Journey is from secunderabad railway to cyber towers with the bus number as mentioned above. I have requested for ticket till cyber towers but the conductor charged till kothaguda.
Please look in to this as this is the same issue will all the passengers in the bus and all are being charged till kothaguda though their stop point is cyber towers.

Im a employee working at alaibad residing in gajwel. My work atsrts at 10:30 and i have to reach 15 mins before to my work place. As there is no express stop at aliabad x roads i have to travel in ordinary buses. And there is no single bus in the morning hours from 9 am to 9:50 a. M from gajwel or pregnapur and i cannot travel in express buses as they wouldnot stop at aliabad x roads. Daily its became an headache for me as i would waste hours waiting for a single bus to come. But after 10 a. M ordinary buses will come one after another they will travel with minimum passengers. I dont get why wouldnt they come between 9 a. M to 9.50 am becuase there are lot of passengers in between those timings who are emoloyees in nearby villages like me and they would finally go in a share auto. Daily im going late to my office. Please kinfly make ordinary buses travel between 9 to 9.50 a. M in the morning.

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have travelled in rajadhani bus from Hyderabad to miryalaguda fare is 260 in this passenger amenities cost 15 rupees but they are providing just 10 rupees water bottle nothing else and the travelling time is more than expected and actual time then why the fare is higher than the other buses if travelling time is same and no passenger ementies as the projected money is higher than what they give

One of the conductors took my bus pass is not returning me eventhough i took the ticket.
What should i do?
How should i apply for new bus pass?
I have a complaint towards that conductor.
She always embraze people and beat them unnecessarily.
Many of the people have complaints against her.

The only bus which caters to the needs of commuters traveling from begumpet to nampally/koti is 49. All the people who need to go to yeshoda hospital also use the services of this bus. The frequency of this bus is very irregular. We need to wait for 30-45 minutes sometimes for this bus. Their arrival is not regulated properly, sometimes you have 2-3 buses coming one after the other at the same time. Hence it is requested to incresae the number of buses in this route and regulate their arrivals.

I got into 11w bus today at cyber tower around 08:35 p. M and asked the conductor to give the ticket to indira nagar. He applied the destination to infosys and charged me an extra amount. I have asked the conductor in a very polite manner that the destination is only till indira nagar but then he argued with me and gave me the wrong ticket with extra charge.

I travel daily to my office daily by bus and if this is the situation of a common traveler, what would be the situation of non-local people be? These type of conductors can easily manipulate them and charge them an extra fare by giving them a ticket of wrong destination so that they could be safe since the ticket shows the charge which is applicable to the destined location.

Kindly look into this and take the necessary action so that the people of hyderabad would not get affected by the conductors who try to manipulate them.

Complaint - very rash driving front standing & sitting passengers almost fell out of the door. Ladies standing fell down as driver kept sudden brakes most of the time. People sitting in the seats fell forward and necks / backs were hurt & paining. Ladies fell and suffered knee pain, stomach and hand pain as people fell on each other and even fell down.

I have traveled this route few times and noticed this bus is very rash. Driver also makes friends with most passengers and they do not ask him firmly to drive safely. It can also lead to any serious accidents inside the bus or even lead to a road accident if this continues. Most passengers even ladies like to laugh and enjoy his driving, but this is not ok with many others. Please give a necessary action to the driver as i personally got hurt and my body is paining in several places like something serious. Any serious accident can be avoided in future if driver is given strict action or removed from route.

I was travelling from hitec-city to mmts station today, i. E., 25th july 2018 at 7.30 pm. The bus driver and conductor very very rude with the passengers. They were scolding people when asked about the route too badly. The driver was using utterly foul language, using swear words.

The bus number is ap28z1969. I once again urge you to cross verify the vehicle number. Please take proper action on both of them for their conduct in a public property.

Today i board tsrtc general bus at 5:50pm.
The conductor of the bus was charging tickets even when passengers were having buspass and their respective ids.
He was arguing and was even using rude and abusive word with small school students who was having only pass not the ticket money
The tsrtc should take strict action against this conductor and should instruct strictly for this type of fraudness
When about three passengers called the customer care number tsrtc haven't responded why the slow issue it's disgusting

Hyd to mdk bus conductor offloaded one passenger in the middle of the road & that passenger came till jublee bus stop because of that rude conductor only just because of his ego i observed everything and used abusive words, kindly warn this type of employees,

For the village vallabhi.. I have waited for more than 3hrs for bus. Every time I go for enquiry they change the time of the bus. I have 3 questions.
1. Are we lack of buses?
2. Are drivers canceling the trip?
3. Running late and no update to depot/busstand?

And people in the enquiry is also not so decent. We need a proper road in the busstand lot of water stopped because of the in even road.

In jubilee hills 10H busses are noting stoping in busstop. Mostly at night times.
And busses are less .mostly busses are filled with customers.need more busses for 10H most of the customer are footboating in busses . Even labies also. Timing are too bad. Ones at a time busses comes all at one's.if not no busses will come.i saw 8-10 busses they ones a time .my request is to maintain bus timing and increase busses.mostly please say staff to stop busses in busstop.

I have submitted a Complaint 1 month back about bus.. That 222 bus from koti to lingampally is not visible between 8:30 to 10:00..
Since we are waiting since one hour .. Actually 222 bus number need to go from koti - patenchetu but on bus it was written that last stop Jubilee Hills Checkpost .. And one bus bus last stop is TV9 stop.. Wat is this .. This is not the right way bus need to go till lingampally.. May b for u dont no about this I think..
And there is no proper bus stop (No Shed) in front of care hospital..

There is a Metrodeluxe (i'm not sure about number) bus from Safilguda to VBIT park, Due to construction at Mindspace all RTC busses including ordinary and AC busses (113 Uppal to VBIT) going through mindspace to reach VBIT park. But only this specific bus is not going through mindspace and the conductor and driver saying that Mindspace is the last stop. When we try to ask about the driver regarding the same he was very rude at passengers and not listen to passengers. Please let me know is there any restriction to this specific bus to not reach VBIT park.

I travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad On a regular basis and now for the 5th time there was a Male passenger who has booked his ticket beside my seat and all these times I was the one who has booked the ticket first. What is this I don’t understand and how is it even happening ? When you book a ticket doesn’t it pop up that a male can’t and should t book ? It is really very uncomfortable for Us ( ladies ) to travel this way . Please take some serious action against this .

i have made online booking on 13th June, 2018 for Garuda service, from Hyderbad to Nirmal with Reference number IGADSMJAT5, and[protected] with total amount of Rs, 1787.00
(ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN RUPEES ) and said amount amount deducted from my account and shows payment success with payment ID[protected], but service number and ticket number not issued, when i call customer care number, no reply, when i spoke to jubli (JBS) bus station on duty staff they said within a week the money will be refunded, but till the date i did not get my money, Kindly help me to to get back my money as early as possible. Your utmost cooperation will be highly appreciated. Thank you .

We stay in Hyderabad and we are really facing a problem to go to our native place(thorrur). There are no proper buses in the place we are living. There are only buses in certain places like jagadgiri gutta, balanagar and uppal. So we request to to start your TSRTC service in our area and we request you to start express buses from pragathi nagar or kphb. Please take this as a special request and try to implement as soon as possible .

Hi, this is VEERENDRA from lingampally hyderabad. When myself & my spouse are returning from our routine work from Gavhibowli to Lingampally to our home in our Car at about 10.30 pm, from DLF signal (near IIIT) I observed a TS RTC bus bearing Reg No: TS09Z7677 which is making very close calls and trying to overtake all vehicles in its way and driving very rashly. it is rainy too but the driver is ruthlessly spilling water at pedestrians too. He tried hitting my car many a times which made my spouse panic and crossed my car and went ahead and continued to same rash driving. Finally I could able to stop him at BHEL circle bus stop & asked about his rash & negligence driving.
We found the driver is drunk totally and out of senses.. meanwhile co drivers (being a bus stop) reacted and supported that driver blindly and started abusing us without knowing what exactly happened...the driver taking this as advantage he abused me & my wife with un parliamentary language. Being a govt road transport corporation there is no responsibility with these driver and his negligence & drunk & drive were un pardonable. There is no one to look after the state of mind the condition of drivers driving RTC busses after 7.00pm.
As a common man I would like to bring this to your notice & takensevere actions against this person who is punishable.

I have boarded 113/W wave rock AC bus at around 6:25PM at ICICI bus stop Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on 09-07-18, the bus was packed and I had to get down at himayatnagar stop, as it was packed, I somehow managed to get near the door when I reached my stop, the driver din't open the door and when I asked him to open, he started yelling at me saying was I "SLEEPING"! How can he use that word to a lady passenger?? Such drivers should be posted to rural areas and are not supposed to be working in an area such as Nanakramguda! U can check the CC tv footage if needed, I want him to be punished for his unethical behaviour! Today i boarded the same bus, as I have my monthly pass I could not get his details but I noted the bus number. AP28Z49.and I somehow managed to take a pic of the ticket of my co-passenger! Kindly take severe action on the driver because encouraging such drivers would ruin TSRTC reputation. I wish to know what punishment you have given the driver! Waiting for your early response sir! 🙏
