The Code Fitness — About non extending of gym membership after lock down

I am a 17 year old and bought a 6 +1month gym subscription in December 2019 but due to covid 19 gyms got closed and i was unable to get benefit of it today on 5 August when gyms reopen i went to the code fitness mohali and they said that we are not extending anyone's subscription and those whose is yet to expire also had to pay 1000 as covid fee.
So i was charge for the service which i wasn't serve .
