I am purna chander reddy I have been booked a ticket at tsrtc on date Friday 4th October 2019 for my wife in name of rajini Reddy in ac bus from VIJAYAWADA to ADILABAD when you gone refund my money
There is no information from your side as bus has been cancelled and we so many times checked in online still showed its confirmed travel we waited at busstand for long time at VIJAYAWADA bus stand ticket no booked through online 63495789 journey date 06 October 2019
Thier no SMS about bus cancellation they have to close reservation sites and I got message at late night 11.55pm is it Wright way even this same they have send so we can save time transporting money

Vehicle registration no ap 22 z 0058, tsrtc public transport company bus conductor not issued tickets to any of the passengers upon paying. The was travelling through jedcherala mahabbobnagar narayanpet route on 6th october 2019. The police personnel on board justified by saying that they are private party on contract basis. The bus conductor was not in uniform. No tte was around.

I am booked a ticket for my sister in the date of 05/10/2019, the tsrtc canceled the ticket in the last minute due to strike, tsrtc people know about a strike then why they are tacking reservation. If tsrtc has demand tsrtc you haven't take reservation. We faced a lot of trouble last-minute information. I need explaction for this from tsrtc and govt of telangana here my ticket details 63293915

My seat no. Is r13 and the seat is in a position that no one can sit and travel in it. All the bearings with it are broken. No one can travel such long distances in that position. I have noticed some other problems which can cause danger to passengers like the wires of tv and ac are in broken state. They may cause short circuit. I have informed the same thing to conductor and driver. They abused me with very bad and cuss words. They are very irresponsible and they told me that they are not going to fix the problem and threatened me. They didn't check the maintenance of the bus before they started

Ts 02 UA 4599 Nizambad depot BUS driver was drunk. Iam going on road with my friend bike in koratla. Iam in the middle of road then bus was passed nearly touch of my bike with high speed. It's the middle of city he drive with high speed.Then I got angry I went to bus and I stopped the bus. He stopped out of the city.The bus driver came out with a stick. He was so angry he was abused us.
He didn't said his name. He smell like he was drunk. In front of bus there is no number plate we went back of the bus he started the bus and ran . How ever we take bus number
It's the middle of city

On 2nd october 2019, i have booked a ticket (Ticket number:634625..) but i had to cancel the reservation due to tsrtc strike from 5th october 2019.

I have already paid the amount.

I have called numerous times to the customer care numbers, no one has picked up.

I have mailed them, didn't get any response.

When will i get the refund?

This is serious issue i have been observing from last few months. I see the bus frequency from hyderabad to nizamabad has been reduced and i see wait time of more than 90 minutes to 2 hours. Even when we do online registration from hyderabad to nizamabad we see that the drivers are irresponsible about timings. If the bus is delayed they can send notification to mobile phones of delay. I have observed it multiple times from last few months that drivers are irresponsible and when called about when the bus will arrive at pick up point they are saying not yet started. Why are they being given so much lineance. I have my grand mother wait for hours to get a bus at bowenpally and suchitra area and that is not even festival time. Has the governament reduced the bus services due to losses. Could you please update me regarding this. If in any case i find this complaint is useless upon no response from you this will be my last compliant. Dont want to waste my time.

Yesterday afternoon i travelled through bus no ap292 3293 from iiit junction to waverock. At waverock bus stop bus not stopped directly turned bus i requested him alot but driver and conductor insisted to get down from the running bus for same i shouted to stop bus then conductor stopped the bus and came out from his seat and started scolding me even he tried to beat me as he was misbehaving i called on 100 then conductor stopped scolding

So i request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

Its a rainy season. We are waiting for the buses from a long time. After waiting in the rain for a bus, driver with number plate says simply that bus will not go. Bus no. Ap28z 2109. This bus have to go tell kondapur. But both driver and conducted are saying that it will go till ameerpet. Again in the rain we have to wait for one more bus. Actually the same problem we are facing from 4days continuously. Last time also i have complained that a driver left me n main road opposite lifestyle ameerpet and went back to depot. Don't know that time you have taken action or not. But please this time please take an action. Not only me so many members are facing this problem. Some senior citizens, ladies with infant kids in their laps are waiting for a bus in the rains. Kindly seriously take an action on all drivers...

Buses to rajiv gruhakalpa i. E., 104 a are not available even with 1 hour frequency these buses are not available from 4 pm to 8pm and 4 to 5 buses reach kiti women's at same time so what is the use when 5 are available according to their timings even there are no metro express buses it makes big issues as students, job holders, senior citizens will be waiting in standing due to delay in progress this takes place of may issues

I'm hereby to complain tsrtc conduter i'd:213618 bus number:ap28z0590 i taken ticket from jagathgiri gutta to patny i given 100rps note ticket fare, price is 15 rupees n i given 5rupees change to but he didn't given my change 90till last i too forgetten. Please take it seriously n return my money y tsrtc making such annoying things like that please look at it. Government.

Ther are only few buses that brings out students from bahadurpally...
There are upto 8 colleges around there...
Even the direct bus from bahadurpally to medchal which need to come at 5:30 is not available...
How can students bear with this?
No one is concerned about this.
We, students are facing many problems... 10 colleges around there ends after 4 and there are only 4 buses...
How can this be helpful to students???
Either morning or evening; there won't even be a single bus without foot boarding students..
Neither the government nor the transportation incharage are taking care of this...

Request for bus services
There are thousands of it employees coming from patancheru/lingampally area to gachibowli waverock sez hyderabad. But we dont have direct bus services from patancheru.. So we are taking 2 buses on daily basis.
Either we have to take 217 bus from patancheru or linfampally and getdown at dlf stop and get one more bus from there to waverock loation where i work.
Its causing economically and physical problem for us. And time consuming also.
So please provide us tsrtc city bus services directly to waverock sez hyderabad.. From patancheru area.
It will be more helpful for us.. As we cannot afford the auto fares daily.. Please resolve the issue asap.

I was boarded in tsrtc bus at Godavarikani bus station... 0n 19/09/2019 at 20:22 hrs and asked to give ticket up to peddapalli court stop.. He said that "no stop at court'.. Later I asked to give ticket up to sultanabad.. And conductor refused to give ticket... Given ticket up to peddapalli kaman.
I asked again... he behaved harshly with me...

We have stop board for TSRTC at peddapalli court stop..

Dear tsrtc team.
I am one of the public who use rtc transport in our area bus routing area their is no proper tsrtc bus transport with this all the public uses auto transport. Routing from miyapur x road to miyapur hmt colony, auto unions day by day they increases the charges, & making theit own stupid rules with this public are suffering a lot can you please provide bus facility to this routing. At least half hour one bus can you please provide.
From miyapur hmt colony their is huge crowd travels from this route regularly please provide bus transport to this routing.

Iam sandeep kumar thota from yellandu, branch manager of royal enfield kothagudem, daily iam travelling yellandu to kothagudem, the express service buses are too bad the depot manager providing the buses that buses are 15 to 18 years how can they are transpoting till, and also they putting speed lock to these buses and getting express charges up to 40rupees worth and carrying more than passengers instead of seats, what happening in the rtc sir, people are hasitating for this service... Now iam travelling the bus ap20z0095 also speed locked,

Today at about 10 hours, when i was waiting for bus at patny signal, bus number ap29z 3746 jdm depot (29b/272g) rashly came on to railing of metro foot path and caused minor injury to one person. The driver after that incedent apart from regrets, laughing shamelessly. So i chased the bus by boarding another bus upto secunderabad station which is final destination of that bus and took photograph. While taking photographs, he told me that you can't do anything a d scolding me. This is usual practice for most of the rtc drivers. This is for your information and necessary action please.

I have travelled today on 17/09/19 from kukatpally to bidar in tsrtc bus.
Details of bus - 1140hydn h034 zaheerabad depot.
It has reached zaheerabad at morning 7.40 and from there to bidar it took 1.20 hours. It has stopped at rejinatal temple, in bidar city it went to gumpa and stopped at many places.
Why you take express fare, even ordinary bus don't take more than 40 mins from zaheerabad to bidar.
Please look into the issue.

Hi, there's a too much shortage of 222a buses from patancheru to koti in the morning office hours. Lots of people take public transportation to reach their workstations. As all the companies are located at hi-tech city, but its sad to hear that not enough number of buses in that route. As an employee, i am facing a serious issue regarding bus facility in the morning and evening time. I can see a lot of 218 & 219 buses which travels without public and there's an availability for every 2 minutes. But, coming to highly accessible area, hi-tech city not even a single bus for even every half an hour.
So, i request you to please take the necessary steps to provide enough number of buses to reach our destinations. Please add more 222a buses from ptc to koti for our convenience. It would help lot of people like me to reach office without delay and it will also result in less traffic. As a matter of fact, people are using own vehicles due to less availability of buses in ptc-hitech city route. Hope you understand my concern, expecting a quick resolution from your end.
