I am bsc student there is no regular time of this buses that is particularly 156d/v i am missing daily bus the bus comes according to his wish some time he won't comes we are eagerly waiting for that bus humbly request from you sir please resolved the problem quickly its is a big issue to all your students and also senior citizens another vaour that please increase buses of sivasindhu @ngos colony which was recognised by d/v

    I got in to a deluxe bus service tsrtc miryalguda depot. When i entered the bus approximately at 12 noon the bus looked full. I have asked the driver if there are any seats available in the bus. The driver said that there will be 20 seats available from nalgonda. I thought taking chance in standing journey up to nalgonda (45 min) where i can find a seat. Before the bus station arrived 4 passengers only got off and 4 elderly looking passengers took over those empty seats. I sis not want to compete for those seats with those customers as there would be more seats available soon. But on arriving nalgonda bus station no one got off the bus leaving me to travel standing for next 100kms. I got up set and immediately asked the driver reminding his words of 20 seats...
    The driver then changed his words saying he said 20 but later he said only 6 seats...
    It was clearly understood that the driver was trying to degene himself.
    I was upset and disappointed and rook my bagane and left the bus in nalgonda bus station with incomplete travel.
    I have paid rs.160 to travel hyderabad but got off at nalgonda only.

    In beteen 12PM to 2 PM, no buses from mithri vanan to waverock. It is very uncomfortable to went offices on mid shifts. Please improve the bus frequency in thos time.

      I have boarded the bus from Greenland's bus stop(somajiguda) and I got down at mehdipatnam around 3.30 pm.

      I was having aprox150 rs in wallet ICICI credit and debit card, pan card, adhar card, Voter ID card, Zeta card and passport size photos.

      Frequency of buses need to be increased at puppalaguda to mehdipatnam or other parts of the city, as it helps for public.there are very few buses that commute near puppalaguda.

        Myself aveen varma hailing from fever hospital to waverock. This complaint is regarding very less citybus services to waverock from fever hospital. Here the situation is very annoying for all employees, students who are using public transport. Facing the problems and talking it as point i took initiation towards requesting you to consider. 100's of people are waiting hours nd hours at bus stops in mrng nd evng time particularly in afternoon there will be no much buses (12-3'o clock). Behalf of the employees, students we are requesting you to increase the frequency of buses. You people are saying rtc running in loss... If you dont satisfy and provide proper service to your customers.. How can he use public transport.. Better he prefer other sources or he/she travel by his/her own vehicles... Due to this "lot of traffic jam and air pollution". If public use much public transport... The air quality will increase no traffic jam nd sound nd air pollution.

          Respected sir.
          As per the subject i would like to inform the concern authorities that.the condition of bhainsa depos buses.specially express busses which are privately owned But leased by ts rtc bhainsa is very bad.and presently i am travelling in one of them having the registration number AP01TA 0894.for your refrence i am attaching the pic of my ticket.you can see the time 05:06 pm in that.that is time of purchase at MGBS.and presently it is 9:31pm (time of informing) and the bus is still at kamareddy bus stop.hardly it is 120 kms from MGBS to kamareddy.and your depots buss is completing 120 kms journey in 4 and half hours.
          Overall my request to concern authorities is.please sir keep an eye on the condition of busses and activities of drivers.because time is precious.we have to respect the time sir.
          Hopefully i think concern authorities will take the necessary action on my points.

            I am the student, along with my friend on 24/01/2019 got in TS28z0034 MNGR depo bus. It was travelling from MNGR to VZA. Conductor having no 306148 told me that CAT card was not allowed, but he took CAT num from rest of the passengers. we are eagerly waited for the TS buses because in that buses only the CAT cards are accepted. He behaves rudely and said that only for your village it is not accepted. It shows how much partiality that the conductors shows on passengers. please respond this .

              I am pravallika Reddy reserved a seat no 17 on tsrtc service no:1082.dated[protected], my bus timing was at 10:45pm and I went to bus station at 10:00pm. At around 10:26 I called the number provided in the message sended to my mobile.driver had picked call and told he is at Ameerpet, and I am waited till11:15 but it didn't came and and I called them many times it almost 10 times once also he couldn't lifted. Then I approached enquiry point and asked them they connected with driver he told that he had went from there and said he had tried to call me said it was not in coverage area but, if he had called me at least a message was not generated and also he said he had said that he reported in station about me and went. I had a proof of call list of the driver I am attaching it below .whenn I contacted enquiry they said your money will be refunded plz mail to tsrtc. I did mail but, no response.is it is the service doing to citizens.plz make me sure weather my money will refund or not

                I have renewed my general metro bus pass on 20 jan 2019 and i've missed id card on 22nd jan2019. I have searched my id number in online but not able to download.
                As i asked to uppal buspass renewal section they refused to give duplicate id for general buspass users. And suggested to take new buspass again which costs 930/-.
                It takes total 1830/- for bus amount in one month only.

                  This complaint is regarding very less city bus services to hitech city from kukatpally.

                  Here the situation is very annoying for all employees who are using public transport from kukatpally, kphb, jntu to hitech city. Buses are very less and auto people are increasing fare like anything. From jntu only autos available to hitech city. Since buses are very less many of them are using autos. Due to increase in demand for autos, auto people are charging 50 rupees for just 4kms.

                  Now the situation is more worse. Because of heavy traffic, autos are not going to cyber towers since it has to cross 2 signals which is taking minimum 15 min in signals itself. So crowd is increasing near auto stand around 100-200 people are waiting on road which is causing more problem to vehicles who are taking way towards hitech city. This is all happening during morning hours around 9am-11am near jntu auto stand. During this time hardly am seeing 2-3 buses which is overloaded already. So, people are running behind the bus and trying to catch the overloaded buses itself as there is no other option to go towards hitech city-mindspace. This is very dangerous situation.

                  And same situation happens in the evening near cyber towers also. Many of the autos will go from mindpace to jntu by hitech city flyover only. They are not coming via cyber towers. Females have to wait for one hour to get an auto or bus.

                  This is all because of very less bus services to hitech city to kukatpally. For other locations, alteast they can use metro or mmts. But for kukatpally all employees are completely depending on autos and buses.

                  If we can increase city buses to this areas, then only we can solve the problem and it also decreases traffic. If buses are more, mostly everyone will use buses instead of autos (Which is not safe also).

                  My humble request is please increase the city buses from kukatpally to hitech city to avoid traffic problem and public transportation problems.

                    What the rtc doing after complaining so many times

                    People are suffering for buses.

I given 100 rupees note and asked ticket to kondapur he replied na daggara change ledu ippudu nannu shopski velli temantava nenu aithe ticket ivvanu ekkina naluguru lo iddaru pass, iddaru ticket. Pass ichedi govt then y should we are responsible?

                        I booked a ticket from hyderabad mgbs to tirupati (2427).
                        Bus departure time is morning 7am. Bus is not came at mentioned time than i called to customer care. Than they told service is cancer and you go by alternative. After i called customer care i got message from tsrtc it is bus was cancelled.
                        This is not fair. Work properly. Otherwise i tweet to ktr sir about tsrtc functionality. How you are neglecting your work.
                        I have cancelled messages and all information about my journey. This is totally tsrtc fault only. Live tracking app also not working. Worst service.

                          Dear sir, the metro jnnurm buses of tsrtc are not carrying telugu boards. The scrolling on the metro buses is only done in english. The people who only know telugu do not understand and also we need to respect our own language. Kindly scroll in telugu and english. Please take this issue seriously and resolve it. Some buses are enjoying lot of smoke please look into it for better hyderabad and let's make our state bright

                            COMPLAINT ON TSRTC : LOST LUGGAGE (more than Rs 10, 000 worth)IN BUS DUE TO TSRTC NOT PROVIDING DICKY KEYS TO DRIVER

                            Date of Journey : 15 Jan 2019 (Vijayawada to Hyderabad)

                            At Vijayawada bus station while boarding the bus, driver forced me to keep luggage at backside cabin of the bus (dicky) not allowed me to place inside the bus due to heavy size of luggage.So the driver took the luggage and placed at dicky and did not inform that there is no keys.

                            While getting down at L.B Nagar at 5:00 AM there was no luggage and when i asked driver he says that cabin is not locked. Driver did not inform to me about this while boarding the bus that he has not locked it or Tsrtc has not provided keys to driver.Driver was saying after getting down that Vanaparthi depot has not provided any cabin keys. Luggage contains 7 pairs costly dresses, 2 pairs sports shoes and some medicine stuff and others.

                              Turkapally is the village in shamirpet mandal it’s very busy village with so many pharma employees and others.
                              Even though siddipet depot palle velugu bus drivers are not stopping in the point.
                              Palle velugu is meant for villages. Passengers are facing so many problems due to this. I asked 1 driver named srinivas to stop the bus in the point, but he was giving answer that they don’t have this stop and that is palle velugu.
                              Please kindly look into this

Can i i get my pass registration id :-[protected], name:- venkata rachana. I want a duplicate pass or get my refund back. Please take of this work and make it progress.                                   This is in jubilee bus stand. There is a heritage parlour and they are charging more than the mrp. I purchased badam milk for which the mrp is 25/- but they charged me 30/-. Please look into this as this is unethical. Not sure about what is being charged by rest of the store in the bus stand.
                                  These prices shout be monitored, so that they do not cheat customers like this

                                  13th jan Service no 1546 which had to start by 4:15 from kphb is delayed by 2 hrs and the customer care executives are so rash that they told me to do what ever i want to but they can’t help.                                     Complaint is regarding the tsrtc bus in which driver hit the car on the right where we were waiting for the bus to go so that we can park our car on the left. My car got scratches on the left and left mirror broke completely. When asked about the same with driver he answered rudely when the mistake was from his end only and he did not stop the bus.

                                      I was travelling from Suryapet to Hyderabad.Bus number-TN A25162.Bus fare was 233 rupees and I gave the driver 300 rupees and he did not return me the change 67 rupees and spoke recklessly. He said that he doesn't have change so I have given him 40 but even then he is not ready to give 100 .                                         My name is bk nelson i booked my ticket to nellore from hyderabad. Pick up point is lbnagar. Service no 83622. My ticket no 60122938. The driver's name is k. Jagadeeswar reddy. The departure time of the bus is 9:45. I was at the pick up point exactly opposite to enquiry counter till 12 clock and enquired the service no many times but they said the bus has not arrived. I called abhibus call center and taken the driver no and called him and came to know the bus has left. And the driver is blaming me and saying my phone is out of reach. But materially i was standing at the pick up point till 12 o clock how could a bus go without a passenger?? Do to the technical aspects if the phone doesn't work how can you leave 2 passengers on road who paid 1750/- fair leaving them to their fate saying that phone is not reachable when i was standing in front of the pick up poin. I logged a complaint to the call center tsrtc complaint no 1312 and also to the abhibus call center. Now kindly let me who is responsible for this loss. I spend one more 2000/- to reach my destination today at 1'o clock who is liable for this loss??? Your bus service could not have incurred any loss since you might have taken some other passenger in my place. Now kindly i request your esteemed tsrtc to refund my money or else i will further go for the other legal proceedings. Awaiting a reply.

                                        Need more city bus services from lingampally to hitech city route and also evening times from hitech city to lingampally as there is high demand in this route and do not find frequent buses in this route.
