Sir, i daily travel from koti to patancheru and back. But in the evening time 222a bus (6:00 pm at patancheru) from patancheru to koti is stopping at hi-tech city regularly and conductor and driver saying that it's the last stop. When we ask about name board they are saying that we used to travel upto here and i[censored] want to make a complaint then you go and fill complaint.
Bus no - ap-11- z - 7000.
Please take necessary action against them, they are making so much difficulty to passengers regularly.

I am a female student and i travel daily from masab tank to charminar by rtc general bus.
The number of buses available (Masab tank to charminar) are very few. So, they will always be crowded (Sometimes so overcrowded that students have to hang outside). Also, the buses are not available at all times. People have to wait for 1:30- 2:00 hours everyday.
And all the buses to charminar go via darulshifa. Many people have to get down at moosa bowli and same is the case for me.
Whenever i stand at a bus stop, i see people complaining about the problems i mentioned above.
So, i request you to arrange some buses at all times. Also, make some buses to run vis moosa bowli.
I hope you will understand our grievances and solve the issues faced by the public.

I have booked the following tickets on line from tsrtc.com web site and necessary amount has been deducted from my account but tickets not issued.

1. Hyderabad to dharmapuri-inb apstrc [protected]gaeeisyv5. Rs.951
2. Hyderabad to chennur (Mncl) on[protected] sbipg.[protected]tgrtc bus ems mumbai... Rs.955
3. Hyderabad tto chennur (Mncl) on[protected] othpg 070216tsrtc hyd rs.998
I requested many a times for its refund. It is once again requested refund the amounts.

My self vangari chaitanya kiran i was faced a problem in tsrtc bus the condector was very rude to me i have asked him ticket from saraswathi metro station to lb nagar but he has given me from survey of india to sagar ring road. So i asked him that y u have given me from survey of india insted of giving me from saraswathi metro station and he was rude to me by answering there is no bus stop from saraswathi metro station and he was abusive to me. So please kindly take action on him.

I request tsrtc for a MINI bus travelling from Secunderabad to Mehdipatnam via RAJBHAVAN -KHAIRATABAD-LAKDIKA PUL

ROUTE:
common as the bus no.49 till lakdipul
From lakdipul a MINI Bus can easily take right turn and move towards masab tank -MEHDIPATNAM

OR

ALSO ADD MINI BUSES FROM SEC'BAD TO NAMPALLY VIA RAJBHAVAN

ROUTE

On this way only the city ordinary buses run
No alternate buses like metro and mini buses
So j request tsrtc to start mini buses from Secunderabad to NAMPALLY VIA RAJBHAVAN-KHAIRATABAD

Timing: morning 8 to 10
Evening. 4 to 7
High income will surely be received by tsrtc

Today evening at peddapally bus station at 5 pm a bus started to godavarikhani via 8 incline colony.
The bus is too much overloaded as per normal passengers.
Past we have seen so many accidents due to over loading of bus, so kindly take care of this issue with the rtc managers and with bus drivers and conductors.
RTC Bus number was TS02Z0269 GDK Depot, on 26th November.

Buses which should run from vikarabad to sgankarpally were not available from 2 pm
To 3:30pm in this schedule there should be 3 buses running but single bus didn't come to bus station on 24-nov 2018. There was no person available belonging to tsrtc in enquiry counter except a police men. So much of negligence to work which is why people are suffering.

Ap11z3142 at 21 nov 2018 at 8:40 am. Bus driver so negligence on the passengers and not stopping bus in bus stops.in sanath nagar depot bus should be start at 8:40 but bus driver gone his house and returned after 30 minutes and started bus. After reaching greenland's stop bus break down and all passengers have faced lot of problems. Why you people taken this type of drivers in rtc. You have to punish that #.

Hello, on nov 19th at 5pma bus with number ts-9z - 7667 metro luxury ac bus.
Started from waverock to uppal 113 route, due to the driver rash driving and sudden breaks an old man jumped out of the seat and fell down and hit the rod and just fell down unconscious. He could not come to conscious till some time and the passengers got hurt and iam also one of the passenger who was injured. I request you to take necessary action on driver and take him away from the job as it is the safety of the passengers. Hope i get response from you asap if not iam wiling to take this to transport minister.

This is regarding the complaint against the rash drving. On 17nov 2018 we were heading to uppal from pocharam. We were near biz baazar boduppal at 9:15 a bus came with the no. Ts3858 allmost with the 1cm distance it had passed from our vehicle, it could be an accident with us as well as with others. The driver was driving rash. This is the peak time of traffic in boduppal. Please take our complaint on seroius note

Here in ramanthapur church bus stop except ordinary buses remaining any bus not stop here we are traveling from kukatpally to ramanthapur church bus stop most of buses are express.
Please at least make a request stop here in ramanthapur church stop for express and other bus service.

I hope only this stop is missing.

This is to submit that I am an employee of Government of Telangana working in Peddapalli District..I have been travelling since last four years as up down from Karimnagar to Peddapalli on regular working days..As on today I.e., 15.11.2018 I have boarded an express bus of Godavarikhani Depot with bus no.AP 15 Z 0151 at nearly 5.30 PM at Peddapalli bus stand..As I reached the Karimnagar after crossing the bypass there is a request bus stop in sripuram colony where I get down regularly from last 4 years as my home is in walkable distance from that request bus stop..so as usual I have requested the bus driver in a very polite and humble way to stop the bus at my request bus stop..On hearing my request the bus driver has boasted and said I will not stop here I will stop at masjid ahead which has literally neither a regular stop nor a request stop..when I asked him u will stop at no stop place then he just behaved Rudely and said I will not stop at either places .so I decided to go to the bus stand and there I said about the issue to the controllers over there ..On listening me the staff present over there too behaved so arrogantly and said u can't complain on this..u should have boarded on ordinary bus..express bus can't be asked in such a way and started to ignore me while i was still speaking to them..I even tried to contact DM but he already left the office at that time.. So is this the way the employees of RTC behave with their passengers? And my question is what's the use of the request bus stops if the bus drivers are not going to stop at that place..The slogan of RTC WE ARE FOR THE PEOPLE is worthless as it only for themselves..Is this the respect the rtc employees give to the women..hope to take an action against the concerned..

Description:
When I was coming from hospital with my 1yr Kid and family to my home, I was met with an accident by RTC(Airport )Tata Marcopole bus.

After I took U-Turn, I have given a left signal continuously to public at my back to make them aware that I am heading towards my left to go Chandanagar PS road.Suddenly, an RTC bus overtake my car recklessly from left in fraction of seconds with out any indication .This result in the damage to my car.Thank god my kid and family is safe as I am in the controlled speed.

He was adamant in saying that "I have 12 years of experience in driving.You only made the accident to bus.I am on the correct path.Go and complain to Police or whomever you want on this." as if there is no mistake from his end.
Please check CCTV footage at the U-turn near Walkway showroom, chandanagar to know more about the Incident

Desirable solution:
I demand an explanation from driver about his recklessness driving and also request RTC authority to bare the repair charges to the damage done

Driver is talking mobile on driving and very negligence in driving. Not thinking about passengers. Ver y rash driving and conducter also not talking care about the public.. You have to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Because we don't want this irresponsible behavior person in public service.

Hi team, i boarded a bus from gachibowli bus stop to icicic stop, the bus conductor gave me a ticket of rs 14 and charged me rs 25, when i questioned he gave me 5 rupees back and misbehaved with me in a very illiterate manner.

Bus condition is not so good. Windows are in bad condition if it is rainy or winter season we can't travel in the bus.
Please look into the problem or arrange a new bus in place of this.
We were willing to travel on the tsrtc that doesn't mean you will provide such buses for the routes. Please let the dm know about this and work according.
