I'm coming from bhel to erragadda. While reaching kukatpally my car hit by yadigiri gutta bus depot bus vide bus no. Ap29z2676. I stopped my car and asked driver. Simply he is saying what i can do due to heavy traffic. He hitted my car on left side door very badly. I'm coming with family along with kids. Luckily no injuries happened. At least he was not stopped the bus while i'm asking. Simply he escaped.
Please take necessary action. It was happened around 7pm today.[protected].

My name is rakesh. I'm living at srirangapuram colony opposite to injapur lake. I took your rtc bus around 7:26pm metro delex (279- ap 11 z 7513. Rahimpatnam) bus at sagar ring road sigal to go my home but the conductor has punched the ticket from alkapuri to yamjalxrd but the driver didn't stopped bus at my requested stop and he drivrd the bus very rash. So please take action on this and please provide requested stop to my colony and thank you..

I am a daily commuter to my work place at waverock, hyd. I board metro and get down at raidurg metro station and will board rtc bus to waverock. There is no proper bus stop near raidurg metro station. Some buses stop at tcs, some stop near mindspace gate and some stop at starting o[censored]nderground bridge towords gachibowli. People are running and boarding the bus which is too dangerous. Please put a proper bust there.

I given the amount of Rupees hundred & a 5 rupees for Bidar to Zaheerabad ticket, cost 45.
But conductor returning me 50 rupees by not accepting 5 rupees coin. & Writing remaining balance on backside of ticket. For which i asked why you doing like this i am giving you change. So started misbehaving with me verbally & saying do whatever u can. Here i have attached the video proof and Bus Number- AP 29 Z 3026.

Simply what they do is keeps the remaining amount & they do not return by saying we do not have change.
Here in my case i am giving change also but they are fearless.

Respected sr iam naveen from chilakaluripeta andhrapradesh the other day i have reserved two seats to karimnagar male 42 seat no 5

Nameof the drive prabhakar they reached chilakaluripetaand left before 7.0. P. M[6.45p. M] which they suppose to leave at 7. P. M when i call to driver he answer very rudely saying we are not going to stop for your sake lone than i imm editely caught other bus to guntu but strange thing they have not reached guntur also i have enquired where the bus is finall i came to know that they have stopped outside guntur busstand for loading
Finally in this process i got my left arm sprainned and secondly i haveto take ticket to guntur which is extra cost finally my mother in law whois a senior citizen age 65 suffered serious ill health and also drive is not even realised his mistake more over saying go and complain to whom ever you like i request yoursir it has to be view seriously and to take serious action against him or else this incidence will a very bad impact on tsrtc organisation waiting for correct action

Hey team,
I am travelling from vikarabad to kalimandir in tsrtc express bus. Though kalimandir is the stop for express, ticket is being issued from vikarabad to langar house but not kalimandir due to which an end consumer has to pay extra amount though he wont travel till langar house. If kalimandir has a stop for bus why cant rtc provide ticket till kalimandir and collect appropriate fair.

I am in bus near indalwai toll gate and the security sent us to toll gate number 5 but after we reached over there inside officer was not giving ticket and he was telling us to go to other gate there was already vehicles filled over there it was security mistake so take action on security he wasted our precious time and we are late to our destination

My sister has got into a tsrtc bus from jbs to pitlam-bichkunda bus number ap23 z 0031 on 24th of dec 2019 i. For not having enough change a lady conductor forced her to get down the bus at middle of road nowhere near a bustop. When she got down with her two bags and trying to get in for the other bag the bus immediately started and left. I got details of the bus and intercepted it in lingampally stop and got the bag now the conductor started abusing me for getting into bus and gave me a ticket for next stop which is 30 kms away. The driver too refused to stop the bus in between. Please take proper action against the conductor for dropping down a girl at nowhere in these kind of days.

Karimnagar to komaravelli express bus conductor collecting extra money by allocating extra seats as half ticket like one adult plus one child so please take severe action on this issue. Bus number ts02z0291. We don't think such tricks were not played by tsrtc so this is to be mentioning major point how can we (Public) can complaint on tsrtc offline. Offline complaint box should be provide in busses and educate people on complainting such issues.

Today my mother and i were travelling by pallevelugu bus from vikarabad whose conductor number is mentioned as 273675 in my bus ticket. Our travel cost was rs 34 from kalimandir bus stop to mgbs where we gave her rs100 bill. When we asked for change, she kept us waiting till the last stop and gave only rs 60 in the end. When asked about remaining balance, she was unwilling to respond and gave change for others. There was not a single person in the bus who got complete change or balance. She gave change for every passenger in 10s and send them away while they were in hurry to get down. When i asked why she was doing like that, she got infuriated and shouted on me that i was impatient. She said she won't give me change because i asked about other passengers. Even when i warned her about complaining to tsrtc, she didn't pay any attention. She challenged if i could do anything to her. Such kind of rude behavior is not expected from people who are serving public. Even the kind of corruption, even if it is minor, is highly condemned in this enlightened society. You might think this is a minor issue.. But if you take into consideration, every passenger, every bus ride, every conductor and every day.. This strongly is a major issue. If neglected, this culture will spread and decrease the credibility of tsrtc or the public transport. We citizens are paying the hikes in transportation cost without fail. So now it is the organization's responsibility to make sure that passengers are not charged over the actual price, for you know it is the poor daily wage labourers who travel through that transport. And it is the very responsibility of the welfare state of telangana to protect poor people's pockets. I hope tsrtc will take action against her in particular and the whole system in general. Thank you for providing me with this opportunity.

Regarding improper maintenance of bus timings (Mgbs to narayankhed)
No buses are coming to mgbs (For to go to narayankhed)
Hardly 3 or 4 buses were coming to mgbs daily.. That to not maintaining proper timing..
This has been happening for so long time.. It's very difficult to waiting for hours and hours.. When asked about the timings to staff,, they told that there is a bus for every half an hour to one hour,,, but i can't saw a single bus for at least 5 to 6 hours

Sir Ian travelling from l.b nagar to banjara hills by bus everyday .
Very few buses were plying by the side hike in the bus fare also.
Where is welfare to public.
now days very panic to travel in tsrtc city buses, we wont get seats, due scarcity of buses and by the side we have to wait for few minutes to get our destination bus, two months back we don't problem, being a middle class earning person i am not in position move in metro train

wherefore, i request to increase city buses and reduce the hike in fares.
all of a sudden hike in fare of bus is more than Rs150 for metro deluxe pass.

Bus was fron hanmakonda to uppal in 3 p. M and i reached uppal at 6.30 p. M
I was approximately having 400 r. S in wallet, sbi bank atm card, driving license, pan card and rc

Please provide bus no 101 from balapur to dilsukhnagar, earlier it was there recently cancelled, which effecting school & college students to reach in time, daily childrens are travelling by auto due to the cancel of bus. We are unable to bare the charges of private transport. Kindly look in this matter and re-start the transport. I hope posite reply.

Please provide a bus from vbit to gandimaisamma ordinary or metro since it's getting difficult for students like me and many.. Many engineering and medical colleges are there in gandimaisamma. You can except good number of people.. Many months ago there were buses in this route via bachupally. Please provide atleast one bus in the morning 7:30 and evening 5:00. Thank you sir/madam

I lost my bus pass on[protected] wednesady around afternoon
I climbed the 127kk koti-lingampally bus at the apollo bus stop, jubilee hills in the afternoon around 1.30 pm
It was a student bus pass. I'm a student of the apollo medical college.
I showed the pass to the conductor and put it in my bag side pocket.
It must have slipped when i got down on my stop and checked i didn't have my bus pass.
The last date on it was 29thdecember 2019.
Please kindly look into this matter.

Time of scheduled departure from jbs is 640 am but bus left at 710 am.. And bua stopped unnecessary at some dhaba in toopran because driver and helper get free breakfast for half an hour and s heduped arrival at nirmal is 10:10 am.
It is 1045 and we are still just bear armpit. This is vwr bad and poor u punctual service. Provided by tartc. Request the mattwr be dealt with urgently or you will losse customers

While i was returning to my home in the afternoon around 2:30pm i lost my pass. I remember showing my bus pass to the bus conductor. I think the day i lost my bus pass would be 18 december 2019. The bus number would be 16d. And i think i lost it while coming from secundrabad to vinayaknagar. May be i dropped it in the bus by not knowing. Please fing my bus pass

If the ticket fare is 102 rs and other toll charges plus pasenger cess be 6 rs but they are collecting total of rs.110 of course that is printed on tickets but which is wrong it may cause to disapper 1 rs and 2 rs coins which results in inflation. Because rtc is the only dept that collects exact amount but not in round off amount. If the amount leads to 106 or 109 they are colecting next number which is rs.110 please look after that.
