I had booked a online reservation ticket through tsrtc website. Due to tsrtc strike got cancelled my ticket and till now i did not get refund amount. While i am trying to contact them they said that the amount will be refunded post strike calls off. Due to this reason i am approaching this forum. Kindly help me in resolving my issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I Reserved the ticket for 13-Oct-2019, the amount was 783 Rs, but service cancelled, I received the below message:

Ur ticket 63505448 from KTDM to KRMR (Service No - 7278) is cancelled for 13-Oct-19 08:15 AM, KTDM-07:15, REFUND: 783 amount will be credited 4 to 7 working days, Thank U. Reach us,[protected] /[protected]

I booked two tickets in tsrtc government website-

Ticket no[protected], uid no - 8625 for 25 oct 2019 &
Ticket no[protected], uid no - 8189 for 3 nov 2019

Both the buses were cancelled due to the strike. The refund was to be received within 7-10 working days as the website says, but i still did not get the refund. It's been more than 20 days. Please initiate the refund immediately.

It has been more than one month that i had booked a online reservation ticket through tsrtc website. I got a sms that bus has been cancelled and you can get refund amount with in 7 to 15 days. Till now i did not get refund amount. While i am trying to contact through helpline number they said we are on strike untill strike calls off you won't get refund amount. I left my orange colour Bag in a bus while travelling from kandi to ptc. It was a Sangareddy depo bus. I do have the ticket and the vehicle number is 2089. Please check regarding this.

Evary day buses from airport are being over crowded, they are departing the buses every one hour until the buses are overfilled,
They make us to wait for 30 min and they start giving tickets dats will take place for other 40 min,
On an average they make pis to sit for 1 hour inthe bus prior to the departure
I have boarded the bus at 23.10 by that time ihad to stand and the bus departed at 23.55...
Requesting you to kindly look into it as we are facing lot of problem because of this private management
They are taking advantage of the demand and torturing passengers

This morning i took a irtc bus from erragada to ameerpet. While getting down from bus i dropped it in the bus. The ticket conductor of the bus gave a plane white ticket and wrote ameerpet with pen on it. There's a 200rs note, 100rs note and eight 10rs notes. It contains an atm card of state bank of india, a voter id, a pan card and a adhaar card. 2 zippers. I lost it while coming from erragada to ameerpet around 11 to 11:30 between.

The driver of the bus was talking on mobile phone ap11z1936 had hit my car from right side on 29-oct-2019. This driver has not followed traffic rules and driving very rash in the traffic by talking on mobile phone. I stopped the bus and asked him to come to police station, but he refused. I wanted to drag him to the road and punish, but i was calm down by the road traffic. This driver is such a stupid and never cared after the accident by him, so reckless. Take necessary actions on such rash drivers.

Why are u collected double price for local rtc? Earlier from nagaram to kusaiguda was 5rs and now it's 10rs? On what basis. Government failures are not to be tolerated by general public. I want solution for this organised loot.

Date :[protected] Today morning around 9 AM Bus No AP 11 Z 6578 metro contonment (CNT) Depot.The driver ### he dont have common sense how to drive the bus, near RTC cross road VST i am going to office on my bike, i am front of bus (from Ramnagar X road to before VST signal ) bus was coming from my back side its very speed and rash, I was start indicator to right turn and I started to turn right side and bus is coming very fast from my right side, it is just miss I am sudden braked and stopped otherwise i am spot dead there today. why this much negligence in driving he suppose to see my indicator right side and he should go from left side, RTC demands KCR agreed aina tharvata kommulu vachinaya donga lanjakodukuki, take disciplinary action against him. This driver is such a stupid and never following driving rules, Take necessary actions on such rash drivers.

Temporary bus conductors and drivers are looting the ticket collection amount both equally... If the bus collection amount is 10000from wanaparthy to hyderabad then the conductor is sharing only 5000 as total collection... The other 5000 going in the pockets of drivers and conductors.. This is wrong... After strike from 5th october most of the drivers and conductors are looting the money... Their daily wages are 1000 other than this they are earning each 3000.. Daily... Look into this serious matter... Plz keep trackers of tickets.

It was a 24s bus
My bus pass is lost as it was in the purse .I lost both my money and bus pass which was to be renewed

It is black bag on that name is hgs. I travelled from aliabad to secundrabad. Bus no is 258. Time is 14:52:09. Date is 17/10/19. Drv :963258. It was very valuable to me. My mum gifted it to me. So please return all that. Actually i forgot it because of heavy crowd and all. Please know me about it as soon as possible. Bag contains my clothes. I was very much attached to all those things.

Unfortunately on the date of the journey(i.e.,[protected], I have received a message from TSRTC saying that the bus was canceled and the refund will be credited within 4 to 7 working days. It's been more than the intimated period by now but I haven't received my refund money yet. I am strongly disappointed with this kind of service and I even regret using TSRTC again. Charged extra money for the ticket but didn’t give the ticket. There is no conductor except some private boy. When confronted about this to him, he simply denied the fact that he isn’t conductor and there is no ticket today because of strike. I wonder they are looting from many people all day. Bus is Kachiguda - Apurupa Colony.

The temporary conductor appointed are forcibly demanding money from passengers.
When passengers are arguing about the pass being valid the conductor is forcing the passengers to get down the bus.
Being on government duty he is claiming the bus to be private.
The bus number is ts 08 ub 5495. (211a - bus number)
The incident took place at 2.30 pm
I sincerely request you to do the needful.

I have pass of metro for that i have paid 1000 for renewal due to the bus strikes from past 5 days the buses which are running they are taking charge of 30 to 40 now what is the use of having bus pass...?

For a common man like me do you people think they will spend 200 on daily and travel? If its so why we take bus passes then...?

I need an immediate resilolution for these asap.

I have boarded a private mini bus having sticker on its front page as 113/m to travel from mehdipatnam to telephone bhavan. The normal fare is rs 10/- from mehdipatnam to telephone but this person charged rs 15/- saying that he has to share the extra amount with officials in rtc depot and with police.in the same way he is charging excess journey for every stage. This needs to put an end as we are encouraging corruption. I am enclosing the photos of the vehicle in which i had travelled and i trust suitable action will be taken against the erring transport owner cum driver/conductor
