Today i boarded the 11w bus at 08:45 in the morning from wipro circle to jubilee hills check post dated 29th may, 2018. The bus number was tn-a17804. At first she could not listen my bus stop and she printed it as ushakiran stop, i always get the stop as vgirixroad. Moreover it was metro deluxe, every time they charge me 20 rupees but the lady conductor charged me 15 rupees as the fare. I did not have exact change of 15 rupees i had 13 rupees and a 100 rupee note. First i gave her the 100 rupee note and she was too rude to take and said she had no change fro 100 rupees in a bus full of passengers, then i said but i don't have the exact change can you keep 20 rupees and give me 80 rupees back. She was even reluctant for it. She wanted 15 rupees only. When i said i had 13 rupees she said give me 2 rupees and why did you board the bus when you don't have change. I said try to understand from where will i bring if i don't have the change. I said her to keep 5 rupees extra as i was helpless. When after so much of saying she didn't understand i raised my voice saying "why don't you understand, i flipped my bag too in front of her" she is saying "be careful" as because i raised my voice. She does not have any right to say so, i take it as threatening. She blabbered something in telegu, which i don't understand.

I ask you how dare she say me that, i take bus as it is convenient, i am a responsible person who always give the exact fare. After so much of drama one lady gave me 5 rupee note to give her. I felt so bad, it happened with me for the first time in front of so many people. Saying "be careful" is like a threatening. Did she think we don't know english. I have seen so many complaints here regarding this conductor behavior.

I think proper action is not being taken against them. I want necessary actions should be taken against her. If possible i might go to the higher authority with the complaint but wanted to teach her a lesson. She cannot show her frustration to others, if she has let her show it to her family or relatives. Please provide that lady with proper treatment for anger.

    Dear mahabubnagar depot manager,

    Thanks for providing bus services from mbnr to aramghar. I have a few concerns on this service
    1. Most of the bus services in this route are palle velugu buses
    2. Although total kilometres to aramghar are less by 10km compared to regular route of mbnr to mgbs (Mbnr to aramghar - 94km and mbnr to mgbs is 104 km's), the fare is same for both the distances
    3. There is great savings to rtc by reducing 10km in each trip, which also saves lot of time
    Considering above cases, request you to reduce the fare for services commuting from mbnr to mgbs.

      Volvo buses from hyderabad to bangalore and tirupathi do not come to the bus station at shamshabad. We have to wait at the bus stop opposite bus station for the bus. There is huge eunuch harassment at the bus stop. They are demanding money in hundreds. The more delay in the bus timing the more is the harrassment. We chose volvo services for comfortable travel and we face this nuisance. Is there any solution for this nuisance or we have to opt for other modes of travel.

        I have canceled the ticket with tsrtc holding ticket number 57590113 on 10th of may 2018. I have paid the amount using my icici credit card. Travel is from hyderabad to kallur.
        But, i did not get the refund till now. I have mailed to the official mail id but no response. Even i could not connect to the customer care. Worst service by the tsrtc team

            I have booked 2 tickets from Banglore to Hyderabad on 8th may 2018 servie Number is 1014 with mobile number[protected] and with the name Dasi Sai teja payment was successful but seats were not confirmed, i have called to tsrtc customer support on 22nd may 2018 they have said the money will refunded with in two days but till now the money was not refunded while iam trying to call the customer support no one was lifting the phone, refunde my money as soon as possible

              Hello,
              I reserved bus at 6:30pm. It came at 7:00pm and started at 7:30..1hr delay. Even they didn't assigned driver information.. Bus service number is 7445.. When i asked in help centre they gave neglegence answers.. Please take care about the customers. Time won't come back due to ur negligence.. Please take action towards tsrtc service

                I have initiated booking to khammam from hyderabad on 04/05/2018
                Money has been debited from my credit card but ticket is not generated there is no reference number generated
                So i tried once more.
                But it is the same again, money has been debited from my credit card but ticket is not generated no reference number generated

                Please kindly check it and refund my money back.

                  Negligent bus root of bachupally bus or not come after 8:30 pm previously came countinously come one bye one 2 mins gap after 8:30 to 10pm no busess if passenger's minmum 10 to 15 drivers see not came direct go to side, passengers go to auto after bus come no passengers. Bachupally is worst bus route no timeings no responsibility by TSRTC

                    Boarded 222l ac super luxury bus in hitech city hyderabad..stopped suddenly before care hospital. Conductor took all 20 o[censored]s that he will board us to other AC bus. The another AC bus which we boarded ac temp is 35℃. And ac is not working. What are you officials doing sitting in cushion chairs and not checking a bus before starting it from depot. We are paying you high ticket charges and you send buses in this way. My ticket num TNA409654. Date of journey 21/05/2018. Metro luxury AC bus.

                      We booked a ticket from hyderabad to warangal for 1 person in the name of chaitanya pani inumula on may 5th 11.04am to board a bus on the same day at 2:45pm at uppal. The payment has been cancelled and money of 298 has been
                      Debited from the account. I request you to please refund the amount asap.

                      If needed, i will share you the screenshot of the payment as well.

                      I complained on tsrtc and no one has resolved my ticket.

                      Services for these rout are very poor. It takes min. 40 mins waiting time, no frequent services are available. Increase the bus services or increase other services via shadnagar.
                      Today at 1.30pm l am travelling from RGIA to lakdikapool by pushpak bus of TSRTC. The conductor Mr.Lingam of Ranigunj-2 depot refused to maintain change n when l said I am going to complain on this, he said ok, you do what ever you want to do.

                      Plz see that he gets punished. This is happening every time when l travel in pushpak airport bus. The maintainance of the buses is also bad. The charges are very high.

                        There are very bus services from miryalaguda to suryapet via annaram somaram. Miryalaguda depot buses are operated in this route

                        These buses are operated with out following any time schedule. They are running the buses on their own timings. Most of the services they are canceling..

                        Today evening bus is supposed to start at 6pm. Bus came to point at 06:15pm. But till 07:00pm bus is not started and passengers were sitting in the bus.

                        When we enquired at 07 pm they are telling that bus will start at 08:15 pm. No one informed to the people sitting in the bus that service is cancelled. There is no information regarding cancelation.

                        When people in the bus fought with depo people they have arranged the trip at 07:00pm and cancelled 08:15pm.

                        If they arrange the bus and cancel on their mood people in that route will suffer a lot

                        Most of the time they are canceling saying that route is in loss. What about service to the people. Mlg depot rtc is concerned more about the profits than service. If that is the case when there is rush there will be profits. Are you sharing those profits to passengers.?? Bus ticket is same on rush days and no passengers days.

                        We request you to continue the service on time and with out missing.

                          But bus timing in not good it's almost delay 1 to 2 hours.

                          And my home town is Karimnagar, i'm working in Hyderabad when i am going to the home i have apply the Vagra bus it's taken almost 2 hours late,
                          and next time i have booked the ticket and ready to journey i have received the mail from TSRTC your ticket is canceled that moment i had small accident and the bus point also changed only i'm reach knr some area but last time i'm going to direct my home then now my amount loss and time is vest.
                          I am waiting for buson at 6 am to 7 am in guvvalagudem(between nelakondapaaly and mudhigonda) to go to KHAMMAM.at that time 2 ordinary and one express busses passed in that route and did not stopped even I raised the hand this has happened several times.
                          Pls take an actionon this issue that bus should be stopped where ever public raised a hand.

                            It’s been one month still the amount is not refunded
                            When i called up tsrtc customer care, they say already refund has been intiated and will take another 14 days
                            What the hell is wrong with tsrtc, why can’t they refund the amount without being following up
                            I have never seen such a horrible service

                            Had a very good experience with tsrtc, will never book any ticket from tsrtc and also will suggest everyone not to book ticket from tsrtc.

                                I am waiting for buson at 6 am to 7 am in guvvalagudem(between nelakondapaaly and mudhigonda) to go to KHAMMAM.at that time 2 ordinary and one express busses passed in that route and did not stopped even I raised the hand this has happened several times.
                                Pls take an actionon this issue that bus should be stopped where ever public raised a hand.

                                    It is very regretted to mention that tsrtc driver [protected] is so arrogant. He said the seat numbers are not correct. He sold my reservation ticket to another lady. Shame on him. Disgusting driver. My journey details are pnr no. 5761 100 8
                                    Seats no. 4, 7 and 8 from hanmakonda to hyderabad on 11.05.2018. This type of attitude fellows don't encourage and stringent action against him.

                                      While traveling in the tsrtc bus (Ap11z7574), from ghatkesar to yamnampet we showed our exclusive passes to the conductor (According to our knowledge, the passes work as general passes too). The conductor didn't accept the passes and rudely sent us out of the bus! The conductor was ignorant about his knowledge about the pass and even when all the instructions were on the pass, we had our college ids also. This situation was humiliating. We don't want this humiliation to happen with anyone further!
