I have booked 3 tsrtc bus tickets from hyd to tirupati on august 19th 2018, vide ticket no: 58551177 and siervice no: 1117 seats no's19, 20 and 24 fare colleted through tsrtc website amount of rs.3562/- uid no: 3146 but unfortunately i waited at mgbs busstand up to 9.00 pm bus was not come to flat form, after that i enquired enquiey bus service was cancelled, after that only they are send to my message, this serices cancelled, but yet today...

We have booked ticket in service 8338 on 26-aug-2018. The bus is supposed to start at 19:10 from uppal and reach hanamkonda at 21:15, but we waiting in uppal till 21:30 but said bus is not came, and no information provided about the service. When we tried to board other service they not allowed, so we need to purchase a new ticket and when we try to cancel, this also not allowed. And tried to call the customer care, they picking the phone...

Me a female passenger reserved seat in rajadhani on 24_8_2018... To travel on[protected]. Vch starts at 4:45. From jubliee bus station to nizamabad... Neither i got a message nor the bus came... I have waited for almost 2 hrs in the bus station vth all my luggage... I have called tsrtc enquiry.. As usual they didn't lift the call. I thought of complaining to tsrtc rajadhani... But the telephone numbers were invalid.

Sir,
The driver who drives the bus bearing number ap29v2188 is not stop the bus at uppal x rd stop and while asking conductor to stop the bus driver hasn't lisned to her. And a went to him and asked to stop the bus, and his careless answer is "i'll stop the bus at next stop". This is not the way that your staff who behaviour is embarrassing manner. I don't know why you people is taking this kind of people in to service......

Respected sir,
There is no bus service from devarakonda to jadcherla so far. We are suffering a lot when we want to travel in this particular route. Please provide atleast two services in a day. At present there is only express buses which are coming from kodad, guntur and nalgonda. But this buses are not coming in stipulated time as those buses coming from long distance. So please provide bus service from devarakonda to jadcherla...

Here in our area from pratap singaram to uppal and vice versa, people are facing many problems due to the delay of buses.in this route we hardly have 1 bus for 1 hr so that we are getting late to our work area and not only that bus is having full rush almost with...

Actual ticket was 5rs per head... But he has taken 10rs perhead... And in ticket itvwas given wrong point of stop... Pls take this serious and make this complaint..in right manner sir

The buses of 113y all series are not available and are not frequent and are too much crowded.Try to increase the number of buses and their frequency so public will be able to move freely.There is so much crowd in ameerpet bus stop and due to this buses are crowded.even in the night time, the frequency of 113y series buses are low.try to resolve this issue...

Sir, i request you to see into bus numbers 47l and 147l or increase the frequency of buses from lv prasad to secunderabad buses atleast in the office timings from 8 to 10 am and from 5.30 to 7.00pm as the number of buses are very less and even frequecy of buses is for 1 hr. As there is less frequency of buses in the office timiing, the public and common people are facing difficulty while climbing buses as the bus is full till footboard. Pls...

We are facing many problems while we are travelling from mehdipatnam to secunderabad and vice versa. We are not finding any 5k numbered buses. It is taking very much time to travel by 49m buses. It is very disgusting to travel in that traffic and moreover it is time consuming the highest time than the usual travel time. So please provide us more quantity of buses so that our time could be saved.

I have travelled many time from hanmakonda to vijayawada by rajdhani ac express which is only one a. C bus in this route and that too midnight 11.10 pm but it will reach hanmakonda after 12.00am some time it reach 2 to 3 ours delay... So, pl increase the buses or change the timings of this bus and i hope u will take necessary action on this bus......

I got bus at guntur bus stop at 3:15pm on 12.07.2018. Guntur to hyderabad bus service no 1575. Bus is expected to leave at 3:30pm but left at 3:55pm. As iam about to travel to bijapur, booked last bus from mgbs at 10:06pm. This bus is expected to reach at 8:30pm as per schedule and driver told it will reach by 9pm. But it reached miryalaguda at 7:30pm. When i asked driver whether we will reach by 10pm or not, he simply saying you complaint...

The driver of 63b was rash driving on 10 august 2018 around 1 pm
Causing inconvenience to passengers with sudden brakes and jerks all the way to ahmed nagar.
I boarded the bus at shalibanda.
Somewhere near lakdikapul, he even ran into a tata ace and had a minor argument with him (Despite his mistake)
Expressed resentment towards the issue to the conductor on duty, but he took it lightly
Kindly take necessary...

What the hell is happening with 158/299 metro delux bus... Never ever it is starting in time from hayathnagar bus station.. And the bus condition is very very poor... Change the bus and the staff too... Such a lazy bus is unfit in the transport line... From any angle it won't look like a metro delux bus... Worst experience ever.. People are getting suffered with it.. Look at the problem and try to solve it at the earliest.....

I was coming to the bus stop and saw a bus moving. I waved my hand to stop but the driver deliberately increased the speed and i couldn’t get it.
On this route the buses are very less
If drivers do like this, then how can we travel safely?

We don't have ordinary buses mrng &evng time ..if buses are came bus conductors are saying that passes are not allowing in their bus .
The ordinary buses are Putting EXPRESS board and they Ticket is printing ordinary charges...
We have some proofs..!
And Depot managers not solving Students problems...

No 127k/222 buses during 5-6am from hi-tech city to koti, where 3-4buses during that hour are scheduled to arrive. Whereas 10-15buses of 10h arrive during the same period travelling almost empty. I request you to make sure there is atleast 1bus before 5:30am. Have been observing this for months now. We cannot rely on any other mode of transport but the bus, so please rectify the fault at the earliest beacuse many have been facing the same...
