This tsrtc getting worse day by day even they are not check how seats are and bus condition because this I have taken bed rest for 3 days the bus I have taken is totally lost its suspension and now I, m in a bus even they don't have any support while we walk in Bus

    First time i am facing this problem i was reserved 2seats 34, 35 in service number7791 jbs to jagitial bus driver name chsreddy. My wife was not came so i selected to sit on my seat another person but driver ignoring to sit another person on my seat and then said he will give seat to another person with a cost but dont allows me to sit another person and after some time he came and said ticket was cancelled and he went near counter to cancel my seat person not available so i said my seat my money i will keep my bag too much argument and disturbance happened with driver this is not fare to me feeling unhappy about the service which provided by driver take a action on driver

      Address: Raheja Mindspace Bus stop, Hyderabad, Telangana

      It's my third time, I am complaining about the same issue. Buses are not coming on time and are not regular in this route(Mindspace to Mehdipatnam), even though there are so many commuters in this route, buses becomes overloaded because of less number of buses. TSRTC is not even showing some sort of responsibility towards this issue as it is a serious one inspite of making money only. Really disappointed...

        Date of incident: 21/08/2019
        Place of incident: karkhana bus stop
        Time: 4 pm
        While i was travelling at bus, i showed my pass to the conductor and then kept in my pocket but unfortunately i think it slipped and i lost my bus pass. The bus number i was travelling was 25s
        My humble request to you is that i would like you to cancel my application number so i could issue a new pass.
        If their is any alternative way then please let me know.

          Hai what the service that ts RTC is providing to their clients..for name only this consumer complaint website but no resolution at all this is the third complaint I am writing to you...all the conductors and drivers very worst we are traveling in government transport not in their own vehicles even these lady conductors are behaving rude with passengers..bus number 28ZO415 conductor I'd 213809 and driver 219555..their behaviour is very rude...don't appoint these type of labour people..look it the concern and do needful for all customers

            The 10h/25 metro busses that pass via indira gandhi statue, alwal, secunderabad, bus stop commit to frequent delays ranging from 10 - 20 minutes, particularity the 6:30 am and 7:00 am busses, and this situation has been continuing for quite some time.

            When they are questioned about the timings, the bus staff argues and asks us to choose other means of transport.

            This is causing severe inconvenience to the people who wait for the busses.

            Hence, i kindly request you to address the issue and see to it that it's not repeated.

              Hi

              I usually travel from bangalore to hyderabad by tsrtc bus. The service number is 1014. The bus should leave the shanthi nagar bus stop by 8 pm. However everytime the driver calls me and tells me to come half an hour before. And today he asked me to come to majestic bus stop as i was the only one from shanthi nagar stop to board the bus and he was expecting me to reach shanthi nagar by 7 20 pm whereas the scheduled departure from shanthi nagar is 8 pm.

                Good evening.. this complaint regarding TSRTC bus service no 1409. BHEL to Vijayawada.. boarding point is miyapur is at 1 pm. No information from tsrtc about bus delay.. no phone number of bus drive is available, even when I asked about the bus information at miyapur bus depot.. the person said he too don't know it. the bus got delayed for 1 hr 15 minutes.. my wife has to board the bus.. I the mid afternoon she was sitting in intense heat and don't forget about ur buses are creating.. after getting in contact with redbud customer care finally we got a customer care number of tsrtc then when we call tsrtc coustomer care then they gave bus driver number after keeping in hold for 20 minutes in telephone call.. then the bus driver said the bus had not been yet started from BHEL depo.. the time was 2 pm... the bus arrive at 2 30 pm. now at this time I. e 8:29 pm.. my wife was still didn't reach Vijayawada.. she was supposed to reach Vijayawada by 7 20 pm.. and the bus driver stops the bus at every stop and holds it more then the given time to collect the customers...this type things are frequently happening.. just think we book the ticket in the afternoon just to make sure that she reaches at 7 pm.. so that it will be safe for her at that time.. now the bus is going to reach at 10 pm.. what if something happens to her.. extremely disappointing with tsrtc.. I am going to file a complaint in court.

                  I stay in devarakonda and i need to travel to hyderabad everyday during evenings (6 pm to 8pm), but there are no buses available during that time. Kindly arrange at least few buses during 6pm to 8pm.
                  This is not the problem faced just by me but there are many others suffering due to non availability of buses to hyderabad.
                  Do look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                    Sir good evening after 7:30 pm sircilla to kamareddy no buses available this mentioned two cities are districts we are facing very much problem and iam calling to sircilla dm. Dm sir told this way is between kamareddy to karimnagar so we can not do any thing and this way is having four depots kamareddy, sircilla, vemulawada and karimnagar. So kindly arrange buses to this route upto 9 pm.

                      On 18th aug 2019 while travelling from chennai to hyderabad through garuda plus bus no. 1327 ticket no. 62587197 i kept my laptop on top of my seat bag holder once the bus has started from the madhavaram bus depot when i searched for my bag to check the email. Bag is missing and i searched in the entire bus my bag has found by the conductor in last seat of the bus when we checked inside the bag laptop is missing and some has stolen my laptop from the bus and got down it seems. We also checked all the passangers bag unable to find and i got down from the bus and given a police complaint. Could you please provide the cctv camera footage of the bus for timing 7:10 pm to 8:00 pm it helps us to file a police complaint.

                        From 1:30pm to 3:00pm, there is not even one 113m ordinary or metro bus (Express and deluxe) from mehidipatnam. There are a/c buses available but the pass we take will be of no ise. My point is it would be really appreciated if there is atleast one bus per hour. Else it is really devastating. It is really a big problem which the tsrtc should look into. Please do the helpful.

                          Today 8:15am i traveled in 300 bus series from medhipatnam to uppal. I requested to stop the bus in lb nagar metro station stop... But conductor not stopped. I said i will compliant.. He replied you can complain. Bus no 4414. And route no. 300. Ask tsrtc to respect and respond passenger... Otherwise the purpose is waste for tsrtc. Kindly look this matter.

                            On 20/08/2019 i travelled in tsrtc bus number ap 4 ta, 3117 from nalgonda to suryapet 3.30-5.00 pm.. Lady conductor i don't know her name, used very bad language when we asked for remaining money.. For all passengers she is writing on back side of ticket, even though she has money change she don't want to give... When we asked to give change she got very angry, used obusive words... She is behaving like that is her own bus... Kindly take action on her to behave properly with public..

                              I have travelled in 47l bus manikonda to secundrabad. I borded at filmnagar and taken ticket till panjagutta. There is no bus stop at tv9 even he stopped there, but when i requested to stop at m. J college the very next stop after tv9 but he argued with me and stopped panjagutta stop only. Bus should have notice like limitted stops. He is arguing like there is no bus stop, other buses will stop at m. J college. I am taking that route from long time this driver only will do problem like this. I have faced this issue before also. Please see below bus detail.

                                I was travelling from mangalpally to sagar ring road in the bus no.277 ap28az4830
                                I was using me mobile phone the driver was watching my actions and not driving properly he wantedly pulled the break to distract and blamed and spoke rudely to me for using mobile phone. He was not driving properly and i wanted to get down but he didn't stop the bus properly thus took place at mangalpally at 5:00pm today

                                    I am a girl travelling in rajadhani from karimnagar to hyderabad. I asked for a water bottle to the cleaner and he used bad comments on me. He used bad language. My service number is 7446 and my journey date is on[protected]:30am. Please punish that guy asap. Tsrtc is loosing my respect after that shameful act by the cleaner of the bus. I couldn’t tell my name because i don’t want to publicise this issue.

                                      The electric bus from airport scheduled for departure around 11:40 for kothaguda route was missing, arrived late and made the entire bus fleet wait for 30+ minutes with passengers stuffed to max capacity standing in the bus, the only person who was first collecting tickets then driving the bus was trying to stuff as many passengers as possible. Why the buses are not running as per schedule and why for almost 1 hour only one bus for kothaguda route turned up, why only one person is driving and collecting tickets wasting time of hundreds of people

                                        My name is naresh battul and i booked ticket from sholapur to hyderabad. Below are the ticket details.

                                        Although, the given landline numbers are not answering and the driver details which is on the tsrtc portal is completely wrong.
                                        It is wrong number and suffered with unparliamentary language with number.
                                        It's completely frustrating and dissatisfied with services provided by the tsrtc.
                                        My request is to take an action against this.
