The ### bus service being operated. The seat numbers showing online and the actual bus numbers are completely wrong. It happened twice so far when I booked 8.45 pm seat from Bangalore to hyderabad. I always got a seat beside the seat beside the conductor sleeping. There is no way to get your grievances resolved. When questioned the raffia extremely rude Never going to travel in this service again

      Happened to take bus number ap28 z4635 route number 10h from secunderabad railway station at 8.45 pm on 15/12/2018. Hardly it moved down 100 metre, the conductor who has not issued tickets to anyone; claimed the bus has technical snag and asked everyone to get down even though the vehicle was is in good condition. If the don't want operate the trip they should not have come for the days duty and blaming the vehicle for snag. When went to complaint to the time keeper he was in drunk state. Why don't the driver or conductor or time keeper don't have a name badge displayed or a identition card? Which could make common man identify them and give clear information on their activity like this. Then happened to walk back to the bus stand and took another bus. I have photo of my ticket which can not be attached here as it doesn't have attachment option.
      Hope issues like this could be taken care to get more revenue and earn better name from the common man.

      I natraju. Iam daily traveling from krishnajiwadi to kamareddy by TSRTC Bus at 6:50 to 7:30 bit when the time. This time bus drivers not stops the bus when I was show the hand. Neglecting to passengers. Rude behavior of the driver. Espeshaly 6:50 am, 7:10 am, 7:30am, bus drivers. Kindly take necessary action to theme. Thanking you sir.
      Did not maintaining sanitation system proprely at kanapur village bustand, mandal kanapur, dist Nirmal, many peoples are suffering from toilets bad smell.please maintain bustand clean and green.

        Misbehaviour of bus conductor : i (Vandana gupta) was travelling to school via local bus (Bus no ap28z 4636 route no 10h date 13.12.2018 time 8:15 am). From yousufguda to madhapur along with my daughter (Riya gupta age: 10 yrs).
        I asked for 1 full and half ticket from yousufguda to madhapur. Then the conductor asked full ticket for my daughter. When i told him that she is 10 years old then he started shouting and abusing me and asked to show the addhaar card of my daughter and threatened me to de - board the bus otherwise. His language was very abusive and offensive. Being a lady i had no option but to take the full ticket for my daughter and complete the journey. When i told him to give a complaint about him he arrogantly said do whatever you want to do nobody can do anything to him. I have tried to take some pics of him but he covered his face and tried to push me away.
        This kind of behaviour with ladies in public transport buses should be dangerous and unacceptable. It is the duty of the administration to check and punish such kind of activities and people at the right time.
        Expecting an appropriate action at your end to make public transport safer for ladies.

          I have booked tkt no 59825980, name:s u s srinivas, mntl-mgbs, srvc no:2115 (Mntrlm-sdpt) seats:19 (M), fare:308, doj:11-dec-18 05:00 am, uid:9881, but bus not came into mantralayam depot at all, i waited till 6 am and came back in another bus to hyderabad, i request you to kindly refund my amount immediately, otherwise i will take this issue to press also.

            I've reserved a seat from jbs to jagitial on 12/12/2018 at 06:30am., its 07:00am now, the bus did not came yet and morover i did not got driver details atleast., as there is no private travels we people are choosing this services., or else no one gonna look at this rtc. And now when i asked for many times, these people are saying the service has been cancelled

              I am waiting at wipro circle for more than a hour or 2 hours in the bus stop ending up without bus at last from a week. There is no proper bus to ecil at 4:30-6:30 as of now. Buses are very infrequent and damn conjusted. Please provide ample number of buses for employees to utilize public services. Thanks for accepting my request and providing bus facility for greater hyderabad.

                Hi sir/madam,

                I have booked tsrtc bus service number 1153 from mgbs to bangalore timings 6pm, i am waiting from 4:30pm in mgbs, still bus didn't come, it's almost crossing 9 o'clock, this is resembles the driver irresponsibility and indiscipline. This is the 2nd happening like this.
                Please take disciplinary action on the respective employee.

                  I board the bus at santa nagar and i was in emergency to go mallareddy hospital,
                  So i don't have change, only 100s i have,
                  I requested to 1ticket, by time i get down, what ever change you have give me, but he was arguing with me to get down from the bus, or else take 4 ticket, and forcefully he gave me ticket of 40rs from erragada to gandi mysama, detail of the ticket : tn-a61804, bus number : ap28z4447,
                  If this the way your bus conductors do.
                  This is the way you train them. Sad & bad to see this kind of service you provide to customers.

                    Sir, yesterday 07-12-18 midnight i travelled in tsrtc bus 2051 service number (Kadapa to hyderabad) from nandyal to kurnool. Sir the driver very arrogantly taken another bypass route to kurnool rather than normal route without given any prior information, and dropped us in the middle of road at 1.30 a. M. If he is driven the bus in normal route my bus stop is near by to my home. Instead he dropped us 10km far from my bus stop in the mid night at 1.30 a. M. Because of your bus we faced so much trouble at midnight and reached our home at 3.00 a. M. Please take necessary discipline action on your two staff members.

                      Traveling from Hyderabad to pune, bus should start from hyd at 10 but came at 11, the two drivers are from a different city and the attender as well has no idea of the routes. Arranging such people and causing such inconvenience to passengers is least expected from government buses. If you people don't know how to do it please don't step into it just for sake of money.

                        Iam travelling from hyderabad to karimnagar. As ordinary ticket fare charge is 137rs but these bus conductor s are collecting 228rs per ticket. All people are going for government election's y u are charging extra money for special buses. You are charging 91rs from all the people for ordinary buses. They said it is a non stop bus but it is stopping at every stop. How u can make people inconvenience like this.

                          Sir iam manual cat card recieved mgbs bustand.14th March 2018 card expiry date 13th March 2019. So monthly 2 times journey hyd to Warangal and Warangal to huzurabad.few days journey in Nizamabad, Warangal, huzurabad, Karimnagar, narsampet depot are accepted my cat card.only jagityal depot bus not accept my card this depot bus conductor not accept.and same conducter.so conducter no.322739 this compliant solve and my ticket money refundable.

                            Ts11z7312 the city bus allotted to mgbs to achampet as a non stop for election special. We are boarding at mgbs, one of my relative get down at dindi busstand but conductor saying this is only non stop. My relative and some other passengers dropped at mgbs. But in the middle of journey 10-15 passengers are boarding. They belongs to amangal, dindi. I asked to conductor "mundhu non stop ani cheppi ippudu andarni enduku ekkinchukunnaru". No response from her side
                            Ee election time lo nonstop ani service vesi... Tarvata teesi... Mgbs busstand lo entha mandi wait chestunnaro telusa..

                            Kaaaaani veellu tappudu samacharam tho buses naduputunnaru... Prajalu ela ardam chesukovali...

                              The driver behaviour with the passengers was completely in appropriate and irrespective, the duties allowed to him by the respective officers were he is not doing (He is not giving the water bottles alotted for passengers (In vajra buses)
                              * the reason for not giving the water bottles is!
                              the lizard are there in the storing colts of government storing place that's why he couldnt able to surve the water
                              How can you recruit these kind of drivers in respective fields without any kind of knowledge regarding his duty.

                              not giving the water bottles and the reason behind not giving the water bottles is in storage colts of tsrtc there are LIZARDS because of these reason he couldnt able to give the water bottles
                              the driver don't have any kind of knowledge regarding maintaining the bus because of that we lost entertainment

                                I lost my bus pass when i was traveling in 8r bus. Night 8:30 pm at karkhana to bata. The bus was empty except two passenger s me and another person. I showed my pass to conductor and took my seat at last window seat it slipped from my pocket. Monday december 3rd 2018 was the date of incident took place so i request you to please to get back my lost pass. My name is sripathi saikiran studying in cms commerce junior college. I travelled by bus 113 m/w metro luxury bus on 3rd dec at 10.30 am I entered the bus at lakdikspul bus stop and want to go himayatnagar bus stop but the bus condu tor Sadaananda put my starting station as masab tank and destination station as narayanguda, when I argued about this he said Do what you fo O dont care, I always travel this route which cost me rs22 everyday but this person has charged me extra rupees and he is also not returning the change amount despite he has change money ... Its really seems like its his bus and he can charge anything..

                                    Sir, my son book his ticket 28/11/2018 online for chittoor from hyderabad on 02/12/2018 at 6.00 pm. Later at 7.30 pm we came to know that service is cancelled. Neither we did not received any cancel message nor informed at bus station. My son has attend exam on 03/12/2018. If we received a message well in advance a about cancellation of service we will go for alternative. Tkt no. 59679346 service no. 8243 dt.02/12/2018. After i repeatedly asked about the status only i know the service was cancelled and got message at 7.30 pm. Who is responsible for this? I will go for consumer forum for this type of attitude. At least the in future take care.

                                    I live in Hitech city behind jayabheri silicon towers, the google signal u turn has been blocked for no good reason and this is inconvinient to many residents just like me, i have to go 1 km down and then back up for a Uturn. This is illogical and takes unneccesary time every single time i step out...

                                      I am traveling from hyderabad to vijayawada (1463) on 2nd december 2018 bus has to reach vijayawada by 10:30 am but at 10:30am bus at kodhada do to this i loss my train.. Even no traffic at all.. Driver service very bad..in rajadhani bus he is servicing like a city bus.. Not at following timing.. But you people are advertising tsrtc super.. Shame of you

                                        Driver is using unparliamentary language with passengers. He is not picking up any calls from passengers who made reservations, using abusive words and saying that make a complaint to who ever you want!!!
