[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / Postpaid Connection — Non refund of deposit(Rs 500) after termination of post paid service

Greetings,

I had an Aircel number([protected]), i used the service of number portability and switched to Tata Docomo postpaid service somewhere in the month of June 2012. 4 months later i got the post paid service terminated and converted my number to Tatadocomo prepaid. I was suppose to receive my security deposit of Rs 500 that i deposited while taking the TataDocomo postpaid connection in the month of November 2012. It has been 5 months and inspite of my several visits to TataDocomo center at F.C. Road Pune my check has not been provided to me. They made promises all the time i visited there branch that they would resolve my problem and give me a call. I initially coordinated with an executive named- Sagar and then his superior. When i visited the outlet in March i was surprised to her that my check was dispatched in the month of November 2012 itself and was received by me.

When i objected they again convinced me that they would resolve everything and giveme a call within 24 hours, now it has been about a month now. They also informed that a sum of Rs 375 would be given after deduction of my last bill, now kindly guide me that what should be done as i cannot afford to goto their outlet every week and return empty handed, please help me in receiving what is rightfully mine and if possible i am ready to show these people that they should treat a customer as an asset and not a liability.

TATA POSTPAID — NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER NON ACTIVATION

I HAD TAKEN A TATA POSTPAID CONNECTION PHONE NO [protected] IN MAY THIS YEAR.
THE PHONE WAS ACTIVATED FOR ONLY 2 TO 3 DAYS AND DESPITE A NO OF COMPLAINTS, NOT ACTIVATED THEREAFTER. SUBSEQUENTLY ON 14 JULY I RETURNED MY CONNECTION WITH A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT OF Rs 500/-. THEREAFTER, I HAVE NOT GOT ANY INTIMATION OR MY MONEY BACK. THE SAME HAS BEEN REMINDED ON MANY OCCASIONS TO TIRUMALA COMMUNICATIONS, ERRAGADDA, HYDERABAD.(TRUE VALUE SHOPPE)

NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER DEACTIVATION - TATA POSTPAID

Sir,

I was a tata docomo postpaid customer, I took a free S.T.D & LOCAL calls plan.(RS 899)
but due to excess bill amount i deactivated my postpaid number. that time i also complaint regarding excess bill amount but no action taken.
I deactivated my postpaid number in 1st November.
but till now don't receive my security deposit amount.
I also try to complaint at tatadocomo com website but my complaint was not being accepted.

Please take action to expedite the metter.
