On 20th nov 2018, i booked a bus ticket through tsrtc website (www.tsrtconline.in) for me and my family from hyderabad to karimnagar. It’s been more than an hour late of bus actual time whereas it should reach the bowenapally station 7:55 but no response from the service. If there is no proper time maintenance then what will be the use of routing this service from hyderabad to adilabad.. Every time same situation is happening with this service in this route.
If there is late passengers should get a delay messege. Also there is no proper response we are getting...

Am a govt employee, i got into a bus in mgbs on 27/12/2018 which is going to tadipathri with service no. 1719 where i need to get down in kurnool. While getting into the bus at 8: 20pm driver assurred that it will start in 10min but he started at 9:15pm and in between the stops he stopped and wasting the time which is valuable for us. Please am requesting you to look into this issue....

I asked for a ticket at srisailam tsrtc point counter to travel to hyderabad jbs where he answered and told that mgbs is the only last point for the bus which we are about to board bearing service number (3183)
Later i asked the bus driver about the last dropping point where he said jbs is the last point
We asked the bus driver to drop us at jbs and told about the negligence and wrong information given by their own tsrtc employee,...

On sat while travelling in abus 1z i have lost my bus pass.
I had showed my bus pass to the conductor while i was keeping my bus pass in bag i think it slipped away.

Armt company runs a bus from jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh) to hyderabad (600 kms. Approx). Every time i travel in this bus and find out it is so overloaded that even breathing becomes difficult. Please shift back the busses pickup point back to koyambedu. It is 25 km from the city and a horrible transport facilities make it very difficult to reach madhavaram.
While coming back to chennai also the drop point is madhavaram and the local chennai busses take advantage of the situation and charge more than the regular priced to reach the city limits.

R/sir, 1st time i m traveling to epf office by bus, due to certain emergency in secunderabad court, my advocate husband advices to board bus.

Happened to take bus number ap28 z4635 route number 10h from secunderabad railway station at 8.45 pm on 15/12/2018. Hardly it moved down 100 metre, the conductor who has not issued tickets to anyone; claimed the bus has technical snag and asked everyone to get down even though the vehicle was is in good condition. I've reserved a seat from jbs to jagitial on 12/12/2018 at 06:30am., its 07:00am now, the bus did not came yet and morover i did not got driver details atleast., as there is no private travels we people are choosing this services., or else no one gonna look at this rtc. I am waiting at wipro circle for more than a hour or 2 hours in the bus stop ending up without bus at last from a week. There is no proper bus to ecil at 4:30-6:30 as of now. Buses are very infrequent and damn conjusted. Please provide ample number of buses for employees to utilize public services. I have booked tsrtc bus service number 1153 from mgbs to bangalore timings 6pm, i am waiting from 4:30pm in mgbs, still bus didn't come, it's almost crossing 9 o'clock, this is resembles the driver irresponsibility and indiscipline. This is the 2nd happening like this.
Please take disciplinary action on the respective employee.

Sir, yesterday 07-12-18 midnight i travelled in tsrtc bus 2051 service number (Kadapa to hyderabad) from nandyal to kurnool. Sir the driver very arrogantly taken another bypass route to kurnool rather than normal route without given any prior information, and dropped us in the middle of road at 1.30 a. M.
