Today i was travelling to devarkadra from mbnr
As usual i went at 9am for main # but today raichur ex didn't stop even i was showing signal of hand
The driver recklessly lift is head and went off
I missed my school timing today
It was really a unpleasant experience
Kindly notice
And also buses are not stopping in devarkadra stop at evening time

Bus no. Tna01009 date 24 oct 2018 time 20.13pm, bus driver behaves badly as he is not supported for ladies seats. One lady requested the male passenger for ladies seats, the passenger is not considered her request, then she approached the bus driver, the driver also not considered her request and replied to her as, where the sheets available, there only you have to adjust. It seems very badly and also she is having 2 little kids. Due to driver behaviour, she traveled by standing. Hence i am requesting you to please take necessary action for not repeat this type of incidents

I have tried zillion times on the customer care number. There was no response.

Sir im an unemployeed youth in telangana. I have seen many people who are working in rtc have not working properly for example some people are having their sick for months and months with the help of hospital managment by paying money for sick. And also some people are doing other jobs in real estates, private college duties and many i have seen some people are doing other jobs by putting sick for months and months. There are 3-4 conductors/drivers who are doing other jobs there are from balangar or jeedimetla depot and many depots. By this i can say that there are so many unemployees they are not getting jobs but who has the job they are miusing their jobs is it correct.

Oct 18th morning 9:00am i get into the rtc city bus in mythrivanam bustand, i remember that i kept my wallet in my bag after taking the ticket. The bus is traveling from secunderabad to kondapur. I get down the bus at jubileehills checkpost.
I have around rs1300 in my wallet and debit card, credit card, aadhar card.
I don't know what to do now. Please help me to get my wallet.

I was refused to get the cancellation amount for ticket travelling from jbs to bangalore which is going to depart at 9:00 pm, i have approached the staff for cancellation at 7:35pm but they refused to cancell the ticket as it is before 1 nd 1/2 hour before departure. But according to terms and conditions of tsrtc refund is considered till 1 hr before departure.
So please kindly accept our request of refund and provide respective refund as soon as possible.

I gave money for ticket and he didn't give my ticket after 2 min
I asked again and he started yelling at me
He also started fight with another lady he seems arrogant

I have taken tayl on 21/10/18
I should travel from zoopark to secunderabad so i boarded our esteemed bus ap28z 412
Bus conductor before boarding the bus told that pass is not valid
So i took ticket worth ₹20 with my 4 relatives amounting to ₹100 n i paid for that.
One of the commuter said pass n bus conductor has not taken money from him, so i asked why u took from me though i told i am having pass. He told that in that bus till puranapool only pass is not valid n there after it is valid.
I asked why you have not informed, he recklessly told that you should ask

I have booked the ticket on 21st october 2018 from nizampet to kodad. Time of departure is 16:15. I have waited for more than 1h 30min still the bus not came. I called to customer care and they provided one number :[protected]. He is not responding properly and don't know about the bus status even. What is the point of providing customer care. I have frustrated with the service of tsrtc. I don't want to book tickets from now on with tsrtc anymore. Ticket no is : 59307978

Charges of a ticket from HANMAKONDA to UPPAL is actually 180₹ for non-stop but toady i.e., on 21/10/2018 the ticket charge is 200₹

I was traveling from secunderabad to hubsiguda. Date :20/10/2018 time:5:00pm, midway near mettiguda signal, ap11g7225 bus driver was driving rashly and continuesly hitting horn on behind my bike and suddenly he over took my bike within a inch distance and luckily we missed that accident. We caught the driver and asked him why he had to drive the bus rashly?? He was so rude and shouted at us. Is this how he behave?? What if we lost our lives? Will he get our life's back?? So reckless person and sadly you put 100s of people life risk.

Please take serious action on him.

1) number of buses are very less to waverock
2) number of routes covered are very very less, be it a very big city with huge number of it hubs.
3) there is no time table for the buses in the existing routes (195, 195w and 199w)
4) daily i'm waiting for 1-2 hrs after 11 am for waverock bus from nizampet x road
5) in these 2 hrs i can see min 50-60 buses form lingampally to patancheruvu, dilshuknagar and many other areas.
6) are it people are not citizens like others??
7) are we not contributing for telangana??
8) are we not paying taxes?
9) why do we treated as inhuman??
We request telangana government to take an action regards the same and plan accordingly to solve this problem.

I was travelling from himayatnagar to lingampally and an rtc bus had hit my car midway near mehdipatnam. The driver did not bother to stop the bus. I had to cross the bus and make the driver stop the bus. When i have entered the bus, the driver and a lady conductor kept on saying and shouting at me that he did not hit the car. My wife and kid were terrified sitting in the car but the driver and conductor did not even bother to stop and apologise atleast. Is this the way the government employees work?

Bus no: ap29z2568. Ranigunj depo.
Driver aged around 50 and a lady conductor.
Incident date and time: 17th october around 12:30 pm
Place: near hand statue signal, mehdipatnam

Hope the concerned authorities have a look at this and take necessary action. My concern is not about money but the arrogant behaviour of the driver and conductor and rash driving. Hitting my car from the left side.

Date:12-10-18, I was in paradise at that time and 49M bus came and then i went into that bus to go sangeeth signal, and again i went into 38EX bus to go marredpally
but now when i am looking for my buspass it wasnt there!.Please sir issue me a new bus pass with your humble heart

Bus Driver Laximan driving TSRTC bus no TS07 UE8195 at Nallanager signal jammed into my car TS09 EK0350 from the left while overtaking from the left hand side. He even dnt stop at the accident site after a chase I stopped him at mehindipatnam depot to which he said do what you want to do and left with the bus. my leftside is fully scratched. If this is the attitude of the driver innocent people are harassed for their fault. since i was late to office dnt lodge a police complain. to add to the attitude is he was not even was in his uniform at the time of the accident.

Complaint is regarding vajra bus driver a s reddy service no: 3641 from hyderabd to godavarikhani via 8 incline colony starting at 7.40am @ dilsukhnagar on 14th october 2018.
The driver has been so irresponsible. He was smoking and using his mobile while he was driving the bus.
I have informed him not to use mobile while driving but still no use.
Tsrtc manager it's a sincere request from me to take proper action on the driver so that this won't repeat again.
