Sir, i request you to see into bus numbers 47l and 147l or increase the frequency of buses from lv prasad to secunderabad buses atleast in the office timings from 8 to 10 am and from 5.30 to 7.00pm as the number of buses are very less and even frequecy of buses is for 1 hr. As there is less frequency of buses in the office timiing, the public and common people are facing difficulty while climbing buses as the bus is full till footboard. Pls i kindly request you to increase the frequency and number of buses in the office timings atleast

We are facing many problems while we are travelling from mehdipatnam to secunderabad and vice versa. We are not finding any 5k numbered buses. It is taking very much time to travel by 49m buses. It is very disgusting to travel in that traffic and moreover it is time consuming the highest time than the usual travel time. So please provide us more quantity of buses so that our time could be saved.

I have travelled many time from hanmakonda to vijayawada by rajdhani ac express which is only one a. C bus in this route and that too midnight 11.10 pm but it will reach hanmakonda after 12.00am some time it reach 2 to 3 ours delay... So, pl increase the buses or change the timings of this bus and i hope u will take necessary action on this bus...

I request everyone to share this video until our TSRTC officials react on all Vehicles polluting our City.
Environmental pollution is an incurable disease. It can only be prevented.

I got bus at guntur bus stop at 3:15pm on 12.07.2018. Guntur to hyderabad bus service no 1575. Bus is expected to leave at 3:30pm but left at 3:55pm. As iam about to travel to bijapur, booked last bus from mgbs at 10:06pm. This bus is expected to reach at 8:30pm as per schedule and driver told it will reach by 9pm. But it reached miryalaguda at 7:30pm. When i asked driver whether we will reach by 10pm or not, he simply saying you complaint to anyone, i can't do anything. Sorry to travel in this type of buses, where you don't have time sense and doesn't care for passengers time too. I know that pain of missing my bus and taking a break journey. Don't give expected time if you are not able to maintain it and can't give proper response to passengers.

The driver of 63b was rash driving on 10 august 2018 around 1 pm
Causing inconvenience to passengers with sudden brakes and jerks all the way to ahmed nagar.
I boarded the bus at shalibanda.
Somewhere near lakdikapul, he even ran into a tata ace and had a minor argument with him (Despite his mistake)
Expressed resentment towards the issue to the conductor on duty, but he took it lightly
Kindly take necessary action against the driver

What the hell is happening with 158/299 metro delux bus... Never ever it is starting in time from hayathnagar bus station.. And the bus condition is very very poor... Change the bus and the staff too... Such a lazy bus is unfit in the transport line... From any angle it won't look like a metro delux bus... Worst experience ever.. People are getting suffered with it.. Look at the problem and try to solve it at the earliest..

I was coming to the bus stop and saw a bus moving. I waved my hand to stop but the driver deliberately increased the speed and i couldn’t get it.
On this route the buses are very less
If drivers do like this, then how can we travel safely?

And also i’ve observed many drivers that
When i’m wearing burqa the bus drivers wont stop the bus but same driver stopped the bus for some other person in the middle of the road.

I will file a complaint against tsrtc under section ipc 153a for religious discrimination if the rtc don’t take action.

And also the bus drivers are driving very rashly on patancheru-shankarpally road.

We don't have ordinary buses mrng &evng time ..if buses are came bus conductors are saying that passes are not allowing in their bus .
The ordinary buses are Putting EXPRESS board and they Ticket is printing ordinary charges...
We have some proofs..!
And Depot managers not solving Students problems

No 127k/222 buses during 5-6am from hi-tech city to koti, where 3-4buses during that hour are scheduled to arrive. Whereas 10-15buses of 10h arrive during the same period travelling almost empty. I request you to make sure there is atleast 1bus before 5:30am. Have been observing this for months now. We cannot rely on any other mode of transport but the bus, so please rectify the fault at the earliest beacuse many have been facing the same problem.

This is to inform you that i have got down into tsrtc bus ap 29z 3318. Bus service is very bad and he’s continuously stopping the multiple times without any proper reason. As informed this is a one stop bus in from miryalaguda to hyderabad with a stop in nalgonda. But in nalgonda itself he stopped almost for an hr without any reason. Also the bus conductor response is very bad and people got very frustrated.

Request you to take some action so that people won’t affect again.

I booked tkt from kphb (Hyd) to mncl. Tkt number[protected]. I was supposed to board at kphb where driver switched off his mobile rather accepting calls from passengers when asked for the reason rudely replied saying "na phone na ishtam. Off cheskunta emaina cheskunta."

Because of this reason i was supposed take a cab which amounted almost equal to my bus fare and travel all the way from kphb to jbs.

There i realised i was not only the person victim of his rudeness.

I got in 24S bus which goes from ECIL to Suchitra at Lal bazaar. . It's a normal RTC bus and not the Metro Special.. the bus conductor is a old guy with a lot of jewellery and wears a lot of rings.. he did not charge the correct amount and started shouting when I asked him about it.

This is to bring to your notice that there are very less number of buses available from secunderabad - manikonda/filmnagar route (47z/47l), being there are a way many passengers most of them are the patients for l. V. Prasad eye hospital and cancer hospital. The frequency of these buses are 30mins-45mins which may extend to 1hr.. Which makes it difficult for the regular office goers and the patients in view of the capacity and number of seats. I would request you to increase the frequency and the number of buses in the aforesaid route.

I've taken a bus around 3:30am in the morning at nalgonda bus stand (Ts 05 z 0188, service no. 4458, depot nalgonda) ive bought the ticket and sat in the bus for 30min.. Still the bus was parked at the stand, when i asked about the delay of the bus the driver was very rude.. Telling that bus dont run for single person as me and another person ticket was cancelled... And told us to take another bus...
Inspite of waiting about 30 to 45min.. He rudely told us to get out of the bus

When i was capturing the photo of the bus, he was saying do what ever u wanted... Nobody can do nothing to me

There are few busses rtc from ibprahimpatnam to lb nagar and at the cllg timings we are unable to catch the bus so plz send new busses from lb nagar to ibp at cllg timings that r from 8 to 4

I am a goverment employee... Today i. E 1st august 2018 at 4:20 pm. I took ticket from nampally to vst... Paid for ticket rupees 10.... But conductor was arguing with me that i didn't pay money. Created nuisance in bus insulted me... Among the passengers... Then again i paid money for ticket...

Bus:11z3063... Kindly take serious action on this lady conductor...
Here matter is not about rs 10 but she lied, argued, insulted me by this issue... I could understand this conductress every day from how many customers she's taking rs 10 and deceiving the poor customers... If same happens with students from where they will pay what would be their situation... Because am employee i could pay double money...
So, immediately take action on this conductress who misbehaved with me... And see that this would not repeat... Again at any cost. She's cheating customers.

Journey is from secunderabad railway to cyber towers with the bus number as mentioned above. I have requested for ticket till cyber towers but the conductor charged till kothaguda.
Please look in to this as this is the same issue will all the passengers in the bus and all are being charged till kothaguda though their stop point is cyber towers.

Sir,

Im a employee working at alaibad residing in gajwel. My work atsrts at 10:30 and i have to reach 15 mins before to my work place. As there is no express stop at aliabad x roads i have to travel in ordinary buses. And there is no single bus in the morning hours from 9 am to 9:50 a. M from gajwel or pregnapur and i cannot travel in express buses as they wouldnot stop at aliabad x roads. Daily its became an headache for me as i would waste hours waiting for a single bus to come. But after 10 a. M ordinary buses will come one after another they will travel with minimum passengers. I dont get why wouldnt they come between 9 a. M to 9.50 am becuase there are lot of passengers in between those timings who are emoloyees in nearby villages like me and they would finally go in a share auto. Daily im going late to my office. Please kinfly make ordinary buses travel between 9 to 9.50 a. M in the morning.

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Rude behaviour n irresponsible attitude...he said hello hero chal hoot...what does it means...i questioned him...he stopped bus n get down from my bus...due to this kind of attitude only public wants to travell by car r subbstitute...not by bus...my bus no is ap23 z 0060 n the time is 10:30 pm

I have travelled in rajadhani bus from Hyderabad to miryalaguda fare is 260 in this passenger amenities cost 15 rupees but they are providing just 10 rupees water bottle nothing else and the travelling time is more than expected and actual time then why the fare is higher than the other buses if travelling time is same and no passenger ementies as the projected money is higher than what they give
