There is lot of shortage of buses to hyderabad from mahabubnagar, from past these month people are suffering to travel please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible...

Respected Sir/madam, i started journey from medaram jatara to hyderabad on 19.02.2022 aroung 1 am through tsrtc bus number ap29z1350 . while entering in to the bus i asked the conductor whether the bus going to the jubile bus station(jbs), then he replied yes, i took the ticket by giving an amount of Rs 450/- in that the destination given as mgbs(mg bus station), immediately i asked him, he replied very clearly that the bus would go to jbs...

Conductor issue ticket but bus was full, I'm travel bhiknoor to ramayampet. But my ticket was bhiknoor to tupran. He stops bus ramayampet bus already very much loaded or full. Hi Team,

This is Mahesh. TSRTC was doing good in terms of bus services and targets for conductor's. Everyday I use to travel from Mehdipatnam to FORUM mall. So I board 19M at 8am.

Since few days I don't see 19M buses from Mehdipatnam. There are many passengers who was suffering with this.

Kindly look into the issue and get it resolved on priority.

Your driver did not stop at Abida chermas bus stop we were 7 o[censored]s waiting for bus that too sunday (less buses) why do you hire such ### who ignore passengers waiting at stop .

Please issue warning for the careless driver and conductor.

I have kept my parcel upper side of conductor seat.this is white plastic hand cover in which New cotton kurta and a cap inside the cover.the bus is going to kurnool.

Actually I came to bus pass renewal but my old pass was rejected for renewal even though I can still renewal it according to my student ID Card. As they told it was rejected, I showed the bus pass to the person in the counter, but they told it's not possible..I went away, but forgot to collect my old pass I showed them

Hi, I'm Daram Vikas. I'm facing a lot of issues with banswada bus services. I'm waiting for bus from 1and half hour in JBS Hyderabad. It's not a first every time this is happening. Please I'm requesting to charge against the Banswada and Bodhan depot manager. I think they are neglecting there job. We are facing many problems like this. Please take charge against them. I think the government need to take this complaint as a major issue....

Actually on past there is bus from Warangal to our college in Hasanparthi. But from a year ther is no bus to travel for the college.so kindly keep a bus for travel ... Thanku...

I got into the bus at 6:15pm.He started the bus at 7:00 PM from MGBS.He stopped at every bustop from MGBS to outskirts of Hyderabad and stopped at LB nagar for 30 minutes.When i asked him why is it getting late he indecently replied that if you want to come you can or get down of the bus.He even drove recklessly with so much of sudden brakes.i would request you to please take necessary action against him.

I am traveling from JBS to Chegunta Medak dist. The bus is already seats occupied in JBS, after wards the bus driver and conducter unnecessarily occupied passengers in kompally and medhchal and the bus was full around 80 to 90 passengers have travelling, in this regard the pandemic situation is going on.

In view of the above, kindly take necessary action against bus driver and conducted, the bus details given...

I am from Narayankhed dist Sangareddy as we are facing rtc buses problem from many days couple of days back i went to depo to discuss with manager about this issue but I haven’t received any proper response yet. They won’t even maintain the depo buses many times they get failed in middle of journey, now from past two days 7:00 am bus getting issues in middle of our journey bus is getting some technical problems and we are catching some...

Sir, daily many of the customers are facing problem due to buses are getting closed before 10pm from dilsukh nager road so plz sir go into the matter and try to solve the issue plz try to keep buses till 11.30 pm atleast...

Increase the number of busses which arrive from 7 tombs road why because everyone is facing problem who are staying near 7 tombs area...
