Address: Jubliee Bus Stand, Secundrabad, 500026

There are no dedicated buses from jubliee bus stand (Jbs, secundrabad) to siddipet town after 10 pm, thought there are many passengers to siddipet daily night.

Even the express buses at night going to karimnagar, godavarikani, vemulawada, etc. Are not not taking the siddipet passengers by saying that they don't go into siddipet town and they will pass through siddipet - karimnagar bypass road even though they are not non-stop or special.

These other district services are doing this only to save 10 minutes of extra travel time that occurs when travelled through inside siddipet town at night. Only when complained to the jbs depot manager, those conductors agree to take siddipet passengers and go through inside siddipet town. And this is a daily drama, not a one day issue as i also go from jbs to siddipet daily at night from work. This is the fault of these bus conductors and this system due to which we siddipet people are suffering daily night at jbs.

So, with a great disappointment, i strongly request to either provide dedicated buses to siddipet or pass the strict orders to this route express bus services and bus conductors to take siddipet passengers at night asap.

    Nalgonda bus depo staff trouble the passengers and speaking very rude to passengers. They are giving incorrect tickets to the passengers and making them to pay several times for the same journey.

    They give incorrect tickets to the passengers and they scream if passengers
    Question them.

    I took a ticket in the ticket counter for nalgonda to hyderabad journey on 10/07/2019, they charged me 110 inr and gave me a bus ticket. That time there was only one bus in the platform, so i got into the bus after an hour ago bus staff told me to step out from the bus and they said i must take the ticket again. They dropped me at an unknown place and i walked 5 kilometers to reach the bus depo.
    Again i went to depo and i inquired in the ticket booking counter then he responded to me very rudely and he insulted me very badly. I stepped into another bus again they charged me 220 inr for one passenger, that time also bus staff gave me a wrong bus ticket. I paid thrice for one journey.
    Please see the attached screens, tickets won't match with the bus number.
    Depo and bus staff people are very rude, they got no respect for passengers and even they have no courtesy. Every day new passengers come to nalgonda bus stand but they don't guide the passenger nicely.

    In fact, they confuse the passenger, they give the invalid tickets to the passengers and they trouble the passengers. Bus ticket doesn't even have column says the bus number.

    Another worse thing is Tsrtc online support people never responded to my complaint, I shared my experience with
    online support people on July 18th but still they didn't even respond.
    Tsrtc staff is very careless, they don't care about Passengers and passengers money.

      Hello, when i was traveling (On 16/08/[protected]@10:00am-10-40am) by bus (No:ap29z 1270) from kothakota to atmakur conductor given 13 rs ticket for that i have given a 50 rs note. When i tried to ask remaining amount at atmakoor intentionally she didn't give money and at the same when i asked driver to stop the bus giving my money.. She intentionally blamed me that i was on phone in front of all passengers. It is matter of my self respect. Kindly councel or guide her to do her proper duties.

        Respected sir /madam
        Complaint against bus conductor dvk depo bus number ts 05 ua 3021, (Dvk to hyd) conductor id :270815, he is using abuse language on passenger s, his behaviour worst. He doesn't stop the bus on stops when questioning gives umpatliment words.
        He doesn't come to passenger for ticket, and also gives order for ticket. Sir i hope you'll respond on this complaint and waiting for your reply.

          Hi,

          I was traveling in rajadhani ac bus yesterday from bangalore to hyderabad. My experience with the tsrtc which i opted for the very first time was worst. Here is what happened:
          Bus glass got damaged where i was sitting and this was brought into the notice of bus crew before the start of journey but they took it light. And later when glass got broken after 30 minutes of journey start, the pieces of glasses got scattered everywhere but still no action. Worst part is no action taken even after complaining deputy manager and regional manager. I am traveling with lot of risk sitting near to that broken glass with broken pieces of glass everywhere near my seat. I will sue everyone if anything bad happens to me or my co passengers.

          I have paid 1300rs for this rajadhani ac service and what i got is very risky and pathetic service. I want immediate action taken towards the irresponsible authorities and bus crew. If i don't get any response then i will post it everywhere on the social media and sue tsrtc bus service for such irresponsibility.

            I reserved my ticket for 8324 service which should be in uppal x road at 8:50 pm and expected to be reached hanamkonda at 11:00 pm but it came at 10:30 pm.
            Even he started from uppal at 11:15 pm, they are chitchatting themselves for people to occupy vacant seats which are already reserved and they cancelled too...
            It's worst service and even i didn't get any late status. I didn't received driver number too...
            To reach at time we reserved our ticket and paid more than regular ticket price which made us to wait for more than 2:15 hours.
            Need an action on them. I should know ur response.
            If it is delayed due to traffic, we should get atleast a message i. E. Bus will be late... So that we will cancel and may take other bus to reach in time to our destination.
            This reservation service and buses are worst towards warangal-hanamkonda.

            Many people suffered due to this delay of buses without information.

            I had a doubt, buses which are not for reservation are coming from mgbs but these service buses are not able to come... Something is wrong here... Hope allocation of buses or managing buses... This is the worst service...
            I need the action on this tsrtc.

            Money waste... Time waste...😖😞😟

              Hi team,

              Today morning i have caught a bus. The ticket no is 00262622.

              The bus driver is drunk and he is watching videos while driving the bus. The driver is skipping the stops. He skipped the stop where i have get down and stopped after two stations. When is ask the driver to stop, the conductor starts shouting and suggested me to raise a complaint against him.

              So, i request you to look into the complaint as soon as possible before someone lives get losts.

                We have booked a ticket in online and that copy is given to our son who is a student and studying 9th class in hyderabad. For holidays he is coming to home and while the hardcopy of the ticket is shown to driver he is not allowing student to enter into bus and asking to show sms message. How student will maintain cell. Student is showing hardcopy and driver is not accepting it. Bus details: service number :8975, ticket number: 62770527, date of journey 10-aug-2019. Driver behaves very bad please taken action on the driver who is in duty.

                  The eco friendly initiative if telangana govt to run airport bound bus is commendable. I wish to suggest and drag attention of the concerned authorities to make up an arrangement for conductor in buses plying to and fro from airport (Tsrtc buses). The bus driver conducts both operation of driving and distributing tickets to the passengers. It causes irregularity of bus timings, people getting late for their destinations. It is not that the buses are being plied on the charity basis. Huge hefty amount is being charged in these electric buses even. Hence the authorities should make sure to build up the basic neccasry arrangement of a conductor in each bus. This will be highly appreciated in public service. The public bus service, pushpak, should be upgraded onthe above mentioned subject and the laxicity on the end of adminstration shoukd be rectified as soon as possible

                  I am studying inter 1 year in Kukatpally the bus from jagathgirigutta is full and cant even stand in bus some people are standing outside of the bus these may cause some road accidents please take care of that.The bus timming is at 9:00 AM or 9:10AM and also ladys were suffring by this some elder pepole cant able to sit. Please take care of that

                    If you move Raheja bus stop and auto stand to Cyber gateway how one will walk till there and there is no other means to travel as you have moved auto stand..!! RTC service is to serve people if it is not useful for people like us it is waste running so many buses..!! Hope you understand our concerns. We are standing in old bus stop in rains..!! Cyber gateway is far from Raheja when we walk ..!! Many people are standing here for long time and ended with waiting for autos and other means

                      I have booked a jbs-gdk super luxury bus service number: 7159 on 30-july-2019 at 9:45 am seat no. 3, boarding at jbs secunderabad.

                      I reached jbs at 9:30 am on 30th july 2019, called the bus driver he said he will be at jbs in 30 mins.
                      I waited there for 30 mins, then driver called me and said th service is cancelled because of some unknown reason and he asked me to go and check with the control room manager "sunil kumar" to adjust my seat in another bus.

                      Sunil kumar first tried to adjust me in a normal luxury bus, to which i declined because the i booked for super luxury service and i din't wanted to go in normal bus.

                      Then there came a rajdhani bus. I asked sunil kumar if he can adjust me in that bus, how much is the extra amount i will pay.
                      I asked him clearly that please tell me which seta is available so that i can decide whether to take the seat or not.

                      He spoke something with the rajdhani driver and he immediately took out a new luggage ticket of 100 rupees.

                      They didn't even told me which seat they are going to allocate to me.

                      They had a very very very bad accent of speaking and don't have manners to talk to ladies. The drivers and conductors of tsrtc buses are literally very arrogant and bad in behaviour.

                      Please take corrective actions against mr. Sunil kumar for misbehaving and misguiding the passangers.

                        rude conductor

                        The conductor of the bus ap11z6992 uses foul words to scold passengers even for touching him due to application of brakes. He even doesn't accept slightly torn notes. One day he pushed a person from the bus. He gets angry and uses foul launguage even on females for slightest reason i request you to take necessary action against him as soon as possible.                         Bus no '25b' (Secunderabad railway station to → bank colony) bus is not coming. Since last 2 months due to some civil work going on in ring road, 25 b bus is not coming till bank colony - qutbullapur road, as it is deviating from 3 temple - qutbullapur itself.

                        Kindly treat this as priority and address this issue, as daily school, college, workers are facing problem to reach our destination point, especially in this rainy season. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                          On 6th august I was travelling from danamma jhupdi (Hyderabad)to shadnagar at 7:20 am, vehicle no Ap22z0114.
                          I am really upset on conductor behaviour as he was very rude and talking as the bus was his own property.
                          I humbly request tsrtc to kindly allow them (conductors)sessions on how to speak to public. This kind of behaviour also lead to loss of tsrtc as its dis encorouge customers to travel in tsrtc and also remarks on tourism.May be he feels that on one is going to complain that wise his behaviour is that rude.

                            I got travel details in message after the booking in that usually we get driver number when i called it is not working. I have been calling to know where should i wait in ameerpet stop but not working. Finally he made call at 12.40am when my bus time is 11.59 pm. He stopped at somewhere long from my stop and made call to me so i opted auto and came to bus and asked driver why is ur phone not working he said "nikosam nen phone recharge cheyinchukovala." i asked then why to give your number to customers then he said "nenu ivvale ga... Ichinollani adukkooo". When i said i will give complaint he said "ni istam vachindi chesuko". And i think he is little drunk. From the face expression i am thinking he is drunk. His name is srinu..

                              Dear sir/madam
                              Daily we'll travel from ameerpet to narayanguda in tsrtc local bus but there is no sufficient buses in that route so we are facing problem for transport. Same number many buses will come at one time and then upto 45minutes there will be no availability of buses of that that number. Our kind suggestion that provide one by one bus at some interval (Eg-15min inter vel from bus to bus of same number) so that every public can use public transport. We request to solve these problem.

                                An old woman is thrown out of the bus along with her bag as she was not having money to pay the ticket. I had given money from my pocket inspite of that driver and conductor rejected the money and without any mercy she was brutally thrown out. Is this the humanity grounds known to government employees. Please take severe action on conductor.

                                  I'm venkatesh working in night shift and while coming today from office at 7:30 balaji nagar near yapral the bus driver was rashly almost had me by taking full right side which is the route for opp side vehicle in other direction. I went to him asking him and he doesn't even bothered about me who was terrified by that bus. It would have hit me he argued again telling was i was overreacting with such behaviour

                                      Bus number - AP 11Z 6596
                                      I got dropped from the bus since I did not have change. Fee from Neredmet X roads- Mettuguda is Rs 15. I gave the conductor 50 Rs note and he was not having change so I got dropped from the bus. What on earth is this system? Please take action against the conductor.
