The bus number ts 08ub 5157, route number 300, lb nagar to mehdipatnam. I boarding this today (07.03.19) at around 7.45 am. That is (Bdg) depot.
The conductor behaving like he is the minister of transportation department. Looking like muslim. Behavior is very rude. He is saying that he don't ask anyone for ticket or monthly bus pass to show him. Passengers can wait and look for when he is coming. He is telling that this is my bus. If you entered in this bus you can do which i can say. Very rude behavior. Department need to be focus on conductor and driver's behavior. Need to be council them.

    Hi sir,

    I am residing at domalaguda (Ntr stadium) every day i have to start to my work by8.45 however i couldn't find a single bus on time and every day i have to do footboard and it's getting tough to travel in government buses. As women, i cannot travel like this and go to the office. I request you to increase the number of buses for this route (Bus number 113y). So it really helps us to reach us on time. Like me, many people are facing problems at my place.

    Hopefully, you will accept my request and do the need full and i see 798 complaints are still pending i don't want my request to be pending like other.

      The bus shelter at sriramakrishnapuram near kothapet is collapsing stage. One side rod was destroyed. The shelter’s tubular supporting stand is damaged and a pole is tied to it with a coir rope to stop it from falling. We request you to please provide new bus shelter at that place immediately. We are very suffering to standing and sitting and common people waiting for buses.
      We request tsrtc management to construct a new bus shelter or take up repair work.
      Pl do the needful.

        Please increase bus frequency from lb nagar to hitech city buses. Only limited buses are available in this route also it won't come as per scheduled timings.. All buses comes at same time, it will not be useful. So many people are suffering to find a bus on this route. Plz try to increase frequency at least 1 bus for 15 mins from lb nagar to hitech city and mla colony. Please note that there is no bus stop between mla colony and apollo.. Request to check the distance and facilitate the same. Previously there was a request stop available, but now it is closed

          I don't have money to book again for journey on 8th feb 2019,

              మూత్రశాల్లాల వినియోగనికి 2 రూపాయిలు తీసుకు వెళ్లినచో వెనుకకి పంపించడం జరిగింది
              మరల 5 రూపాయిలు ఇచ్చి వింయోగించుకోవలసి వచ్చినది

              ఇది నా జీవితంలో ఒక దూరదృష్టమైన సంగతి

                  Good morning,

                  Respected sir/ma’am,

                  I need to complain about the improper time interval of buses coming on bus stops of route 222. (I board from madhapur to care hospital).
                  We need to wait for bus half an hour to one hour because sometimes two buses come at the same time so there is no bus for another half to one hour.
                  I just need to say that, the drivers are not taking care in the time gap between the preceding bus.
                  Some time the buses are very late they do not show up after 9 pm. If they do they do not complete the route.

                  From suchitra to ECIL x road ( 24S ) route, conductors are not accepting 10/- rupee coins. When i asked them, they we're not giving proper reply.
                  As per rbi, 10/- rupee coin is legal tender.

                  Is there any guidelines to them for not accepting 10/- rupee coins???
                  Please avoid on road failures passenger's suffers time loss.

                    When I was travelling to Office from Beeramguda to Ameerpet, I Saw an Ambulance going with the Patient to JNTU Hospital. @ Lingampally around 6-8PM their will be an huge traffic jam Daily, On 31st January 2019 @ 06:30 PM An Ambulance was moving to JNTU The Bus Driver Not Giving a Side to Ambulance, Please take an Action On Him. When I Asked him about the situation of the Ambulance He Shouted on me, and I got an Angry and Left the Place. Why means He will Travel around the HYD so some Frustration I understand, But The Person Life is Important Than his Frustration.

                      I have travelled from Secunderabad to Hanuman temple(karkhana) on 30/1/2019 around 8.45 pm via route 21w west venkatapuram, bus number AP11Z0995, bus conductor (conductor no. 214275, printed on ticket) has not accepted 10 rupee coin, though it is legal tender. He refused to take 10 rs coin even I told it's legal. Even He refused to told his name and somehow I managed to capture his photo.

                      I request the concerned authorities to strict action against the Conductor and issue proper guidelines to the TSRTC staff.

                      I have attached conductor photo and bus ticket, I have travelled.

                      An earlier action towards this issue is highly appreciated.

                        There were other passengers who traveled in the same bus. Some have advanced booked their ticket while others bought their ticket in the bus itself.
                        I had placed my two bags over my seat in the deck
                        *there was one cloth bag with blankets and other clothes
                        * second bag is a travel bag,

                        It has one compartment for a laptop and two other compartment for clothes and stationary materials. I was carrying a laptop, some clothes, three books, one pouch with stationery items and a second pouch with an external
                        Hard drive.
                        I casually checked the deck when the bus stopped at kurnool bus stand and found my travel bag missing.
                        I found another bag in its place which i submitted it at the 'outpost of kurnool 4th town police station' at the bus stand.
                        I request you to provide me the details of the passengers who have booked their tickets in advance, i can at least check with them if they have misplaced their bag with mine.
                        Also please check with the bus drivers of the particular bus if they have got any enquiry regarding a missing bag or a bag they mistakenly took with them.

                            I got in to a deluxe bus service tsrtc miryalguda depot. When i entered the bus approximately at 12 noon the bus looked full. I have asked the driver if there are any seats available in the bus. The driver said that there will be 20 seats available from nalgonda. I thought taking chance in standing journey up to nalgonda (45 min) where i can find a seat. Before the bus station arrived 4 passengers only got off and 4 elderly looking passengers took over those empty seats. I sis not want to compete for those seats with those customers as there would be more seats available soon. But on arriving nalgonda bus station no one got off the bus leaving me to travel standing for next 100kms. I got up set and immediately asked the driver reminding his words of 20 seats...
                            The driver then changed his words saying he said 20 but later he said only 6 seats...
                            It was clearly understood that the driver was trying to degene himself.
                            I was upset and disappointed and rook my bagane and left the bus in nalgonda bus station with incomplete travel.
                            I have paid rs.160 to travel hyderabad but got off at nalgonda only.

                              I have boarded the bus from Greenland's bus stop(somajiguda) and I got down at mehdipatnam around 3.30 pm.

                                Myself aveen varma hailing from fever hospital to waverock. This complaint is regarding very less citybus services to waverock from fever hospital. Here the situation is very annoying for all employees, students who are using public transport. Facing the problems and talking it as point i took initiation towards requesting you to consider. 100's of people are waiting hours nd hours at bus stops in mrng nd evng time particularly in afternoon there will be no much buses (12-3'o clock). Behalf of the employees, students we are requesting you to increase the frequency of buses. You people are saying rtc running in loss... If you dont satisfy and provide proper service to your customers.. How can he use public transport.. Better he prefer other sources or he/she travel by his/her own vehicles... Due to this "lot of traffic jam and air pollution". If public use much public transport... The air quality will increase no traffic jam nd sound nd air pollution.

                                  As per the subject i would like to inform the concern authorities that.the condition of bhainsa depos buses.specially express busses which are privately owned But leased by ts rtc bhainsa is very bad.and presently i am travelling in one of them having the registration number AP01TA 0894.for your refrence i am attaching the pic of my ticket.you can see the time 05:06 pm in that.that is time of purchase at MGBS.and presently it is 9:31pm (time of informing) and the bus is still at kamareddy bus stop.hardly it is 120 kms from MGBS to kamareddy.and your depots buss is completing 120 kms journey in 4 and half hours.
                                  Overall my request to concern authorities is.please sir keep an eye on the condition of busses and activities of drivers.because time is precious.we have to respect the time sir.

                                    I am the student, along with my friend on 24/01/2019 got in TS28z0034 MNGR depo bus. It was travelling from MNGR to VZA. Conductor having no 306148 told me that CAT card was not allowed, but he took CAT num from rest of the passengers. we are eagerly waited for the TS buses because in that buses only the CAT cards are accepted. He behaves rudely and said that only for your village it is not accepted. It shows how much partiality that the conductors shows on passengers. please respond this .

                                      I am pravallika Reddy reserved a seat no 17 on tsrtc service no:1082.dated[protected], my bus timing was at 10:45pm and I went to bus station at 10:00pm. At around 10:26 I called the number provided in the message sended to my mobile.driver had picked call and told he is at Ameerpet, and I am waited till11:15 but it didn't came and and I called them many times it almost 10 times once also he couldn't lifted. Then I approached enquiry point and asked them they connected with driver he told that he had went from there and said he had tried to call me said it was not in coverage area but, if he had called me at least a message was not generated and also he said he had said that he reported in station about me and went. I had a proof of call list of the driver I am attaching it below .whenn I contacted enquiry they said your money will be refunded plz mail to tsrtc. I did mail but, no response.is it is the service doing to citizens.plz make me sure weather my money will refund or not

                                        I have renewed my general metro bus pass on 20 jan 2019 and i've missed id card on 22nd jan2019. I have searched my id number in online but not able to download.
                                        As i asked to uppal buspass renewal section they refused to give duplicate id for general buspass users. And suggested to take new buspass again which costs 930/-.
                                        It takes total 1830/- for bus amount in one month only.
