Kindly resolve the issue passengers are facing, if not people will stop using public transport, even the attitude of the driver are rude the driving is inconvient, timings is not there, people when getting in the bus had stopped and demanded to get off rudely,

Service No 8611 the bus was started at 4.50 am but it's actual time is 4.30am. The bus was very slow like 30kmph. The time of reaching Kukatpally is 8.30am. But at 8.30am we are reaching to Hyderabad 40km distance. This is very time lapse. That is the reason why people are going in other transportation. Please keep up the time
The drivers are waiting for the KMPL. But passengers want they time so please take care of this

Sir, Iam daily travelling in our service buses but maintain proper timings...maximum uppal to koti buses not maintain proper timings...iam waiting 45min at uppal x road ...and still no bus has come

We have request stop at Ashian hotel, Bypass Road, shadnagar, but the bus driver did not stopped after requeting, i need to travel from shadnagar to Nagarkurnool . I got this bus no. When i reached to jadchelra bustand.

On 25 February 2022 we boarded bus from Bhongir to Yadagirigutta at evening ...The conductor asked us to take ticket and we bought them and we gave her 50 rupees...due to she had no change to give us, she said take change after get down of bus in Yadagirigutta...when we asked for the change she claimed she had given the change and talked rudly nd insulted us with Verbal Abuse...though we don't know her name...we took a picture of the bus registration number...and it is as follows

So we are kindly requesting the officials to look after the incident and take appropriate action against her...
Note:: The incident took place between 5pm to 5.30pm...

Ts07z4098 is the bus number traveling from hanamkonda to narsampet at 10 :40am .I have asked the conductor for ookal ticket and provided him the change also but he has given me ticket to warangal .when I asked him for giving wrong ticket., he didn't even respond .This is what I come across everyday when I get into a narsampet bus.90%of the conductors here are very rude.They don't even respond properly

There is lot of shortage of buses to hyderabad from mahabubnagar, from past these month people are suffering to travel please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible

Respected Sir/madam, i started journey from medaram jatara to hyderabad on 19.02.2022 aroung 1 am through tsrtc bus number ap29z1350 . while entering in to the bus i asked the conductor whether the bus going to the jubile bus station(jbs), then he replied yes, i took the ticket by giving an amount of Rs 450/- in that the destination given as mgbs(mg bus station), immediately i asked him, he replied very clearly that the bus would go to jbs first and later mgbs, the final destination of the bus is mgbs, after entering in to the city conductor started saying that the bus would go only either mbgs or jbs, one of passengers who's destination was mgbs, asked to drop at mgbs the conductor shown his interest to drop the passenger and later conductor and driver both started saying that the bus would not go to jbs as it is very long it would go to mgbs only, actually medaram to hyderabad is 240 kms and mgbs to jbs is only 10 kms, when compared to 240 kms, 10 kms is nothing and in the morning at 6.30 there was no traffic in the city, me and other 6 to 8 passengers whos destination was jbs asked several times to drop at jbs, both the driver and conductor said that as the ticket was given to mgbs we drop at mgbs only and saying that their decision was final, one of our passenger lost his patience came forward and asked about what they said in the earlier at the time of taking ticket with strong voice, then the conductor and driver both lost their patience and started using abusive language, and the conductor tried to beat the asked passenger while all the passengers were watching, me and other passengers were shocked by seeing their behavior, at last they dropped some of our passangers at dilsukh nagar busstop and to get other bus from there to jbs with our own money, with the entire conversation we fed up with the behavior of both driver and conductor, they said one word at the time of getting in to the bus later changed to other word, they felt that they are the own bosses they did not mind what the said in the earlier .simply we did not receive proper service, i want to bring to your notice that because of these people we are losing faith on tsrtc, here with i attach my purchased ticket for your reference. Thanking you.

Lakhs of passengers are believe and travel in tsrtc,

The Driver can't stop the bus on stage, iam standing at Palem (v) Bijinepally(m), Nagarkurnool(Dist). bus stop.
Nagarkurnool to Wanaparthy Bus morning 6.00am Department Bus.

Conductor issue ticket but bus was full, I'm travel bhiknoor to ramayampet. But my ticket was bhiknoor to tupran. He stops bus ramayampet bus already very much loaded or full. He says ramayampet passengers are come out to the bus, and some public are coming to the bus and I'm out of the bus. I'll tell to the bus conductor I'm already taken ticket 🎟 but he don't answer to me. Then bus was out, I'm struck in ramayampet. Then what should I do . Bus number is TS16UA5899

Hi Team,

This is Mahesh. TSRTC was doing good in terms of bus services and targets for conductor's. Everyday I use to travel from Mehdipatnam to FORUM mall. So I board 19M at 8am.

Since few days I don't see 19M buses from Mehdipatnam. There are many passengers who was suffering with this.

Kindly look into the issue and get it resolved on priority.

Driver : Bus 217 (Falaknuma bus depot) @ 10:10 PM

Your driver did not stop at Abida chermas bus stop we were 7 o[censored]s waiting for bus that too sunday (less buses) why do you hire such ### who ignore passengers waiting at stop .

Please issue warning for the careless driver and conductor.

Today I have traveled from Bhuvanagiri to Uppal X Road in bus no.AP25Z0030. When I get down in uppal X road I forgot to take my parcel from bus. I have kept my parcel upper side of conductor seat.this is white plastic hand cover in which New cotton kurta and a cap inside the cover.the bus is going to kurnool.
