Traveling from Hyderabad to pune, bus should start from hyd at 10 but came at 11, the two drivers are from a different city and the attender as well has no idea of the routes. Arranging such people and causing such inconvenience to passengers is least expected from government buses. If you people don't know how to do it please don't step into it just for sake of money....

Iam travelling from hyderabad to karimnagar. As ordinary ticket fare charge is 137rs but these bus conductor s are collecting 228rs per ticket. All people are going for government election's y u are charging extra money for special buses. You are charging 91rs from all the people for ordinary buses. They said it is a non stop bus but it is stopping at every stop. How u can make people inconvenience like this....

Sir iam manual cat card recieved mgbs bustand.14th March 2018 card expiry date 13th March 2019. So monthly 2 times journey hyd to Warangal and Warangal to huzurabad.few days journey in Nizamabad, Warangal, huzurabad, Karimnagar, narsampet depot are accepted my cat card.only jagityal depot bus not accept my card this depot bus conductor not accept.and same conducter.so conducter no.322739 this compliant solve and my ticket money refundable....

Ts11z7312 the city bus allotted to mgbs to achampet as a non stop for election special. We are boarding at mgbs, one of my relative get down at dindi busstand but conductor saying this is only non stop. My relative and some other passengers dropped at mgbs. The driver behaviour with the passengers was completely in appropriate and irrespective, the duties allowed to him by the respective officers were he is not doing (He is not giving the water bottles alotted for passengers (In vajra buses)

I am traveling from hyderabad to vijayawada (1463) on 2nd december 2018 bus has to reach vijayawada by 10:30 am but at 10:30am bus at kodhada do to this i loss my train.. Even no traffic at all.. Driver is using unparliamentary language with passengers. He is not picking up any calls from passengers who made reservations, using abusive words and saying that make a complaint to who ever you want!!!

Sir, i daily travel from koti to patancheru and back. But in the evening time 222a bus (6:00 pm at patancheru) from patancheru to koti is stopping at hi-tech city regularly and conductor and driver saying that it's the last stop. When we ask about name board they are saying that we used to travel upto here and i[censored] want to make a complaint then you go and fill complaint.

I am a female student and i travel daily from masab tank to charminar by rtc general bus.
The number of buses available (Masab tank to charminar) are very few. So, they will always be crowded (Sometimes so overcrowded that students have to hang outside). Also, the buses are not available at all times. People have to wait for 1:30- 2:00 hours everyday.
And all the buses to charminar...

Today evening at peddapally bus station at 5 pm a bus started to godavarikhani via 8 incline colony.
The bus is too much overloaded as per normal passengers.
Past we have seen so many accidents due to over loading of bus, so kindly take care of this issue with the rtc managers and with bus drivers and conductors.
RTC Bus number was TS02Z0269 GDK Depot, on 26th November....

Buses which should run from vikarabad to sgankarpally were not available from 2 pm
To 3:30pm in this schedule there should be 3 buses running but single bus didn't come to bus station on 24-nov 2018. There was no person available belonging to tsrtc in enquiry counter except a police men. So much of negligence to work which is why people are suffering....

Hello, on nov 19th at 5pma bus with number ts-9z - 7667 metro luxury ac bus.
Started from waverock to uppal 113 route, due to the driver rash driving and sudden breaks an old man jumped out of the seat and fell down and hit the rod and just fell down unconscious.
