The driver of the bus, bearing the number ap11z6920 was driving in the wrong direction at 10pm on 7/6/2018 near gandhi nagar signals.
Both the driver and the conductor who happens to be a lady threw caution to the winds. When we stopped the bus no effort was made to go back.
I am a resident of gandhi nagar and such incidents are a daily routine by these bus drivers who are not concerned about the people or bikers on the road.
Request you to take action on these erring drivers.

Sir yesterday i have taken the bus pass at ghatkesar counter. The madam at charged 550/- rupees instead of 525/- which was originally printed on the bus pass application. She was very rude and told that pay 550/- or else you i will not give the bus pass. Tsrtc is known all over india for its work. Sorry to say this but the employees like this is not less than the politicians who corrupt.

The bus driver (Service no 10k/j from jagatgirigutta to secunderabad) very rashly overtook my car from the left damaging the door and the left bonnet of my car very badly at dharam karam road today between 7:30-7:50pm. When we stopped and tried to speak to the driver, he used abusive language on us. I want to take this to the notice of higher officials as these kind of drivers are a threat.

I booked 3 tickets for srisailam on 24 april 2018 for tsrtc online portal and i didnt get the ticket. after that i call the customer support and they didnt give me the good response regaurding the refund. they took too much time and till i didnt get my money back. i am vey much disappointed from there service and the tsrtc staff.i call them more than 20 time from last one month but they are not responding me very well.

I am travelling from armoo to hyderabad. I was stated at 6:15 in armoor... I took a rajadhani bus ts01z0108 this is non stop bus... I need to attend office at 9 am bus he was stopped for breakfast 25km long from hyd... It was totally unnecessary. Hotel man gave 100 rups to drivers for stopping bus at hotel. Because of this i was late to office..

Dear sir,
Bus no ts08z0194 driver didnt stop bus at maganoor stage today 06/06208 10 members passengers are waited about that first bus for 2hrs. Please take action and i was followed that bus and to meet driver and conductor. They said only bus stops at where people are get out from bus but not get in it stages. He is misbehaviour at passengers.

Note: their is no stop for ksrtc this stage for tsrtc they also not stopped here. How can we make journey. Please take it seriously.

Dear sir/mam,

I want to bring your kind attention towards the rude and unprofessional behaviours of pushpak airport bus drivers. They park their buses in front of malaysian township as a starting point towards shamshabad airport.

All drivers blow loud horns while starting which is not required as it's an open area with less traffic. This they do 24×7 at all times. We have infant kids and elderly parents who get disturbed and panic by these loud horns.

Please help to notify and instruct them on not to blow horns while starting near malaysian township.

I have booked two tickets costing 1244s from hyderabad - palvancha for two seats 14 in service no.1320 on 22 may 2018. My money was debited from my account with ref id-[protected]gadopbgv5, but i didn`t get any message or mail stating about my ticket conformation.
I have gone to my booking history but the ticket was not conformed. I demand you to refund my money as soon as possible.

On 29/05/18, serv no:2429, from mgbs, hyderabad to tirupathi, schedule arrival: 1300hrs, bus arrived at 1410 hrs, when asked for delay, no proper response, i was contacting bus driver k foulaiah since 1300 hrs he was telling within 10 min bus will b coming,
With such irresponsibility how to cope up sir, please do take action n inform me sir.
Without knowing exact time of arrival for almost 01 hr it is really pathetic sir

While booking a ticket from hanmuakonda to hyderabad, on 27 may 2018 with hdfc debit card (For rs 287.00/-)

Money got deducted, but system did not issue any ticket.
Subsequently i was compelled booked other ticket for my journey.
Hence please refund my amount rs 287/-

Today i boarded the 11w bus at 08:45 in the morning from wipro circle to jubilee hills check post dated 29th may, 2018. The bus number was tn-a17804. At first she could not listen my bus stop and she printed it as ushakiran stop, i always get the stop as vgirixroad. Moreover it was metro deluxe, every time they charge me 20 rupees but the lady conductor charged me 15 rupees as the fare. I did not have exact change of 15 rupees i had 13 rupees and a 100 rupee note. First i gave her the 100 rupee note and she was too rude to take and said she had no change fro 100 rupees in a bus full of passengers, then i said but i don't have the exact change can you keep 20 rupees and give me 80 rupees back. She was even reluctant for it. She wanted 15 rupees only. When i said i had 13 rupees she said give me 2 rupees and why did you board the bus when you don't have change. I said try to understand from where will i bring if i don't have the change. I said her to keep 5 rupees extra as i was helpless. When after so much of saying she didn't understand i raised my voice saying "why don't you understand, i flipped my bag too in front of her" she is saying "be careful" as because i raised my voice. She does not have any right to say so, i take it as threatening. She blabbered something in telegu, which i don't understand.

I ask you how dare she say me that, i take bus as it is convenient, i am a responsible person who always give the exact fare. After so much of drama one lady gave me 5 rupee note to give her. I felt so bad, it happened with me for the first time in front of so many people. Saying "be careful" is like a threatening. Did she think we don't know english. I have seen so many complaints here regarding this conductor behavior.

I think proper action is not being taken against them. I want necessary actions should be taken against her. If possible i might go to the higher authority with the complaint but wanted to teach her a lesson. She cannot show her frustration to others, if she has let her show it to her family or relatives. Please provide that lady with proper treatment for anger.

Thanks for providing bus services from mbnr to aramghar. I have a few concerns on this service
1. Most of the bus services in this route are palle velugu buses
2. Although total kilometres to aramghar are less by 10km compared to regular route of mbnr to mgbs (Mbnr to aramghar - 94km and mbnr to mgbs is 104 km's), the fare is same for both the distances
3. There is great savings to rtc by reducing 10km in each trip, which also saves lot of time
Considering above cases, request you to reduce the fare for services commuting from mbnr to mgbs.

Volvo buses from hyderabad to bangalore and tirupathi do not come to the bus station at shamshabad. We have to wait at the bus stop opposite bus station for the bus. There is huge eunuch harassment at the bus stop. They are demanding money in hundreds. The more delay in the bus timing the more is the harrassment. We chose volvo services for comfortable travel and we face this nuisance. Is there any solution for this nuisance or we have to opt for other modes of travel.

I have canceled the ticket with tsrtc holding ticket number 57590113 on 10th of may 2018. I have paid the amount using my icici credit card. Travel is from hyderabad to kallur.
But, i did not get the refund till now. I have mailed to the official mail id but no response. Even i could not connect to the customer care. Worst service by the tsrtc team

I have booked 2 tickets from Banglore to Hyderabad on 8th may 2018 servie Number is 1014 with mobile number[protected] and with the name Dasi Sai teja payment was successful but seats were not confirmed, i have called to tsrtc customer support on 22nd may 2018 they have said the money will refunded with in two days but till now the money was not refunded while iam trying to call the customer support no one was lifting the phone, refunde my money as soon as possible

I reserved bus at 6:30pm. It came at 7:00pm and started at 7:30..1hr delay. Even they didn't assigned driver information.. Bus service number is 7445.. When i asked in help centre they gave neglegence answers.. Please take care about the customers. Time won't come back due to ur negligence.. Please take action towards tsrtc service
