On dated 7/4/2019
I was suppose to travel gdk to hyd
Bus no ts02z 0211 service no 7225.
I requisted bus driver to allow him to seat back side oh seat.
He told me that it is not allowed as per our rules.
I get down the bus i late one person favoured him allowed to seat back side of the driver. I asked him how can he seat now they he told me give complaint to any one who want to you.
While i was taking video he told that person come back later.
Please take necessary action on him
If their is such rule it has to implement to all. Their should not be exemption to his favoured fellow members.

They all know yesterday festival, they have to be prepared for next day..this is the 3 time i hv raising this conern..it will happen evry festival.Respond quickly.otherwise close TSRTC

    While iam travelling from huzurabad to parkal on 7th apr 2018, i want to purchase a water bottle at huzurabad bus station on platform 7 stall, in this stall they are charged me extra rs. 5 on mrp and when i asked for the same they replied me that i[censored] want purchase then this is our price other wise we will not give you mentioned price with arrogantly
    If you want to complaint, then go and complaint to the station manager and don't debate with us, they said.

    Kindly take action accordingly on this stall owner immediately.

      I am a student of msc mathematics and its my final semister i lost my pass on march 25 as i was taking metro rail from tarnaka to high tech city around 11 am as my sister had an interview in hyderabad central university i lost in this area i searched it but didnt find it... I think i lost in metro rail while the checking was going on... I didnt have the pass with me when i saw in tarnaka at 4 pm on my way back home in metro station... I lost somewhere metro station i hope i get my pass soon

          I am susmitha. I have travelled from khammam to hyderabad on 24 march sunday. When i was boarding the bus the driver said all the seats are reserved and made me sit in the conductor seat, moreover he collected inr 60 extra on the ticket. It is from kothagudem depot

          I asked to return the change of inr 60 and he denied saying all the others were also charged the same. I want an action to be taken on such drivers.

            Hello sir/madam,

            I m sonali. I request you to increase the frequency of buses (216, 217) of gachibowli route, be it morning time (8am-10am) or evening time (7pm-10pm) from and to koti. Also when compared to buses of other routes be it 127, 218, 158 the buses of gachibowli route are very few, which leads to heavy crowded buses.

            I hope this inconvenience will be addressed.

            I got in to a bus numbered ap29z3202 on 25/3/2019 at 5: 45pm at ag office bus stop but the conductor gave me ticket charging extra 5 rs giving ticket from masab tank with out closing tickets of his previous bus stop. Even though it was his mistake of not closing previous stop tickets he is using rude behavior and pretending as he is doing right

              At the grammar school bus stop, abids, the buses change lanes at high speed without regard for the traffic moving in the left lane. They cut into the bus stop from the right most lane. While joining the road too, they take a sharp turn onto the road without watching the oncoming traffic.

              Can you please sensitize the drivers to be careful. This is a school zone and there are kids moving around. Buses have a lot of blind spots and drivers ought to be extra careful while changing lanes.

              Today, i ran into one such bus that cut into my lane twice - ap 11z 6334. The driver not only was rude but also tried to side swipe my car when i complained about his rash driving.

              Please let me know, if there is any other forum that i need to raise this issue as well.

                This service is from huda mayuri nagar to darga.
                This service starts at 08.15 am from mayuri nagar huda.
                For the past 3 to 4 years so many people are happily travelling in this service, but 2days back this service has been cancelled suddanly, what is the reason to bus cancellation, colony people and working ladies are so compurt on this service.                       On 26/03/2019 midnight i have noticed a warangal 1 deposit green ac (Indra) bus was halted in raichur karnataka bus stand for night halt it seems at at (1am on 27/03/2/19) the bus engine was on and ac was on and both conductor and driver were sleeping inside the bus with bus ac and engine was deliberately putting on the bus number and everything you can see in the video which have uploaded. This is the way your driver's and conductors are wasting public money.

                        I have boarded into a bus at Nagole metro station. The behaviour of the conductor was not decent.She was very rude.
                        Even with the co passengers.I have been travelling in the route mentioned for atleast 4 years and no one behaved like this. This shows that a behavioural change is expected.

                        Kindly train the conductors for dealing smoothly with passengers.This is the need of the hour.

                          I am n. Hari prasad. We 3 members are booked 3 tickets from nalgonda to hyderabad. Without given proper details from ticket counter i couldn't found my bus. While searching here and there bus was not found.
                          Later again i asked at ticket counter but they are telling that bus was left, response was giving very ruidly. And they are not arranged another bus instead of previous bus.
                          So, please check that above details and give proper solution.

                            We had booked tickets on 20th march with cat card, but at the time of journey we forgot to carry cat card. Driver said i won't allow to travel in the bus. We requested the driver to pay the extra money which we got discount on using cat card. He refused and said that we want to take the ticket again. At last we have took the ticket. As we got lossed by taking ticket 2 times. So please solve our problem.

                              There are 6 buses 188/251 rajendranagar depot trip start from shamshabad to mehdipatnam via bandlaguda, hydershakote nanalnagar but these buses are always on same side actually 3should be traveling to mehdipatnam and other 3 should be traveling to shamshabad but almost 5will be one way and sometimes they end the trip at rajendranagar depot instead of coming to shamsha, which is being problem for many students and villagers as there is only this bus on this way. Kindly look into this and seriously warn those drivers to be on time atleast in college hours students are really boarding hanging as there is no choice.

                                  Bus driver is not stopping the bus at bus stops even after running behind the bus and using rtc bus as a goods transport from kothapet fruit market. They are taking money for transfer of those fruits ect we students are notable to stand properly in the bus as they are loading huge amounts of fruits.                                       Hi,
                                      I am traveling from hyderabad to srisailam from vajra bus service number 3154 (Ticket number 60940199 from abhibus)
                                      Driver is driving very slow not sure why. Even there was almost nil traffic on road. He is keeping bus in neutral gear after giving some speed to save some petrol and not driving safe at all
                                      At the time of booking, travel time was showing 5 hours only but it is taking around 6.5 hours. I can accept and understand delay due to traffic but there was almost nil traffic.
                                      I planned my return journey from srisailam to hyderabad for next day by keeping 2 hours of buffer to catch my return train to bangalore, now i am worrying about the same.

                                        I asked about the bus timings to the conductor and the conductor replied rudely.
                                        It's your responsibility to provide details of buses to passengers with some respect but what i faced today was totally rude behaviour by that conductor.
                                        I also informed about this to the bodhan bus depot and they said, they will inform to the senior one. (Contact number which i gave inform:-
