Today i was traveling from mgbs to shirdi at platform no 50 and saw shop keepers were calling customers to come to their shop they are calling all men, women, children and also i told in sm office no one is responding nor taking any action on this
Is this bus stand are fish market. They should give some respect to the customers and maintain dignity.
Kindly take serious action on this issue.

    Dear team,
    This is regarding allocation of ladies seats.
    Background:
    I have booked ticket to kurnool from hyderabad (Mgbs). Please note am single lady traveller. Enclosed ticket details.
    Issue: when i boarded bus, found some male person occupied my seat and after getting to know about my reservation the seat was given but still the male person occupied seat beside me.
    I have requested the conductor/ driver to change my seat as am not comfortable sitting beside him.
    Driver/ conductor reply is this way"why don't you book ur seat in front and i can't help u... I am helpless i[censored] book last seats"
    Also insisted me to sit in my place saying he vl think off in middle of journey.
    Here how could some one in his duty forget the comfortness of ladies even though saying am not comfortable to travel for almost 5 hrs.

    Request to understand, still how and why people don't think on security n comfortness of ladies, here person being a responsible and face of tsrtc to travellers, responded in a rude way.

    Hoping tsrtc would definitely react and take action to avoid this kind of situations happening to other ladies.

      Poor maintenance if tsrtc regarding bus timings everytime busses are coming late than expected time. Even in non busy days too... Tsrtc completely failed in maintenance. Can anyone provide me the way how to take this to higher officials to solve this problem. It will be better if tsrtc conducts a survey regarding it. I believe government has to take care if it.

        Sir
        Please provide bus facility district buses from bhel-lingampally to sangareddy in the morning hours i. E., at 9.20 am to 9.45 am, as that is the peak timeand we have to reach office by 10.30 am.
        Since the last week and this week, we are getting late to duties due to non availability of buses at that time.
        Hence i request you to look into the matter and solve the issue.

          Some working staff of mgbs on dated 21/02/2019 2:00am gave wrong information that buses available to vijayawada was only one around 2:0 0am and hurried us to go an get the tickets from the counter and ticketing is not available in bus. So hurriedly we went and bought tickets later we came to know that ticketing was available in bus also, i got the last seats as the passengers came after me directly bought tickets from the driver cum conducter. Was these system of misguiding is user-friendly?. Later i came to know 4 buses one after one are ready to departure in interval of 15 to 20 min. But due to wrong information i purchased the last row ticket which was very uncomfortable for me to board. That too staff in ticket counter is not exactly tendering the change. His intention was to earn illegally (Bribe) on every ticket. When i asked there is a different of rs. 5. He is trying to convince as i questioned him. Next to me another passenger ticket fare was 355 but the ticketing staff collected 375 ruthlessly this what the things are going on the passenger could not question as because the bus in going to departure he left his 20 rs as arguing with the staff may return the extra collected money but he may miss the bus. Many passengers are facing the same problem but they don't know whom to question and how to eradicate. Many of the passengers don't have literacy. Keeping this points important i request the dignitaries to take action such that this may not repeat in future and to make the transportation services more friendly.

            I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to korutla today at 5:40am, i have called the driver and requested him that i will board the bus at alwal as there are no options available for me to go to bus station at that time and he was rude and being used the utterly bad words. He is blaming tsrtc for keeping the online ticketing system. He is not worthy to the department. I wanted you people to take necessary action against the driver and here are the details of my journey and the driver details

              I asked driver cum conductor (K. Srinivas) of asifabad depot to give ticket to hyderabad, he told me reservation is over no seats available. Then i replied to give one ticket to mancherial. I was sitted in seat number 3. The seat number 3 is unreserved. After when mancherial stage came i asked to give one ticket to hyderabad. He behaved like rowdy fellow shouting loudly. Please look into the matter i will available any time to cooperate with you.

              Please take immediate action
              Driver of bus ap11z2897 was taking to much time for resting he took more than one hour for resting please take action on him many passangers got late because of this especially students very late and was marked absent schools and college

              I am surprised to see a new reservation chart at Vijayawada after I purchased a ticket in Guntur and settled in a non reserved seat at Guntur. Three women came with reservation of tickets and asked me to move back to another vacant seat . What would have happened if the bus was full ? Please reply!

                In this bus there is no conductor, i am unaware of that, i was sitting in last seat, driver came to my seat and talked very rude with rubbish language to take ticket, i took money (200/-) and went to driver to take ticket, ticket was 186/- he given 10/- back and said there is no change 4/- to give, and stared talking rudely again reg. Change, i said give afterwards, he gave 1/- and said take 2/- there is no change with him, i do have change so i came to my seat (Last seat) and gave 6/- + his 1/- and said to give 10/-he again started scolding with very bad and vulgar words, this is not at all acceptable, please take required action for his behavior.

                  Currently there is no bus running from manikonda to hitech city at 9am, although it is available at 8am and 10am. Which will be too early and too late for normal working hours. So, please run a bus at 9am which will be more suitable for employees going to office. This will help for people who uess 2-3 buses to reach hitech city and can go to office on time.

                  Driver is chewing gutka while driving and spitting it at front corner of driver seat. It just looks like indian public toilet. It is smelling so badly till first two rows. I feel the driver has no ethics to be a govt employee. When driver is not maintaining cleanness then how can we expect cleanness from passengers.

                    I was about to travel daily from nalgonda - hyderabad and hyderabad - nalgonda, ticket issuing system was really bad... They don't issue the tickets for the who are waiting in the line for hours, but they issue the tickets who are known people and familiar with the public known name. The worst system i have ever seen, please provide the online booking for the public which is easy to book the bus ticket without any problems...
                    I hope you will take action on this and solve the public problem by providing online system

                      The bus is coming from manikonda to mehdipatnam time 8:10pm. The driver is talking to some aunty and didn't stop the bus in bus stop. Almost 5-7 people are there in bus backside. When i asked to stop the bus he told me to get down the bus by jumping out of the bus. He behaved very rudely. Even the conductor and bus members are telling him to stop. But he behaved like a country brute and used abnormal words. He dropped me after 2 stops. The driver age is around 40-45. But no common sense at all.. He might also had some girl child na.. Waste fellow..

                      The bus is stopped for almost half hour with almost full people near the market...the driver and conductor got down to buy vegetables and fruits. Lame behavior

                        Sir, iam travelling from bhupalapally to hanmakonda in express bus with my two children, tkt no tn-d87014, cond no 651668. When we are enter in to the bus the lady conductor misbehavior and talking too much unparlarment language without any reason. Actually my child 4 years only, but she is not accepted and talking ugly word with me. We taking tkt those child also. I have bad experience in this conductor misbehavior and respectless talking whole journey. Please look in this matter for passengers happy journey.

                          Sir,
                          I, bommagalla chanakya travelled on delux bus from jbs to karimnagar having bus number ts02z 0223 on[protected] at 8:15pm from jbs. The bus belongs to godavarikani depot. The driving is very reckless. He talked to phone two times while driving. It is very dangerous to passengers. His behaviour also very rash. I asked him about seat vacancy before i take ticket. He said available and gave me a ticket. But after that there is no seat available to me. I asked him about that and he gave me a rude answers to me and told me that is not his responsibility. I travelled with discomfort. For long journeys it is better to check seats before giving tickets to passengers. So please take action on him for his reckless driving and rude behaviour.

                            Respected sir/madam,
                            I am one of the regular passenger from mehdipatnam to chandrayangutta i. E., 300 route buses specially bandlaguda depot buses
                            The drivers never follow their rules and drives rash driving
                            They won't stop stop buses in bus stops specially stops like x road, dairy farm, some times in rethibowli
                            They always focus on their shift timings not for passengers sake
                            We are the payees of rtc but not giving respect to passenger

                            Please solve such type of problems even this problem is facing senior citizens and phc's

                            Give counselling to drivers for following such rules.

                              I boarded a tsrtc bus from guntur trip no 7774 from ongole to bodhan, and requested conductor for a front seat upto lb nagar and he allotted seat no 25 and i paid ₹391/- and boarded the bus at 7.50pm on 14-02-19. To my great surprise at 9.05pm in vijayawada bus station three women come with reservation details for seat no’s 25, 26 and 30. They asked me to get up and go to last row. How can each station issue new reservation after the bus has left and conductor is authorised to give away tickets to others? If the bus was full before vijayawada would those three women would be refused boarding? Or would you not allow? Please reply

                                Sir,
                                I'm an engineering student of 3rd year travelling from ghatkesar to Alwal from 3 years.

                                We have exclusive buses to our college from ECIL. So, I have taken this exclusive bus pass which is valid in both exclusive and general buses.

                                So today as I was coming back home i.e., 14th February 2019 evening time 5 49pm conductor have misbehaved and forced me to take ticket even I have a valid pass.

                                I spend 800 for this pass and he had spoke so harsh and rudely. So I think that consumer forum will take my request for granted and take necessary action against the conductor and provide me refund.

                                  I lost my handbag on 12th feb 19, in koti to 127lh blue bus. I boarded the bus at ratnadeep, hi-tech stop at around 6:45 pm and got down under bridge hi-tech city metro station as the bus was not going to my place. The purse had my pan card, voter id card, csd canteen card, office id card and my visiting cards. It had my room and office keys. It also had few ladies makeup things. It had rs 35 /-. The purse was brown colour. It had a black small wallet and white small pouch inside it.

                                    Conductor misbehaved, he behaved very rash. He did manhandling on 01 feb 2019 (Mitrivanam to kottaguda) 10h bus. Details on ticket con: 213944, fx[protected], mcno :hcu038.in bus i was standing aside, conductor came to give the tickets, at that time bus was little bit rush. He requested one person to come inside. She didn't listen him. He came my side and shown that angry on me and he thrown me, i was fallen down. Rather than asking apologize he still shouted on me try to let get down from but by pulling my hand. I denied to get down, again he tried to push me inside by his hands.

                                    Please take the proper action. As a human being we need to respect the others.

                                      Sir, i saw most of the conductors are not taking tickets for every bus stop. They are chitchating with drivers. Daily i travel from ramanthpur to miyapur, for example instead of taking ticking ticket at narayanaguda, they are taking at lakdikapool. If this repeated, how much loss does rtc gets. Daily reading in news papers, rtc is in loss. This is only due to this system. And you people should provide more buses in busy routes and peak times.in peak times we see less buses, other times more buses with empty seats. Thanking you
