I'm an employee working in a private organization located in nanakramguda, gachibowli, hyderabad. I'd like to bring to your notice that we are unable to find minimum number of buses from waverock to jntu (Via cybertowers) since the past one week. I literally waited for about one and half to two hours for the buses from the past two days in the evening time and still could not find any buses and finally took private transport. This has become a serious problem to us (Esp., people who completely depend upon public transport). So i request you to kindly ensure minimum number of buses exist for the specified route.

    Bus stop shelters have bus route numbers displayed. That is great. Public who need to board a bus must also have details of bus stops in urdu, english, telugu and hindi for a bus route number for example route 218d from patancheru to dilsukhnagar at every stop must have display of all stops where the bus will stop. This will enable passengers to board correct bus and alight at the proper stop as they will be well informed.
    Kindly examine and implement.

      I had tried to book a ticket in tsrtc online website for a journey starting from hyderabad to madhira on 27/08/18. While booking the ticket the money was debited through payment gateway named ebs for amount of rs.340 with reference number of [protected] and payment id of[protected]. But ticket was not generated and i didnt get any message or email about the ticket. I had tried to call the tsrtc help line number [protected] for about 20 times. All the time computer programmed to answer the call made me to wait on call but no one responds. I emailed them about the same the auto generated mail with ticket id 21666 was sent to me. I almost waited all these 2 weeks to get response from them. But tsrtc not even contacted me or reply about the issue. As money was debited and ticket was not generated i need refund of my money.

        I am billa. Anandarao, booked a ticket from ongole to mallepally on

        Ticket confirmation from tsrtc through mail.

        On journey day i have waited for bus entire night in ongole bus station
        But bus has not come.

        Later i came to know that the had been cancelled but no information has
        Given to reserved customers.

        We have faced so many problems for bus.

        Now i want to know that
        1. You should have to inform to customers if cancellation takes place
        2. We have faced somany problems,
        3. Till now refund had not been took place
        4. Now i am going to consumer forum

          Today we are going jbs bus stand to srisailam with my family having with 18 months kid.in bus foot track is damaged. There is no security. When i am asked to driver he is telling irresponsible & care less answers. And he is driving is very fast in ghat road every already i told your driver food track is damaged.

          Ts government is giving bus journey is very safe. But where is the safty?

            Respected sir,
            I was waiting for the bus. When the bus arrived it was a very big rush all the people were struggling to go inside the bus. I some how entered and took a seat. After 2 mind when the conductor was coming to check the pass. As I went to the pocket my wallet was not there. My bus pass was in the wallet.
            Please i want a new pass issuedI request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass.

                Hello,
                I am keshav Sharma resident of Prashanthi nagar, kukatpally. I have a complaint regarding PRASHANTHI NAGAR BUS STOP .No tsrtc city bus stops at this stop, it's really frustrating because we have to go to other stops just to board the bus. Many people who are living in Prashanthi nagar are facing problem due to this. Please ask bus drivers to stop at Prashanthi nagar bus stop.

                  I rode tsrtc super luxury srcv no. 1541 from hyd to guntur on 30 august 2018 at 1:00 am. Bus driver name is r s swamy he said he is from bhel depot. His behavior was worst using curse words against me. My pickup point was vanasthalipuram at 11:55 pm on 29 august bus arrived 1 hr late and the driver didn't pick up my phone calls to ask for bust status. I called him at least 25 times and responded only once and said 5 mins to vanasthalipuram but took 30 mins. I waited on the road with my wife and 2 yr old daughter at midnight for 1 hr. His curse words were lan*duku, d*gey, etc.

                  No buses ply from Kondapur to koti during afternoon times from 1pm to 2:30 pm. People are waiting but not even one bus comes during this period
                  I booked ticket from Hanamkonda to Bangalore (Rajadhani service ) on 4 Aug, 11:38..money was paid but ticket not generated.I paid 1096 rupees from Hanamkonda to Bangalore Kempegowda .I have written a mail to online support but no status, It had more than twenty days back..Is this kind of service you are providing ..Too bad...

                        Aug 27th morning 4:30am I get into the RTC city bus in MGBS city bustand, I remember that I kept my wallet in my bag after taking the ticket. The bus is traveling from MGBS to Lingumpally via HCU. I get down the bus at indira nagar.
                        I have around 600 in my wallet and Debit card, credit card, food card, adhar card, driving license and Office bus pass.
                        I don't know what to do now. Please help me to get my wallet.

                          I have booked 3 tsrtc bus tickets from hyd to tirupati on august 19th 2018, vide ticket no: 58551177 and siervice no: 1117 seats no's19, 20 and 24 fare colleted through tsrtc website amount of rs.3562/- uid no: 3146 but unfortunately i waited at mgbs busstand up to 9.00 pm bus was not come to flat form, after that i enquired enquiey bus service was cancelled, after that only they are send to my message, this serices cancelled, but yet today not yet received my refund or compansation for that without intimation cancellation of bus serivice by tsrct.
                          Hence please sole my problem immidiatly.

                              We have booked ticket in service 8338 on 26-aug-2018. The bus is supposed to start at 19:10 from uppal and reach hanamkonda at 21:15, but we waiting in uppal till 21:30 but said bus is not came, and no information provided about the service. When we tried to board other service they not allowed, so we need to purchase a new ticket and when we try to cancel, this also not allowed. And tried to call the customer care, they picking the phone not speaking any word (Even a single word). Don't know what a horrible thing no body is supporting. Don't know about booked money. Please help me and get the amount refunded.

                                Me a female passenger reserved seat in rajadhani on 24_8_2018... To travel on[protected]. Vch starts at 4:45. From jubliee bus station to nizamabad... Neither i got a message nor the bus came... I have waited for almost 2 hrs in the bus station vth all my luggage... I have called tsrtc enquiry.. As usual they didn't lift the call. I thought of complaining to tsrtc rajadhani... But the telephone numbers were invalid.
                                Please kindly check into the matter... And make sure such irresponsible seeds not happen.

                                    I have lost my bus pass while travelling in 24s route bus bus from nerdmet to suchitra, the bus was in a heavy rush due infrequency of the buses i had no other option rather than to take that respective busand in the rush unfortunately my bus pass might have slipped and i had to face a lot of inconvenience, its application number is [protected], date:23/8/2018 and i need an urgent replacement so that i can travel to my college without any problem. Hope the necessary is done as soon as possible at the earliest.

                                      The driver who drives the bus bearing number ap29v2188 is not stop the bus at uppal x rd stop and while asking conductor to stop the bus driver hasn't lisned to her. And a went to him and asked to stop the bus, and his careless answer is "i'll stop the bus at next stop". This is not the way that your staff who behaviour is embarrassing manner. I don't know why you people is taking this kind of people in to service...

                                        There is no bus service from devarakonda to jadcherla so far. We are suffering a lot when we want to travel in this particular route. Please provide atleast two services in a day. At present there is only express buses which are coming from kodad, guntur and nalgonda. But this buses are not coming in stipulated time as those buses coming from long distance. So please provide bus service from devarakonda to jadcherla as soon as possible.

                                        Everyday kodad to mahaboobnagar bus service is deleying. It supposed to reach devarakonda by 18.30. But it is arriving around 20.30. When we asked driver why it is late, he is careless and answering us very rash. Please take necessary action and provide service with in stipulated time.

                                        I am student studying BTECH .I daily use bus as my transportation from godavarikhani to JNTUHCEM.here we use begumpet and oded bus to reach our destination .but, the buses really bring headache to us generally delay timings will be 5 -10 min .But here delay time is 40 -1 hour .Even our MLA is TSRTC chairman these people never follow timings .
