The conductor not accepting 10rs coin in bus route no. 116n on date. 19.09.2018.
Bus no. Ap28z0609.
He says me to get off the bus as no one is accepting the currency, shame on that guy and shame on tsrtc
If this complaint is not resolved within a week, then it may reach mr. P. Mahender reddys (Transport minister) office desk, i hope you take necessary action and i hope tsrtc knows that rs.10 coin is still in use.
Do not try to scrape this complaint thinking it's "just a matter of rs10".

      On[protected], i have made payment for the order with reference nums [protected] on the merchant website :tsrtconline.in and ebs payment id is[protected] payment mode being sbi netbanking_tp for rs. 951 as tsrtc guest and customer email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
      Neither ticket is issued causing me last hour tension, nor amount is refunded so far. Hence refund of the amount and necessary compensation for the inconvenience caused to senior citizen. Early action is needed.

      Sir, i will travel daily from miryalaguda to MGBS by bus no AP 29 Z 3318. The driver is not providing water bottles to traveller's. Today 11/09/2018 he was not given water bottle to even one person.
      Today i.e 08/09/2018 travelled in express from yellandu( started at 2:59)to Khammam. He has to tender 6 rupees change. When asked he was very rude and tore my ticket and start hit. Such service from rtc should not be encouraged

        Respected sir/mam, my name is raju i was supposed to travel from hyderabad to bangalore but unfortunately conductor doesnt called me and left me in my boarding point. After we are calling him he was telling thats not our responsibility you have to make sure about bus, the timing of the bus was 8:50 pm but it was 2 hours late and they dont even informed us.
        So you have to take action on this conductor.

          Driver was talking abusive and when asked about unused blanket he clearly confirms that there are no blankets left and wanted us to use the same used once. This has been a very common thing, seat was full of dust and all blankets were dumped below the seats. No water was given with a statement that to get your own water, they were also asking me to change the seat and was asking me to leave the seat for them

            Hi,
            Now (16/9/2017 @ 5 pm) i am travelling from nellore to ongole in tsrtc bus no: ts 03z 0314. This bus driver and stoped the bus at one center in kavali other than buddipot and started loading the bus with some bags till 1 hour. All pasengers in the bus were stated shouting on him but he never careing about the people. Affter a long time he started bus and he is trying to cover that late by driving in rapidly. With this speed if something hapen who is answerble. I expect you will respond on my complaint.

              Honourable tsrtc official's, this is to bring to your notice grievance's of alwal, bollarum residents with respect to means of transport. I understand tsrtc has many works on it's plate but alwal being one of the highly populated areas with a population of 1 lakh + residents and lack of mmts connectivity, draws decent number of commuters.
              I have observed that post 8 pm, availability of buses towards bollarum/alwal from secunderabad/hi-tech city is very less. We end up waiting for 30 min for the bus and then for bus-drivers who go for a break. Request you to look into break timings of bus drivers to keep the traffic moving.
              As bus being only means of transport and lack of buses at regular intervals has caused the public to move to illegal carpooling options.
              Also working women are not having good experience with well known cab services like easy commute.
              Hence i sincerely request the officials to look into the plight of commuters around alwal/bollarum. Request you to bring this into one of your priority requests.

                Today means on september 14th morning time 7: 30 am. I boarded bus at jeedimetla bus depot stop i settled in a second window seat of men's row by settling i took ticket money in my hand i holding my in hand and waiting for conductor to count my ticket when i seen him he taking others ticket so i kept calmly waiting for him to count my ticket for that bus went to too more stops. I suddenly realised bus conductor not counted my money i asked him sir my ticket in return he started scolding me using abusive language "telugu words. I asked sir why are you using such word he replied why are you not taking ticket" i replied in a polite i was waiting to take ticket with holding money in hand. Before all other passengers he used unparliamentary language abusive word in public transport, he holding a honour conductor job employer of government he behaving with the ordinary public. I request honourable tsrtc (Telangana state road transport corporation) to take some action against this person.                   I'm an employee working in a private organization located in nanakramguda, gachibowli, hyderabad. I'd like to bring to your notice that we are unable to find minimum number of buses from waverock to jntu (Via cybertowers) since the past one week. I literally waited for about one and half to two hours for the buses from the past two days in the evening time and still could not find any buses and finally took private transport. This has become a serious problem to us (Esp., people who completely depend upon public transport). So i request you to kindly ensure minimum number of buses exist for the specified route.

                    Bus stop shelters have bus route numbers displayed. That is great. Public who need to board a bus must also have details of bus stops in urdu, english, telugu and hindi for a bus route number for example route 218d from patancheru to dilsukhnagar at every stop must have display of all stops where the bus will stop. This will enable passengers to board correct bus and alight at the proper stop as they will be well informed.
                    Kindly examine and implement.

                      I had tried to book a ticket in tsrtc online website for a journey starting from hyderabad to madhira on 27/08/18. While booking the ticket the money was debited through payment gateway named ebs for amount of rs.340 with reference number of [protected] and payment id of[protected]. But ticket was not generated and i didnt get any message or email about the ticket. I had tried to call the tsrtc help line number [protected] for about 20 times. All the time computer programmed to answer the call made me to wait on call but no one responds. I emailed them about the same the auto generated mail with ticket id 21666 was sent to me. I almost waited all these 2 weeks to get response from them. But tsrtc not even contacted me or reply about the issue. As money was debited and ticket was not generated i need refund of my money.

                        On journey day i have waited for bus entire night in ongole bus station
                        But bus has not come.

                        We have faced so many problems for bus.

                        Now i want to know that
                        1. You should have to inform to customers if cancellation takes place
                        2. We have faced somany problems,

                          Today we are going jbs bus stand to srisailam with my family having with 18 months kid.in bus foot track is damaged. There is no security. When i am asked to driver he is telling irresponsible & care less answers. And he is driving is very fast in ghat road every already i told your driver food track is damaged.

                          Ts government is giving bus journey is very safe. But where is the safty?

                                I am keshav Sharma resident of Prashanthi nagar, kukatpally. I have a complaint regarding PRASHANTHI NAGAR BUS STOP .No tsrtc city bus stops at this stop, it's really frustrating because we have to go to other stops just to board the bus. Many people who are living in Prashanthi nagar are facing problem due to this. Please ask bus drivers to stop at Prashanthi nagar bus stop.

                                  I rode tsrtc super luxury srcv no. 1541 from hyd to guntur on 30 august 2018 at 1:00 am. Bus driver name is r s swamy he said he is from bhel depot. His behavior was worst using curse words against me. My pickup point was vanasthalipuram at 11:55 pm on 29 august bus arrived 1 hr late and the driver didn't pick up my phone calls to ask for bust status. I called him at least 25 times and responded only once and said 5 mins to vanasthalipuram but took 30 mins. I waited on the road with my wife and 2 yr old daughter at midnight for 1 hr. His curse words were lan*duku, d*gey, etc.

                                  I booked ticket from Hanamkonda to Bangalore (Rajadhani service ) on 4 Aug, 11:38..money was paid but ticket not generated.I paid 1096 rupees from Hanamkonda to Bangalore Kempegowda .I have written a mail to online support but no status, It had more than twenty days back..Is this kind of service you are providing ..Too bad...

                                        Aug 27th morning 4:30am I get into the RTC city bus in MGBS city bustand, I remember that I kept my wallet in my bag after taking the ticket. The bus is traveling from MGBS to Lingumpally via HCU. I get down the bus at indira nagar.
                                        I have around 600 in my wallet and Debit card, credit card, food card, adhar card, driving license and Office bus pass.
                                        I don't know what to do now. Please help me to get my wallet.

                                        The buses is not coming on time from mothkur to Hyderabad. I'm a student I need to attained my college at time 10 o clock.but bus is coming at 10.15. I am getting late to my college everyday become of these buses.
                                        I have booked tickets from mgbs to bhadrachalam garuda plus at 5:45pm on 25th August ... but my tickets were not confirmed at that time... but money has been deducted from my bank account... till now they are not refund to me... so, pls can you help me regarding my query... hoping for best result from you...
