Dear sir,

We are facing lot of issues with the bus facility of tsrtc from 5 pm to 9 pm, not enough buses exists from icici to bachupally through gateway. Morning we have many buses to commute but the same facility is not available during evening hours, even a bus comes in one bus morethan 150 people are travelling which is very dangerous. Requesting kind attention.

One more is we are seeing good no of ac buses to other locations but for bachupally only one bus, kindly increase the no of buses and the frequency.

I have booked tickets for Bangalore to Hyderabad through your mobile app.from my phone -[protected] for which an amount of 2200/- has been deducted from my account.for which I got confirmation of money payment .. and my tickets are not generated I need my money back.

Sir, i forgot my fb brand green colour bag in a bus which travels from cherial to secundrabad(jubilee bus station) . The bus reaches cherial at 3 PM and secundrabad (jubilee bus station)at 5 40pm.Can u please check if they have found my bag.i got a purse and some clothes in it. If you found the bag please contact me through this number [protected].It contains some clothes and my purse in it.

Bus service number:4813, (Vijayawada-hyderabad). We didn't reserved the seats before. So they allotted some random seats to us, in the half of the journey. Those seats turned out to be reserved. When we approached the driver then in turn started scolding that we haven't sat on the given number. If it's that case. Then the alloted seats should be vacant, but those are also filled.. This shows that he just lied and started abusing us... This clearly shows the rude and ill-manners of the bus driver.. I request to take this incident.. To put more concern so that it doesn't happen to others.. And another one.. Seat are just too hard to push back.. We just take this ac buses (Garuda+) for a comfortable journey for 5-6hrs..

The bus was stopped for more than 20 minutes
Please make a note it's definitely an illegal transportation.
When asked, attendent telling that its all driver's matter he can't talk and became mouth shut.
These time delays effect the running time and forces the driver to rus in over speed to reach the destination.

I want to bring to your notice that around 200 outsiders are gathering around 12 am to 3 am every day near shop shanti sagar and mallikarjun in mgbs this shop's are located at the entrance from where auto rickshaw exit. They are not travellers they are outsiders who come daily and do smoking there and they also misbehaving with public who come to mgbs and there are many changes of big incidents like clashes, my sincere and humble request to you please close those shop's at night.

I have a issue with shopkeeper in mgbs, shop name is new grand opposite platform#59 they where calling customers by shouting 'come here come here' like this for a while i thought that i'm in vegitable market and they r not giving respect to ladies they r coming on top, which is very bad pls look into this matter there are many changes of some big incident may take place pls take strong action on that shop.

I have booked bus from hyd to khammam tsrtc ac bus. Booked 4 tickets travelling with family. There is water leakage and unable to sit in our seats as seats have become wet due to water leakage emergency exit door is damaged, there is some gap through which hot air is coming inside. They have kept papers in the gap but still hot air is coming. To left water leakage and to right hot air.ac button is also closing automatically for every few seconds. Need to open it again. Disgusting to travel on this bus with children. I don't know how they have given option to select this kind of bus online. Issues should be fixed lateron bus need to be operated otherwise people like us will face lot of problems. Cannot attach pictures as pic size is not supporting. Need this issue to be actioned.

I am travelling from hyderabad airport to karimnagar and the bus met with minor crash with other car during turn at the airport and it was stopped for almost more than hour and i am still waiting for the bus to move as i write this complaint.
My request is to ensure that there is another service available during such situations especially during night journey as this.

I am a girl as per rules another women should sit beside me but for money driver made a guy to sit beside me which is against rules.. Please consider that if bus drivers be like that women are scared to travel in tsrtc please follow rules and make us safe to reach our destination even state travel service will be like this then how about the private travels it is not at all a good sign to government

Today at 9 pm i am travelling from hyderabad to latur from cbs hyderabad from platform no 47 by maharashtra shivshahi bus

I used urinary just opposite to platform no 40.in fact use o[censored]rinary is free but the person sitting there charged rs 3. Also he is charging the same from other passengers i asked him about such charge. But he arogently told me to do what you want. Therefore i called on the number mentioned there for complaint [protected]. But the person from other end also replied by the same way. Pl take cognizance of my complaint and do the needful. Hi i'm traveling karimnagar to hyderabad 9th may, 3821 vajra bus karimnagar to hyderabad ac is not working, who is the responsibility for this?? Without checking bus condition why this bus on route charge of 310rps.. When we asked this question to driver he said it will take sometime to cool then after 30miz he said ac is not working there is no gas in bus..168kms travelled closed windows bus without ac temperature 40 to 44 service is wrost from telangana rtc.. People are suffering to breath..

Sir i boarded the from patancheru to secunderabad at beeramguda and i got down at miyapur on may 7, 2019. While getting down i forgot my bag in the bus under the last seat. It is an ordinary bus.

My bag is cement any any orange in colour.

My bag consists of :

Today i booked ticket from hyderabad to warangal. Boarding point as uppal depot and dropping as warangal railway station. I stay in medipally, which is on the way from uppal depot to warangal, just 2km far away from uppal depot. I requested the driver to stop the bus in my place as i was suffering from severe leg pain by which i cannot go back for boarding the bus and come back in the same route. The driver named sudhakar reddy did not stop the bus at my place and went far from my place where i have to board the bus by walking for a 1/2km with my leg pain. More over even after getting into bus he was very rude and vulgar to me saying that "bus will not stop as u wish, u have to come to the boarding point." even though it was untolerable for me, i kept quite as i found him very older than me (Almost my father's age), taking that as an advantage he was some more rude. I found it nonsense and still kept quite. The driver sudhakar reddy doesn't have any decency towards the customers. I request you to take the needful action.

Today (06th may 2019 at 08:10 am) i travelled by tsrtc metro luxury ac bus 222l from lingampally to madhapur police station bearing ticket number 00089903.ac of the bus was not working. As informed by the driver and conductor of the bus, the issue was pointed to the concerned officials before starting of the service but not taken care, how can the depot staff be so reckless, if ac is not working they should not charge the amount for ac, need to take the case to consumers forum.

Today on 4th May at 6pm below SR Nagar metro station, I had a near accident experience with the bus number AP11Z7323. The bus driver was racing with another government bus overtaking my car from left, almost pushing me into the metro divider in the middle of the road.

Or stopping him and asking him to apologise, he and the conductor of the bus asked me to get going. I had a verbal fight with him due to the rude behaviour and not even acknowledging their rash driving practice. It is very common in Hyderabad.

Today i reserved a tkt in service no 1467 bus it delayed 45 min still am waiting for bus. And fail to communicate the provided numbers as of dey r not working. They won’t consider if a passenger fail to board on time. They won’t make a call also. Please make some changes every one may not make it possible on tym so consider when passenger delayed like u (Tsrtc)

I usually travel through bus every day, yesterday as usually i am travelling through by bus from ashok nagar to secunderabad, so then i paid money for my charges in terms of 100rs, bus conductor gave me that one tampered note but i know banks will accept these kind of note and u too (Tsrtc), then today morning i am coming from secunderabad to ashok nagar, so then bus conductor came to me to ask charge, i gave that tampered note he didnt take that note and also use unparliamentary language and driver too... He did not stopped the bus at my station, i felt very bad sir... Please take action against them

I have boarded the airport express (TS 10 UB 6783) on 28/04/2019 from NMDC. After the bus crossed Aramgargh the bus is moving in the right side instead of left due to which other vehicles who is taking U-Turn faced a lot of difficulty.

Incident 1: An auto is taking a U-Turn and as the bus is going at a fast pace applied the brakes suddenly and the driver started scolding the auto driver with the mother ### language.

Incident 2: A couple on the bike is trying to cross the road. At this time as well the driver almost rammed into the two wheeler. The driver immediately got down of the bus and started scolding them very badly and picked up a fight. The wife of the two wheeler guy pleaded with the driver to let them go and not to fight.

These two incidents are very disturbing on part of the behavior of the driver. There would be many national and international tourists who would travel by this bus. If a bus driver displays such bad behavior what impact would we as a state would create in their mind. Kindly counsel the driver and help him to change his behavior towards the fellow travelers.

Dear sir, we are traveling with kids from khammam to Hyderabad on 30/04/2019, started in kmm by 5am. Service code 8694/ kmm - mgbs, due to leakage of AC water, we are not able to sit on seats, we prefer Rajadhani as we feel that it will be comfortable, but theses type situations will ruin the reputation of TSRTC, even the ambience is not good and there are many mosquitoes in bus, kindly take necessary action
