Wanted to buy pulpy orange which had an mrp of 35 rupees but they were demanding 40 rs on asking them that u had to take only 35 rupees they were rude I even asked them that recently only shops in mgbs were fined but they didn’t pay any heed to that

Not only one or two, almost half of the driver's of borabanda buses are driving very slow which is making people arrive at their destinations very late.college is not allowing the students bcoz of being late which is neither due to traffic nor due to starting late it's all bcoz of driver's driving very slow. I request u to solve this issue ASAP.

I usually travel from Nizamabad to JBS by Garuda and Rajadhani/Indra. The seats are not proper to pushback and the AC points do not contain any controller. The seats are dusty by looking at the seats, no one wish to sit on that seats but had to sit as there is no option after taking the ticket.

Please look into it and provide better services to TSRTC passengers.

I was travelling from mehdipatam to care hospital banjara hills in Tsrtc city service route no 19k ordinary service yesterday evening around 6:45 pm to 7:00pm on my way

Yesterday I have taken 10KM Bus at ESI Sanathnagar around 1.40pm on 7th march 2022 i forget my Esi health card which is placed in an orange cover contains books n prescription

From medak to jbs the buses are too short . we need 2 or 3 buse at the time of 6.00 to 8.00. thank you

I need to travel from Hyderbad to Nandigama. I have asked the driver will this bus stop in Nandigama as it is going through that route. He said it will go in bypass. I have asked does this bus has Nandigama ticket stage, he said yes. Beside driver conductor said something confusing. I am focusing on driver voice. Finally he given ticket to Vijayawada. Which is 50 rupees extra. I said it is cheating. Then 3 persons are arguing that "your understanding is wrong".

We are collage students tsrtc ordinary busses are not stopping at our village busstand (jankampet bustand)

Hotel in MAHABUBNAGAR bus stand charging higher than MRP for water bottles and other products. As per TSRTC guidlines/ orders shops/stalls/hotels should not sell more than MRP.
I have purchased water bottle which is MRP 20 but charged 25 rupees.
I have asked about this to counter but he rudely behaved with me.
Please take action and save people and people's money from these looters.

I booked two tickets from Wyra to Hyderabad on[protected] around 9:40 for a bus service no: 8922 for a journey date of[protected]. At the final stage of booking I got "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction" message from payubiz. I did my transaction via Google pay. The transaction is successful at their end but tickets were not booked. My money got deducted but not refunded. There is no proper mechanism to ask Tsrtc people. UPI transaction ID is[protected]

Iam from khammam.i came to Warangal some persanol work. I travel in a city bus from Greensquare plaza to Warangal busstop.i taken ticket from conductor that fare was 15rs. And I gave him 50rs then Conductor said I will give remaining balance wait. After 5mins I ask for remaining balance his behaviing totally rude and he doesn't know how to respect passengers. Please once inform him and tell him how to respect passengers..

I have visited TSRTC counter in srisailam bus station on 04/03/2022 on 10:30am.In the enquiry counter I have asked the person regarding the VAJRA ac service he said that there are no services running. And i asked a bus which has a dropping point at miyapur he said no there are no services available before 3 to that point. So finally I have reserved ticket to Hyderabad MGBS for super luxury. Later when the visited bus stop at 1:30pm i spotted VAJRA service bus to LINGAMPLALLY.I asked the same thing in the enquiry office. He said we don't the arrival of the bus. I went to the driver and asked him are there any services available and the driver replied yes there are two more services available in different timings. I confirmed with the driver and returned to the enquiry asking for the exchange of ticket and for refund he did not respond properly he was rude to me and he was arrogant. It was his mistake for not giving proper information regarding the buses. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

I been traveling from Hyderabad to kothagudem service no.1953 .The given time of Destination 21.30, still we are 2.30 hrs away from there.
I don't know why tsrtc like this.

Service no 7976 on 27th Feb 2022, actual arrival at khammam is 10.30pm but arrived at 1.30am which arrived 3 hrs lately and actual reaching destination time is 7.15am but I reached at 10.30 am. Don't need your bloody apology but your action means a lot and show here. I lost very important thing in my life due to this punctuality less behaviour.

I just catch a bus code number 218 in bharat nagar colony, hyderabad when the conductor came near to me ante said ticket i just given a 500 because i don't have a change then she said me to go down form the bus in the middle of the birdge why you people are run rtc why dont you keep the change if there is no change them keep a sign the we need a change we dont have a change for 100, 500 in the our of poster, i got insulted by conductor in behind of all pubilc i just forgoted to note the bus number. I need a justice
