I have booked a ticket but I did not receive any confirmation message to the mentioned mobile number. After reaching the jubilee bus stand, i have asked the enquiry member to know whether my ticket is confirmed or not by showing the mail which is received from EBS which is having the payment reference and payment status as success. He informed that your ticket will be refunded and you can in other bus by paying the ticket money. I boarded the other bus by paying the ticket money. After 1 hr., I got a call from other tsrtc driver number and says that my ticket is confirmed and bus was late and that's why I am calling now. In conclusion I lost my ticket money because of the wrong information given by one of the enquiry member. This is my ticket number 58193450. Can you refund my ticket money. For God sake, improve the service. I am not able to connect to the customer care executive after staying 40 mins in the call. What kind of service is this

    I travelled from Airport to Gachibowli. The Fare that i paid was Rs210 which I am aware as well. But in the darkness of the bus the driver has issued a time table/Schedule instead of the ticket. The next day, I needed reimbursement from the office and when i noticed, it was fare table with trip timings and not the ticket that he has issued me. This is how the driver has pocketed 210.00.

    In Midhani Bus Depot collecting extra 20 ruppes on student fresh bus pass if why we have pay extra they saying service charge but in bus pass including all tax 420 rupees but they collecting 440

      Driver of bus no. Ap28z1997 was driving so rash on a narrow road of lancome hills which is under construction. I was on bike and was kept blowing horn and at one point, he was tried to hit my bike and ran so close without even blowing horn. Please take a strict action on this driver. I was with my wife and it was a narrow escape. I thought i would lose my life.. Anyone out there please be serious and take and action. It may happen tommorow to you as well

        Time morning 12:30 pm
        When i was in the bus i took the pass and showed to the conductor and kept in my purse
        And i forgot to keep the purse in my bag. And the purse was in the bus only.
        Bus no. 9 of jdm depot
        My bus pass is lost and the register id of my pass application is [protected]
        Please i want a new pass issued
        I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass

          It was a 102b bus
          My bus pass is lost and the register id of my pass application is [protected]

            I have booked an online ticket with ticket number 57956173 on 13 th june i booked on the wrong date so i immediately cancelled the ticket, still now my refund is not complete despite of repeated mails and calls to the customer care number. Really i don't know where to report about this also. God only knows why they put call centre if i put a mail an automated response will come one of our agents will call you. I don't need their call i can call them let them take the issue if no one is lifting the call this is the situation of a common man.

              Good evening,

              My name is sajid.. I'm working at masab tank area.. My shift is completed at 9 pm.. So i walked at busstop.. Since i'm waiting from 9:10 till now no busses came from koti to patencheru side.. Two busses came with 222 sign board the conductor is saying that this bus will go till pedamma temple.. And one more bus came and they also said this bus last stop is jubilee hills check post.. Since the bus nmbr is 222 why the last stop is till jubilee hills..
              This is not right rule sir.. Its been late night for me.. Since i'm waiting from 1 hr.. Plz sir try to locate my complaint and make necessary idea's.. This is not my problem.. So many members are suffering with this..
              Plz try to solve this issue sir.. Every one need to go home as the job shift is completed.. But here we are waiting for hours.. Thank u sir.. This is my complaint..

                  113m/w bus services are not managed properly @ uppal depot.. Everyday morning bus starts @ 7.05 7.25 7.45 8.00 8.15 8.30 like wise and on saturdays it is reduced to half @ 7.05 7.45 8.15... Today on 30th june 2018 first bus left @ 7.05 and the next bus has not arrived and @ 8.18 bus started from depot... Commuters are waiting from 7.20 but the second bus was abruptly cancelled... When saturdays only half of the buses ply management has to take addition care and see that buses run on scheduled time.. This is not the first time but it is a regular on saturdays.. Authorities should rectify this...

                    I am a metro deluxe pass holder. 90l/229 bus is not stopping in angadapet bus stop even when i raise the hand and trying to stop drivers are ignoring the bus stop. I told many drivers regarding this but no luck, if this continues i will refuse to take bus pass.

                    This is especially with metro express and metro deluxe

                      Please increase no of busses between mythrivanam to jubliee hills ps during 08:00 am to 10:00am and jubliee hills ps to mythrivanam during 05:30 pm to 08:30 pm as the passengers are very high during this period.

                      Early response will be highly appreciated.

                      There are lot of people travelling to hitex, madhapur and gachibowli increase of services will be helpful to everyone.

                      The Bus driver for Bus no AP11 Z6598 was driving the bus very rash and was about damage my car. This Incident happened near LB Nagar and the bus was from Ibrahimpatnam Depot.

                      TSRTC should take a strong action against the drivers, so that this will not get repeated.

                        I am student i have taken student general quartely pass which is costed 420/- but when i went depo to collect pass they have asked me 430/- but on pass its clearly mentioned 420 including user charges service charges why they are charging 10 rs extra its a cheat on students so i request to take action specially on mehdipatnam depo employees who are charging more money where other depots not charging its my appeal plzz becauz daily about 500+ students take passes they are earning about 5000 per day illegally

                        I think your assessment is correct, but sometimes the chain is too big, You might Tweet the same concern to your chief minister If students are exposed to corruption like this, they would take corruption as part and parcel of day to day life. A few decades ago, a man accused of corruption might not come out of the house due to shame and now they are very open about it. I do hope you can Tweet your CM and also maybe your ministry of transport and make them aware of this situation. Rs 10 maybe a small amount, but I guess its Time for you to say NO

                          This is my first time taking bus pass. I paid for student greater pass. Authorities issued me the id card, as it is my first time i didn't know we have to take ticket at other counter. So i went home with out knowing. Next day morning when went to the bus pass office they told that my ticket was issued to some one else. Now i have to cancel and apply for a new one.

                            I have tried book ticket on 20 june 2018 from Hyd to Bangalore . But Amount was deducted from my account and ticket was not issued for the same. I tried to reach out customer care so many times. I am very much disappointed with service.

                              I have booked two tickets, given atm details. After submitting OTP, money got deducted and few minutes later it showed that transaction got failed. Can you please let me know when will my money get refunded? Two times it got failed. Two times money got deducted.

                              I have contacted tsrtc helpline, on the first day they told me that money will be refunded in 24 hours. But money has not refunded yet. So can you please let me know about refund status.

                                I booked ticket from MGBS to MNCL on 02-06-18 by net banking... but ticket didn’t get booked... tried again by my credit card ... again Money has been cut ... though after speaking to customer care ... till now it’s been 20 days ... I didn’t get any refund ... very bad maintenance by TSRTC team ...

                                    This is really disgusting. Bus route is d only way of transportation to a common people... As there's r no trains in between hyderabad n karimnagar.. N over here, being much crowdy n busy district.. No proper facilities of bus transportation, only few luxury and a. C buses from karimnagar.. And that too need to get our seat reserved online... Even for a normal super luxury... This is really too much... Atleast a counter shud be available to buy tickets... Wat abt a normal common man who can't evn book an online ticket?... Being such a big district... Atleast no proper bus facilities... N all drivers thy give tickets nly to few ppl inside the bus, how abt girls how can they push themselves among boys and buy tickets... Really pathetic situation here in karimnagar..

                                      Hello. On 21st of June 2018 I booked tsrtc ticket having
                                      service number 8650/khmm-kphp. I didn't get confirmation message and money
                                      was transformed to tsrtc.
                                      The tickets I booked was sold to someone. So I booked other seats again.

                                      I will be attaching Oder information with this mail. Expecting your
                                      response. Refund the money fast.

                                        Recently i have booked 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Godavarikhani on 9th June 2018 Saturday. The amount(615/-) got deducted but we didn't get any e-mail or SMS. We have checked with the inquiry regarding the same. They confirmed if we didn't receive SMS or e-mail, that means the ticket got cancelled.

                                        I am trying to call the customer care from last 2 days but there was no response.

                                        Please look into this issue and do the refund.
