Today at about 10 hours, when i was waiting for bus at patny signal, bus number ap29z 3746 jdm depot (29b/272g) rashly came on to railing of metro foot path and caused minor injury to one person. The driver after that incedent apart from regrets, laughing shamelessly. So i chased the bus by boarding another bus upto secunderabad station which is final destination of that bus and took photograph. While taking photographs, he told me that you can't do anything a d scolding me. This is usual practice for most of the rtc drivers. This is for your information and necessary action please.

I have travelled today on 17/09/19 from kukatpally to bidar in tsrtc bus.
Details of bus - 1140hydn h034 zaheerabad depot.
It has reached zaheerabad at morning 7.40 and from there to bidar it took 1.20 hours. It has stopped at rejinatal temple, in bidar city it went to gumpa and stopped at many places.
Why you take express fare, even ordinary bus don't take more than 40 mins from zaheerabad to bidar.
Please look into the issue.

Hi, there's a too much shortage of 222a buses from patancheru to koti in the morning office hours. Lots of people take public transportation to reach their workstations. As all the companies are located at hi-tech city, but its sad to hear that not enough number of buses in that route. As an employee, i am facing a serious issue regarding bus facility in the morning and evening time. I can see a lot of 218 & 219 buses which travels without public and there's an availability for every 2 minutes. But, coming to highly accessible area, hi-tech city not even a single bus for even every half an hour.
So, i request you to please take the necessary steps to provide enough number of buses to reach our destinations. Please add more 222a buses from ptc to koti for our convenience. It would help lot of people like me to reach office without delay and it will also result in less traffic. As a matter of fact, people are using own vehicles due to less availability of buses in ptc-hitech city route. Hope you understand my concern, expecting a quick resolution from your end.

Request you to please educate your hyd city rtc drivers to follow the traffic rules. They are not an expection in any manner.
Below are the violations done often by the rtc drivers.
1. Rash driving
2. Stopping the bus in the middle of road there by blocking the entire way
3. Jumping signals
4. Unnecessary honkings
5. Bringing the bus on to bikes at red signals

Iam traveling in ordinary bus bearing bus no: ap29z3498, on 16.9.2019 at 9:15 pm, i requested the conductor to stop at jyothinagar bus stop which is a regular stop, but the conductor was very much careless and not responded to stop the bus and allowed the driver to pass away the stop with out stopping at my destination (Jyothinagar bus stop) this incident was happened not for the first time it’s goong on repeating so many time out of frustration i asked the conductor in a polite way regarding the issue but the conductor started arguing that it’s a request bus stop not a regular stop and told me in a very harsh way that if complaint was lodged nothing will happen. And was not revealing his name neither the drivers name to lodge a complaint against them so i request to consider my complaint and take immediate action.

Hello sir, i am dr. B. Kiranmayee, i have booked a bus from tsrtc, on 16-09-19, at 20:20 pm from l. B nagar stop, hyderabad to khammam the service number of bus is 8682, the driver has reached lb nagar bustop at 9 pm he was 40 minutes late and said there was a lot of traffic, after reaching bustop the driver has started the bus at 9:20 pm he has taken tea break inspire of being late, again at 22:15 pm the driver stopped on a highway tiffins which was present before narketpally main road now the time is 22:55 pm and the bus is still present at tiffins centre, the arrival of bus at khammam station is 23:30 and the bus did not even reach half way, being a female how can i travel once i reach my destination at midnight, how can drivers of tsrtc take their own time and waste the passengers time like this taking many breaks.. Action must be taken... There is no female safety... The driver name is pa khan and phone number is [protected].

I have booked the ticket to hyderabad and i was late by 10 mins. While leaving the bus stand driver didn't even call and intimate me. Generally passenger will get a call if he/she is late. He din't even lift the call and rejected my calls. He may be sold my ticket to someone else. Please take an action about this. And i want my money back.

Bed sheets and water bottles are not provided in the bus by the staff. As bed sheets were not given, a) c temp was increased. Its sweating in a/c bus. Very pathetic and absurd.
Very poor service in the bus. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue asap.

How come that tsrtc will give an option that when female candidate reserves a seat, male candidate will be reserved on next seat. Why tsrtc is giving such a nasty things... Opportunities.. It is applicable only when all the seats in bus were closed. Not for 2 to 3 seats reserved. Why the bus has stopped in each every small stop... For their personal uses. Please ensure that the buses has to stop at their interval schedule stations only.

I booked a ticket from jcl to tirupati on dated 14/9/2019, seat number 6. While i was sleeping, for another passenger who had a not reserved his seat. Driver mannerless words were hurting me. I need to take action on him. And... I felt guilty even though i was coming with reservation. How could he behave like that. And how can he say that people are sitting here and there each person in one row..... Actually i was reserved my seat for to travel in which seat i'm comfortable... Or else if the needs to adjust the passengers he needs to convey the same issue in a good manner. How come he can...

Daily i travel from gachibowli to rl nagar rampally (Ghatkesar). However i start from office at gachibowli at 5.30pm i am reaching home at 9pm only not early than that. It is completely depends on the bus 281 arrives at ecil. I have to wait for more than 45min to 1hr for the bus 281.
It is like hell kind of frequency.

Very worst timings/ maintenance if the bus 281 ecil to ghatkesar.
I don't know under which depot it is.

My humble request to tsrtc to run the bus 281 properly to avoid people crying fot it badly.

Wave rock to bachupally route 195w buses frequency very less. almost 1 hour gaap between 1 bus to another but passengers are very high. evening time 3pm to 9pm.very rush time please allocate more buses in this route. many software employees facing issues. sometimes footboard also full of passengers.195 waverock to jntu also very less buses please allocate more buses to in this routes.

My son who is travelling by hyderabad city bus with students pass is asked to show id card, after producing it lady conductor of ecil depot bus asked him to produce fee receipt.

She asked him to get down or purchase a ticket as he is not carrying fee receipt. It is not fair and this condition is no where printed in general instructions.

Hope i will get desired response from authority

This driver never halts bus in particular stop and i a girl when tried to climb the bus he abused me so badly in vulgar language. He even didn't stop the bus in last bus stop he directly takes u turn and doesn't even stop the bis for atleast 5 mins. He used very vulgar language on me and my father. Very bad abusive language.

I have booked a ticket from kothagudem to godqvarikhani. But i have to catch bus at yellandu and i informed the thing to the driver shankar but that stupid was not stopped the bus for and us and he didn’t call us regarding the bus status, i was seen the bus and i made a cal to the driver and he replied arrogantly and he spoke that there is no rule to cal the passenger regarding the bus status. And then i said them that i will complaint to the higher authorities they said that nobody can do nothing do whatever you want. The two drivers are too arrogant this is not the proper way to talk to the passenger. If the higher authority is that much cheap to the drivers then what is the use of those persons. I am very shame on those people.

I took bus from lb nagar hyderabad to khammam with bus service no :8620 on 9/9/2019. Driver name p. V. Reddy. As informed by ticket details i was standing at the pick up point. But he didn't stop at the pickup point inspite me asking why he did so he kept yelling at me. That he was right he kept changing the topic i was standing at a wrong point. This is not the first time i took this bus almost every 1week he comes late and yells at all passengers. Please kindly look into this

Myself srihari went to kukatpally village bus stop for purchasing bus tickets to godavarikhani by varam service.in the counter one lady is issuing tickets. I have asked her to give ticket to godavari khan by vajra service today evening. Without checking property website she informed no vajra services. I am the regular customer to godavari khani by vajra service since one year and daily vajra buses are flying. The same i told her to see properly and issue ticket. It seems she doesn't know how to operate for different services. After telling service no she has issued ticket and given print which is not legible. She has given improper answers and doesn't know how to behave customers. You are requested to advise concerned to give proper training to the personnel who are sitting in the counters for issuing tickets.

Currently i m travelling from kamareddy to bibipet. Bus no : ts 36z 0029. The drivers driving is very rude and very rash and sudden breaks. Due to his rash driving 2 passengers fell down in the bus including me. All the passengers are complaining the same even due to his driving. Need to take action against this kind of drivers. If this kind of driving still continues it may lead to accidents also. The driver cum conductor is argued and misbehaving with physically challenged person. I will submit the physically challenged person ticket for conductor and driver details. I request tsrtc to take this complaint very very serious and take immediate action

Dear ghmc

The neighbour is occupying the road with cars and ramp is almost 40% of the road.
We cant take out my car and my mother is a patient. Even cab drivers are refusing to come because of the ramp.. And our neighbour is reckless n telling us we dont know driving properly.. Please do the needful
