Respected sir/mam
Ap 28 z 187 bus no.30 secbad to jagidhigiri gutta. Is the bus by which all the college girls are suffering from eveteasing and syco behavior by the conductor. Every day we are in the college uniform and goes into the bus still after showing the bus pass he always ask for the guaranty that we are studying in that college and as our college didn't issue the identity cards yet we have tried to explain him, but he was such rude against us and shouts in the hole bus. We are submitting the conductor photo and bus number pic. I request you to take the necessary action for this incident. Hope for justice.

AP-28-Z 6060, KODAD TO HYDERABAD BUS, VIA HUZURNAGAR, MIRYALAGUNDA Bus conductor is very rude, he gave me torned 10rs note and 20rs note, I just asked him since he have many good 10rs notes in his hands, I asked him and he started yelling at me, he doesnt have to right to shout at me right

Bus pass for grater route pass from choutuppal to Hyderabad was not coming so please check online website for bus pass ., choutuppal to hyerabad or kothagudam.

I am g. Divya persuing my degree in st. Francis college for women in begumpet. I have lost my student bus pass at the bus station. I have shown the pass to the conductor and kept it in my back pocket and it was not there when i was looking for it. It was around 8.00am and it was tsrtc ordinary bus.
So please i request you to issue a new bus pass as it is very difficult for me to travel from secunderabad to begumpet and i am from middle class family. Please sir i request you look into this issue as soon as possible and issue a new bus pass for me

The incident took place today morning around 8 am. I was in route 9x, i showed the pass to the conducter kept in my back pocket. After reaching the collage i found that my pass was missing, my regd no. Is [protected]. Can tsrtc make a new pass with the same application. I just used it for a day, it was a student quaterly pass taken from kuktpally bus depot.

I am a student of the college near to secunderabad railway station. Here is the complaint about that there is no place stand or sit near the railway station busstop. Because, the construction has been done for sitting like compartments but there are closed. So, their is no place to stand and if there is any heavy rain and hot summer, one cannot having shelter to stand under. So, please granting to open those complements.

I boarded the bus at prasanth nagar, kukatpally towards nizampet. I agree i don’t have exact change of 10 rs, so i gave 50 rs what ever i have. She said she don’t have change and she have shown me the bag. I completely agree with the heights of pressure the conductors they undergo, but she dint issue me the ticket and was insisting me to get down in the midway. She was not giving me ticket and the change. She rudely used bad words, degraded me very badly with vulgar sentences without catching the point. This is very bad and is this how a lady employee behaves towards the lady traveller.? Though she received change from others, she dint give me change and asked to collect at depot. I also had to raise my voice towards her rude behaviour. I m a software eng, as my car have trouble i had to board the public transportation with the respect i have for it. I can give you more proofs for this.

Am coming from abroad with below 25kg luggage, i have taken bus ticket in tsrtc from rajiv gandhi international airport to armoor, apart from baggage charges of rs.20 the bus driver collecting extra rs.100 per passenger without issuing any ticket for that amt. I have asked for the ticket but said it will be charged for every for the luggage, kindly take the proper action which we hope for the better governance.

The bus from karimnagar to mancherial at 2.00pm was not stopped, In the same way the 3bus has not stopped from same route at same time today, the drivers of knr to mncl are not correct. So, please take some action on them. The bus has not stopped near rajrampally

id 320865 at 15:00 pm at thatipalli request stop the driver din't stops the bus in a furlong distance he stopped the bus while stepping on the bus he rashly spoken with bad language n we won't stop whatever you do you can complaint at depot manager also no problem

Dear rtc manager your bus is recorded a world record of stopping in 8 to 10 places (Not busstops) resulting in running lage by 2 hrs always stopping and waiting for 5 to 10min and driving fast for covering that speed time is 7 am by this time it should near to kkd but bus still in tadepalligudem plss take necessary action

I have been observing couple of services namely 38/5 and 38/8 in the morning hours in Gautham Nagar bus stop. These drivers are partial to few passengers stopping at their convient places. This is really ridiculous who prefer public transport and it will not encourage without penalising those drivers.

Need explanation and solution.

The service no.1105 from hyd to vja on 29.06.2019, commenced journey at 4.00 p. M. Driver stopped the bus for 45 minutes at l. B nagar. Driver irresponsibly says his time of reaching vja is 11 p. M. A journey of 4 hrs stretches to 7 hours. What a waste of money for passengers, diesel for tsrtc on ac garuda? Chairman sir please note, losses not visible.

Conductor saying 'if you would have said you are going to get down in yerravalli i would not have get you in, even bus has pebbair stop conductors won't let get people in, and i am letting you all getting you in. Everything goes as per our wish in bustop. We won't let people in, if you have problem get out of the bus and complain to whom ever you want'... These are the rude words i heard from conductor and and he doesn't fear of any higher authorities.

Excuse me sir.. Although there are very less number of ac busses in route from uppal x road to mehdipatnam road.. No PROPER TIMINGS AND ITS LITERALLY VERY HARD TO WAIT IN SUN FOR AC BUS FOR HOURS.. NO BUSSES FROM 3 TO 5 PM SO. I sincerely request you to maintain a proper timings for this bus as it is very inconvenient to wait for too long literally for hours.To travel it takes just 1 1/2 hours each and for each bus i guess may b there is 45 else 30 min gap should be maintain but not for hours . ..and when i was crossing road at 1:30pm ..there were literally 3 ac buses going behind each what's d purpose to send all of them at once.. It's really very inconvenient ..so please provide bus timings for bus no 300/126

Respected sir.., every morning there are lot of ppl going from neredmet to maredpally.. But they are very few busses going there also not in fixed timings. As the busses are less they r getting over loaded and hanging to one side which can be so dangerous. Please make sure that the frequency of 37 37d busses which go from neredmet to maredpally increase and come according to the time.
