I travel in rajdhani ac bus from hanmakonda to hyderabad on weekends since two weeks they (Helpers and drivers) are not providing water bottles, though they are taking 15rs for the same. They do take 15 rs from every passenger. It's clearly mentioned in the payment details that 15 rs goes for amenities.
This is not only restricted to hanmakonda and hyderabad route but also to other cities
Please look into this problem and take...

I tried to book a ticket from spl to hyd on 27th sept 2018 payment was done and i've also got a payment acknowledgement mail also but the tickt was not booked, they have given a reference no ticket id : 24668

There are very less number of buses in the gachibowli-miyapur route to/fro mehdipatnam. 1 bus in an hour is too much. Same thing goes from mehdipatnam to alwyn colony. Request you to please assign more number of buses. Between 12 to 3, none buses go in the specified route. There are many people in this route who travel but this makes it difficult.

Please look into this....

Tsrtc has no stabilityto stand on its own, when disauster occurs because the it doesn't maintain any proper money on its own it maintans only the daily regulated amount by services so this system of fluctuating in critical bias should go
For this we need to implement or generate the innovation in tsrtc

Visibility was very clear in the road at opp durgabhai deshmukh hospital signal when RTC bus driver tried to overtake my car and hit the left side back driver says it's very common and u have not died so take it easy is this the way to speak after hitting my vehicle .

Yesterday (28/9/2018) i took a bus at Vivekananda nagar colony(Kukatpally), i waiting for bus conductor to come and give the ticket but he didn't came, he sat some where in boys section and chitchatting with some passengers, till the time ticket checking officer came and asked me for a ticket, i said i just came waiting for conductor, but he asked me for 50 rs, i gave him, but he didn't gave me any receipt for that, i asked why you are taking...

On 29/09/2018 at 9:27 am, i took a bus 95d at busbay danamma jhupdi. As bus was little fast i didn't see bus. No. Board properly and took the bus. I want to go koti but bus was till afzalgunj only. Very earlier as i took bus i want to get down but conductor forcefully charged me till afzal gunj fare and his language was very very harsh.

The complaint is about tsrtc online bus booking.
Money got canceled from my bank account bus ticket did not get confirmed. I have faced this problem many times, whenever i call for costumer care people they just reply that you will get your money back within a week but then i did not get my money back and this is not just once i have faced it lot of times but this time i can’t wait to complain. Bus no: ap11z6575 driver is using mobile phone and he used to hit my bike when asked the driver he again tried to hit my bike he used to go very close to me if i loose my balance i will hit by bus when i shouted on driver don't use mobile phones while driving he used to hit me. Please take severe action on him.

Actually i was reserved my seat from kothagudem to hyderabad. As i am a girl as per rules beside person of my seat should be a female but driver for money he given that seat to a men and driver used abusive language on me..

I am traveling from hyderabad to khammam in raghadanii bus minimum fesilities are not providing like blanket and water bottle behiviour also roud but they are charging 386 rupees without fesilities but at the time of ticke booking they will show every thing.in site. I will travel from karimnagar to hyderabad and hyderabad to karimnagar regularly. I'll prefer rajadhani busses mostly. Service numbers 7446 and 7101 i am travelling every week. Drivers/service helpers not giving water bottles. You people added water bottle cost in bus ticket but not providing water bottles. Each bottle 10rs and for every trip 3500/- of bottles. The number of people availing the service from jbs to kamareddy is frequently high
But the number of buses is very low, i had to wait for 2 hours to get a bus. Overcrowded that to of adilabad express
Eventhough kamareddy became district there is not significant development in transportation facility. I truly consider this as a disgrace to the common people

Daily 100s of people are waiting for buses at Infotech Bus stop. But there is no shelter. I used to travel from one year by soaking in water in rainy season. No sufficient buses. Plz come daily at 7 pm then u can see the crowd.

Try to solve this complaint and take initiative to provide atleast shelter than increasing the number of buses. We are taking bus passes and again availing cabs by wasting of our money...
