We are the passengers of bus no: ap36z0069 (Bus no. On ticket ap29z3165)
Journey from adilabad to mancherial.
Mancherial depot bus driver and conductor behaving like rowdies with passengers, driver stopped the bus in the evening time by 06:30pm in the middle of the journey in kawal tiger reserved forest and tried to attack the passengers with unparliamentary language and created a nuisance..
So, i request you to take a proper action...

I tried to book a bus From Mahabubnagar to Adoni(Karnataka) through tsrtc online service.I have done the Payment through my Debit card.The amount has been debit from my A/c but the bus has not been booked.I enquired this from my respective bank and from tsrtc customer support service

    We are living in democratic country where we can choose are own representative but what is the use of them when they are not taking any proper action regarding our complaints. We are facing problems due to bad roads, with pits, pathholes, from bapunagar near (Rsk school) till suchitra circle road causing inconvience for more then two years. Before elections everyone will listen to our problems but after elections no proper action is taken place.

    Secondly roads making the life of 2wheelers miserable. The road was so bad to travel. We are facing health issues due to these roads. This is my third complaint regarding this issue. I hope at least now the concern authority will take necessary action.

    Pls look into and the need as early as possbile

      I have traveled from nizamabad to hyderabad on yesterday 4th january, 2019, when my destination (Jubilee busstand) comes the driver is not waiting to step down all passengers and closing door without watching people and because of him i had injury to my hand also, when i have questioned to driver he was shouting like anything and he is using rude language (It seems he is in frustration/hurry to go to home). Below are the details.. Please take immediate action against him..

        Bustop at tolichowki flyover under bridge towards mehdipatnam road.
        Buses are not stopping in flyover under bridge bustop.

        As the service road is completed now, we request a bustop underbridge of tolichowki flyover.

          Service is very bad. Wordt city bus service ever.
          No bus comes at time. Very few busses allowed to busy routes.
          Poor conditions inside bus.
          Busses are never sufficient, citizens are stuffed tightly, uncomfortably and still many citizens are still left at stations unable to get into bus because they are full.

          In my case, i need to travel from kothapet to ibrahimpatnam (277d) and back for college.
          I find it very difficult to commute.

          Bus frequency is very low, always tightly packed. Busses are not stopped at stations for enough time to board or get down.

          I conclude by saying that rtc service in hyderabad is very very poor and needs to improve a lot for safe, reliable and comfortable to citizens.
          I request you to please consider this complaint and make sure more busses are available so that busses are available frequently and people are not tightly packed and stuffed in the bus likes cargo products.

            We boarded a bus (83j. Ap11z6930) from kacheguda to liberty, but the driver took a different route and went to lakdekapul and was scolding us for no reason when we asked him why he had given us a ticket to liberty.

            I hope someone will look into this matter as soon as possible as this is the 5th time i am facing such a situation and fyi i seldom travel by rtc buses.

              I have booked a ticket on 30 Dec 2018 from ameerpet to kothagudem in a bus whose service number is 34340.
              The boarding time was supposed to be 9 in ameerpet and I reached s.r nagar before 8:40 and enquired in the enquiry but there was no proper response from the staff and they said the bus has not yet arrived .
              When I called the driver the call couldn't connect as the number wasn't working and he didn't even bother to call and inform where the bus is. He left before the arrival time and the staff also didnt give proper information.
              I missed my bus.
              Even when I called the customer care the call didn't connect for an hour. The person called some other passenger in bus and talked with driver then he was saying that his phone slipped into the water and was not working and inturn he was shouting on me and asked me to come to lb nagar taking metro at 10pm. How can he expect a lady to come at that hour alone who doesn't know how to board a metro.
              He is talking too rudely to a woman.
              At that hour I booked some other private travels and went to kothagudem.
              It is not the first time this service 34340 is at fault. Previously also the driver didn't bother to call the passengers and they also didnt attend the calls.
              I lost money, patience and time because of these people.

              👿I strongly recommend people to stop using this 34340 service especially.

              I want a serious action to be taken regarding this as they are very much harsh and irresponsible towards the passengers

                This is regarding the behavior of bus conductor and driver.

                Today @7:50 am i boarded rtc bus (Miryalaguda-lbnagar)@ choutuppal.
                I don't remember the bus number exactly, i have the ticket.
                Actually, i have taken the ticket to lbnagar and asked the driver to stop @amberpet. He didn't stop the bus as i given a complaint on him earlier. With that gurdge he is shouted at me and not allowing me to get into the bus.

                He warned me like if you again get into this bus, i wont stop at amberpet.

                Please do consider and do the needfull to me.

                  Respected authority, tsrtc, vajra bus service no: 3532 scheduled by 6.40 p. M from pochchamma maidan, warangal to hyderabad on 31stdecember 2018 came so late by 40 minutes to pick me up at the point. It made me so problem that i am unable to reach on time to my destination point uppal depot. Still i am in journey.in urgency, to reach destination, i bookec this tkt a day in advance. This purely unfair. Bus number electronic display is also not working. Kindly take necessary action against concerned and inform me. You people are wholly responsible for my delay in reaching destination. Please mind it it is not due to traffic. Just because of your driver's irrespondibility.

                    I booked a ticket from lb nagar to kothagudem manuguru depo bus

                    I didn't recieved message of bus driver number to contact. Since bus didn't came to lb nagar as per the right time.
                    For this i enquired with lb nagar point counter person sai. Without checking the status he is asking me to contact through online since i booked through online.

                    Later sai given bus driver number.
                    Bus driver said like bus is yet to start from depo.
                    It takes halfen hour to reach lb nagar.
                    But the right time to reach lb nagar is 10:40

                    Bus was too late bus driver also not giving proper time to reach lb nagar. Even there is no traffic for today i also came by auto to reach lb nagar.

                      My name is krishna chaitanya, i am residint of hyderabad city in telangana state.

                      On 20th nov 2018, i booked a bus ticket through tsrtc website (www.tsrtconline.in) for me and my family from hyderabad to karimnagar. Service number was 3828 (Vajra ac) dsnr - nagole to krmr with ticket number : 59599617, uid number: 8763 and the amount was 859 rupees including all fares. As per the booking confirmation, the pickup point was from uppal x roads to karimnagar and pick-up time was 17:47. However, this service was cancelled by tsrtc and there was no communication and intimation regarding the same. We got the cancellation details by checking the website after 1 hour, and were waiting till 6:30 on middle of the road with 7 year's old son for one hour, calling the tsrtc helpline numbers.

                      So far, till today, there is no refund of my booking amount and no response to my mail regarding the same. Very very irresponsible and careless service by tsrtc and resulted impacting financially and mentally bad experience. I suffered a lot on 20th november 2018, by waiting and taking alternative by spending extra amount and time.

                      Request you to please look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                        It’s been more than an hour late of bus actual time whereas it should reach the bowenapally station 7:55 but no response from the service. If there is no proper time maintenance then what will be the use of routing this service from hyderabad to adilabad.. Every time same situation is happening with this service in this route.
                        If there is late passengers should get a delay messege. Also there is no proper response we are getting from the route drivers, i recommend tsrtc should maintain the correct bus timings and it’s ok 15/20 mins delay due to traffic but waiting passengers 60-90mins which will effect their urgency and their priorities, if more than 15mins delay tsrtc should send delay messages as well.

                          Am a govt employee, i got into a bus in mgbs on 27/12/2018 which is going to tadipathri with service no. 1719 where i need to get down in kurnool. While getting into the bus at 8: 20pm driver assurred that it will start in 10min but he started at 9:15pm and in between the stops he stopped and wasting the time which is valuable for us. Please am requesting you to look into this issue.

                            I asked for a ticket at srisailam tsrtc point counter to travel to hyderabad jbs where he answered and told that mgbs is the only last point for the bus which we are about to board bearing service number (3183)
                            Later i asked the bus driver about the last dropping point where he said jbs is the last point
                            We asked the bus driver to drop us at jbs and told about the negligence and wrong information given by their own tsrtc employee, after all the argument he refused to drop till jbs and left us in mgbs at 12 05 am morning and there is no bus available to travel to jbs at that time and with no other choice we booked a cab which costed me 280rs.
                            Please kindly take action against the negligence and wrong information given by tsrtc employees

                                Armt company runs a bus from jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh) to hyderabad (600 kms. Approx). Every time i travel in this bus and find out it is so overloaded that even breathing becomes difficult. Even today it is so overloaded that this 60 seater bus is carrying almost 180 passengers. Standing passengers are falling over on seats due to which female and children passengers are going through hell. This bus has started today (23/12/18) at 4pm from jagdalpur and will reach telangana border chitti near bhadrachalam at around 11 pm. The bus number is cg17 0995. I have lots of hopes from telangana govt that they will give severe punishment to the company who are playing with innocent people's lives.

                                  On[protected] service no 1797 hyd-vja bus depatured before time than actual time and he didn't even called the customer and bus driver is arguing it is our mistake not to call driver and he is saying silly reason that diksuknagar customer is calling to come. Serious action should be taken name ravi we will miss one day of time due to this not only for me this happened to other customers u can check cc tv footage for proof actual time 6: 45 departed before 6: 40

                                    There were several ladies standing in the bus but they are not been respected by the 4 male passengers you occupied the ladies seats

                                      Please shift back the busses pickup point back to koyambedu. It is 25 km from the city and a horrible transport facilities make it very difficult to reach madhavaram.
                                      While coming back to chennai also the drop point is madhavaram and the local chennai busses take advantage of the situation and charge more than the regular priced to reach the city limits.
                                      It's a very long journey from chennai city and very difficult for regular travelers. There is no proper transport to madhavaram bus terminus and cabs cost is very high.
                                      Normally the price of a total from chennai to hyderabad is 1300rs and to get to madhavaram we have to spend almost a 1000rs either by cab bus or even metro train combined to reach the bus terminus.

                                        R/sir, 1st time i m traveling to epf office by bus, due to certain emergency in secunderabad court, my advocate husband advices to board bus.
                                        Bus no ap 11 z 7492, me board bus, confirmed about epf office stop, with driver uncle, request conductor uncle pls inform. He never informed n i never seen office because bus was overcrowded. He step down n went of at afjalganj stop, so me asked driver uncle epf office stop not came, m new here don't know so he said this bus will go tl epf office me again board same bus, i asked conductor uncle why don't you informed me uncle, he was shouting like anything n speaking in filthy slang, driver uncle said she is taking ticket then we dropped them to stop. But he used rubbished slang with driver uncle too. Why don't you give psychological counselling to such kind of conductor's. Me understand that he was mistaken so sounding harsh.
