This complaint is regarding very less city bus services to hitech city from kukatpally.

Here the situation is very annoying for all employees who are using public transport from kukatpally, kphb, jntu to hitech city. Buses are very less and auto people are increasing fare like anything. From jntu only autos available to hitech city. Since buses are very less many of them are using autos. Due to increase in demand for autos, auto people are charging 50 rupees for just 4kms.

Now the situation is more worse. Because of heavy traffic, autos are not going to cyber towers since it has to cross 2 signals which is taking minimum 15 min in signals itself. So crowd is increasing near auto stand around 100-200 people are waiting on road which is causing more problem to vehicles who are taking way towards hitech city. This is all happening during morning hours around 9am-11am near jntu auto stand. During this time hardly am seeing 2-3 buses which is overloaded already. So, people are running behind the bus and trying to catch the overloaded buses itself as there is no other option to go towards hitech city-mindspace. This is very dangerous situation.

And same situation happens in the evening near cyber towers also. Many of the autos will go from mindpace to jntu by hitech city flyover only. They are not coming via cyber towers. Females have to wait for one hour to get an auto or bus.

This is all because of very less bus services to hitech city to kukatpally. For other locations, alteast they can use metro or mmts. But for kukatpally all employees are completely depending on autos and buses.

If we can increase city buses to this areas, then only we can solve the problem and it also decreases traffic. If buses are more, mostly everyone will use buses instead of autos (Which is not safe also).

My humble request is please increase the city buses from kukatpally to hitech city to avoid traffic problem and public transportation problems.

    We have requesed many times to increase no. Of buses from mehadipatnam to miyapur allywn cross roads
    What the rtc doing after complaining so many times
    Why you people are not taking any action?
    People are suffering for buses.
    They are waiting for hours.
    100's of people are standing at gachibowli bustop in the evening time.
    Very pity of tsrtc for not taking any action on this.

      Today i taken bus ap2907 3928 at 11.30 a. M. To kondapur the conductor was very rude and ridiculous way of talking. I given 100 rupees note and asked ticket to kondapur he replied na daggara change ledu ippudu nannu shopski velli temantava nenu aithe ticket ivvanu ekkina naluguru lo iddaru pass, iddaru ticket. Pass ichedi govt then y should we are responsible?

        I booked a ticket from hyderabad mgbs to tirupati (2427).
        Bus departure time is morning 7am. Bus is not came at mentioned time than i called to customer care. Than they told service is cancer and you go by alternative. After i called customer care i got message from tsrtc it is bus was cancelled.
        This is not fair. Work properly. Otherwise i tweet to ktr sir about tsrtc functionality. How you are neglecting your work.
        I have cancelled messages and all information about my journey. This is totally tsrtc fault only. Live tracking app also not working. Worst service.

          Dear sir, the metro jnnurm buses of tsrtc are not carrying telugu boards. The scrolling on the metro buses is only done in english. The people who only know telugu do not understand and also we need to respect our own language. Kindly scroll in telugu and english. Please take this issue seriously and resolve it. Some buses are enjoying lot of smoke please look into it for better hyderabad and let's make our state bright

          Driver had behaved like road side drinker with unpolite words.

            COMPLAINT ON TSRTC : LOST LUGGAGE (more than Rs 10, 000 worth)IN BUS DUE TO TSRTC NOT PROVIDING DICKY KEYS TO DRIVER

            Date of Journey : 15 Jan 2019 (Vijayawada to Hyderabad)

            At Vijayawada bus station while boarding the bus, driver forced me to keep luggage at backside cabin of the bus (dicky) not allowed me to place inside the bus due to heavy size of luggage.So the driver took the luggage and placed at dicky and did not inform that there is no keys.

            While getting down at L.B Nagar at 5:00 AM there was no luggage and when i asked driver he says that cabin is not locked. Driver did not inform to me about this while boarding the bus that he has not locked it or Tsrtc has not provided keys to driver.Driver was saying after getting down that Vanaparthi depot has not provided any cabin keys. Luggage contains 7 pairs costly dresses, 2 pairs sports shoes and some medicine stuff and others.

              Turkapally is the village in shamirpet mandal it’s very busy village with so many pharma employees and others.
              Even though siddipet depot palle velugu bus drivers are not stopping in the point.
              Palle velugu is meant for villages. Passengers are facing so many problems due to this. I asked 1 driver named srinivas to stop the bus in the point, but he was giving answer that they don’t have this stop and that is palle velugu.
              Please kindly look into this

                I have lost my purse in the morning while going to college which also consists of bus pass and id. Can i i get my pass registration id :-[protected], name:- venkata rachana. I want a duplicate pass or get my refund back. Please take of this work and make it progress. The bus which i traveled is 300. I was travelling from chandrangutta to tkr khamman. I found my pass missing after going to college.

                  This is in jubilee bus stand. There is a heritage parlour and they are charging more than the mrp. I purchased badam milk for which the mrp is 25/- but they charged me 30/-. Please look into this as this is unethical. Not sure about what is being charged by rest of the store in the bus stand.
                  These prices shout be monitored, so that they do not cheat customers like this

                  13th jan Service no 1546 which had to start by 4:15 from kphb is delayed by 2 hrs and the customer care executives are so rash that they told me to do what ever i want to but they can’t help. The driver has been very rude to reply and the customer care executive shouted at me.

                    Complaint is regarding the tsrtc bus in which driver hit the car on the right where we were waiting for the bus to go so that we can park our car on the left. My car got scratches on the left and left mirror broke completely. When asked about the same with driver he answered rudely when the mistake was from his end only and he did not stop the bus.

                    The driver named Kondal Rao T did not come to the Lingampalli bus stop and asked my parents to come to BHEL. His behaviour and way of speaking is worst. Please take disciplinary action against him. Drivers like him bring down TSRTC.

                      I was travelling from Suryapet to Hyderabad.Bus number-TN A25162.Bus fare was 233 rupees and I gave the driver 300 rupees and he did not return me the change 67 rupees and spoke recklessly. He said that he doesn't have change so I have given him 40 but even then he is not ready to give 100 . I was in a helpless situation.Please take action on the driver so that he will not repeat this .For more information on this issue please contact [protected]

                        My name is bk nelson i booked my ticket to nellore from hyderabad. Pick up point is lbnagar. Service no 83622. My ticket no 60122938. The driver's name is k. Jagadeeswar reddy. The departure time of the bus is 9:45. I was at the pick up point exactly opposite to enquiry counter till 12 clock and enquired the service no many times but they said the bus has not arrived. I called abhibus call center and taken the driver no and called him and came to know the bus has left. And the driver is blaming me and saying my phone is out of reach. But materially i was standing at the pick up point till 12 o clock how could a bus go without a passenger?? Do to the technical aspects if the phone doesn't work how can you leave 2 passengers on road who paid 1750/- fair leaving them to their fate saying that phone is not reachable when i was standing in front of the pick up poin. I logged a complaint to the call center tsrtc complaint no 1312 and also to the abhibus call center. Now kindly let me who is responsible for this loss. I spend one more 2000/- to reach my destination today at 1'o clock who is liable for this loss??? Your bus service could not have incurred any loss since you might have taken some other passenger in my place. Now kindly i request your esteemed tsrtc to refund my money or else i will further go for the other legal proceedings. Awaiting a reply.

                        Need more city bus services from lingampally to hitech city route and also evening times from hitech city to lingampally as there is high demand in this route and do not find frequent buses in this route.
                        I didn't get any refund to me .this is i got a msg from uTSRTC regret to inform you that transaction in OPRS is failed at payment gateway. Ref.                           We booked ticket from hyderabad to kurnool, as we were said its non stop special bus. He stopped in every single town. We paid more than super luxury costs (298/-), bearing in city express bus. Even maximum speed is 64kmph only. It took 5 hours for 180 kms. When i asked conductor, he literally said "what ever you can do, cant even pluck a hair from me, even officials cant do anything, go report to anyone u like". To make passenger safe please do contact me for further details. Dont take it as a common complaint. It effected my self respect and fame in public. Even i know that there is some sincerity in higher officials, so, please do take this report into consideration. It not only affected me, but also many more who cannot able to report it.                             I'm shivani travelling in ts16z 0167, two guys were sitting in ladies seat. I asked the conductor to get them up but in return he behaved rudely with me. I just asked the which i am deserved to get. The driver spoke to me very rudely. I asked the seat for an old lady. I am leaving in a country where the women are treated as goddess but today we are not getting our facilities

                              Firstly the concept of vajra service is very very good initiative in tsrtc. I have been using vajra services since a long time. I was always be in time at my pick point however always the depo people and bus driver tell us exceptions to arrive late, the bus was never ever come as per the scheduled time (I waited for almost one hour in bus stop several times). Very very unfortunately today the service came on time and driver is not even waiting for atlesst in the pickup point. He is behaving rude with passangers if some one calls him ask for 5min wait at pick point. We are putting extra money to the vajra services when compare it with remained even though drivers behaviour with passangers are not at all good. Please take a necessary action on the bus driver for such bad behavior with passangers

                                I booked my ticket through tsrtc online web site from hyderabad to vijayawada and i selected the seat and was directed to the payment page to proceed and then i entered my card details and the amount got deducted from my account and i got a confirmation mail from tsrtc online by confirming my payment with

                                  Today i used 116n from galaxy stop to mallepally, i was my ignorance that i forgot to renew my bus pass due to my holidays, suddenly i realised expairy of my pass in bus the conductor humiliated and misbehaved with me and took my pass away and humiliated me again till my stop even though i paid for ticket.
                                  I kindly request the management to look through my problem.

                                    Buses from mehadipatnam to miyapur allwyn cross roads they are very less no. Of buses.
                                    Mainly in the office timings
                                    From 8 to 10 am in the morning
                                    Evening from 5 to 7 pm
                                    Auto charges has been increased.
                                    People are facing high problems to travel.
                                    I request to increase more no. Of buses to this route.

                                      I am travelling to uppalx roads and even the bus board is also up-to uppal x road from hanamkonda and the bus no. Is ap29z1461 from narsampet depot, but the no. On ticket was. Ap29z1389 and on the ticket the print was hanamkonda to mgbs.
                                      Coming to the charges... Actually the cost from hanamkonda to mgbs is rs.140 (Cat) (Deluxe bus) but the conductor charged me rs 140/-. Actually the charge should be different if the last stop is uppal

                                        Daily i will travel from jbs to toopran. District bus driver and conductot won't fell any responsibility on passengers. They won't stop the bus on bus stop also. They will say we don't have stop here. If the bus empty also they will go like that. If any passenger get into to bus in between for small distance they will say get down from bus for small change. They will say risky get the change first and get into bus or come in city bus. Why this district bus for.

                                        Please take this bit serious and think about passengers to improve the rtc.
