened and they stopped 400 metres away from her destination and she is a heart patient she walked in that way to return home because this route is very dark.. before this bus conductor has so many issues.. timing of issue 7:30 pm before or after to 7:45 pm plz consider this complaint..

TSRTC bus service from hanmakonda to adilabad is always late. The bus (Service no.:7976) actually has to reach the departure station ( Hanmakonda bus stand) at 21:45 but it has arrived at 23:45. It always gets late. As a consumer of the TSRTC services it is a hectic problem to cope with my schedule due to it's delay. Please try to solve this and make sure the bus is on time at the boarding station. It's not a simple problem to get on with it.

At mydukur Kadapa district a parcel booked to me from mgbs by mistake it gone to kadapa, Kadapa exicutive has informed to me that by mistake it received to kadapa on 6th but today I went at mydukur and asked to exicutive he answered me roud and false words to me and again he saying that I am not head some one on kuli is head, he totally speck to me wrong so kindly take action on what happens to me. 2nd water bottle
3rd reason is bus didn't full itsems,

When i ask for reasons for stoping multiple time,
Will u buy all ticket?
I will go as non- stop,

And he is very rude behavior
Loudly shouting on passengers, along with me one more passenger was asking same thing, he is replying same dailogue,

Hi sir/medam,

I have opted cargo service to send my parcel from suryapet hitech bus station to destination JBS bus station on 05/03/2023 at 10:30AM. consignment number is 5999490. And as per the information it should be reached to the destination point at and around 3PM same date but till the next day it has not reached and when we call the cargo services negligence answers are being heard. Till now it has not be delivered. Due to this i and the recipient has lost one day valuable time. I here by request to take opportunity action and remit my loss.

I have taken a ticket on 27/02/2023 at 20:28 from Anantapur to Hyderabad. It costed me 680/- rupees. I gave 1000/- to the conducter cum driver.

I am a 10th class student studying in Bhashyam high school located at Malkajgiri, today I have got the bus at Malkajgiri stop at st anns high school and I asked the ticket to Lallaguda railway hospital . But the conductor had issued the ticket from safilguda to allgaddabavi and charged Rs 20. Instead of charging Rs10.

Over driving in driver speed breakers not slow in speed driving yellandu to Khammam evening 6:20 pm in place current office yld bas no .8333, 8338 not idea my guessing

Respected sir/mam. I live in badangpet. The main/connecting depot for us is women's college(koti). The busses which go in this route are 203A, 203N and 102B. There are very less busses for us and high passenger rush, especially at evening time from around 6pm-9pm (as we return to home from colleges) we get merely 1 bus for every 30-40 minutes. Sometimes it even takes more time and 2 busses arrive at a once. So i am requesting you to facilitate us more buses.

In Medchal to Secunderabad route One month before bus used to stop in the turning of Paradise circle but now it has been changed near Sports Complex because of this we have a trouble to walk upto main road the main reason for this is bus is fined by Traffic dept if they stop in the turning but for the public there is no clear footpath to walk and public should walk on the road only. Yesterday night when I was walking I saw a person hit with bike but by luck nothing happened to him but if a heavy vehicle hits the public what is the situation in their family and who is responsible for it Whether Traffic dept or Tsrtc dept.

There is a bus which starts from.kalimandir hyderabad bus number is 6R it will go till ramnagar, and bus starts probably at 9 or 9:05, i got into the bus in suncity bus stop around 9:10, and the lady conductor who has no patience at all asked me to get down the bus because she doesn't have the change to give me, when you are serving for the public, and it is an area where you have to be there with every possibilities in a proper way!! infront of all she asked me to leave the bus in middle way not even caring that am.a girl, being a woman she disrespected other woman with her arrogance, i could not take a picture of the bus and that lady.
she is very impatient with everyone on the bus and this happened today i.e, (02/03/2023) please track the details of what ever i have given about the bus starting time and the stop and please educate that lady on how to behave with the passengers who gets into the bus, i was polite with her but i dont know what personal.issues she is going through she has taken that on me by asking me to leave the bus, i told her politely that thats fine madam just give the change till i get down and for that she in a very rude tone she said " poo amma poo ee bus la evarru ekkaru last stop varku, ekadi nundi change teeskoni ravala, change ivvu lekapothe digipo ikade" is this the way a government servant should talk with public?? and i told her politely i dont have change madam, i can scan on phonepay or gpay and for that also she raised her voice and shouted at me by saying " poii cheppu avani introduce chey rctc valaki apudu scan chey" i am very irriated by her way of talking and her choice of words i want her to be taught a lesson on her behaviour with me and am very hurt that i had to get down on road helplessly

This is regarding that operates via LBNagar Metro. What is the point when none of the buses that operate from LB Nagar metro route doesn't stop at metro. How do you serve the purpose of connecting RTC with metro. Almost buses like 300, 279, 1 move along the metro station but doesn't stop there and employees ask us to leave the bus at LB Nagar ringroad in a very rude tone. Is this how you organization respond to public who is an integral part for RTC to work? It is quite difficult for IT employees who travel along this route and has to catch metro at LBNagar. It would be great if an action would be taken if not I would escalate this to higher authorities.
