Sir i have to travel from parkal to bhupalapalli at 8.00pm on 25th july 2019. At 8.10 pm one express bus came, me and other passengers tried to embark but conductor stopped all and said that ticket punching machine not working so i can't issue a ticket, you may choose another bus. I didn't understand what was going on.. Bus went with a lot of empty seats but without passengers.. What is this?
Then after i asked and said about incident to
Parkal busstand enquiry officer.. His reply really so irresponsible.
He just said that, "i am not responsible for that"
Again i said that tsrtc getting losses because of this type of empty services, he simply said "rtc with full profits, who said you about losses?"...
Now i am writing all this to you to not only complain but also to rectify problem and to give a solution for machine repairs or alternative punching, or spare machines at mid way depo s etc..
Please save resources.. Save rtc

I travel from hi-tech city busstop to kothaguda everyday by the city bus. None of the buses stop at the kothaguda busstop. They always go further and stop at the signal. When asked the drivers and the conductors, they replied saying they don't want to stop at the bus stop as signal is unavoidable. This is not acceptable at all. I don't want to get down on the centre of the road at the signal and get hit by any passing vehicle. Please instruct the staff to do their duty properly

C9mplaint regarding lot of flower gunny bagd are transporting by this it lot lot of inconvinent to stand in bus though it is a 1and hour journey so we are unable to stand in bus because of these gunny bas placed from front to back upto foot board so please take immediate action

I was on board in tsrtc bus on[protected] travelling from wanaparthy to hyderabad by bus#ap22z 0140, started at 4:15 pm from wanaparthy.
First of all the bus was over filled, many passengers were standing, in which elderly aged persons and pregnant ladies were also travelling. Driver of the bus was driving in a very rash way, he was least bothered about humps on the road and also he was overtaking the bus in a very high speed with a minimum distance between vehicles, which creates lot of inconvenience to the passengers.

This is to bring to your kind notice that everyday morning between 8.00 am to 10.00 am, at the bus stop located at pvr express high way pillar no 86 we are facing severe problem while waiting for bus to on board to mehdipatnam from jyothi nagar as the buses are not stopping at this bus stop which is creating huge problem for common public including children, women and senior citizens.

Hence please look into this issue and kindly take necessary action to have the buses stop at this bus stop.

Many people travel to hyderabad from sangareddy, narayankhed etc daily on office duties. They take metro train upto miyapur metro station and wait for tsrtc buses. But they dont stop at at miyapur metro station. It is creating lot of inconvenience to many people. I request tsrtc management to see that buses stop at miyapur metro station as there is sufficient space to stop and many passengers are also available.

This is to inform you that i have been into bus number ts 01ub 3616 express bus travelling from jagityal to nizamabad.. Conductor have torn 0 rupee note.. I asked for exchange.. He behaved very rashly and answered to york the note.. He spoke tat are you giving 1000 rupee note etc.. Behaves rashly.. Just for asking to give untorn note. This happens on 19-7-19 at around 12:50 pm.. This is not the first time.. Most of the conductors behave the same way.. Kindly look into this matter.. Hope tsrtc higher officials give warning or suspend such employees so tat they are given special training on how to behave with passengers

Hi iam a student when I was returning from panjaguta to my home in bus the condector ask me to where I should give u ticket i said still Chandanagar the condector didn’t here properly and gave me SR Nagar tickets and when I asked her to take this ticket back and give me Chandanagar ticket she refused me and took ticket for both and charged for Chandanagar and SR Nagar Bus no:AP 11 Z 7195 Time 12:40

I hired the bus at lb nagar metro station bus stop. But the conductor of the bus gave the ticket naming from dwarakanagar which is in rk puram near ashtalakshmi temple and the bus conductor is misbehaved and spoke unparliamentary language. Is this the behaviour with a costumer? Is questioning an illegal thing wrong? This is not a behaviour that should be shown in front of a costumer.

I use to travell daily from medipally to bibinagar actual fare is 15 RS.but one lazy lady conductor is printing 20rs i.e from Uppal to bibinagar.instead of bibinagar other conductors take only 15 RS .this was the 4th time same lady conductor committing mistakes.she was such a lazy that she is unable to print ticket from medipally..when I asked her about the issue she will keep silent without giving any reply..so please take serious actions on this lazy conductors and the same should not repeat..or I would go to consumers forum court..here Iam attaching ticket..thank you

This is to inform regarding the trouble caused in waiting for the local buses at bhoodevinnagar bus stand.

We have been waiting more than an hour from 1pm to 2pm still there is no clue of either of the buses 21b or 23b from bhoodevi nagar to secunderabad. Such a pain in the hot sun with this irregularity and no punctuality. There are kids, ladies and many gentlemen waiting for these buses since an hour. How can there be not even a single bus in an hour time.

Please take necessary action.

Hi sir, commuters are facing severe problem at bus stops because there is no bus shelters in lingampally at beside police station and other one is near by sri sairam hotel towards to chandanagar. If rain comes and during summer, its very problematic. Pls understand the situation and act accordingly. I am seeing from past 8 months. Thanking you - ramesh

Date :15th July 2019, from Hanamkonda to Hyderabad. We get in to the bus at 7:50pm and
Starts at: 8:20PM, now(10:30pm) the bus at Jangam only. I think to Uppal it may take 2 more hours. He is rush driving and don’t know even highway path. After raghavapur he went to some side road, which is having dead end, then there he taken 15mins time to take back. I expected the time we reach to Boduppal 11pm. But this bus will reach only after 12pm only. It’s too complex to reach my home after 12pm. We have to take cabs, if it’s not available, then too much of problematic to go my home. What type of Service TSRTc is giving??? It is horrible experience am getting.
It’s very very bad experience to us(me and my wife). Literally, I am getting scaree now, Due to TSRTC . Money and time wasted as well, besides that due to this much late, am fearing about transportation to reach my home from Boduppal. How scary is this. I am feeling unsafety in TSRTc bus transportation, in terms of comfort time and money. It’s like hell today to me. Any thing happens, then its solely responsible for TSRTC.( About Money and Safety).

I Mr. M Sudhakar Reddy travelling today Date 12/07/2019 morning from miyapur metro station to allwyn x road beaing Bus No AP29Z3229 the fare taken from me is Rs.10 I asked that the fare only Rs.5/- why r u taking Rs.10/- she told that give complaint on me.Previously i have taken the same route ticket for Rs.5/- i said she is asking to show me the ticket.
I have asked ticket upto Allwyn Colony she has given Gangaram Bus stop.

I booked window seat that is 27F. They had given my near seat to men. With him, I felt very uncomfortable. What is this type of behaviour? How can they give to men near to the women seat? I travelled in night 11th June, service number 8828. Please take the action. Otherwise this things will repeat. The man sitting near to me, is a senseless fellow. He doesn't know how to sit also. Please take this serious. I don't want any other women to suffer like this.

I, m. Subbarayudu, ph no : [protected], am a daily commuter of tsrtc - city bus service, staying at amberpet. On 8th july, 2019, at 9:23am while i was travelling from amberpet police lines to secunderabad through 107 j/s cont depot bus - bus no. Ap 11z 7200, i found the conductor of the bus irresponsible and indisciplined in behavior as she was checking the passes of the public just for the sake of checking them with a reckless attitude and also she was so ill-mannered towards the elders and behaved rudely most of the times with the passengers. The conductors id no. Is vja5671.
This is to bring to your notice that i am lodging a complaint for you to take stringent actions against such irresponsible and indisciplined conductors and hope for a better and decent staff from tsrtc service. If this complaint is not answered, i'm even ready to file a suit against the conductor or to report to right to information act authorities.

Ap 28 z 187 bus no.30 secbad to jagidhigiri gutta. Is the bus by which all the college girls are suffering from eveteasing and syco behavior by the conductor. Every day we are in the college uniform and goes into the bus still after showing the bus pass he always ask for the guaranty that we are studying in that college and as our college didn't issue the identity cards yet we have tried to explain him, but he was such rude against us and shouts in the hole bus. We are submitting the conductor photo and bus number pic. I request you to take the necessary action for this incident. Hope for justice.

My aunt was in ola cab at chandanagr, this bus driver came too fast and bashed the ola cab and dint even stop to check wat happened! Luckily nothing happened! Driver was rash and driving too fast! This happend today, monday, july 8th, 1:33pm, near chandanagr bustop! I have attached the pics for reference

I am g. Divya persuing my degree in st. Francis college for women in begumpet. I have lost my student bus pass at the bus station. I have shown the pass to the conductor and kept it in my back pocket and it was not there when i was looking for it. It was around 8.00am and it was tsrtc ordinary bus.
So please i request you to issue a new bus pass as it is very difficult for me to travel from secunderabad to begumpet and i am from middle class family. Please sir i request you look into this issue as soon as possible and issue a new bus pass for me
