Sir, i saw most of the conductors are not taking tickets for every bus stop. They are chitchating with drivers. Daily i travel from ramanthpur to miyapur, for example instead of taking ticking ticket at narayanaguda, they are taking at lakdikapool. If this repeated, how much loss does rtc gets. Daily reading in news papers, rtc is in loss. This is only due to this system. And you people should provide more buses...

From SR Nagar to Panjagutta Bus No: AP 29 Z3031 When Passenger getting down from the bus but bus driver couldn't stop the bus and pickup sudden speed then passenger was fell down, she was injured.And also conductor was not given change in time and correctly 100-10=90 but given 70 rupees only

I have traveled to vishakapatnam by tsrtc bus service no 1500 which started from 21:05 from l. B. Nagar and supposed to reach vishakapatnam by 8.45 but it got inordinate delay by almost 2.30 hours delay.
If this kind of service and punctuality mainted and provided by tsrtc, then i doubt in feature occupancy will come down drastically and for sure i will not travel henceforth by tsrtc services...

Our area is kphb phase 4. Here the buses are supposed to start at 7:00 am but the driver and conductor are always failing the timings. While issuing the ticket, timings are not correct on them. For example if the timings of a bus is 7:00 am the bus comes at 7:50 but on the tickets the displayed time is 7:00 am. Please solve this problem as sooner as possible....

Regarding service 1294-kurnool to bengaluru. Seat number 19, foot rest is not working. As we are choosing this facility because we will have good services and quality of bus. But foot rest is not working and when i asked bus service people they said it is knot working. I was told to cancel the ticket if i don't want the service. Is this way to treat customers....

Today my wife and i are traveling from jbs to karimnagar. We want to use toilets for urinals.

They are collecting 2 rs charges for toilet and demanding us to give.

As per notice board, for urinals, we shouldn't pay money, but they are asking all women who are using toilet even for urinals.

The bus shelter at sriramakrishnapuram near kothapet is collapsing stage. One side rod was destroyed. The shelter’s tubular supporting stand is damaged and a pole is tied to it with a coir rope to stop it from falling. We request you to please provide new bus shelter at that place immediately. We are very suffering to standing and sitting and common people waiting for buses.

Please increase bus frequency from lb nagar to hitech city buses. Only limited buses are available in this route also it won't come as per scheduled timings.. All buses comes at same time, it will not be useful. So many people are suffering to find a bus on this route. Plz try to increase frequency at least 1 bus for 15 mins from lb nagar to hitech city and mla colony. Please note that there is no bus stop between mla colony and apollo.....
